Hi i booked (Booking ID PZHL4186)an oyo property on 06.07.19 for the stay of 3 days in karimnagar, the 170km away from hyderabad, the properties booked for july 12th 13th and 14th, oyo pressurized my to pay the full amount during the booking and paid through online and got a confirmation mail, on the day of check-in the hotel management denied the reservation stating that the rooms are not available, i was trying to oyo customer care, i had been asked wait over 20 minutes over the phone finally they said sorry & they can refund the amount, that the maximum favor that they can do it for me, they asked me to look the some other property. I frustrated and struggled lot get the property in the late evening.
OYO proved they good for nothing, my booking happened on 6th and if a property is not available they would have communication, nothing happened such sort of things, they have not refunded the money too.

when the customer paid 100 advances against a booking, denying the entry is not a crime? refund it immediately without your stupid investigations.

you people don't have moral rights to do business in such cities

    Hi,
    I had booked my stay in Dalhousie(Hotel Surya Resort) through oyo rooms which the hotel cancelled on our arrival. Date: April 23 - April 25, 2019.
    The hotel did not accept oyo room bookings. Amt- INR 4036/-
    However my stay was taken care by providing an alternate nearby hotel by oyo room executive which I had to pay extra and higher tarif.
    After my comeback to mumbai, I made several attempts to get my refund but in vain.
    I made numerous calls on the oyo helpline but, I am yet to get my refund for the same.

      Oyo team is very irresponsible and a pathetic management
      We booked a hotel in jodhpur and when we reach the hotel they say due to less rates they can’t give us the room
      We r tourists and now stranded in middle of nowhere
      When contacted to customer care about they say we’ll return ur money
      What a great answer
      Now tell me where should i roam in this new city with my 3 year old baby to find a new hotel?

        Oyo rooms are not providing me the gst tax invoice for the following booking from above oyo accounts in the name of my company:

        #booking id:
        1) dsai6240 (Stay 12th to 13th july 2019)
        2) xgkz1695 (Stay 13th to 15th july 2019)

        #gst details of my company:
        1) company name: adani wilmar ltd
        2) state: maharashtra
        3) address: village malegaon, tehsil saoner, malegaon, nagpur, maharashtra - 441107
        4) gst registration no: 27aabca8056g1zp

        As per gst act and rules, no gst registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no. Oyo is only providing me the payment receipt, which is of no use to me, since the same cannot be used for taking gst credit. The hotels associated with oyo says, the oyo will provide the invoice. Oyo customer care over call & twitter oyo team has not provided me gst invoices over email as promised me earlier. Check attachment.

        Since, they are not providing any tax invoice (Specifying my gstin no. And gst breakup), there is a possibility that they are charging gst from customer and they are not interested in depositing the same with the govt.

        It is a complete case of violation of gst law.

        On 13july I submitted bank details for BFXW6745 & HZVT0698 but booking ID
        After bank details received by Oyo they transfer refund check in bank account 3 to 7 days

        Today 9th day
        Still I can't get refund ..

        Biswajyoti sahu, cuttack orissa who worked in the previous company was sacked because o[censored]nprofessional approach and issue on code of conduct. how can a renowned company hire him without doing any due diligence. it will damage the great company of oyo in future.

          Its been almost 28 days that i still did not received my refund payment rs.3818 on booking homestay id cbxf1724 on 29.06.2019 and cancelled home stay on 1.07.2019 because my trip was extended for one more day and booked another home stay via oyo id qtvn5089. I have called many times to oyo customer care. Yet there is no much response from oyo rooms. Kindly help me to get my refund money back

            1. My daughter is staying in room 320 in grg1095 sector 22 gurgaon facility since last week of may 19.

            2. When she occupied the room, miss anushka was already staying. She was single handedly managing the grampower app herself. There was no password that was given to my daughter either by anushka or by facility staff.

            3. The entire electricity bill was to be shared by these two occupants. 10-12 days before her planned vacation of the room miss anushka cunningly did not get the meter recharged and the account ran in debit. Two days before her vacation she went out station and that was the time when the power supply was interrupted due to debit. Since she was outstation, she shared the password with my daughter who got the meter recharged for 2400/-. Anushka said that she doesn't have money and will soon get money from parents and reimburse her share of approx 1200/-. Facility incharge mr baljit was personally informed by me and he was told to hold her security deposit or she be made to pay her dues before she checks out. I also informed the matter to mr abhishek who assured me in writing that the issue would be resolved. I wanted to file a complaint with gurugram police but mr abhishek asked me not to do so as he would resolve it soon.

