I booked 'devganga' hotel oyo 36530 in haridwar city near shantikunj. When i reached the hotel, hotel owner has been refused provide the hotel. He denied me check in saying that i have no confirmation and rooms are not available.
Truth is that my booking had been confirmed, that booking id number cemd7031.
I request you please attention this matter because oyo is credible organisation. Such hotels defame it.

    I booked a room for 3 guests in hotel raj palace through oyo rooms today, but after reaching there i faced a highly unprofessional dealing as they refused to give me the prebooked room. Booking details - krishan mohan, booking id - lmsp9352, check in 16/07/19, check out-17/07/19, total payment to be paid at hotel rs 999. Address 94j, near roapway, sahastradhara, dehradun. Pls look into this matter before i approach to consumer court.

      I book my room throw oyo 5719 hotel jannat palace on 7th july my booking id is zjus6281. When i reached on hotel, i will not get any room as well ac has not been working there. After waiting for a long time, the property manager told that, book for another. Oyo guest manager manish sharma had also checked that issue with property manager. After that, he confirmed that, my money will be refund soon. But still not get any refund from oyo. Which is completely unacceptable.

      I booked hotel orian Inn at Nagpur with mob no.[protected] for one day @3150/- but hotel representative said they are not tie up with oyo and deny booking so I want my booking amt back.

        I have booked a hotel with booking id: ratb3721 on 24 may 2019 with full payment which automatically got cancelled by oyo. When i enquired about it, they asked me to book the same property again and also promised full refund for the previous one along with a cashback of 20%. So i booked the hotel after paying again by clicking on the link that they had provided and stayed at the same property.
        Now it's been over 50 days and they have not refunded a single penny. Ever since i have called them repeatedly complaining about it but they are not at all responding, only logging complaints multiple times but not resolving any of it. All they are doing is fraud and troubling their customers. They have no intention of helping because all they do is cancel the booking of customers after receiving full payment and ask them to book the hotel again to get double price for a property in a fraud way coz they simply don't refund your amount back for the booking that oyo itself has cancelled.
        No ethics. No loyalty. Only fraud. Completely disappointed with oyo.

          Dear Sir,
          I am from kolkata & now I am in Nagpur. I have booked a hotel at OYO22903 but when I want to check in the hotel management saying we are not accepting below 1000/room. but I have booked on 667/-. I called the customer care & they resolved the problem. 2nd day same problem 3rd day same problem. now today(15.07.2019) I have booked room for 8 night on that hotel. same they are saying we are not give the room below 1000/-, The problem is I have already pay some amount by online. I don't need refund I need room on that particular hotel. because this hotel nearby my work place. & My question is how they are co-ordinate with property team. I am facing this problem so many time. & when I called to customer care they ware hold my call last 1 hour. I want to know what is the wrong from my side? I think This problem facing another so many customer. Please understand how I manage in out of station. Please resolve it by today EOD.

            Booked initially on MMT. I thought it is going to be GOOD EXPERience but it tured into worst experience.. So I want to delete my account permanently.. I called them 3times kept me on hold for morethan 18 minutes and hand up on me. OYO hotels are scam.. They list every hotel which fall under low standards with fake photos and fake hotel facilities list.. Before listing some ### hotels they should really check whether they meet certain standards or not.. After listing from time to time they've to send people to random hotels to check whether they're maintaining standards or not if not they should remove that perticular hotel from OYO groups of hotels without any further due.. You guys failed to give each and every customer GOOD EXPERience..

            There should be option for customers to delete their account on their own.. No proper email to contact or phone number.. Customer support supervisor told me that she is talking only hotel check in refuse calls.. So what about other?? Are we paying money for staying/stayed or for free?

              Oyo central team initiated my refund on booking ID Ksbl6723 on 27 June 2019. They assured me that my amount will be refunded in 7 to 14 workings days its been 15 days and OYO hasn't refunded my amount yet. I have called OYO customer support but they aren't helping a bit just creating more problem. I was put on hold for 20 mins to 30 mins everytime and the call was disconnected from OYO side. I was promised a call back in 15 mins that call didn't even came. Tired of their pathetic service from booking to cancelation eVERY SERVICE is ###. Just want my refund as soon as possible

                Recently booked a hotel in bidar at spot on sai palace. I reached the hotel at 11:00PM at night. He denied me check in saying that rooms are not available. Then after lot of followup from oyo support they shifted me to spot on 38700 new venkateshwara lodge. The main thing is before shifting me thay didnt even think of calling the other hotel that whether they have spare rooms or not.

