Sir, I have booked an OYO room as always I trust OYO first over any other hotel booking plateform. I checked into the room without seeing it and making the payment prior to seeing the room online only because I trust OYO. I have cancelled my booking 48hrs prior checking and even called customer. Care to know about the refund policy they told as you have done cancellation before 24hrs so.
