Hi my name iskeshav aggarwal, booking id zukv0423, i have alreadly escale the problem many time but no one is there who can assit me, i face a problem after check in rooms was so many dirty, seemly, room gate lock was not proper, wc sheet also broke, i was talked by cluster manager mr. Satish he told to make refund from oyo app it weas already done and alredy called so many times to your customer care but still not received my refund, customer care inform me that it will take max 7-14 days max, then why my refund not received. I want my refund at any cost, i am not happy at all, i never advise anyone to stay in oyo.

    Sequence of events
    1. Booked 4 rooms for 11 guests in "spot on 36996 manasa tourist home" under booking id cpwl7409

    2. Called the oyo customer care right after that then came to know that was a spoton property and didnt have attched bathroom. Then asked about the cancellation process to him he said i will get the refund amount in 7-14 working days.

    3-cancelled the booking within 14 minutes of booking
    4- it showed cancellation charge as 7012 rupees. Which is the entire amount i paid.

    5-registered a complaint on 14 june 2019 they said it will be refunded. Waited till 3rd july then called the customer care again. The same process repeated again. So far filed 5 compaints. All of complaints are showing as resolved. And the refund status is showing that they have denied my cancellation request as per oyo cancellation policies.
    After each complaint they are telling to wait for 14 days and after that denying my refund

    To file each complaint first have to talk to one person then he says he will transfer the call to the manager and after a waiting for a long time mostly the call gets connected to another customer whose call have been transfered to manager and we end up having a good chat. Most pathetic customer care service i have ever seen.

      Hi,

      This refund request was placed and approved over a week ago and still i am literally harassed by your support team to claim a refund here.

      First i get a horrible service, then i literally need to beg for my own money here?

      Can someone please let me know the status of the refund and if it will ever be even processed?

      This is not the sort of customer service one expects here.

        I had made a hotel booking on 24 june at oyo 36740 hotel kohinoor international lodge. Booking no. Fspw5704. By mistake the room got booked for 24 to 27 june.. Whereas i wanted to book for 25 to 28 june. An amount of rs. 3832 was also paid by me for this booking. Since i didn't turn up on 24 june. My booking got cancelled and on asking customer care they told whole amount will be refunded. After 24 days i have only received rs. 1344 only. Even if according to their policy they can cut one day charge.. Still i must get refund of remaining money. I have tried calling the customer care for help, messaged them on app, mailed them several times.. But no action has been taken yet. It is requested to get this matter solved as soon as possibe.

          Hotel : white parrot (Oyo 1633)
          Check in: 25th july
          Check out: 26th july
          When i booking it was showing price rs.708/- paid same time through online.
          But i reached hotel and came to know the oyo is showing wrong value of room, as per hotel and i have been forced to pay additional rs. 242/-because i was with my family and there was no choice for me.
          Why oyo is showing the wrong charges?

            Address: fonseca wadi, main gorai beach, borivali west., mumbai

            After that i reached the property at around 7pm and asked receptionist give me the room for this booking id.. But they denied me saying the bookings are already full..

            It was remote location. For reaching we required to take the local ferry. The ferry service is available only upto 7pm...

            In this situation what should i do...
            How i put the mental and emotional loss i beared in to some monetory value..
            So i want resolution for whatever injustice happened with me from concerned authority...

              Today i have booking at hotel holy city paradise inn anandpur sahib but hotel manager cancel the booking at the time of check in by saying that the deal given by oyo to you is not acceptable to our hotel. He asked me to pay more if you want to stay in the hotel. I have booked on 23 july and after 4 days and traveling of 150 km, i came to know that my booking is confirmed by oye not by hotel. This is totally harassment to me and my family.

                I have stayed in oyo property hotel hmct (Oyo 37115) from 17/05/2019 to 14/06/2019

                My booking id:yqpz0983, gjie8763, fuwh3504.

