We booked 4 rooms in Rishikesh in R. R. Residency. The rooms were in bad condition. We told hotel staff to clean it. Then water was not available in bathrooms. A. C. Was not working properly. When we asked staff to clear all problems, owner asked us to leave the hotel. We tried to contact oyo manager... they kept us on hold without giving any solution to this. What can a family do in such condition when hotel staff and oyo company... both are behaving like they have no botheration for it.

    Hello sir,

    This is to bring to your notice that I had booked a room through OYO app on 09.06.2019 and had paid for the same.

    We were denied using the room by the property manager while reaching the hotel. He told us that the room had been mistakenly cancelled by the previous customer and is still using it. Hence he didn't allow us to use the room.

    We had to cancel the booking of the room. Since the whole scenario wasn't our fault and this could be totally blamed on the poor management and miscommunication between the property manager and the OYO team.

    Following are the details for the booking :
    Booking id - BUGP8320
    OYO : hotel Lincoln, Ahmedabad
    Hotel id : OYO 18485

    Since the entry was denied and we did not stay in the hotel, kindly refund the booking amount without any cancellation charges.

      Hello sir,

      This is to bring to your notice that I had booked a room through OYO app on 09.06.2019 and had paid for the same.

        I had booked a room in Mysore in OYO 9544 Hotel Crown Residency on June 1st and 2nd, 2019.We went in for check in into the hotel but the receptionist of the hotel said that all rooms in their hotel were full and also said that they don't have any connections with OYO and told to resolve it by contacting to OYO.But I got a message for check in and check out for the same hotel.Even after contacting to the customer care of OYO they spoke for sometime and kept in hold and finally disconnected the call.The manager of OYO also spoke and suggested three nearby hotels in OYO and disconnecting the call and didn't contact back.Even we tried to contact the OYO Captain, Arul from Mysore.But that irresponsible person spoke and disconnected call and didn't even arrange for some other hotel.We literally lost our precious time because of such carelessness from OYO which made us book another hotel from our money and travel expenses.By the time we reached the newly booked hotel it was midnight.Without food we suffered like anything in finding another hotel.

          I had booked hotel in Kodaikkanal from 24-May to 28-May and my booking id is SPUM2673 for Homestay Cresent. The same got cancelled from your end and I received a mail on 19-May stating that refund of 11, 000 paid by me as partial amount would be refunded within 7-14 working days. But till date I have not received my payment. When inquired I was informed that records are not available and on my complaint I have been assigned a case ID : 16431431. A soft copy of the proof of payment and your confirmation of receiving the payment is attached herewith for your reference.

            Last month I booked a hotel (OYO room) for my father in Darjeeling for a 2 nights stay. Firstly, I was misled by the address which these people showed as Darjeeling, when in reality it was in Kalimpong which is 50 kms away from Darjeeling. Then on the day of the stay a person from the hotel called saying that your booking has been cancelled and you are allotted a different hotel, the details of which he was supposed to give us but he cut the phone without giving any details. Thankfully there was time for my father to reach Darjeeling so I called the Oyo call centre from Mumbai to know what was happening. The person on the call centre was not ready to give me any details just because I had booked the room through MMT. After calling about 10 times, a person agreed to give the details of the new stay. He said that he will send an SMS regarding the new details but I didn't get any sms. Luckily I had asked him the name and number of the new hotel, I searched it on Google and then my Dad went there.
            It was a complete blunder & harassment on the part of Oyo and I'm now convinced that I'm never booking a hotel online. My father is a 59 year old man who was traveling alone there and this was not what I wanted him to go through.

              I booked a hotel at Gangtok and hotel people doesn’t allowed me to enter into the reception as they told me talk to OYO assistance.

              I am calling since 4 days but there is no response from your end.
              Mr. Priyanshu and Mr. Sultan both disconnect my phone between the conversation. These type of services we expect from the OYO team.

              What about my money which is given at the time of booking. I need compensation against the same.

              I booked a hotel online through OYO rooms app. OYO also gives confirmation about my booking and took 50% amount at the time of booking. When we reached soyang hotel Gangtok, they denied to check in and I called several times for OYO assistant but no response and complaint for the same but till time no response. I wait for around 4 hours with my family and waiting for the response but oyo people’s are sleeping till time.                 My registered phone number is [protected], I booked a room in hotel wooden paradise nainital for checkin date 8 june 2019 and checkout date 9 june 2019.At the time of checkin hotel team said theh are not with oyo any more and denied for checkin and me and my family was roaming here and there on the street for stay.I tried calling you multiple time on 8 june 2019 for the same issue, got no help from your end. Your all rep. Put me on hold for long time and call was getting disconnected all the time and everyone was saying connecting to senior team but no go. I already paid for that booking and it was confirmed too and got nothing, all waste and easted my valuable time.
                I need a quick action against this or am going go sue oyo for the false commitment and waisting my valuable time and plwying with my exciting trip.

