I made a booking in Hotel Pandav at Pachmarhi via OYO app vide booking ID AUIB7293 and out of ₹1585, paid advance of ₹475 vide sbi net banking txn id IGAGPZOON0 on 20 Jul 19 for check in on 20 Jul 19 and check out on 21 Jul 19. But when i reached the hotel pandav, they denied check in saying that we hv allotted room to other person. When i called OYO they kept on talking to hotel and kept on putting my call on hold for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times. Till then i kept waiting with my family outside the hotel on the road. In the night around 9pm oyo sent a mesaage saying u shift to other oyo, i replied that no oyo hotel available right now. I kept on calling but no solution provided. I was forced to book a room by paying heavy amount. Also my paid amount gone. Plz direct OYO to pay my refund of ₹475 and ₹4800 which i paid for booking room on the spot. Thanks. Today on 23 Jul 19, I received a call from OYO customer care. See the fun, instead of admitting problems at their end I was questioned. Why should I believe that you have paid heavy amount of ₹4800 for alternate accommodation and why in ur next day booking at same hotel they allowed u check in. Dear OYO, plz understand that if so many complaints of same nature are being raised by customers all around the country then definitely something is wrong. Instead of doubting the customer, Plz spare time to resolve problems between OYO and partner hotels. Doubting the customer, who is the sufferer, will only lead you to loose ur customer. Thanks.

This is wrong. You people are simply writing that "we believe that your concern has been resolved". However reality is that my concern has not been resolved. Your team has agreed to refund advance amount of ₹475 but has not agreed to refund ₹4800 bcz I hv no receipts for that. What about trouble which me and my family faced by standing outside the hotel for 2h 30m. Also ur customer care is doubting whether I paid above amount or not. Worst service. Also u can check other customer's complaints. They also faced similar issues and are still waiting for refund. So stop bluffing and get to work

Till date, leave aside ₹4800, they hv nt yet refunded ₹475. I have not even received a mail from them either. Worst service.

    I had booked an OYO room on[protected], booking ID(KQIE2685), KBR Residency, on[protected] I got a call from the hotel that there is a water problem so cancel your booking, after that, I immediately called Oyo and told all my problem on that day they told me not to worry about refund it will come to your account, but till now it's almost one month and I had called them almost 20 times, mailed them had done all the possible things that I can do, but till now no refund has been credited. Many times when I called them they put my call on hold saying that they are transferring to higher authorities but after a few minutes they cut the call. I am tired of doing all this from past one month. My amount is Rs. 527. I had their escalation mails, my booking details. Kindly, please help me I am literally tired of doing all this please find a way to solve this quick as possible.

    This is regarding booking id KQIE2685 it's been one month till now no refund came worst service provided by OYO every time when you call OYO they only tell a lie I know that my money is not refunding because how much there are technical issues but a minimum amount of money a company can refund that is not a big task for a company like OYO. Please, friends whoever are reading this be aware of fraud.

    Anything resolves here or not in consumercomplaints.in because already one month over and every time only a call came to say that you will get the refund I know OYO is not giving my money but why you guys are not taking any action.

      I have booked hotel on[protected] from your app with reference 17804886 weston inn on mehra compound in sakanaki 2 rooms in 2500 rs but when we reached hotel the hotel management ask for 2500 for one room i didn't expert this kind of behavior from oyo rooms as i travel a lot and always trusted oyo rooms as my first preference and this behaviour built a negative image for oyo rooms in my eyes and i am very sad and dissatisfied...

        I booked a hotel through oyo for 2 days in lansdowne and on reaching the hotel, they checked us in, gave us our room and then after seeing the rate oyo had fixed for 2 days asked us to leave.
        On getting oyo customer service to talk to the hotel owner, i was informed by senior executive at oyo that nothing can be done and the only other alternative was to shift to a new property apparently which was 50 km away as no nearby property was available. During this period i was also mistreated by the hotel (Lans view) who threatned me to vacate the room and when i didn't as oyo was assuring me that they would help, the hotel switched off electricity and water supply in my room and continuously kept ringing my room bell. And all oyo did was say that they couldn't get me a room in that hotel and they would give me a shift option. Never have i ever felt this harassed on a trip whereas till this day i was a regular customer of oyo.
        Apparently oyo doesn't pay its partners and also are of no help or support to their customers.
        I have call records for the same if required

          The booking agent misrepresented and lied to score the booking, promising me complementary late check out. Booked the room believing the agent.

          Had the ugliest experience during the stay. Oyo and property owners have a dispute where oyo has not made payments to the owners. Owing to this, the property manager kicked us out and the things promised were not delivered to me. My parents and i had the worst experience.
          To settle the issue called the customer support team who kept transferring the call internally. This went on for about an hour where i spoke to 4 people none of whom were able to provide a solution. Ultimately had to vacate the room. The most useless customer support team ever. Even after being on call for an hour and demanding refund none of them registered my complaint. Today, when i called i had to register a new complaint for which they are asking for 7-14 days time.
          These people sit in their ac offices and repeat the same statements of 'i can understand' and 'i apologize' all of which is complete #. I am the one who had to wait out on the road in extreme heat with my family due to their screw up.