                Oyo is not giving tax invoice of the total payment (7789+8084+19252=35125 rs.) done from oyo inspite of regular follow up. Instead oyo is providing payment receipt several times which our organisation is not accepting for reimbursement of claim.
                My employer details along with gstn.

                Since 1.5 months i am following up with oyo. Customer care response and oyo guest experience manager behavior is very harassing. Nobody is responding.

                I am requesting the forum to do the needful so that i can claim for the reimbursement.

                  I booked a room at hotel ganga, shimla, booking id orjn2654 and paid rs. 1215 in advanced by debit card. But the hotel authorities denied my check-in on arrival. I have called the customer care no [protected] several times, and after few attempts i managed to talk to one representative. She talked to me and also hotel manager, after that she told me she will arrange an alternative. She put my call in hold and after 20 minutes, my call was cross connected to another complaint. After this, i couldn't contact you again. It was already 9 pm and i have no option but to go to another hotel. Now i sincerely hope that my payment will be refunded as soon as possible.

                    It gives me displeasure to write this complain email for below booking id's.in this mail, i will be explaining you the sequence of events occurred and will prove how oyo spoiled my time, money and satisfaction level.

                    Booking id - xpdw0679
                    1. Before i booked hotel emerald 25001 on 7th july, i had called oyo customer care at 10:19 am (Attachment - 1) and confirmed 3 things,
                    A. If the oyo 25001 is at good locality with no slum area near by
                    B. If the condition of rooms are good and spacious
                    C. Will there be a problem to my guests who were about to checkin oyo 25001 in middle of night around 3am.

                    Oyo customer care executive was positive about all the three things and recommend me to book the room in the same. I even asked for recommendations which fulfills above three criteria's but the oyo customer care executive was confident and assured me to book.

                    Result -
                    1. A. The hotel's locality is very poor with bad, unhygienic surroundings. Since it was middle of night 3am, my guests took rest straightaway.
                    1. B. The checkout time is 11am, and when my guests woke up at around 9am they found their baggage wet as the room was leaking.
                    1. C. The staff was ready to change the room at around 9:30 am which my guests refused because only an hour was left out for checkout.

                    Booking id - sfhc7836
                    2. As oyo customer care executive was very confident of the hotel oyo 25001, i booked 2 rooms in the same hotel from date 8th july to 10th july, one room for above mentioned guests and other for 3 more guests including me.

                    As i and the other 3 guests arrived hotel at around 1 pm on 8th july and as i found my guests with pathetic experience, i immediately called oyo for assistance in booking id sfhc7836 as it was about to start.

                    Following is the details of telephonic convesation

                    Sl. No | date | time | call duration | status

                    1 | 8th july | 2:22 pm | 30min 35sec | complaint was heard but no action was taken and call was dropped

                    2 | 8th july | 2:53 pm | 15min 19sec | complaint was heard by different executive and call was put on hold for around 10mins

                    3 | 8th july | 3:09 pm | 7min 55 sec | call was put on hold. No response

                    4 | 8th july | 3:18 pm | 6min 10 sec | as above

                    5 | 8th july | 3:24pm | 59min 53sec | spoke with oyo senior customer care executive and per the executive, the booking id sfhc7836 was shifted to oyo 561.

                    He mentioned that no extra charges will be paid but the mail i received had extra charges of inr 6299 to pay at hotel.

                    The call disconnected with government/telecommunication norm of 60min max per call

                    6 | 8th july | 4:28pm | 7min 46sec | i requested to speak the previous executive but the request was denied and call was put on hold.

                    I was totally annoyed by this time

                    7 | 8th july | 4:37pm | 59min 53sec | the booking which was updated to oyo 561 was dropped with unknown reason and this new senior executive was not able to shift my booking as he was not sure if oyo will balance my extra charges. However, he updated my booking to oyo 561 and i received new mail with 6299 as extra charges to pay at hotel.

