On 27 may 2019 oyo hotel rain forest lions villa ooty was booked for june 1 but due to un hygenic conditions this booking was cancelled there was a rat inside the room and up on complaining the matter hotel agreed to pay full booking amount on cancellation but after 10days of cancellation amount was not refunded .kindly take action against hotel booking reference number VFAO6340

    I booked a hotel room OYO 9565 Hotel New Shiv Murti 31 may 2019 for 5 june 2019 in haridwar from makemytrip. When i reached the hotel, the hotel management of oyo hotel denied check in by saying the room is not booked and i had to pay again for booking the room. I have the confirmation message that i got from makemytrip.now i m calling the service centre but it is not picking up my calls

      Below is my booking reference details. We have made full payment against the booking but when we went to the hotel they said OYO had made a fool out of you and we do not have any booking as per below details.         Hello Sir,
        This is to bring your serious attention towards a booking no: ELBH3784 which has been cancelled dated : 7.06.2019 by Gks Residency. I had been trying to get the refund right after the cancellation. But there is no response from Oyo. Even if the refund is not possible they aren't providing me a legit reason . This was a very disappointing experience. Help me with the solution ASAP.

          I have visited the hotel and they have provided me with a very bad experience which I never faced in past. I wait for two hours at hotel to get a room and when they provided the room the A/C was not working, there was no water supply no power backup and moreover, they were not ready to provide another room. They simply said that they can't change the room and you have to adjust in this only. When I said that I want my money back then they said that I have to talk to you about this. I tried to call you several times but every time call gets disconnected in case the call gets connected then I can hear only tune and no body answer the phone. I want to claim my whole refund.

            I had a booking with reference id NJBX0413 and yesterday i have checked in and today checked out but as per your record it is showing as cancelled however we have stayed in room no 201&202. While asking for invoice at property they denied and advised me to contact OYO and upon contacting your team is replied us to contact property. And why I contact the property?? It is your duty to provide invoice and why it is showing as cancelled?? Even your call centre person had cut my call without providing me resolution. Such a wirst service.
            Please provide me a invoice as the same is required for the claim of LTC.

              I booked a room in Munnar Days(OYO 28416) hotel in Munnar where I also did prepayment. I did the booking on 28 May 2019 for 8 June 2019 to 9 June 2019. Booking ID is OUKX6301 and did payment of Rs.2974 for this.

              Once we reached the hotel on June 9, 2019, hotel guys informed us that there are no rooms were available and all was sold out. But we told the guy that we have already confirmed and completed payment via OYO. But the hotel guys informed that OYO has not confirmed booking within them. Hotel guys asked to checked with OYO on this.

              We called OYO and there customer service was not proper and they were not listening to the correct concern I had. They suggested to book another hotel under them, but we already came across other customers who came another hotel booked with OYO with same situation and they were not given room. So we checked with OYO if refund can be done. And they are denying it

              Please help in solving this issue

                We checked in hotel on 30.4 and checked out 6.5.2019 in above hotel. The geezer in the room was not working and was not repaired although told many times. As geezer not working we asked for hot water which we get just 2 or 3 mugs after waiting for an hour. Rooms not cleaned daily.. bed sheets were very dirty.. and if we ask for changing bed sheets again old used bed sheet was given. We paid for thee person, when asked for extra mattress and bedsheets and pillow, they hardly give. Only on first day they gave .. again there was fany at cuttack but we were not so brothers for fany but hotel staff and there behavior..

                  I had the worst experience with the oyo kochar plaza, they were asking for extra cash at the time of check in, the reception employee was so rude and not helpful at all. They even took our phone and gave themselves the review which i was supposed to do
                  The whole stay was a torture as the room was not even clean
                  Please do take action against the property as they have put me into hell for a whole day.
                  As being a customer i had to face so many problems just because of the property of oyo 6467 kochar plaza.

                    Dear sir, yesterday I booked a hotel through OYO in Kohinoor International Lodge kolkata, my booking ID is IQKT3974.. The charge of hotel was 430₹ for 3bed room, but the hotel person charging 1200₹ for the same room, and when I asked why you r charging more then the manager said they don't care about OYO, i[censored] wanna take room or not its ur wish.. Now tell me this s a joke or what.. Are u guys serious about your business, thnk god I hv the extra money, otherwise I need to sleep at footpath.. Now I will do FIR on you people.. And I will go to consumer forum.. Or you have to take series action regarding this and back my money... Don't take it lightly to general people..

                      I had booked a room in OYO 958, Hotel Greenwood INN, Madiwala, Bangalore on 6/1/19 for my cousins(3 persons, My sister, her husband and daughter who were going to take admission in Christ University Bangalore) woith booking ID BQCJ5478. The checkin date was 7/6/19.As per the message received from OYO, an amount of Rs.904/ has been paid by me on the booking date itself within 3 hours of receipt of the message and I received a message from OYO stating that my booking is confirmed around 1.40 pm on 6/6/19 itself. But when they reached the hotel on 7/6/19, the hotel authorities denied room saying that there is no booking done in that booking ID and asked to contact OYO. I contacted OYO customer care representative to solve the issue. He agreed that it was a confirmed booking and asked to cancel booking if the hotel authorities are not providing room and assured that the amount will be credited to my account. But while cancelling the booking, it seems that an amount of Rs.999/- will be deducted from payment. Without getting the room the travellors encountered a lot of trouble. and OYO is penalized us by deducting cancellation charge. Hence I would like to get back the amount remitted alongwith the compensation for all kind of losses and troubles occurred

                        While creating a booking via the OYO Rooms App, the price to be paid for the booking was displayed Rs 1211 throughout the process. But as soon as I made the payment through my Debit Card, the amount deducted was Rs 1632 without any previous information about the increased amount.