                At 12:00 I somehow managed to reached the newly shifted hotel and what I find is the same problem again. He denied me check in. My battery was totally drained up. There were chances that I could have slept on bus stand just because of worst oyo service and experience.

                I managed to charge my phone in a 24hr critical care hospital and then started callin each and every hotel from justdial and then found a room at 02:00 and checked in there. You made me walk 5-6 kms at 02:00 in the night which could have been riskier.

                The hotel charged me Rs 1200 for the room. I request you to kindly add the 1000rs to my oyo wallet which I can use it next time directly without any T & C.

                Also this is the 3rd time I faced same issue in 4 days. Same was the case at gulbarga OYO 30475 Sangam Residency. He charged me 1200 when I had already paid 600 for the room.
                That time OYO senior support executive told me that I will add Rs 500 to your walllet so that you can use next time but it has not been added yet. WORST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

                And the main part is that OYO 30475 Sangam Residency is still shown in the OYO app, whereas the reception guy at hotel told me that sir our tie up with oyo has finished 2 weeks back, I dont know why have they not stopped booking on App. Its been 2 more weeks now but still the same hotel is being shown in OYO. Your service team is pathetic. They dont know how to solve a problem, they just want to complete their working hours and leave. They are not at all concerned about the customer.

                Also, your call transferring system is worst. After 5 min of hold 2 of OYO customers get connected on call. This has been repeated with me several times.

                Please OYO instead of focusing on expansion to china, vietnam etc better focus on the quality at existing places.

                  I (Avinash) have booked hotel residency park from oyo app (Booking id dqgb2437-near jain sahakari bank. Next to satkar hotel). When i went in hotel on 10 jully 2019 then hotel manger and all staff told that they will accept booking from treeboz app. They had not given any room so that i have shifted to another hotel for stay.
                  So kindly refund of my money.

                    In 7th of july 10.30am i booked a hotel for 7th july 12.00pm to 8th july through oyo and pay hotel room bill through oyo app. But hotel management said that they dnt accept online payment, then oyo shifted me in other hotel then same issue i found there then i call oyo coustmer care and request him to plz cancel my boking and refund my money, agent said i submited your request 7 to 14 working days your refund is done, but after 5 to 5 days letter i called oyo then he said i dnt refund your money becuz hotel accept online payment... Its openly fraud i have mails and recordings,, plz help

                      I have booked 1 delux room for 3 nights in oyo hotel pandav 3614, they provide me confirmation for booking and booking id as well and charge full amount advance without cancellation policy,
                      At the time of check in they provide small room in hotel pandav inn 3612, and said that their is an issue in that hotel and they can't give that room for 1 day and you have to adjust in this room only. Also they said if i want to stay in better room in their hotel i have to pay extra amount for that room. Such a ridiculous oyo member and hotel manager. They just give wronge commitment and worst services.

                        I have filed a complaint in national consumer docket no 1413085 due to I faced lot of issues when I was check in Oyo 24094 sunshine grand at evening 6 clock on 22nd June 2019 this hotel Front desk people are very rude with me I felt very bad was traveling with my old aged person with 2 kids hotelier was asking us to pay extra amount of 7000 for 2 days check inn and check out other than the booking amount or else asking us to speak with Oyo customer care. After calling Oyo executives more than 5 times they just disconnecting the call frequently and no one helped me at the time and at last after 5 hours struggling. I was shifted to Oyo 19910 Hotel Sapphire Paradise Ooty in same booking id DIZB2743 at 11 pm .This hotelier refused to give water bottles and breakfast I faced big issues in this Oyo room I want to complain about this too and next day 23rd June check inn and 24th check out shifted to capital O 41999 booking ID DYCG9256. This hotelier denied my check inn and told that he didn’t receive any conformation mail from Oyo after big problem. I just move to private property with cost of 4500 and other day I just cancelled capital o to expect my refund there was zero totally that trip was not good at all due to Oyo and sunshine grand I need my money back. Even my old age parents faced health issues regarding sunshine grand and Oyo executives totally that trip was totally damaged I need my money back with compensation already I complained in consumer and aim going to publish this in social websites too having lot of evidence against this…..on July 1st i have filed this but no response from oyo