                    He updated to oyo 561 but he couldn’t balance my extra charges. I requested a call back as 60min was approaching and i also gave my number for call back.

                    I didn’t receive callback from oyo and at this point i was stuck with no resolution.

                    As i couldn’t ask my family and guests to wait anymore, i decided to check-in at oyo 561 with updated booking. Below are the conversation post check-in

                    8 | 8th july | 7:30pm | 12min 1sec | call was put on hold and no response for 10mins

                    9 | 9th july | 10:37am | 59min 53sec | the call was transferred to another senior executive and she was able to balance the extra charges showed in my booking. However, the call was disconnected in final talks of rating due to 60min norm.

                    Total time to resolve

                    259 min 25 sec = 4 hours 19 min 25 sec

                    Time over clock

                    8th july 2pm to 7:42pm and 9th july 10:37am to 11:37am

                    Total expense
                    Booking - xpdw0679 = 1705
                    Booking - sfhc7836 = 7384
                    Total expense over oyo = inr 9089

                    Please read below q&a set
                    1. Why did i book such long stays at oyo?
                    A. My family and our relatives planned a trip to maharashtra and we kept 8th, 9th july specifically for mumbai.
                    P. S. Oyo ruined entire 8th july and first half of 9th as well.

                    2. Why did i book xpdw0679 from 7th to 8th?
                    A. My guests (Relatives) came by flight and reached mumbai on 8th july early morning 3am so i booked oyo near airport for entire day so that they can take rest and start their next day peacefully.
                    P. S. Oyo ruined it

                    3. What was the outcome of booking oyo with all the precautionary steps taken?
                    A. The money i spent on oyo turned out to be worthless. Oyo ruined our well planned trip's first entire day. I was suppose to collect zoomcar at morning and begin our day which i had to shift by an entire day.
                    P. S. Oyo ruined it ofcourse.

                    I have received email with promises of future stays and apologies of my earlier stays. Please note that I haven't complained in consumercomplaints to hear your apologies/promises. There's no place for promises/apologies when it comes to service based industry. Furthermore, I chose to use your service only because an OYO customer care representative assured me to choose the stay. THAT WAS A PRECAUTIONARY STEP.

                      Waha ki services ek dum bekar baar baar light chali jana geaysear ac band kar dena pani waha k sahi nahi tha yaha breakfast ko leke koi issue nahi hua par room service sahi nahi thi room k lock jam door jam tha lock hota nahi tha aur open karne dhakka marna padhta tha 1hr me 2 3 time call krke unho yeh karo yeh hogya kuch na kuch issue hota hi tha room bhi clean nahi karte the hotel wale last day pe hamari train raat me 8.30 ki thi to hotel manager se baat karke miane rate pucha to bataya ki 30% lagega maine calculate karke batay tha ki one day ka 30% means 225 mujhe per day ka 750 m mila tha to hotel manage ha keh diya check out time mujhse zyada paise mangen lage ki pure jitne din rahe uska 30% lagega aisa kaha tha means 2 night ka 750*2 1500 k hisab se 450 means pehle per day k 30% kaha fir pure amount pe 30% kaha aur waha hotel malkin aisi rudely baat karne me na to staaf se sahi dhange se baat kr rahi na mujhse

                      Oyo k room ki services dissatisfaciotn hai aur kehte hai oyo sabka khayal rakhta hai

                        I have booked a room by oyo on 26th july (Ref id is dhes8732). When i went for check in, hotelier denied me to give the room & asked me to call oyo assist. I called customer care no 3 times. Every time after listening me, they put me on hold & then disconnect the call. Then i couldnt connect the no. I wait at the reception counter for an hour but couldnt get any assist. I have all the required screenshots & recordings which can be submitted to consumer court.

                          No support from oyo regarding refund. I have written mails also and number of calls on customer care number but nothing happened. First you told me that it will take 14 days but already passed 19 days ...