            4. After more than a month of me chasing the issue with mr abhishek (And now mr harsh) nothing has happened.

              This is my 2nd complaint. I had booked three rooms vide the said id no for 15th june at hotel crystal residency by paying rs, 5158 online. At the time of check - in into hotel i received a text message over my mobile that my booking was shifted to another hotel i. E krish residency. Sindce, i have some personal reason to stay at crystal residency only, i refused to shift to krish residency and logged a claim for refund vide id16660165 on 15th june2019 and after that by below id oyo assist logged my claim refunds are:-19/[protected], 2/[protected], 17280212, 5/[protected], 10/[protected], 20/[protected]. On 19/6 ireceived a refund of rs.159/ thereafter my further claim of my rest amt rs, 4999/ logged under differnt id mentioned above, i received a text message over my mobile on 7th july that oyo central team had approved my refund claim of rs.4999/. After that i have been repeatedly contacted over phone no.[protected] for the fate of my refund. They always replied that your refund amt rs.4999/ have been initiated you will receive it wihin 7-14 days but today 23 days have been elapsed i have not received my refund ammount.                 Refund not given after cancellation of booking no. Bvxs9238. They don't even have send any refund message. Then we contact oyo customer care and then they asked me to file a complaint for not getting refund. That's why i have filled a complaint. This was all due to misunderstanding policies of oyo rooms. I request oyo rooms to please take action on this.

                  I pre paid the above booking id through oyo mobile app using amazon pay balance.
                  However at the time of check-in the oyo property (Oyo flagship 504 gk)
                  Said the payment is not done. I showed them my amazon pay transection id also transaction id#: p[protected]
                  Finally i made a card payment on the spot expecting one transaction will be reverted.
                  However, i didn't get any transection reverted and i followed with amazon pay and they said the payment is successful from there end and they wrote a mail to oyo.
                  But still issue is not resolved and i am highly disappointed with the service and response from oyo and oyo assist over oyo app.

And I was promised a refund but on contacting Oyo many times still I didn't get my refund back. Everytime they send the same mail stating that it s initiated and it LL be refunded within 7-14 days.                       Hii, i booked room from OYO rooms near to new delhi, mahipalpur in the name of Hotel Goodluck House. When we reached there they said Air conditioners were not working due to short circuit. Then we contacted to OYO rooms and they said we will send you in next hotel but they never did. we were waiting there for their call for atleast 3 hours then they send a person from the hotel Aero Look. when we reached to the next hotel reffered by OYO then they said we didnot have any contact with OYO rooms and OYO rooms CUSTOMER CARE said we will refund you money after a call but its been 3 days they never call. but when we approached them they said we cannot refund you money because you checked out from that hotel. They didnot return the money of RS1000 .Thats their customer satisfaction. They are big frauds.### off with your services. ###

                        My booking ID HQPF6254 for OYO 43486 Hari Vilas bhawan vrindavan denied check in on 28thJuly, 2019 due to dispute between oyo and hotelier as Oyo is not processing their payments on time. On the other hand we were told by hotelier that they could have accommodate us if we had chosen pay at hotel option. Then i called Oyo customer care number and given my phone to hotelier for resolution but at the end we were offered to modify our booking at other Oyo property. We were exhausted and tired so we decide to go back Delhi. In a meantime hotelier offered us to book their property again and pay us directly so we were trying to do so but again hotelier refused because net amount reflecting over Oyo portal was Rs 580 which seems to him unprofitable as he said he has to give Oyo Rs 150 as commission so he will not have sufficient profit in taking this booking at Rs 580.

                        We were suffered at night due to all this rubish behavior shown by hotelier. Completely disappointed due to which I am writing here. I have a call records of their discussions as a supportive evidence.

                        I didn't get even a single call from Oyo over the status of my complaint. They are taking it as granted. They should have block such unprofessional and unethical hotelier from their side. I won't book and advise others to book Oyo after such disgusting experience.

                          My booking id is[protected] which was confirmed by yesterday on 19th july '19 and full payment also had done but today i came to this hotel but hotel management has been directly denied to provide this service again this booking id.
                          So pls help and resolve this issue asap as i will refund my amount.
                          On 20th july hotel ambalika receptionist and manager told me that we had no more tie up with oyo so we can't accept this booking id.
                          But agoda agency had booked oyo 7054 hotel amabalika on 19th july.. Payment had also been done but i couldn't avail the service. Lots of time i had tried to reach agoda but failed to contact. Oyo customer service also not able to resolve the issue they told refund amount and all would be managed by agoda agency only. But till time i didn't get the mail reply from agoda on this regard. Finally neither got the solution to check in on 20th july nor the booking amount refunded. This is really horrible circumstances by oyo and agoda both.
                          I am looking forward the solution as i would get the refund asap.
                          Note:
                          Agoda team continuously called and emailed but you people didn't respond, so suggest you pls contact with them very urgent or refund my amount.

Oyo promise me to provide complimentary breakfast in all rooms, but breakfast not provided by hotel to my guests & also space not provided to drivers by hotel. Very poor & bad services provided by oyo rooms.

