I have made a booking from 2nd to 4 th june in hotel dream palace mussoorie. But when we reached hotel they denied checkin saying that we have blocked oyo 2-3 days back. When we raised this complaint to oyo customer care we got no answer everytime they keep on transferring the call to some concerned deptt. Finally after 1 hour of constant trail i got the chance to talk to the concerned deptt. He had given me two options either cancel the booking or we will trasnfer you to some other hotel. I do not want to go post and pillar in search of another hotel after paying this much hefty amount. I want the full refund of my amount, pathetic service, mob - [protected]

    As i have booked an room in hotel green view palace, noida sector 62, using oyo app, and have paid rs 2087 for the booking through upi payment, the upi payment application which i have used is google pay and it's showing that the transaction is successful, but from the oyo side they are saying that they have not received any money so i have to pay the same amount at the hotel reception for the same booking, this is so humiliating that i have to pay two times for the same boking, either there is is serious bug is oyo's upi integration or there customer service executive are so irresponsible that they are not been able to prove me the required resolution for my query.

    I have called them more then 20 times but every time they say we are transferring your call to our senior department and it takes ages for them to respond once the call is transferred to there senior department.. Once or twice i also got some chances to talk to them but nothing happens they have simply sent me a mail stating we have not received any money online from your side..

    For now what should i do, one side google pay is saying that the transaction is complete and other side oyo people are saying that they haven't received any money..

      I booked a hotel trough oyo. The price for the hotel room what they told me is 826 but when i reached there the receptionist told me that we don't have any room. If you will pay 1250 then only we can provide a room to you. I showed him the confirmation msg but then also he told me that you have to charge 1250 otherwise you can go... I was travelling with a patient so was not having any choice.. I paid them that amount and told them that cancel the online booking when i am not getting your room at the price what oyo has been asked... When one of the oyo official tried to talk to that guy who was there on the reception counter he clearly said that we can't give room at that price and then he started yelling on me and asked me to go somewhere else.. A patient was there with me so i said that m not going to call oyo again... The name of the hotel is hotel mda lucknow...

          This is regarding the oyo living i am currently staying in u36/48 dlf phase 3 gurgaon haryana. Probably the name would be oyo elegant studio. It's been almost a month and we are having electricity issues. Is this the kind of services oyo provide. When asked the oyo authority about why my adjacent rooms ac is working and not mine i got to know about different phases. Is that # my problem when i am paying you enough i don't think i deserve any kind of service less than my neighbours. This was the most worst decision i have ever took in my life. The inverters are not working the somehow made a false promise about generators its definitely not there not only this we were told about the solar setup also if you cannot provide the services then you should definitely not give false hopes. The kind of chaos that we have right now here is getting onto my nerves in my room forget the ac even a fan is nor working and on the other hand my adjacent room has got all the facilities. I # need a justification for that or else i am gonna sew oyo.

            complaining against oyo property dealers

            I had done a booking in oyo room at 2000 hours on 1 jun 19, after 2.5 hours, wen i was about to reach hotel with my lady guest and this time when it is a night time, a guy from hotel calls me and tells me that rooms are not available with us... And that's not my problem that u have to go somewhere else now. This is not done. Some serious action is required against this oyo property dealer....

            I am very disappoint in companies employees.
            On 23 may, 2019 i had registered a trip to the mount abu to the employee mr. Pavan from oyo rooms with the payment of rs.50, 000. I had registered for 3 days holiday package. When i reach the hotel that oyo rooms had provide us the manager told us that my name are not registerd in their list and also that they are already removed 2years ago in the list of oyo rooms. When i call to the oyo rooms employee pavan he told us to wait for half hour he will solve the problem and call us. But he never call us nd when we try to call him he avoide calls and also when we call on the help line no. Of oyo rooms that the voucer of hotel reservation provided by pavan in email his colleague employees told us that he is already on the other call or they pass the call to their other employees and make us wait on call for 15 min. But they never answer us. I had also call to the main office of oyo rooms they say that we are not in the list of the registered trips and also told us that the payment we had make online had not shown in their accounts. I had wait for 5 hours with my family and friends and in the end i had to make hotel registration my self and had pay cash on my own. I had told mr. Pavan to transfer just my hotel registration money but he never paid us back. I want my money back that i had suffer the loss and also i want satisfactory answer from oyo rooms.