                            Maine 25 july 2019 ko varanasi mai room book kiya cheakin ke time mujhse bola gaya ki hamare yaha local id accept nahi hai jabki oyo app par local id accept show ho raha tha unhone mujhe chaekin karane se mana kar diya fir maine oyo help line par call kiya to waha maine kayi ajent se baat kiya par koi solution nahi diya gaya balki baar baar call ko disconnect kar diya ja raha tha aur hold laga kar chod diya ja raha tha yaha tk ki baat hone pr galat jankari di ja rahi thi ajent dwara waha koi kalyani naam ki ajent hai unhone mujhe 32 min. Tk hold par rakaha aur call ko disconnect kar diya mere problem ka koi resolment nahi diya gaya fraud hai ye oyo aap.

                              I booked a hotel room for 1 night at hotel century executive in udupi for june 24th 2019. I have done online payment of rs 999 through net banking. When i reached the hotel i was refused the booked room saying the hotel doesn't do business with oyo any more and asked to pay the room rent of rs 999 again. I had my family with me and was not having time to search for another property as it was late in the evening so paid rs 999 at the reception by cash. I called the oyo customer agent and the agent raised a complaint (#[protected] on the same day and i was told that i will be getting a full refund of rs 999 in 7 - 14 business days. I have contacted the oyo customer service regarding this several times and no further action has been taken yet. Now the 30 days are over and i didn't get my refund of rs 999 from oyo room yet.

                              I am attaching the hotel bill for the payment made by cash at the reception and also the bank statement screenshot showing the online payment done to oyo room. So kindly check and help me to get the refund of rs 999 at the earliest.

                              My registered contact number is +[protected].I didn't receive any call from the concerned department yet.Meanwhile I got a text message from the OYO team stating that my refund for Rs 999 is approved but after 2 weeks i got another text message from the OYO saying the refund is declined. I have no idea what is happening at OYO's end. I tried contacting the OYO team regarding the reason for the denial of my refund and i was told by the OYO agent that they declined the request as they don't have my bank account details.Also they promised me that they will send an email after the call in which i should provide my account details.But till now i didn't receive any such emails from OYO. Its being 5 months now after the complaint being raised and OYO didn't show any responsibility in providing the refund. I am attaching the text message screenshot along with this complaint. So please help me to get my refund of Rs 999 to my account.

                                I booked oyo hotel from oyo app, hotel name is rajmahal at ramtek, maharashtra. I paid the room charge via upi payment before checking in. Even after paying full payment they asked for 600 rs extra saying, amount shown on oyo app is not profitable to them.
                                I asked for gst bill, they said the hotel is not gst registered. I uploaded the hand written bill given by them.

                                  This happened with me in the month of june.
                                  Under oyo life policy it is mentioned to give 1 month notice period before shifting to any other place.
                                  On 31st may i mailed regarding the checkout i. E 1 month before. But i don't know why it didn't reach them. So i contacted them and forwarded the same mail to them and that time they considered it. After that they also said that we got your 31st may mail and not deduction will happen from your refund amount..
                                  But when i got the refund it was of 3300 instead of 5500.
                                  They mentioned that 2200 was reduced from the amount because i gave notice on 12th june but not on 31st may.
                                  And now when i am asking them they are saying we are working on it but not initiating the refund.
                                  Under there policy 7-15 working days they take to refund the amount.
                                  But now its been 20 days and i havnt got the refund.
                                  My friend who was staying with me followed same procedure and got full refund.

