I have booked room at oyo in mathura. The oyo no is 2962. Now when we reached the staff of the oyo said that he has no room available. On further talking to the oyo support and help services they said that they will shift to the new oyo and help to reach there. They just shifted the oyo but not help to reach there. Now its too late for us to book the cab also. So i don't know what to do. We are just sitting under the fan at the oyo 2962 and on further contacting them they are just saying that they will connect to senior executive and after 10-15 mins of hold they simply cut the call. The new shifted oyo is oyo 10842.
My booking id is-ukys1369
If a booking is done and the payment is made that means that we have reserved some place or thing, so howcome you can say that the particular thing or service is not available and further you are supporting also. Please look into the issue an please please help me in this case.

    The business manager, for the south goa branch of oyo, has been trawling facebook groups dedicated to helping people find accommodation in goa with the intention of finding the profiles of young women to make advances on.

    This person, has been engaging in stalker behavior by locating the profiles of women on facebook groups and then sending predatory messages to these women via other social media platforms. The messages are predatory in nature and imply that this person knows the location of the women he is stalking.

    When confronted about this behaviour, this person has behaved entitled and abusively. They do not see any issue with their harrassing behavior.

    This is not only extremely unprofessional, but is very alarming and a cause for concern. As someone employed by a hotel company, this person has access to sensitive information regarding peoples contact details and location. When in the wrong hands this can be potentially dangerous and harmful.

      Hello sir, my booking id is fkhs0674 and i had booked a hotel oyo 26227.
      I had did a payment through oyo with transaction id ref #igagpmsuv0 of rs. 750. But when i reached to the hotel they refused to give room by saying that we dont give room with such a small amount. So, its my humble request to you sir to proceed a refund of full amount else i will have to un-neccesarilly fill a complaint in a consumer court against oyo for showing such a fraud hotels. Thank you

        Hello sir, my booking id is oxwu9865 and i had booked a hotel oyo 22771.

          Booking number [protected] ( July 17 - 24, 2019)

          I am officially lodging a complaint against the rightful owner of Oyo room ( Abdul Aziz street, T. Nagar, Chennai ) and the management. I have travelled from outside India. I don't have a local number, but I check my mails regularly. Untill today no one has tried to contact me regarding the unavailability of the room I booked for the period July 17 to 24, 2019. I received a confirmation mail and a reminder of the booking couple of days back as well. I waited outside the Room at ( Abdul Aziz street in T nagar ) from 11.30 am today . The gates were locked and neighborhood told they were closed since one week. I tried reaching the contact person as per the confirmation mail I received but I couldn't reach no one. Around 11.45 I received a call and a mail stating that the building is no more functional. They suggested to take a Oyo room at a different location which is not convenient for me and also not my budget. I contacted the second Oyo room which was booked again by Oyo itself as a replacement for me. I informed them ( Alreef Residency) that I no longer require a room. I receive a mail around 15.00 saying I have been charged for my cancellation. I don't understand this management error. Also I will file a complain and make sure a case is issued on both OYO and the owner of the property.I have come all the way from Belgium to face such a disaster. I will definitely see to that you answer to me and make sure no money of mine is taken from my account. Extremely disappointed and hope no one ever use this service.

            I had a booking with id zplx9160 of 2 rooms on july 13, 2019 with whole payment made as an advance. This was a hotel on national highway in mathura. When i reached there the hotel manager refused to check in saying that there is no booking for oyo anymore for the day and they have refused oyo to take the booking for today. It was the time of 10:00 p. M. I was tired calling oyo representatives. I was on the national highway with my family. No auto/cab facility was also available on the road. I was so disappointed with the service. It was already 10:30 pm and oyo representatives was like our seniors will get back to you shortly but there shortly never came. Somehow later at 12:00 am i decided to move on to another hotel but inspite that in the morning i received the message from oyo that i did not check the hotel. Pathetic service experience. I would suggest not to opt oyo and never pay advance to oyo atleast.

              We had made a booking at bangalore booking id rdoh 3240. Customer service kept on redirecting my calls to different agents that too rude agents who were not even willing to talk to me they were like radio wouldn't even listen to me, they forced me to listen to them or else they would simply put the call on hold.
              Finally after much trouble i was offered a call back from one of the agent within 15 min. They made me wait on middle of the road for 2 hrs, so i dialled them back after multiple transfer i was again told that i would be getting a call back within 15 min.
              Compelling us to check in to the oyo home which was not something that was promised to us.
              The call back i received was after 2 days just to let me know that there is nothing that they can do as they dont have a policy to help me even after all the trouble they caused us.
              Agent himself said it was a mistake from their part still they were not being able to provide me with a resolution. Finally he disconnected the call. I was just told apology scrip over and over still dont understand why was i even given a call back after 2 days was it to mock us.
              Hope i would be able to get justice for the inconvenience i had to go through.

