I am akshay singh customer of oyo since last 5 months continuously staying at oyo property 16665 falgship at hinjewadi. Before few days property was so good to stay, but now since past around 20-25 days staff has been changed and property has become a worst place to stay as the behaviour of staff is very rude and they demand money unethically... As i dont even have check in for 2 days but they are asking me to pay for those days also.. And i have refused to pay for their demand then they have declined a check-in for me. After contacting with oyo customer service they have tried to resolve an issue by calling up property manager but he havent even recieved a call by the customer services but he have gave that call to his assistent to talk with and infront of their customer service he has declined a future check-ins of my bookings. Now i demand a compansation from oyo as they have disrespected me bytheir employees or i want to take a strict action against this property by oyo.

I have booked oyo 13490 hotel Aniket Bihta Bihar
confirmation no. [protected]
pin 3163 dated 16.07.2019 but when guest went there hotel manager said "All room are full we have no empty room" and my guest were mistreated by hotel management. even customer care did not give proper response
i want to take legal action against oyo and hotel owner

I stay in oyo 44780 Hotel visamo Ahmdabad during 13 to 15 julay 2019... Plz send me GST innvoic.. Nd customer feedback are send hotel person itself during checkout time.my booking I'd is PAEX7316. In room no telephone no AC remote . Not good complimentary breakfast only batata puwa are available.. No cleaning are available in room..

    I booked an oyo room (Lksm2813) from oyo app. I wantr=ed to book it on 19/06/19-20/06/19. I booked on dated 19/6/19 early morning 00.59 (Am) so that i can check in by 12 in the noon. At the time of booking, it showed as today and by mistake, i choose the option, today after payment and booking did. I got to know that the booking date was 18/06/19 - next day.

    On that moment itself, i called the oyo customer service and asked for help, they asked me to book another room so that they can refund the amount on my paytm account as i've paid through this. And i did another booking (Booking id - ugpc3241) as per their advice.

    Its been 30 days since my booing, i haven't received any refund on my account, i called them many times on their customer care number and i am getting a very bad response from their team, even from their escalation team too. They are saying excuses all the time and not returning my money back.

    Today,[protected], i called them and one mr. Shiv (Asst. Manager) assured me again wait for some more time and they are going to resolve it soon. I lose my hope. They are literally exploiting the customer.

    I have booked Oyo 14908 Chirag Residency Delhi from 1.7.19 to 2.7.19. On arrival I was denied room due to over bookings. I have to book nearby hotel and have to pay hefty charges.       I had booked a hotel at allahabad for my two days stay at hotel oyo riash located on vivekananda marg, allahabad, for the 11/07/2019 to 12/07/2019, two rooms and 4 guests. We reached there by uber spending 300 rupees and when we checked in the hotel, the hotel staff refused us rooms stating that the price at which i had booked the hotel was low and they cannot give me rooms. I said then why you did not cancel the booking so that i would have booked some other hotel, i have come with my family and spend 300/- to come all the way to this place and my family is standing on the road with luggage? They were not bothered and just denied, saying call oyo and tell them we are not bothered. I called the oyo help line number but it was just busy and could not contact customer executive, i tried thew chat option and oyo said they will look into this matter and call me back... I waited and waited but neither oyo called neither till this day they have called me regarding this. After an hour of waiting i found that my booking at the hotel was cancelled, so funny? Nice your guests are waiting on the road and instead of solving there problem you cancel the booking? Should anyone book hotels with oyo who cannot help ion case of distress? They will deduct your money if you cancel the booking then what should they do when they cannot provide rooms? Should i get one nights hotel amount in return? What about the harassment? I had to pay double to book an hotel instantly, who will pay for that extra money?

        Hi,
        My name is mayuresh pawaskar on 27th june 2019 i booked sorina hillside oyo malavli, exactly a month prior for 27th july and 28th july considering that the property has perfect location and a swimming pool with high demand.
        Yesterday monday 22nd july i received a msg which says you have been shifted to other hotel which is away from malavli also with no swimming pool. I am highly disappointed by this kind of service. There are kids coming along with me who really want to enjoy the pool. I demand that my stay to this hotel should be intact. If the property owner needs more money i can pay but such changes at last moment is intolerant.
        Please provide a proper resolution and work on priority on my booking.

