Sir I had booked an OYO room Via OYO App on 6th June 2019 at OYO Home 19988 Elite Resort using AMAZON pay(₹1240.00) and OYO special coupon(₹1559.00) total room Tarrif ₹2799.00
Which was cancelled on 1.10AM of 8th june( i was notified with an SMS from OYO) stating that "Your booking ID: LQCB3654 is no longer valid therefore Your booking stands cancelled. Your refund (₹699.00 ) will be processed in 7 days.
I immediately tried booking the same hotel room on same date with the cide i had used previously but I was unable to book as the Code was expired now.
In the morning i contacted the Customer care number of OYO and asked that my booking is cancelled without my consent and so i have booked it again with Higher prices of ₹2066.00+ OYO coupon(₹733.00). I requested and told them that It was done with your mistake so the full refund of previous cancellation (1240.00) and the difference of New booking price and Previous Booking price i.e. (826 - (minus)Amazon Cashback of ₹124.00)= ₹702.00 rupees should be refunded to my mode of payment. So the total refund has to be 1240+702=₹1942.00 but they just refunded me ₹699.00 as per their cancellation policy.
I request OYO that firstly... these kind of Automatic cancellation should not be done by your side. AND SECONDLY... if it has happed feom Your side..the consumer should not be affected. So please ensure that the full refund of ₹1942 is processed.

OYO has sent an mail regarding wrongful cancellation of my hotel booking. They have sent a full refund on old and new booking. And they themselves have booked the same room on same price. I just have to pay it on my convenience. Thank You Oyo. Thank you consumer Complaints forum.

    Dear Sir
    I have stayed for 3 days in Oyo flagship 27926 at Noida. By mistake I left my mobile headphone in their but property manager assured me that they will keep the same in reception safely. I send my friend to collect after 2 days post discussion with Oyo manager but he told that headphone is lost. Buy again he assured to to courier the new one but not done then I requested Oyo escalation team then also he assured to do the courier in a week time. Now it's around a month but Oyo manager not denying but not sending and Oyo escalation team replying that issue resolved on my mail and when I called Oyo customer care then verbally they always says ok will escalate to seniors and closing my cases all the time.     Oyo has taken the case seriously when the issue highlighted here in consumercomplaint only. So I suggest to all consumer to lodge a complaint if you face any issue during your stay to [email protected] and do the follow-up, if they started closing your complaint without resolution in oyo app as well, then highlight here. Also oyo has the tagline of service assurance which is just to name and no grantee of refund if they fail to provide the committed service. Thanks to team for support.

    No resolution has been received by Oyo till date and same thing happening since beginning...oyo committed to resolve the issue but Oyo is closing the complaint all the time without resolution everywhere. I have not received my headphone lost by Oyo Manager and Oyo is assuring refund charges if found services issues. NOW BIG ISSUE AND CHASING SINCE LONG

    Worst attitude and focus towards resolution of consumer complaint by OYO team...
    Be aware of false commitment by Oyo and smooth failure in their committed services

    Assurance of refund of service charges for such poor services is still big question mark on Oyo for their policy adherence.

      I would like to get my account deleted permanently along with the bookings because i didn't feel it's worth to continue here, i could see no delete option available in both web and app. Kindly delete my account.

        Room is too dirty ...Toilate sheet is broken and dirty ...A number of whisky bottle in room and almira. And when I ask Room service Power Cut 11PM to 8 AM and we locked room some one closed door from out side...we call you too many time...but No response...we suffer in 46'C temp without water and electricity even till date. No response from your side. At moring 8 AM when our room gate open we check out ...but till 11 AM my check out not done. I again call you many time andd you say hotel staff is busy they will check out soon...

        Hotel ask 1000/- even after I pay full payment online on booking time still you say in 5min we will call you back or chaining property ..we wait on respsn 8 30 PM to 11 PM and then we pay hotel 2000/- Extra (with late night check in fee) but your customer support even not a single time call hotel nor change our booking.

        I pay you full amount and give me no service no response. Even Every time I call you...you marge my call with another Customer and they use abuse word on me...yes I call you +91-[protected] and from another you use very abused word me.

          I booked OYO Capital O 35901 Veera's Strand Park Serviced Apartments 4 ROOMS for 1 days, date 7 june 2019 to 8 june 2019 and made online payment of ₹ 11804 including offer.I reached for check in at 8:30 pm on 7 June. They didn't allow to check in and force me for new Booking if i need to check in. till i have not get refund and OYO have not pic the my phone.

          I have not received refund yet, have not refunded since making phone calls repeatedly. My booking ID is POXL0496. 12 days left away but till refund not credit. this is the high times follow up with OYO.

          I am still trying get my money back. I called many times OYO and their customer care say every time sorry but they cannot give proper solution and they ask me nothing in hand and they transfer the phone to senior and puts the call on hold and they are keeping silent. I have Two more witness other than our family members. Worst service by OYO. Don't trust these people.