                Dear sir,

                I'm sunil kumar c r, when i'm searching for hotel booking near kuntala water falls in adilabad (District in telanagana state) it showed me the two hotels,
                1) oyo 43871 a g residency 2) oyo 43430 aurora beach road so i booked the hotel a g residency oyo 43871 for 4 guest 2 rooms on 13july 2019 to 14th july 2019 with booking id : admk5628 and i paid amount of ₹1748.00 after booking i recieved a whatsapp message with the hotel address. I identified that the whatapp message is showing the wrong address somewhere at andaman nicobar i contacted the customer care they said that they are facing some techinical problem they given me assurance that my money will be refunded but 2days back when i'm trying to reach the customer care they are telling that the case is closed no money will be refunded.                 Kindly look into this case and take some strict actions on oyo rooms team and kindly refund my money back

                  Pathetic service! I forgot my watch in oyo room, we booked a room from 14th jul to 15th jul, and next day we were getting late ad forgot my watch on table it was kept there we called him 4-5 times he said its not there it was gifted by my mom! This is the lost and found policy of the hotel?

                  At the time of booking the oyo room at K-84 lajpat nagar, I added the lunch plan and paid for it. However I did not avail the lunch facility and wanted to cancel the lunch plan. Would request a refund for the same. There is no way to request it via the app. Please assist.

                    Dear sir,

                    My friend mr. Pawan kumar had booked oyo room 14760 swagat guest house, new town kolkata. Check in: 16 july '19 and check out 17 july'19.

                    Booking was done through goibibo (Ref: htl2rr4wdf).

                    Upon arrival at the mentioned property the hotel staff was found very arrogant. There was no basic toiletries provided. Upon making request at hotel reception, the arrogant hotel reception told that oyo did not provide the toiletries and hence they cannot give. They even said to talk to hotel manager and they will do nothing. We called up oyo customer care and they didn't give any proper response. Kept on repeating, sorry for inconvenience but did nothing!!!.
                    After lot of arguments, hotel provided with basic amenities.

                    The best part was, everyone at hotel were sleeping till 8 am and no one was available to take order for breakfast!!! Whow!!!
                    Mr. Pawan had to leave hotel without breakfast!!!

                    What a wonderful sleeping pathetic property oyo!!!

                    I had heard plenty of negative stories about pathetic oyo rooms, but it was the very first experience (Through my friend) that we came across personally

                    Really oyo has pathetic rooms at worst guest houses/ hotels with no customer service.!!!

                    Do not just keep increasing rooms, first maintain standards and quality for all rooms which is run under oyo!!! And teach your property people some manners to talk to customer!!!

                      Good morning,
                      I was travelling to Karaikudi from 10th July until 13th july and I had booked a room in Karaikudai via OYO at Azhagu Naachaal Residency.

                      We had a terrible experience : First of all OYO had given us the wrong address and then it took us 45 minutes to find the place. Once we arrived at that place late in the night, the watchman says that there is no OYO room available ( despite OYO having confirmed the booking number with us) He said that the owner no longer takes net bookings and demanded a ransom for the same room booked.
                      This not only happened to us, but to several others who pulled in tired late in the night depending on OYO's booking.
                      Upon speaking with the general manager about this booking, I was simply told that there is nothing else available and I am pretty much on my own to book a room that late in the night and hung up on me.

                      This is my FIRST time booking with OYO and this kind of customer service and wrong information has completely turned us all OFF. I will be writing to the higher authorities about this particular incident because this NAACHAAL residency is CHEATING us and I feel that OYO has a part to ply, because for three contionous nights we saw people with OYO booking reaching that place late in the night and the room being denied unless they paid almost double the amount, taking advantage of the customer.
                      I need an explanation and a proper action and follow up on this complaint else, you will be answering to a law suit.

                        I am ravi kumar jha. I booked package qwxo5679 - person name-gaurav chauhan (Gauravchauhan1. [protected]@oyorooms.com). I paid 14700 twice one through paytm and once through net banking on 5th june 2019. From that day i am following oyo people, customer care via call and email. Till now it is in process. Almost 45 days going to complete still i am waiting for the refund.

                        Please help me to get my money back.