          I booked a room in kushalnagar (Coorg) on 20/07/2019 and i paid the amount in advance. Hotel name is white wings. Booking id is tjbu2165. When i reached the hotel they told me, they don't have any contract with oyo and don't allowed me to check in. This happened at 12pm. Then i called to oyo support and informed this. They put on hold me half an hour and arranged another room. I told them i need all amenities i booked previous. He told everything is in new hotel.
          New hotel was nearly 8 km from the old hotel. I reached the new and checked the room. That time i realized new room is not air conditioned. I booked an ac room.

          Then i again called in oyo support. I talked to a senior officer and i explained all this to him. He told he will arrange another room immediately and put me on hold.
          I waited in that line 1 hr and no reply from there side. This was the worst experience i had with oyo.
          At last i don't had another option and i stayed in new hotel.

          Please do the needful action against this and let me know.

            Hi this is Prasad i had booked honeymoon package with id FKHM5959 in which they had informed me that they will provide us individual rooms for individual couple at the time of booking and we had paid an advance of Rs 18000 but after the payment they are saying that the rooms are shared with the couples how could we share the beds with diffrent couples. Provide us individual rooms as mentioned before.this issue going from 10 days but not responding any one.only 2 weeks is there. try to resolve as soon as possible.                 I had booked a single room in a hotel in trichy on 24th June and had paid the full amount for the duration of the stay(Rs. 1900). When i reached the hotel on the said day, I was told by the hotel staff that all their single rooms were booked out. I had called the OYO customer service and had them book another hotel, for which I would have to pay again and they told me that the amount that I paid for the first hotel would be refunded. But its nearly been a month and I am yet to get back the money I had paid for the first hotel.

I show my ex service man medical id.in this card what ever the person stay all members photo date of birth all are here. But your person told only aadhar, passport, election id only accept. Please clarify by to me. Central government id is not valid?. As a army person i feel lot. Give reply. If not recd i will go to consumers right. Army id is valid or not.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without an Original copy of a valid ID, the guest will not be allowed to check-in.

                    Hope you are doing well. I just wanted to let you know that very soon your business is going down as your business partners are not able to run oyo properly. They are not satisfied with your policy. They always criticize oyo company even they are talking about leaving your company. Yesterday i was booked a room in hotel surya regency, Ludhiana Punjab, oyo 31003. When i was there to check in they say our room rent is higher than they are showing in app so i have to pay rest amount before checking. I was i hurry to check in bcz i was not feeling well. And 1 thing i wanna tell you that they don't deserve to work under oyo standard, hotel cleanings is 0, bed quality is 0 washroom very much dirty. Mirror was too old even one can't see their face properly. After giving such dirty services still they criticize your company. I m damn sure your area quality person is not honest or loyal to you. He should visit the hotels under him and check them regularly to maintain oyo standards. When i was about to check out from the hotel, one person ask me for my mobile and give the rating itself. Now you can understand how your business is going on. I think you should work on it seriously otherwise very soon you might lost your customers.

                        This is happening for the 4 th time where i am denied check in despite confirmed by oyo.
                        I wasted 2 hours calling oyo.
                        Different executives provides me with resolutions that are not completed.
                        The hotel's tell me that they will not provide me the booking at the amount paid to oyo.
                        Why do oyo provide discounts when they cannot keep their services proper.

                        Oyo 15673 denied me booking today
                        Oyo 16656 denied me booking today

                        Another oyo denied me booking in chandigarh a few days ago
                        Oyo had me shifted in another hotel
                        But that wasted my 2 hours.

                        The service team keeps calls on hold for more than 20 minutes at times and yet nothing has been done.