          After registering the complaint their team called while i was on call with the person who took my complaint and never called back.
          Furthermore, the customer care executive provided a wrong email address when i asked for one.

            Booked oyo room (Booking id noxls729, oyo 13583) hotel paradise inn, talegaon, on 4 jul 2019 for one day stay 18 -19 july, i needed early check in at 7 am
            I made payment rs. 999/- on 17 jul 2019 for above mentioned booking after assurance (Early check in at 7 am with charges as applicable) from customer care [protected] and [protected], hotel receptionists
            After reaching hotel early in the morning at 7 am on booking date 18 jul 2019 i was denied entry. That no room is available before 12 pm. Immediately i had to go to another hotel to stay. I cancelled the booking immediately after knowing that i am unable to check-in at 7 am. Behavior of receptionist was very rude. He assured that money will be credited back in my account.
            Since than i never visited hotel.
            I want my booking amount rs 999/- to be refunded along with rs. 10000/- as compensation amount for inconvenience that i faced early in the morning of 18 july 2019. I along with my family felt harassed mentally and physically.

              Oyo 37481 sumangali residency in trichy. I was booked the residency in friday (19.7.2019).1 room 2 adult. We are went to the residency. And i asked the manager to give my room. And he is said "your age not applicable to stay in here hotel.in this hotel age limit is 21. So i dont gave room. So you will get out my residency". But in your oyo app age limit is 18. Our age is 19 and 18. This is your mistake. So i want my money please sir. I am waiting for your reply.

                  I have booked om shanti guest house on 19.7.2019 through debit card during my visit at kolkata. On reaching hotel i asked them to give me the room as per facilities. They said that they have no room left, and ask them to cancell my booking or pay more. I cancelled my order but ask for refund, but i didn't get it till now. Please kindly refund my booking amount.                     It has been a month since oyo initiated my refund but yet not credited. I have contacted them more than 40 times most of the time call is disconnected or kept on hold.
                    Oyo happens to be one of the biggest hotel chains in asia and this is the service they provide
                    "we have initiated a refund of amount inr 756.0 against booking id: uola9725. You will shortly receive a confirmation on the status of the refund"

                    The above message was received on 21st june and it has been 30 days, they reject my call if i call from another number they ask me the booking id and again dissconnects my call. I am tired of asking my own money from them you can keep the money and i will never use oyo or suggest anyone.

                      Hello Oyo Team,
                      I am having a my life's worst experience with Oyo.
                      1st- I booked Oyo rooms through goibibo, but don't now why Oyo didn't receive my booking. I got no help from support team of Oyo and ibibo.

                      2nd- I booked from Oyo app and when I reached there, hotel.didnt have my booking and even they didn't have any empty room. I called Oyo and my call was kept on hold for 30mins. Again I called and another hotel was given another hotel and I paid online 2850. I all this issue I checked in at 6pm around.

                      3rd- When I reached the hotel, I was informed there is no breakfast included but the room I booked included breakfast. After that the room given to me was on 5th floor and was not good as shown on pics. Then also we were ok but after sometime power cut happened and the lift stopped working. My father is having knee problem and he had to climb 5 floors. The hotel is undergoing some renovation and this will be happening as informed by the hotel ppl.

                      4th and the most important- I called Oyo for more then 10 times and every time I called I explained the whole thing and before getting the issue resolved the call was getting disconnected. I kept asking that can I get a call back if the call is getting disconnected, but I received no call from Oyo. Among them my 1st call landed to a agent named Rahul, he was very rude and was not ready to listen I told him everything he said " you booked through goibibo, contact goibibo, why you are telling us and wasting time". I have never heard anyone talk like this.

                      5th- I got call from a so called guest relations manager. After listening to all the problem he said "We will take it as a feedback and in future you won't face any issue. His name is Surojit Roy.

                      I mean what a great solution for whatever I faced.

                      Oyo support is becoming worst day by day. Just making money not relationship.

                        I booked a room at oyo 29864 pearl inn on 7 july 2019 and also paid ₹470 online to oyo for booking. When i reached that hotel the owner denied my check-in. When i told him that i already paid online then he said talk to oyo and get refund. So i called oyo then they told me that your escalation is generated and you will get your money back. But now its 21 july 2019 still i don't get my money back. Please help me in getting my refund.

