My booking id is nyth8096. Despite the already done online payment via credit card, the hotel didn’t let me check out without cash payment. When i tried to reach the oyo, it was not reachable (Multiple connecting and disconnecting). I was in a hurry, so paid via cash and raised the issue in oyo app. There was no response. On calling different people giving me different informations and asking me to wait for some time. Very unprofessional attitude. I didn’t get my refund yet despite giving them the bills and credit card statements everything. Even the don’t bother to give me a response.

    I had my booking on 17th may. There were some age issues, so the hotel manager denied to give the room and your agent asked us to wait for 7-14 days to get the refund. 14 days' limit is over now. Still i don't have received any refund. It's high time. Every time your agent asks me to wait for sometime and then cuts the call. I don't appreciate this behavior and neither i'm going to make any booking using oyo anymore. I'm totally disappointed. This was the first time that i had to face this much difficulty.

      Each everything problem in this hotel am giving the feedback he call to me and talking velgorr language... Who is taking the permission his hotel really really am very unsatisfied in this hotel his service i have recording also he is how to talk with me...

        We customer id kgel8704, customer name nithyanandam booked room through oyo at kodaikanal 1363 woody. Our check in jun1. We reached the hotel at 11.45 pm on june 1. But the hotel was sealed. We contact woody's hotel manager, they said no rooms available in hotel and they asked us to contact oyo. From jun 1st to till today, we made more number of calls to oyo about complaint and cancellation and we are not getting any response from you. Different customer care people is attending the call, they say will call back but no response. We paid money rs. 2265 through your payment link. So kindly refund the money.

          We checked in back in mid of march, ever since then this place have been nothing but issues, one of the biggest problem is that there no security in kitchen, every day someone steals our milk, veggies, cold drinks etc when complaint to supervisor, he never responds properly & he only says he can’t do anything about it, if you can’t do anything then why are you the supervisor at all? Then there’s issues with electricity it’s like every other day there’s power cut, there’s issue with light bulbs but no one seems to care or replace them! Half of the things in kitchen are broken or not working properly, but when raised complains they said that it’s only for small things like maggie or tea or coffee, nothing else that’s why they aren’t providing any proper cookware, i asked them the whole point of getting a oyo living was to be able to use a functioning kitchen, but again they just roll their eyes and ignore

            I have booked an hotel through oyo with booking i'd nkyf7968 i called and confirmed it with your oyo executive that early check-in is available or not she said early check-in is available by 6 am her name is shivangi believing that i came here morning property is not allowing me to check-in i have to get back to work by 9 am i didn't get proper sleep also. I raised an complaint and your senior person mr. Sudeep chowdry spoke he was rude he said to check-in in another hotel in another location but i said that location is not safe he still insisted me to check in. So you guys from aren't worried about customer safety right i'll definitely escalate this issue legally through advocate. I have been waiting for one hour in road now still searching for an hotel. Second time this is happening to me with oyo if i'm performing well because of lack of sleep will you guys take responsibility if i loose my job. Will you provide money and food to my family. I need an proper explanation for this issue happened before i file complaint i'm informing you guy's.

              .My holiday was worst due to Oyo services ..on 7th may-19 I was discussed with more than 5 associates and give you more than 2-3 hours. All call detail I have. but till date 03/06/2019 no resolution comes from Oyo.

              My Booking ID was ADSY8057, that was Booking of 2 rooms 5 gust for two-night Total Amount Due is 6197,
              I reached to the hotel but not received any confirmation to the hotel for booking.
              I was using One room at one night (5 people in one room) they are not able to arrenge another hotel, As per conversation with Oyo staff, he said that you can be paid 1 night 2 room paid at that was 2821/- at the property.

              Than OYO will waiver one room Amount-1410/- to my account.
              Again and again, Oyo customer care makes me fool. they are holding my call and disconnected after 20 -30 min.

                Recently i booked the Room for 1 and 2 june in rishiskesh but in morining when i called to hotel they are denied the booking and ask me to call oyo but when i called the oyo, oyo every time put my CALL ON hold arroun 30 to 45 minutes, and every person saye i will call you in 2 minutes and 3 minutes and no call me back, and also not refund my payment, after that when i was triyng to cancel my booking from app then they charged cancelllation charge 1777 ruppee,
                full i call them but no one resopse . very worst and poor serivce, and today i got the feed back call from oyo side, she said sir how was the hotel sevice,

                  I stayed in oyo home stay 18328 Green view studio from 31st May 2019 to 2nd june 2019 with my wife.I booked the said homestay through makemytrip.Since it is a homestay I called oyo customer care several times on 30th may to know the procedure regarding self check in.But no information regarding the procedure to send id proof or payment link was given to me.I was also told by one customer care agent that Oyo team will be there to help me for checking in.I reached there at 11 am but no one was there from oyo.I had to call oyo customer care like 10 times to check in but nobody were able to help me.Then some guy working at the property gave me contact details of oyo captain who reached there within 15 minutes and helped me to check in.If the oyo customer care had informed me about the procedures on 30th may, I wouldn't have to stand with my wife for 40 minutes outside the property.The bathroom was not clean and the AC Remote not working.Also no toiletries were provides except towels.on 31st eve I forgot my room key inside the room and informed the same to oyo team immediately. The oyo team could not found the duplicate key and in the night tney found out that the duplicate key is with the property manager.we had to spend the night in another room without our belongings.I specifically requested the oyo team to get the duplicate key in the early morning as I have my things inside the room.But nobody came from oyo in the morning to give me a duplicate key inspite of calling them in the morning.I had had to personally approach the property manager to get the duplicate key.This is the worst experience by me from a reputed hotel booking company.