              Hi,
              I booked a hotel at oyo with booking number hfta5284. When i reached the hotel they refused about any booking. They said our tieup with oyo is already expired and the hotel is fully booked so we can't provide you the room. The weather is stormy here. Now i can't go outside to find other hotel neither i can stay here. Oyo fully screwed me up. I have my wife and my 1 year old child with me.
              Oyo customer service helpline also not responsible properly. They said they are connecting with seniors and put me on hold for more than half an hour but still no one come up there.

                Sir i have been denied acess to the oyo hotel which i have booked using oyo app due to some issues between oyo and the hotel.. I have payed rs1652 through online for the dates june 1 12pm to june 3 11am and the hotel is denying me acess. They are saying that the oyo has pending amount of 2 lakh to be paid to them so they cant take me since i have paid online... I have called oyo 15 times from 12 pm to 4:30 pm and they are just fooling me by assuring me a call back and putting me in hold by not attempting.. They are not giving me refund... I have recorded all the calls.. Shall i give a fir? My order id is wpur0573. The hotel name is stay inn (Oyo 5692) near lulu mall

                  I booked a room through oyo at same specific amount but when i reached hotel i am denied check in because of some tarrif related issue. I have paid the amount before but even then i haid to give more money to the hotel.

                  2.
                  When i called oyo, they asked me to wait for 10 minutes but they neither called me back nor they resolved my issue.

                  3.
                  Room provided to me was not like what i was shown in the picture.

                  4.
                  Even calling to the oyo helpline 10 times they have not resolved my issue and they put my call on ivr or on hold or disconnect my call every time on which i have wasted my 1:30 hours.

                  5. Oyo is total waste of time and money.

                    I have booked oyo hotel via oyo web site on april 27, 4:03 pm ist. Oyo booking number is hkmq3298 in the name akhila ganapathy. Check in date was supposed to be may 15.
                    But when we reached the hotel on 15th of may, the hotel receptionist informed us that we are not allowed to stay there because they have stopped accepting any booking from oyo for last one month.
                    Then we called oyo customer care and told them the problem we faced, oyo aranged another hotel oyo 12017 sai swastick. They told us to pay in the current hotel, and amount we have already paid at the time of booking will be refunded in our a/c within 7 to 14 working days.

                    But till date the amount has not been refunded. When i called the oyo customer care they told me that they are not having the a/c details. They were supposed to send a link in my email so that i can fill my a/c deatils for refund. I have been calling them for the last 6 days, they are repeating the same, but i have never received any mail for the link.

                    Now, whenever i call the oyo customer care, after attending my call they keep it on hold and after 20 to 25 minutes they are disconnecting the call.

                    Yesterday at 8.30pm Rs2941 has credited on my account. Thank you ...
                    Thanks for prompt action taken from your side.
                    OYO teams had sent the link to fill the account details.
                    After submitting the account details on 4th of June I got a mail from OYO teams that the refund corresponding to the Booking id HKMQ3298 had failed due to incorrect bank details. Along with that there was another link to fill the account details. But when I click on that link it shows 'your account details is already present with us'. I have already submitted my bank details which are correct as per my records. Again
                    I have tried to contact OYO teams, but my call are getting disconnected.
                    Please do the needful.

                      I booked hotel white mountain, gangtok. Booking date sat may 25 to mon may 27. I reached the hotel on the specified day to occupy the room. But to my utter dismay, the hotel authority denied my booking. I showed them the booking and also shared booking id. But they were too adamant and rude and while continuously denying my booking, they were saying that they were not in terms with oyoit was totally harassment for me. I tried to contact oyo and they were of no help. It was heavily raining outside and i was in dire straits. While it might be a fault from hotel authority but why oyo is not acknowledging the mistake from your end. After my conversation with oyo customer care many a times. You agreed with a compensation of rs.500, but i told you should have give me more compensation. Instead of so much mishandling and lots of trauma you were to give a mere compensation of ₹500. That's is also not transferred till now. Your customer care persons were continuously disconnecting my calls. It's like all mistakes are done by me by choosing your service. Should i revoke my trust from oyo and spread the mishandling news within communities? Please treat the case with diligence and compensate me adequately. Hope oyo will live up to my expectation.

                        I book a hotel for night stay 31 to 1 june.

                        Very bed experience with hotel from starting. Nerver arranged water, towels soap sempoo etc. And shower was not worked.

                        And when i give rating one so all morning shift staff members shouted on me and misbehaving with me. And saying you should not stay here you had to go to out of hotel at night. Why are you staying here.

                        This is very bed experience in the hotel i will share in the social network about the hotel for facility and staff member.