                          Firstly, the service was so bogus as they didn’t entertain customers gently. They acted as goons at the property. Behaviour was so rude and the person at the reception had asked me to go login a complaint against me doesn’t matter as nothing going to be happened.
                          I was talking softly but he was replying me with so loud and scream tone.
                          I checked out hotel just right after a couple of hours as room was extremely exhausted and power issue was there late at night.
                          I called reception to get it fixed, but they said that we’re not supposed to do anything at the moment as power cut here is a very common issue.
                          They hadn’t been polite to my wife either.
                          Does this kind of behaviour is tolerable?
                          I won’t go silent, will escalate this issue to the next level if my query doesn’t get sorted out.
                          Overall, it was actually a pathetic experience i had till date.

                              Hi, I stayed in hotel booked via booking.com where that was the shady hotel i have ever stayed though i booked a premium room. I sent review posted on their app and then have been calling and chasing for invoice for GST which i have not received till date. I wasnt able to claim in my office due to non submission of invoice and follow up email (Below thread).

                                I booked room in Darjeeling for two days.hotel norling Darjeeling Zakir Hussain road. 8/6/19 to 10/6/19.on the day of my check in that is 8/6/19 at 1;15pm, I call the hotel reception..the hotel reception denied for the availability of room and misbehaved.somehow I managed for the another hotel.and continuously trying to call OYO customer care..but still unable to contact.what about my payment and inconveniences.

                                    I booked a hotel in Manali for June 17-June 20 on June 4.
                                    OYO 14171 was the property code. booking ID-
                                    KLRY6743

                                    Yesterday I got a message that Oyo has cancelled my booking.
                                    After talking to the customer care executive I get to know that according to them property is not associated to Oyo and the booking therefore stands cancelled.

                                    Like seriously ? After making all arrangements and planning and bearing the costs I get to know that the property isn't associated with oyo.
                                    The property is still available for booking but at a higher price now.
                                    It's not acceptable at your end to fool the customers like this just to earn a little more money at the cost of permanently loosing many customers like me.
                                    I need a solution for this, elsr you loose a customer for sure.

                                      I booked a deluxe room . booking id is ZRUW3180 which costs me ₹1306, and messages were coming like "your Oyo booking has been confirmed". But when I reached hotel, The hotel receptionist told me there is no deluxe room vacant in this hotel, only suite rooms are available which will cost you ₹2587. Kindly contact Oyo.
                                      So I called Oyo for assistance . I have made 4 calls to customer care but no solution has been provided by customer service.. even they cut my call everytime . So I was forced to take higher price room.
                                      Which I felt that Oyo has some looting scheme . Kindly process my request. I am uninstalling this oyo ( looting) app.

                                        Subject: Booking ID-CFAZ8579 at OYO 10692 Hotel

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        On 18/4/19 I had booked the room for Shimla with booking ID CFAZ8579 at OYO 10692 for 21/4/19.
                                        I have reached at above said hotel on 21/4/19 at approx. 7.30 AM. As I entered the reception I have notice the condition of reception which was very bad hence I requested hotel manager to show me the room. He shown the room to me and I have noticed that the room bed, furniture, electrical fitting, towels are not in good shape and not worth for living for my family.
                                        I have asked the hotel manager for another room but he denied. Than I have asked for cancellation charges and he told me there is no cancellation charges. I have cheeked on whatsapp and found cancellation is free. Hence as I have touch the cancellation line cancellation has done and a message on whatsapp come that your booking has cancelled. Screen shot has enclosed for your reference. I have not received any call or message for cancellation charges. Hence I left the hotel for another hotel.
                                        I have got the hotel after 3 hrs of rigorous walk but It was again compromising because of Sunday and all hotels were booked.
                                        When I have asked for refund they have offered only 50% of my spent amount Rs. 2631/-. I passed through lot of harassment & get tired because of OYO. You can imagine to walk for 3 hrs in Shimla is a tedious job.
                                        Hence I have lodged a complained No. 1306816 dated 9/5/19 on National Consumer Help line for refund of full amount and send e-mail & Speed post to OYO as per their guide line. But OYO has not responded till date.

                                        Initially OYO rooms was not responding but after my tweet on 30/4/19 they asked screen shots. Thereafter on 2/5/19 Mr Ashish kumar, Guest Experience Manager, E-mail ID: [email protected], [email protected] has offered 50% refund of booking amount which I have denied through tweet message 3/5/19. Thereafter I have lodged the complained with consumer help line comp.no. 1306816, dated 9/5/19. I have sent the e-mail copy and screen shot throught speed post on 14/5/19 on OYO office address:Oravel Stays Private Ltd., Unit-325, B-2 Tower, Spaze I-Tech Park, Sohna Road, Sector-49, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana OYO Rooms Ph no. : 7053070530 Customer Care No.: 8010044466 ID: [email protected], [email protected] But now after my complained they on 9/5/19 they are not responding in any way. It looks OYO Rooms think no one can challenge him