                                    Hello oyo,

                                    Yesterday, i used to appreciate oyo services and the idea your ceo got. But, from today onwards, i won't be recommending oyo to anyone and i will definitely say to him/her this firm provides the worst experience you can face while booking any hotel. Now coming to issue, i have faced today.
                                    I have booked two rooms in oyo flagship 18335 eaglewood hotels (Booking id: rckj7068) on jul 17, 2019, for three guests, also paid online itself so that it'll be hustle free check-in at the hotel on jul 26, 2019. I have also added my check-in time between 12:00 am - 06:00 am. Today i. E. Jul 26, 2019, when i reached the hotel after travelling from jaipur to hyderabad, hotel receptionist told me that the hotel is sold out and provided me with an oyo helpline number talk to them. It was around 12:30 am and it's raining heavily outside, where do i suppose to go at that time? After getting number, i called your so-called oyo helpline. They told me that they are shifting us to oyo flagship 24039 da abhinandan land which is around 10 km from the booked hotel and according to your customer care executive it's the nearest hotel, is it really? Please do let me know what are your distance dimensions? Also, i have to pay at the hotel, why do i need to pay when you are shifting me? Is that my choice? I also have to pay for a cab as well and most important time (Time is money, i hope you know this at least) and after discussing a lot with your different customer executives at different levels and being on hold for more than 45 min collectively. They booked a hotel oyo 41994 hotel wall street saver which was at a lower price then i have paid to oyo, i also have to pay an extra 150 inr for a cab.
                                    Now, think of inconvenience i have faced and let me tell you i am traveling with my parents.
                                    How is that possible if i have paid online booked hotel 10 days back? Don't you have any contacts with your hotel partners? Is it expected from oyo? Do you have any solution for this? I'd like to hear words from oyo as soon as possible on this issue.

                                      Yesterday date 26 july 2019 i booked a hotel on oyo with booking update - tfvg4108 but when i reched hotel staff said that we have no room and all room were ocvupied so i called customer care so many time they always told me that put on hold we resolved your issue call to property but after a hold of 20 min call cuts
                                      I again called and same thing repeated atleat 7 times at last i lost my passion and scold the one of their cutomer care member so he means manish sharma senior help desk manager book a new hotel for me and said to me that we complementary give you waver so we booked a room for you go and stay their in rain i booked a auto and go to the next destination i. E. Hotel shiv palace with booking id tfvg4108
                                      When i reched their manager told me that we cant accept your booking because of low stake i said what it meant they said they gave us less money thats why we are not allowed to stay their and oyo also didnt pay to us since last one year of booking and take all hotel booking money self
                                      I shocked what oyo doing with hotels
                                      They told me call customer care one more time so i said ohk and call customer care again and gain for one hour but there is no response so i went to railway station again and now i stay in railway station lobby with my children in rain... Gain i called so many time to customer care to show my condition but they always told me that wait we connected to our senior but same hold the call every time and cut...
                                      Well done oyo your service is not worst your service is dangerous for people who want to stay with family... Finally senior manager call connected when i aksed him what you do for us they told me i will gibe you 500rs what a joke my harrassement mychilden hungry they count on money such a fool please suggest me what a do so thay never ever try to do such a disguting thing with any body in thier life...

                                        I have been a returning customer since 3 or 4 years as far as i remember. It is not my first time in the hotel, i have been there since it was a fabhotel management.

                                        I come for business and i stay every three months or so for about a week upto 11 days. During my stay, i leave the room in the morning by 10 or so and i come back around 10 to 11pm daily.

                                        Everytime i come, the staff are very rude, not all of them, but specially the reception guy, i ask for tissue, answer is no not available, i ask for sugar, answer is no not available and i don't want to explain how rude the responses are. I have asked about if i can speak to a manager, they answered with you can talk to oyo, i believe that this guy at the reception doesn't even care about the property or its guests.

                                        The housekeeping boy thrown a plastic battery box of mine in thr garbage and i ignored.

                                        I called him internationally yesterday asking about a charger that i forgot in the room, and he replied instantly that i didn't find anything for you, how did he know without even asking the housekeeping boy?!!

                                        Finally, he pretended that i am not audible to him and he put the phone down, tried to call back, he never answered.

                                        I don't think this is just right to treat the customer that way, what is your response in that?!