                      Oyo rooms are not providing me the gst tax invoice for the following booking from above oyo accounts in the name of my employer m/s. Asian paints ltd, 86a haute street building, topsia road, seal lane kokata 700 046 having gstin :19aaaca3622k1zs.

                      Booking id: tpay6235
                      Oyo 16010 the stay,
                      Amount:4800
                      Bill dated:25th may 19

                      As per gst act and rules, no gst registered entity can deny for providing gstin tax invoice specifying customer gstin no and gst amount deducted. Oyo is only providing me the payment receipt, which is of no use to me, and firm where i am working is not accepting my claim since the same cannot be used for taking gst credit.

                      I have called them for many times but in vain, they are again sending that invoice in which only amount is mentioned.

                      There is no proper response from oyo rooms customer care.

                          I stay in hotel on 1jun 2019. The hotel was very bad hotel staff where threaten me and said you have to give me 1000 extra after paying total amount of room when i ask why i have to pay they said these are extra charges when i refuse them to pay then one of the staff member start abusing and forcefully taken my cell phone and give 5rating to itself and then they said give money otherwise you will not able to go out then i have to pay and i have complain multiple time in oyo but no response kindly help me out

                            I had made a booking for 01.06.2019 to 02.06.2019 in oyo 3436 kolkata for 2 of my guests. 1 being my mother and other my sister. Since the hotel policies showed a last check in time of 11 p. M., therefore before making the booking i had made a call to the oyo customer care to confirm that the guests may be late in reaching because of train delay. After confirming from the hotel manager, the oyo executive confirmed me that the hotel would allow checkin upto 1 a. M. Only after that i made a booking in that hotel. Once the 2 ladies guests reached the hotel at around 11.15 p. M. They were denied entry to the hotel. On continuous requests by the guests, the hotel owner, mr. N. Ramachandran (This is the name he told me), allowed them to enter the hotel but denied to give a room. He was drunk and had shown very bad behavior. He shouted and aid he wont give a room. On me calling to know the status from him, he shouted at me over the phone. He boasted about being the owner and cannot accept anyone questioning him. He even said oyo is a bad company go and complain about me, i dont care.

                            Is this the behavior of a oyo hotel owner. I have stayed in oyo rooms earlier also but have never faced such issues. All hotel services were very good except this one. Furthermore, i had applied several offers on my bookings as given by oyo and finally had to pay an amount of rs. 618. But, on giving the room to my guests the owner asker for more than rs. 1000. Why was this? Therefore, i opted to pay online the amount which i had booked. So i called oyo support to help me out but then they said that i do not have to pay anything since the outstanding shown was rs. 0. The hotel people did not even give basic amenities to the guests. They did not provide the keys of the room nor did they provide water. They were not willing to give the room keys to the guests at all.

                            I had raised the issue on calls several times. The same can be checked from your call records.

                            Now the hotel people are continuously calling up my mother and harrasing her. They are even threatening her that she has damaged the property and they will file a police complain about it.

                            She was not there for even 12 hours. She faced rude behaviour of the owner. She is almost 60 years old. This was a very bad experience with this oyo hotel. Please look into the matter and escalate the issue further. This is not expected out of oyo. This hotel owner is bringing down the name of the company.

I have suffered from many problems but oyo team did not help or customer care will also not gave any responce. Very bad experience from oyo.

                                I booked one hotel, due to electricity hotel manager asked us to book another hotel and to cancel booking... I did same and booked another after talking to customer care.. He suggested another hotel nearby and i booked it.. But accomodation was denied by manager and asked us another 200 rs to book same room that too without brkfast. I had canceled this booking also since manager was not accepting to provide room. I did these two booking same day and due to these hotels we had to face a lot of problem in the night around 10 o'clock. The 2nd hotel benefitted from the situation since we could not go anywhere else in that unknown place. We maneged on our own.in both the bookings accodomations was not provided and still we are refunded fully. It's clear case of missbehaviour and cheating of hotel managers. Kindly atleast provide full refund and take actions against such hotels.

                                  I had made a prepaid booking in seacom inn ymca esplanade through oyo. On arrival, at 7 pm, the reception informed me that they no longer accept customers from oyo. There was also a notice put up in the reception desk, informing the same. They even showed me the email which they had sent to oyo.

                                  I called up the oyo guestline and instead of solving my problem, oyo staff told me that i have a pending amount - they had pre-booked my meal without my consent and charged me 1200!!. After much argument, the oyo staff told he will make another booking for me in another hotel or they will refund my money. When i demanded the refund, the staff asked me to stay on hold so that he can connect me to higher authority to solve my problem. I waited for more than half an hour but never got to talk with the so called higher authority. I am still waiting for their call back.

                                    Booking id: ejbo0738, oyo 30865 ss residency

                                    1. Checking in took more then 30 mins and that too happened after calling oyo because the manager was rude.

                                    2. The room allotted wasn't the one shown in the pictures.

                                    3. They charged us rs.300 extra for the extra mattress and didn't give us a bill for the same.

                                    4. Complimentary breakfast with the booking was denied saying they don't have such facilities.

                                    5. There was no water in the washroom in the morning because of which running late for my day.

                                      I had booked hotel on 21st may for dates 6th june to 8th june and paid full amount. On 1st june i received a message saying due to unavoidable circumstances we want to shift you to other hotel. I did that, then on 2nd june i again received the same message, i called hotel to confirm my booking, hotel confirmed it. But later without my knowledge or confirmation they shifted me to some other hotel. I tried calling the customer support they either don't pick or keep on waiting till the call gets automatically disconnected. I have cancelled my booking, but i didn't receive any mail regarding it. A good way to cheat people oyo rooms.

I have paid the money in advance from the app. But they did not allow me to check in. I have tried for help for near about 4 hours but didn't get any from the central team.