                            I have booked oyo and also done payment in advance but when i reach hotel they denied to give me a room saying that all rooms are full and when i contact to oyo customer care they said your booking is confirmed so i connect with oyo customer care executive to hotel manager, so hotel manager also denied to oyo customer care executive to give room, and then oyo executive saying i will arrange booking in another hotel for you which is 15 km far from that place so i said ok so arrange, but when i reach that hotel to take a cab and spend 200 rs then that hotel manager saying there is no electricity so we are not able to give you a room and then i again call to oyo help centre but when my call connects then executive disconnected my call and right now i am help less, i need my compensation of rs 2000 which i spend and waste my time an undergo a very difficult situation in summer. #oyo #cheater

                              I have booked oyo 45246 saffron guest house in ranchi against booking id dciv5764 and yjht6435. After 1 week when i called hotel to check about it. He is not ready to acknowledge my booking and telling oyo will shift me to other property.
                              I was never informed from oyo about this and my booking is still confirmed on oyo app.
                              When i am asking oyo to shift me in a better or equivalent hotel in same area they are charging me, as maximum hotels are either booked or increased their prices.
                              They are ready to shift me in a hotel which is not acceptable to me as hotel does not rating or reviews.

                              It is not my fault, once the booking is confirmed it is my right on the reservation.
                              And i should not be shifted to any random property without my consent.

                              When hotel is booked for family we see many things apart from price, locality, type comfort etc. If shifting is done without consent these factors will not be considered.

                                Dear sir /madam
                                I booked oyo 29857 hotel ambika international with oyo booking id no - eqft6748 on dated 08th july as i reached the hotel the property manager refused to accept the booking and said our contract with oyo has been ended. We try to reached out oyo customer care also with complain no[protected] they didn't solve the problem and cut the pby saying that we ll back to you after some time after some time we again reached to customer care with complain no[protected]. But i find the same answer as earlier call and didn't resolve my problem. After 2hrs of intolerant waiting we booked another hotel as the situation become unpleasant. I further contact to oyo regarding refund and return status they mail me also that your refund has been initiated and till now i didnt get my refund. Please listen to complain we faced very much problem due to this ignorance of oyo. We booked further new hotel as i get to know that oyo will not help us.
                                There for i request you to please look up the matter seriously

                                  Oyo's online payment option is a crap. Never ever go with this option always pay at property. I raised complaint against booking id - zpht7910, after a month they resolved the issue and said, "the amount will be refunded shortly". Whenever i call to the customer portal, they simply transfer the call to higher department and put you on hold for 30-40 minutes. When i send mails, all replies come saying, "you will get a link to fill your bank account details to receive the refund". Luckily i received once, but nothing happens thereafter. It has been more than 3 months and yet no refunds.

                                    Frustrating and pathetic experience with oyo.
                                    Useless oyo management.

                                    I was booked oyo rooms couple of times but failed in providing rooms. I was roamed the complete night just bacause of blody oyo. My booking no four3841.

                                    I had been for check in on firstly booked property but the property personal said all rooms are full. I had shifted to near by hotel by uaing oyo assist & the same experience with another property personal.

                                    Customer care is not ready to support in providing room.

                                    Oyo has to repay my time and money.

                                    Frustrating oyo.
                                    Useless in booking hotels through oyo.

                                    I strongly suggest my friends colleagues and family not to choose oyo for hotel booking.

                                    I never ever use oyo from now onwards.

                                    Soon, the bad days starts for oyo if it maintains in the same way.

                                      I booked an room on dated 22.05.2019 which booking id is - wsap1489 @ novus guest house through online payment.
                                      But when i go to check in at hotel, they said me that, there is a legal & koney problem with oyo & hotel. That's why, they cant accept online payment as well as oyo booking.
                                      But the main thing is when i called oyo customer care they ignored me.
                                      After a long time one of their representative told me that an refund will assign into my name & it will be credited within 07 days. After that it almost 3 month gone till now that money not credit into my account.
                                      Whenever i call to customer care, every time all if them told me that the deducted amount will credit within 07 days.
                                      I want to ask that, is it oyo take care of their customer?
                                      Is it oyo services?
                                      Really disgusting. I just fedup with it.

                                      If you do not want to refund my deducted amount, kindly told me.
                                      Why are you rolling me round & round?

                                        Oyo is very fraud company. My booking date was 8 july 2019 and oyo teams itself cancelled my booking informing that the amount you had paid will get refund and now they refuse from their words and informing that you will get refund of the same. My registered mobile number is [protected].

                                        As per the policy of oyo, oyo does not refund the amount. Its means that team of oyo is a fraud they use to inform for refund first and then they inform that amount will not be returned.

                                        My request to all the people who are reading my complain please be carefull at the time of booking or preffer any other app like goibibo because the teams does not fulfill their commitment.

                                        As I had already shared you my registered mobile number. My complain is that I had paid 2138 for my booking and after talking with your customer care representative person they cancelled my booking from their side and not refunded my amount yet.

                                        My booking was cancelled from your side and your team member make a fraud commitment that your money will be refund in 24 to 48 hours.

                                        Here frrom my side their is no mistake and oyo teams are informing that your money will not be refund.
                                        Is this the way oyo use to earn money or what.