                        I am belong to tour and travel industry last 10 years.

                          I have made booking for the hotel - oyo 26794 white lotus hotel on 31st may to 1st june 2019 and also done the full payment.

                          I tried to reach the hotel around 9 pm @ 31st may, but unable to connect to the hotel. So i have called oyo customer care and informed them that guest will reach hotel around 11 pm.

                          Guest reached hotel around 11 pm, we have heard shock news that white lotus hotel is not apart of oyo. We have called customer care again, they have waited for us almost 2 hours and unable to make check-in in that hotel.

                          Later we have a search in and around in later night (2:00 am @ 1st june 2019) and booked a different hotel for stay by ourselves and oyo customer team did not help us to provide alternate hotel at a later night.

                          Need explanation why this happaned?

                          Next Day - I have called customer care to know the reason for not providing hotel rooms. No one from the customer care team was able to answer my question. I wasted my time almost 3 to 4 hours to know the answer from customer care team.
                          Later I understood calling OYO customer care is a waste of time.

                              Myself abhishek johri called in for the for the query against my booking with booking id i-aiqb9251.
                              Firstly i had a word with the agent mosin yesterday and told that i will get a early check in if i book that property till 31
                              He told me that currently you"can get a early check in" after confirming him thrice he told me that we will raise this concern and you will get a early check-in
                              Today 31.05.2019 when i called agent joy picked up the call and was very bad over the call
                              He simply denied and was not ready to listen me. He told me that contact hotrl and he provided me the no. Hr was not ready to listen me and he just want yo wrap up the call without giving any solution.
                              After shouting at him then he told me complete details and after that he was ready to help me.
                              Then i told him to transfer the call to the supervisor because oyo told me that i will get a early check-in but property owner is denying for the same
                              While transferring the call he puts my call on hold for 50 minutes. I was waiting to talk to the supervisor but simply waiting..
                              This is the kind of service you provide to the cx by putting call on a hold for 50 min..
                              I need serious action to be taken against the agent and want oyo to give me the resolution against my issue
                              Need a immediate resolution from oyo asap.

                                I had 5 rooms booked for may 23-26 in memphis coming from wisconsin. Once arriving 2 rooms were paid by others and 3 rooms were placed on my card for $275 each and $100 deposit each. When we went to e rooms they were horrible and filthy, opened bottles, beds not made, lights not working, smelled like cheap perfume from the strip club and prositutes walking in and out of the hotel. We went down stairs for a refund and was on the phone for over an hour on thursday night and again friday. Ido realize that it takes time for a refund, but i feel like i'm being lied to about it. I called again on may 31 and the customer service said that it wasn't in the system, so he called the hotel and confirmed with the manager about the cancellation and they have it on file. How can one day they say yes for my refund but then they say it's not in the system. Confirmation #'s are [protected], [protected], [protected] and i have my receipts, but when i try to take a photo i keep losing this. I would like to know who is the corporate office for this place and my refund. It was easy to take my money now i have to jump through hoops to get it back. This is ridiculous, i hack never had an experience like this before.

                                  The hotel service is really worse! So let me begin! First and foremost room service is very bad, the behavior of staff is very bad. Washrooms are dirty and messy with bad smell all round. Room is dirty with unhygienic floors. Wifi service is almost negligible. One has to go to reception for small issues. Bedsheets, pillow covers and towels are dirty, seems not washed for months. No card swiping machine, if not does not have cash he's in mess! To sum up, the service here is worst. I had an an amazing oyo experience in hotel blue inn in bangalore and was looking forward for same here, but it's all messed up here. Really disappointed!!

                                    This complaint against oyo 26230 hotel nirvikalpa, thokottu, mangalore. I have booked room through online and its confirmed. But when i go to hotel reception they rejected it because me and my lady friend are different religion. The hotel receptionist told me they will not allow me and women from different religion. They rejection is only because of this. This is pure form of religious discrimination. We are rejected only because this religious racism.

                                      I am hemant bindra. I book 2 rooms at oyo 7547 hotel burans residency dhanualti on 16th may 2019 for check in 12th june check out 13th june 2019.
                                      By chance i called burans residency directly they says our tie up from oyo is cancelled now your booking is not valid i made full payment to oyo. I called oyo customer care they says before your check in we made our tie up with hotel burans residency dhanualti.
                                      What should i do please gave me full insurance that before i check your tie up from hotel is done or convert my 2 rooms to another property.

                                      Why take full payment on 16th may 2019