          Please give me a immediate solution and refund the payment urgently . 13 days left away but till i do not get my refund.

              Hey. My Oyo Booking ID : BIN07403. The booking has been made in Kodaikanal Gurupriya hotel for 3 nights (13- june to 16-june). With no prior intimation the booking has been cancelled by oyo. I have booked my travel flight tickets and made sight seeing arrangements based on this booking. Its extremely unfair and unprofessional from oyo to cancel the booking with less than few days remaining. Providing refund is of no use, my trip is well planned based on booking. Please arrange alternative place for stay that would be helpful.

                I booked 2 room in rishikesh at Yaduvanshi shiva hotel via oyo app and done with my pre payment for that particular hotel before 3days to check in but as a reached i was asked to pay double amount and denied by the owner to check in. He was abusing on phone call and was not answering my phone call. He was very arrogant as he don't have amy etiquettes how to treat girls on phone.
                My experience was very bad cause i didn't find any other hotel at that location and oyo didn't shift me in any other hotel.

                  I booked a room in hotel Ritz lonavala for 2 nights, 9 June to 11 June for rupees 3330. But today, I got a message that my booking has been cancelled for no specific reason and when I tried to re-book the same room, the price has now hiked up to 18000 rupees, which is unaffordable for me. I booked everything from train to bus and planned my whole trip according to my stay at that specific hotel but as now the hotel has been cancelled for no reason, I can't afford to loose that money too. Please OYO rooms, act on it.

                    Worst experience ever with any online site
                    No proper attention to my complaint. Calls put on hold for a very long time and then disconnecting without any updates

                    Cancelling my bookings on same day in midnight!!! How do you expect me to handle this?
                    This has caused such a great trouble to me.. I'll make sure i restrict people to use your site for any bookings
                    After the whole trip was final you are cancelling it at 12:30 am..the time where almost every person is asleep

                    Oyo giving such trouble to me will be really dangerous to your goodwill

                      I booked oyo 26863 raj villa Jaipur for 4 days, date 7june 2019 to 11june 2019 and made online payment of 3000₹ including offer.
                      I reached for check in at 11:30pm on 7june. They didn't allow to check in and force me to pay extra 1000/day if i need to check in .
                      They didn't even cancel my booking and saying you will get refund and have to stay for all 4 day. I had no other option to go anywhere.so stayed .
                      In addition to this, they didn't give pay slip of extra paid at time of check-in .so i asked him to give in written. And i took photos while writing of receiptnist.
                      Now I'm paying extra for stay even i made online payment already.

                      Apart from this there is wi-fi service was given when i booked but not provided.
                      It is wrost experience i ever had.

                        I booked a room in Oyo Hotel Avista Vadodara through MMT on 6th June 2019. The booking was for 7th June and check out on 8th June. I reached Hotel Avista at 10.45pm approximately. The hotel manager informed me that Oyo has done an over booking and there is no room available. Hence I called oyo customer care and somesh from the senior team made an arrangement for me at Oyo Hotel Panchsheel Vadodara. I reached the 2nd hotel around 11.40pm. And please note that I was driving down to Vadodara from Udaipur with my wife and 1 year old daughter. After reaching Hotel Panchsheel they took my details and gave me room no 406. After i reached the room I saw that the room was very shabby. Also the toilet was dirty and the room had a weird smell. I have stayed in hotel avista on 27th May 2019 so I knew that the room of panchsheel was no where in par with hotel avista. So i immediately informed the senior Mr Bharat of hotel panchsheel that i can't stay in that room because it's not hygienic and that i am leaving. Mr Bharat informed me that they do not have any other room so I handed over the room key to him and left the hotel. I called Oyo immediately however everytime I called oyo the executive would tell me that they will transfer my call to the senior and put me on hold. After 15 16 calls I finally was able to talk to Bunty Kumar. Bunty Kumar spoke to the staff of panchsheel and informed me that i left the room without informing anyone. I asked Bunty to get Mr Bharat from hotel panchsheel on conference and i will speak to him because I had informed him about my concern regarding the room and had handed over the keys to him before leaving. But Bunty wasn't ready to get him on a conference call and kept saying that i left without informing anyone at the hotel. Bunty was biase throughout the call and was favouring the hotel staff. He was concerned about the customer at all. It's quite evident why Bunty wasn't ready to get Mr Bharat on the conference. Oyo is looting it's customers. I wasted my money, time and energy in calling oyo with an expectation of resolving my issue. I was on the streets of Vadodara for 2.5hours in the night with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Oyo sucks, bloody liars.

                          I booked a room in hotel Collection O 30013 Seawood Juhu, Mumbai for 3 nights, 13 June to 16 June for rupees 9000. But today, I got a message that my booking has been cancelled for no specific reason and when I tried to re-book the same room, the price has now hiked up to 18000 rupees, which is unaffordable for me.                             Totally fraud company, no level of authentication of service .a person is left on road if you believe in its services .booked a room through Oyo and confirmed on Oyo and even received message on Oyo but when talked to hotel representative they totally denied any booking through Oyo and no help even from Oyo sides .Even no other hotel booked through Oyo on this behalf .