                            Date of incident: 27 july 2019
                            My booking was confirmed by oyo, however when i reached at the property with family, we were denied about the booking. I called your contact # several times that night however none of the executive helped me out. I am extremely disappointed by the way my calls/complaint was treated that night. Since it was 11pm approx. Whem we reached the property, it was not possible for us to hunt for other property (Nearby vicinity) and hence, we were forced to take rooms in the same property at higher tariff and that also, excluding breakfast.
                            I have paid advance to oyo for booking, hence i demand refund of my money immediately and also would like to know from oyo, on how do you plan to compensate the loss incurred by us, due to such incident?

                            Transferred into karma hotel last moment due to cancellation of hotel. The AC aren’t working. The rooms and bathroom are horrible. Untrained staff. No proper kitchen. No proper food service no menu. Indecent staff. Horrible experience. Low voltage. Overall bad service.
                            Booking ID: COZE5128 four months back amount was fully paid for planned family vacation including senior citizens and kids but now OYO has been boycotted banned in Mount Abu by all hotels and property owner is denying the booking. I need OYO to provide resolution this is causing lot of inconvenience, trouble and Pain. Chasing call center since last 10 hrs but no resolution yet.

                              I booked a room on oyo id-uigm5362..in hotel venus, chaura bazaar, near best price, zirakpur amount was deducted from my account and when i reached at place they said room is unavailable for me... I showed them my booking id but they denied to provide me room, i talked to oyo they said they hv arranged another room in any other hotel but the situation was same... I just want my refund back and i was not expecting this type of behaviour from oyo

                                My booking id lhtc0495, i have booked this hotel a month ago for my stay at jabalpur mp at inr 2797. My check in was from sat, 20 july to 23rd july, when i have reached the hotel at 11pm night hotel staff said for that it is impossible for them to provide me my booking at inr 2797, they repeatedly asked me to look for some other oyo at jabalpur.
                                With my husband, child (5yrs) and mother, they asked me to look for other room at 11 pm??? Pathetic ridicules.

                                Your customer care is worst than someone can even think so. They also asked me to pay extra amount why??? Is there any policy???
                                Your customer care and hotel staff continuously asked me to pay 3600.
                                Finally they asked me to pay inr 3365.

                                Is there any consumer court in delhi area where i can lodge the complain?
                                I have faced hell lot of harassment and oyo side as well as hotel.

                                Failed guest experience manager, useless creature.

                                  On 24/07/2019, we have booked above reference hotel through oyo. But due to some circumstance we have cancel the booking on 28.07.2019

                                  Please find attached the screen shot that free cancellation till august 10. So they have to give 100% refund. But they have send us the mail that only 50% will give which is not acceptable to us. Oyo call center person also told us that free cancellation (100% refund till 2 nd august 2019). But we have do not have proof of call recording.

                                  Kindly help us or require more detail please do revert back.

                                  Also kindly note that we have been told that 0% cancellation fee up till 2 august 2019. But after our complaint that you have sent a mail between so and so date cancellation done than 50%, after 100%.
                                  But that time of booking, nobody told us.

                                    I booked a room with oyo with confirm booking i'd no. Yvid0865 at spot on 43833 hotel valley, roorkee, for which i have made payment online while booking for 1 night 28th july2019-29th july 2019 at around 11.15 pm approx. For my brother who is traveling to haridwar and for same i received confirmation on my mail and phone. At 12.15 am on 29th july, my brother reached to check in. But the hotel denied the check in because o[censored]navailability of room. I called up oyo and they harrased me like anything by transferring from one person to another and so in and finally a lady came inline and assured me that she will help by providing another accommodation nearby and asked me to hold the line. I kept holding it for 30 mins or so and ultimately the call disconnected by their end. I called up again and followed the same process and after 10 mins or so they simply said sorry, we can't help in this as the hotel manager is not picking up their call. At the same time my brother was getting harrased in high fever till about 2 am and when they finally withdrawn their hands, he left the place. I told them that this is nothing lesser than harrasing people, in response the executive on phone said we will refund u the payment. And very cleverly they closed my complaint mentioning resolved when i checked on their app.

                                      I had made a hotel booking on 24 june at oyo 36740 hotel kohinoor international lodge. Booking no. Fspw5704. By mistake the room got booked for 24 to 27 june.. Whereas i wanted to book for 25 to 28 june. An amount of rs. 3832 was also paid by me for this booking. Since i didn't turn up on 24 june. My booking got cancelled and on asking customer care they told whole amount will be refunded. After 24 days i have only received rs. 1344 only. Even if according to their policy they can cut one day charge.. Still i must get refund of remaining money. I have tried calling the customer care for help, messaged them on app, mailed them several times.. But no action has been taken yet. It is requested to get this matter solved as soon as possible. I'm attaching the transaction details for your reference.

                                        Today i. E on 28.07.19 i booked an oyo room at hotel chail hills, chail chowk, mandi. Oyo representative called me over phone and confirmed my bookings as i had prepaid the booking charges. However, much to my surprise when i reached the hotel reception i was denied checking reasoning that they don't book hotels under tie up with oyo.
                                        It was embarrassing and humiliating causing mental agony.
                                        I claim back the deposited amount and compensation of rs. 1, 00, 000/-to be minimum.
