I booked an oyo room (Lksm2813) from oyo app. I wantr=ed to book it on 19/06/19-20/06/19. I booked on dated 19/6/19 early morning 00.59 (Am) so that i can check in by 12 in the noon. At the time of booking, it showed as today and by mistake, i choose the option, today after payment and booking did. I got to know that the booking date was 18/06/19 - next day.
On that moment itself, i called the oyo customer service and asked for help, they asked me to book another room so that they can refund the amount on my paytm account as i've paid through this. And i did another booking (Booking id - ugpc3241) as per their advice.
Its been 30 days since my booing, i haven't received any refund on my account, i called them many times on their customer care number and i am getting a very bad response from their team, even from their escalation team too. They are saying excuses all the time and not returning my money back.
Today,[protected], i called them and one mr. Shiv (Asst. Manager) assured me again wait for some more time and they are going to resolve it soon. I lose my hope. They are literally exploiting the customer.

pin 3163 dated 16.07.2019 but when guest went there hotel manager said "All room are full we have no empty room" and my guest were mistreated by hotel management. even customer care did not give proper response
i want to take legal action against oyo and hotel owner