                              It all about your customer care executive. They are very unprofessional and with less knowledge. I have stayed in your hotel metro star, karolbagh, delhi and room service is very poor. AC is not working, TV is not working, Shower is not working. What the hell is going. I am calling to hotel staff but they did not respond. One sentence, what the ###. Very dissapointed. I will never suggest to anyone for booking in oyo.

                                I had booked OYO 24799 Redlas Inn, Hyderabad from June 01 to June 04, 2019.
                                I had paid Rs. 4819 advance payment for the same. When I reached the hotel I came to know that OYO's tie up with that hotel has ended a month ago and my booking was not confirmed with the hotel. Since then I have been calling OYO Assist several times to claim for the refund but I have not got any respond. Every time I have to wait for the call to get connected, once it gets connected, their representative listens to my complaint and then tells me that he/she is transferring the call to next/higher department or authority and then again the waiting tune and nothing happens. The call is automatically cut from their side. Last two times while transferring my call to higher authority the call was merged to some different complaint call. 2-3 times I have also been told that I will get a callback from your side within 24 hrs but that also did not happen. Last time I called they made me wait for 30minutes and then also no response, the call was automatically cut from them.

                                  I have booked two rooms(double) in guardian guest house, Shillong. But the rooms were not ready at our arrival. Check in time was 12 pm, but we checked in at 8 pm. Still they didnot make the rooms ready. The rooms were filled with cigarette smoke and stinking. No room service. Staffs complained that they dont get salary, so they dont work. But, we are paying for our stay. No response at room service. Phone keeps ringing, no one receives. No drinking water at hotel. No hot water in one room. I expect my money refund from oyo.

                                    We use oyo's Banglore Mysore coorg ooty package 24/5/19to 30/5/19 package id HQBX2073 for 4 person but in ooty & mysore miss Chaya Kumari booked for 3 person so that my all family (4 person) not check in hotel sunshine grand for one and half hours so we paid extra 2000 rupees against room. I am complaint to oyo helpline & chhaya Kumari but nobody help to me. Chhaya Kumari not attend my call. After next evening at 8.00pm same thing happened in Mysore hotel Anurag Inn, next day l am complain to oyo mysore office team HR manager Mr. Pankaj, he assured to me to refund my money which was paid extra money except my package within 7days & not repeat the hotel's issue which happens in ooty& mysore. Till today Mr. Pankaj don't refund my money so I reply OYO was very much worst services. Particularly miss chhaya Kumari, Mr. Avinash manager operations team, Arun, Kashish, Ashish & Mr. Pankaj mysore team very much worst person's.

                                      This complaint is specifically for OYO TownHouse 094
                                      1. We reached the place almost at 2 expecting the room would be ready. But, on reaching the managers said that their property had some technical issue. We had been calling the cluster manager before but he wasn't picking up the calls. On reaching there they showed a carefree behavior and left it all on us to change the booking. We waited there for almost an hour or so. but no action was taken.
                                      We called the cluster manager much time, wherein he showed an absolutely intolerable behavior, promising he would sort this out but he didn't even manage to call back.
                                      2. Also called Oyo customer care helpline, but they repeatedly put our calls on hold for half an hour or so without suggesting any plausible solution.
                                      3. We shifted our booking after about 1.5 hrs using the app and moved to the new property, but they said it was a low tariff issue (again a mistake from OYO's end) and we had to WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 HOURS to sort this thing.
                                      4. The guest manager called us at about 5 and resolved this, wherein we still had to pay an extra of RS 150 in addition to our booking amount, settle for a lesser spacious room after wasting 5 hours.
                                      This is the second consecutive issue I am facing. This is not the kind of professionalism expected from a hospitality business.

                                      Your concerned team just shifted our booking to a new hotel 5 hours late and did nothing else. I don't think this is sufficient enough for the wastage of time and money that we faced. Moreover, in contradiction to the Oyo policy, we still had to pay more than the amount we made our booking at.
                                      Also, I don't think any action has been taken against Townhouse 094 Property and I have not received any kind of apology for the cluster manager's rude behavior.

                                        At the time of check-in, in the hotel ODEON CONTINENTAL, New Delhi, which was booked through OYO, the provided services by hotel management is very poor and the behavior of staff was also very rude like all the room was filled with dust, bedding provided by them is very dirty, the air conditioner was also not working properly and even they don't have any cleaned bed sheet and blankets for us, when I have complained to OYO Customer care No. [protected] customer care assistant had asked to me that I will connect your phone to my senior executive right now and after waiting half an hour the phone disconnect automatically and despite a trying a lot my next phone call was not entertained by customer care. If any action will not be taken by OYO then I will go towards consumer forum for relief.