                        On 2nd July 2019 I just spoke with female Manager she told me that that she will initiate the amount for both booking ids but i got message from oyo for one booking this sis not acceptable what i faced issue in check inns i need for both booking amounts refund already i got call from national consumer to file a case in court aim having every evidence with me and the way of customer support is not all good

                        I have called executives more than 35 times no one is responding properly simply telling will transfer the call to Senior officials and holding the call for more than 30 mints and disconnecting frequently even i send mails to oyo before 25 days still they have not responded at all this oyo group trying to loot money from customers and cheating blindly

                          I have booked oyo rooms online at kasauli from goibibo. Hotel are asking for extra money above the booking amount which has been already paid. Due to which we have suffered for 3 hrs in getting the hotel after paying the additional amount. We were told to cancel the online booking & pay the higher amount at hotel. No resolution provided yet.hotel name is Laxmi Residency & kasauli Continental at kasauli.

                          Request all not to book any hotels from oyo seriously. Please book at your own risk if you wish to.

                            It is very shameful for oyo rooms..!!

                            Today when we reached tara palace hotel puri at ct road puri after booking and payment confirmation the hotel manager denied to provide the room to us.

                            We have booked the room at 15:08pm on dated 11july 2019 and received the confirmation email but we have not received any denial mail from oyo or area manager/hotel manager.

                            We have called in customer service and talk with mr. Ashutosh but customer service did not help us and not provided any senior manager number and not area manager contact detail.

                            We have faced huge problem due to oyo service.

                            Hotel manager did not help us in this problem and directly refused to providing room or any alternative. We have faced trouble all night because of oyo service.

                            We are complaining that we have not received any solution from customers service.

                            We don't want to do any future booking with oyo rooms.

                            We will not suggest oyo service to our knowns. One should not book oyo rooms if you have any female companion with you.

                            We don't want any refund from oyo but how can oyo pay for this harassment. We stay on road full night with female companion.

                            Is this type of service proving oyo room then your service is not faithful.

                            I request you to kindly look into this matter and take strong action.

                              We had made our bookings in a particular property which was shifted by oyo to some other property which is far from the place where we had booked and the property which doesn't have proper transport and any other facilities. The booking is made for our valuable customers and now we are facing lots of inconvenience in their stay. We need an immediate assistance regarding this.                                 This urvish patel booked oyo lama dhim and oyo customer care called me and saying you have to shift in other hotel first i comfirm and then i have oyo then ask for reason they are provide any details and say tariff are gone high and that and i talk with oyo sr. Ex. Dilip of oyo he say there bulking booking thats why and after saying tariff are gone up but how thats possible i pay in advance

                                  Had made one booking with id: ombq7543 on 4 july and the hotel management denies for the check-in and then i spoke to the oyo team. The team manager said that they will credit the refund any amount that is paid over and above the oyo rates however i paid 3968 for 1 night which as per oyo was for 1968 so i paid 2000 more however the refund that i am getty is for 393 only which is unacceptable...

                                    I had made a booking on 6.7.19 at bhubaneshwar at Oyo 4110 Miskys Guest House, but i could not check in due to denial and non availability of room in the concerned hotel. There was no help available from oyo side and i had to manage the stay from my side locally. The shifting hotel provided by oyo also denied our check in.

                                    I was also denied check in the upgraded hotel
                                    and could not get any accomodation that night. Neither did i get any refund for such issue from oyo side.

                                    The booking which was previously being showing in the oyo app with the booking id given along with has been deleted and no action is being taken despite of repeated contact with the customer care.

                                    This is totally a massive harrasment in middle of night trusting oyo and carrying a female passanger along with which raises a lot of questions about their security .

                                    Oyo has totally fooled us and has also taken our money and is deleting bookings also to hide their theft.

                                      I had made one booking with id: lsnp1569 on 15 june and the hotel management denies for the check-in and then i spoke to the oyo team. The team manager said that they will credit the refund within 24 to 48 hours but till date no refund is credited in my wallet. Worst service and i never seen this type of service in any hotel bookings. Please take necessary action against them.

                                        I booked 5 rooms in hotel vanjula residency (Oyo 10587) at gangtok, on 09/jul/2019 for 2 days 10-12 jul 2019 (Booking id is gkba9263). I paid through my debit card an amount of inr 15, 249/ only, for which i have received receipts from oyo. However, the above mentioned hotel denied to give me rooms on arrival, saying that they do not have any business link/relationship with oyo, and it is a fault of mine. Now i am at the verge of loosing the money.
                                        Kindly take prompt action to refund the amount to me at the earliest.