                        I still have a ticket raised with oyo denied me check in but no response.
                        No call from oyos end.
                        This is not acceptable
                        This is not about the refund.
                        This is about how a company as big as you who claims such big things are unable to resolve issues at your end.
                        I am a wizard member.
                        That makes me laugh to what your services are.
                        I will make sure to escalate this to a social forum and consumer court, asking for a complete compensation of the harassment faced by different hotel's because of oyo.
                        I hope to get a good response or i will be forced to forward these mails to a different platform.
                        Oyo being a service gaint, i am sure you are proud of the services.

                        Now that i have finally made a new booking
                        The customer care says that they have raised a callback and i have recieved none from oyos end .
                        The services are getting worse
                        Neither have the refund for the bookings have been processed yet despite the mails .
                        Nor the discount have been applied to my bookings

                        We've booked 2 rooms on 15th Jul-19 in Udaipur. Due to some reason we've cancelled that booking. Now, A week passed but still we didnt get our refund.

                          I have booked a hotel in mount abu, the check in date was 9 th june on 8 th june the booking was cancelled by oyo itself they send me a text message saying due to unavoidable circumstances we have to cancel your booking and amount willl be auto refunded. It is still not refunded after 2 months. I am continously calling oyo they are continously sending me mails that your refund has been initiated and you will get in 7-14 working days but i didnt get any refund till now.
                          It is going to be 2 months now.
                          I want to file this complaint against oyo.

                          My problem has been resolved by OYO ORM ( online reputation management ) assistant Ms. Upasana Ojha . She called me I explained her all the details . She ensured me my refund will be initated and my problem will be solved. As she said It got resolved . I recieved a link for my refund . I will get it within 7-14 working days .

                            I made a booking on 30th june 2019 with booking id : husv9725 at oyo 33505 crystal palms highway resort. When i reached the hotel, they denied my checkin that they dont have any tieup with oyo. I called oyo to help me regarding this. They told that they will refund my amount. I got only partial refund. I complained that it was oyo mistake and i want full refund. They told me that your request is processed. They charged inr 3013 for cancellation. Its been 20 days i raised complaint. I didnt find any response. I atleast called customer care 30 times and they are saying that we will transfer your call to respective department. My call was never transferred. Kindly help me regarding this.

                              I made a booking in Hotel Pandav at Pachmarhi via OYO app vide booking ID AUIB7293 and out of ₹1585, paid advance of ₹475 vide sbi net banking txn id IGAGPZOON0 on 20 Jul 19 for check in on 20 Jul 19 and check out on 21 Jul 19. But when i reached the hotel pandav, they denied check in saying that we hv allotted room to other person. When i called OYO they kept on talking to hotel and kept on putting my call on hold for 30-40 minutes 3-4 times. Till then i kept waiting with my family outside the hotel on the road. In the night around 9pm oyo sent a mesaage saying u shift to other oyo, i replied that no oyo hotel available right now. I kept on calling but no solution provided. I was forced to book a room by paying heavy amount. Also my paid amount gone. Plz direct OYO to pay my refund of ₹475 and ₹4800 which i paid for booking room on the spot. Thanks.                               Today on 23 Jul 19, I received a call from OYO customer care. See the fun, instead of admitting problems at their end I was questioned. Why should I believe that you have paid heavy amount of ₹4800 for alternate accommodation and why in ur next day booking at same hotel they allowed u check in. Dear OYO, plz understand that if so many complaints of same nature are being raised by customers all around the country then definitely something is wrong. Instead of doubting the customer, Plz spare time to resolve problems between OYO and partner hotels. Doubting the customer, who is the sufferer, will only lead you to loose ur customer. Thanks.

                              This is wrong. You people are simply writing that "we believe that your concern has been resolved". However reality is that my concern has not been resolved. Your team has agreed to refund advance amount of ₹475 but has not agreed to refund ₹4800 bcz I hv no receipts for that. What about trouble which me and my family faced by standing outside the hotel for 2h 30m. Also ur customer care is doubting whether I paid above amount or not. Worst service. Also u can check other customer's complaints. They also faced similar issues and are still waiting for refund. So stop bluffing and get to work

                                I had booked an OYO room on[protected], booking ID(KQIE2685), KBR Residency, on[protected] I got a call from the hotel that there is a water problem so cancel your booking, after that, I immediately called Oyo and told all my problem on that day they told me not to worry about refund it will come to your account, but till now it's almost one month and I had called them almost 20 times, mailed them had done all the possible things that I can do, but till now no refund has been credited. Many times when I called them they put my call on hold saying that they are transferring to higher authorities but after a few minutes they cut the call. I am tired of doing all this from past one month. My amount is Rs. 527. I had their escalation mails, my booking details. Kindly, please help me I am literally tired of doing all this please find a way to solve this quick as possible.