                          Sir, I have booked an OYO room as always I trust OYO first over any other hotel booking plateform. I checked into the room without seeing it and making the payment prior to seeing the room online only because I trust OYO. And when I checked into that room it was extremely dirty the bedsheet was wet and torn and bathrooms were extremely dirty and stinking. Also the hotel staff was very rude in response. I called OYO customer care also but they were also not resolved the issue. They were only keeping the call onhold. I at the end myself left the hotel and booked another OYO room near to it with my same OYO account and checked in into that. I want OYO to refund the money which I paid them online for my first booking. My registered phone number is [protected]. My first booking ID is PGOI2971. Hotel name is Hotel JS continental Kanpur. My second booking which I made with my same account for the same day is booking ID YRMV0238 at OYO hotel mandakini plaza which is hotel near to the Hotel JS continental. I request the customer support of OYO to please look into the issue and take the necessary action.

                              As i submited the complaint regarding my refund of Payment of 3658 rupees already and on 30th of june i had a call from oyo they said that your complaint is been solved and refunded amount initiated to you and it will be in your account from 7 to 14 days but there is no amount was credited to my account in the last 16 days now .                                   Oyo 37329 shanthala residency is located next to my house, this location is in residential locality called subhasnagar, but they have registered in different address as nehrunagar, near sarvodaya college coorg but actually it is located in subhasnagar. Due to regular movement of bigger vehicle and people at all time, the area has become market place, further it has become nuisance at night time, we are not felling safe. Due to mini vehicle movement roads to the residential area has become worse.
                                  I hope there should be some policy with oyo before giving clearance to open the hotel franchise, kindly look into the issue and relocate the hotel to commercial area, so that peace can be maintained in residential housing locality.

                                    Dear sir /madam
                                    Oyo room booking id ipwj3190 at oyo flagship 14266 serillingampally has been cancelled on 26 june 2019 as per request & refund of inr 3275.0 has been initiated by oyo team & same refund will get message send on register mobile no. They assured me that my amount will be refunded in 7 to 14 workings days. Now almost 20 days passed but still oyo hasn't refunded my amount yet. I have called oyo customer support but they aren't helping a bit just creating more problem. I was put on hold for 20 mins to 30 mins every time and the call was disconnected from oyo side. They promised oyo executive will call back in 15 mins that call didn't came. Kindly check & resolved the issue as soon as possible& refund my amount with out fail.

                                    My booking id's are WXGC9231 and BGDM1693. The particular property in which we made our bookings has been shifted to some other property at the last minute. It's an official booking for our business customers and so we are facing lots of inconvenience. Escalate our complaint to the concern higher authority and take immediate action.

                                      This is regarding my room booking ID IXCZO735, I have requested for my bill with GST no as this is official trip as per my company norms

                                      before payment i told clearly the asked me to send mail with details and they told the same has been added

                                      but i received bill with out GST

                                      Asking for that the customer care mgr replied in bad manner

                                      saying me to be professional

                                      i told before booking my requirement, and lost 1097/- because of mis communication

                                      kindly address my issue and provide me bill with GST

                                        On[protected], i booked a room from oyo at delhi in hotel oyo 42981 rupam kingston park which booking id is gqoy0568 for rupeess 986. As soon as i came to delhi, i came to the hotel by giving rs 200 to a taxi and then i got the message that your room has become cancalled. At the same time, i talked to your customer service representative who told me to provide a room at hotel oyo 6886 golden palace which booking id is mloi1023 for rs 866. After that, give 100 rupees to a taxi and get to the hotel oyo 6886 golden palace. At that time the hotel manager was told that the room of the above category is not available to us. You cancel the room from oyo and give me 1000 rupees, i will give you room in this hotel withc same category. The oyo is fraud application and how many custmer dissatisfiy from oyo. At the same time, when i talked to the customer service representative, he asked me to give room again in difrent palace.

                                        In this way, i was repeatedly misled by oyo and i did not even have a room after having a room in your hotel

                                        There was no room in your hotel until my booking was done by oyo. After the room was cancal by your hotel manager from my oyo app, the room was given in rs 1000 with same category. Which payment was totally taken under the table systam

                                        It caused me a lot of trouble by oyo and your hotel, which caused me financially and mentally. Please let me rest.

                                        If you and your hotel do not have co-ordiation with custmr than why you were threatened??

                                        Your hotel service is very useless and very deceptive. Because of this, a lot of customer has to face the problem.

                                        Your hotel manager is not deliberately given a room becouse that the customer can cancel the booking from oyo and pay directly to the hotel & manager.

                                        I should compensate for the following losses. Please provide help

                                        1 rs 200 for taxi from railway station to hotel rupam kingstan
                                        2 rs 100 for 2nd taxi from hotel rupam kingstan to hotel gold palace
                                        3 rs 134 rs access payment taken by hotel golad palace