                                This is regarding booking id KQIE2685 it's been one month till now no refund came worst service provided by OYO every time when you call OYO they only tell a lie I know that my money is not refunding because how much there are technical issues but a minimum amount of money a company can refund that is not a big task for a company like OYO. Please, friends whoever are reading this be aware of fraud.

                                  I have booked hotel on[protected] from your app with reference 17804886 weston inn on mehra compound in sakanaki 2 rooms in 2500 rs but when we reached hotel the hotel management ask for 2500 for one room i didn't expert this kind of behavior from oyo rooms as i travel a lot and always trusted oyo rooms as my first preference and this behaviour built a negative image for oyo rooms in my eyes and i am very sad and dissatisfied...

                                    I booked a hotel through oyo for 2 days in lansdowne and on reaching the hotel, they checked us in, gave us our room and then after seeing the rate oyo had fixed for 2 days asked us to leave.
                                    On getting oyo customer service to talk to the hotel owner, i was informed by senior executive at oyo that nothing can be done and the only other alternative was to shift to a new property apparently which was 50 km away as no nearby property was available. During this period i was also mistreated by the hotel (Lans view) who threatned me to vacate the room and when i didn't as oyo was assuring me that they would help, the hotel switched off electricity and water supply in my room and continuously kept ringing my room bell. And all oyo did was say that they couldn't get me a room in that hotel and they would give me a shift option. Never have i ever felt this harassed on a trip whereas till this day i was a regular customer of oyo.
                                    Apparently oyo doesn't pay its partners and also are of no help or support to their customers.
                                    I have call records for the same if required

                                      The booking agent misrepresented and lied to score the booking, promising me complementary late check out. Booked the room believing the agent.

                                      Had the ugliest experience during the stay. Oyo and property owners have a dispute where oyo has not made payments to the owners. Owing to this, the property manager kicked us out and the things promised were not delivered to me. My parents and i had the worst experience.
                                      To settle the issue called the customer support team who kept transferring the call internally. This went on for about an hour where i spoke to 4 people none of whom were able to provide a solution. Ultimately had to vacate the room. The most useless customer support team ever. Even after being on call for an hour and demanding refund none of them registered my complaint. Today, when i called i had to register a new complaint for which they are asking for 7-14 days time.
                                      These people sit in their ac offices and repeat the same statements of 'i can understand' and 'i apologize' all of which is complete #. I am the one who had to wait out on the road in extreme heat with my family due to their screw up.

                                      After registering the complaint their team called while i was on call with the person who took my complaint and never called back.
                                      Furthermore, the customer care executive provided a wrong email address when i asked for one.

                                        Booked oyo room (Booking id noxls729, oyo 13583) hotel paradise inn, talegaon, on 4 jul 2019 for one day stay 18 -19 july, i needed early check in at 7 am
                                        I made payment rs. 999/- on 17 jul 2019 for above mentioned booking after assurance (Early check in at 7 am with charges as applicable) from customer care [protected] and [protected], hotel receptionists
                                        After reaching hotel early in the morning at 7 am on booking date 18 jul 2019 i was denied entry. That no room is available before 12 pm. Immediately i had to go to another hotel to stay. I cancelled the booking immediately after knowing that i am unable to check-in at 7 am. Behavior of receptionist was very rude. He assured that money will be credited back in my account.
                                        Since than i never visited hotel.
                                        I want my booking amount rs 999/- to be refunded along with rs. 10000/- as compensation amount for inconvenience that i faced early in the morning of 18 july 2019. I along with my family felt harassed mentally and physically.