                  Worst experience with this OYO hotel “9025 Viditva 1” not clean room as they mention and AC is also not cooling. I call many times to the hotel staff for provide TV remote they say “will give you sir wait for a minute” but didn’t give me TV remote. I stay 1 night and a day and I wake up 4Am morning bcoz light was cut, no fan working or AC.. I go to Reception and they say “Sir Generator ka Diesel khatam ho gya hai ladka lene gya hai” and for one time it’s okey I can understand that Situation but 3 times same problem and same answer, It was so irritating... Light was cut for an hour or two hour.. I was so irritated about the service of this OYO hotel. And one the major problem Room locks are not good.. the lower one is broke and upper one is loose... proper security issue.. “I Genuinely so disappointed about that much irresponsibility of OYO”

                    My sister booked a room for me and my father via OYO application following which my father received a text from OYO wherein the room number of the hotel that we'd been allotted was mentioned. When we went there the next day, the receptionist told us that their contract with OYO had already been terminated more than a month ago. Therefore, we were denied stay despite pre-paid booking. Astonished, we called "Customer Care" to help us out. It was of no use.
                    We then contacted Mr. Anant (who is supposedly an employee of OYO in Mumbai) as "Customer Care" just would not take our calls. We got his number from the employees of Hotel Royal Comfort (the hotel wherein we were denied stay despite pre-paid booking). Not only was he unable to hep us out, but he made matters worse by keeping us on hold for 6-7 hours. My father and I were stranded for hours under the scorching sun, with Mr. Anant calling us intermittently, promising to book another room for us. Nevertheless, it was of no use as no concrete action was taken from his end. That is to say, neither did he book another room for us, nor did he suggest any other measure to compensate for the lapse. Later that night, I threatened legal action against them. An hour later, at around 10 pm, another employee of OYO called my father up, and asked him to cancel the booking. What audacity! After leaving us stranded for 6-7 hours (2:30 pm onwards) this man calls us at 10 pm, asking us to cancel the booking when we were denied stay in the first place. My father lost his cool and shouted at him.
                    Anyway, I highly doubt if this "Consumer Complaint" portal will be of any help because the number that's been mentioned here under "Customer Care" is the same number that just did not take our calls yesterday. In spite of that, we hope the highest authority of OYO comes across this message and addresses it. And yes, we will be fighting it out legally. Also, we request OYO to refund our money immediately.

                      We got Four rooms booked through OYO in Saibala Hotel Chennai for the night of 30th May 2019. Our time of checkin was 8.00 AM and checkout time was 8.00 the next day i e om 31 May 2018.
                      We reached the hotel premise at 8.00 Am on 30th May and requested Desk Manager to give us entries but he denied entry up to 12 Noon. We had one old couple so we requested to open at least one room for old couple and allow us to get refreshed but he was so recalcitrant and did not relent at all.
                      We phoned to OYO people from the spot. They pretended to talk to GM and so on but they also ultimately stopped picking our call.
                      We all four couples had a very tough time. We had no option but to search for another hotel nearby. We did so and spent hefty sum hiring a big room in another nearby hotel for just four hours .
                      Saibala hotel people's behaviour was quite inhuman, illegal and bullying.
                      We wish our bad experience is shared to the maximum so that inconveniences to other visitors could be avoided.

                        I have booked a room OYO 28439 Skylark Hotel, Booking ID FITA2146, where I also made the prepayment by PhonePe app, Transaction ID C1906032005503080855541.
                        Once we reached the hotel on 4th June, 2019 around 1900hrs hotel denied check in and informed us that they ended the tie up with OYO and I had to pay again if we want to stay there.
                        The most painful things happened when we tried to connect OYO customer service system said your guest experience manager were on chat with other guests and someone would be with me shortly. After more than 02hrs we didn't get a single solution except my request is logged under Case ID 16227059.
                        So somehow we managed to stay for few hours because it was 2230hrs and the area was quite dangerous.

                          Hi sanjith yesterday I had booked a room wen I had booked in my phone it was showing around 700 bucks wen I checked into the property they charged me 1531 and Oyo is providing one of worst coustomer service they don't delive in coustomers and the managers are worst they don't help it out Oyo worst coustomers service and they ask silly question which is not realistic

                            1. Map on oyo app was wrong. finally We reached near hotel at 2:30AM and called up the hotel owner, after repeated calls finally he picked up the call and said he can not allow us check-in at this time, as he is sleepy. you stay at another hotel. check-in was denied.
                            Oyo said that there is a problem in application so you don`t cancel your booking for 4-5th june, we will cancel it and process your refund.

                            2. I called up oyo again, they booked another property for us. even that property was not locate-able on map. and owner did not pick up the called. cancelled that property.

                            3. We slept in car till morning.

                            3. Next morning i called up my original hotel again i.e Heaven touch, since we had booking for 5th-6th also there.. he guided us to hotel over the call. and charged RS500 cash for early check-in for 5th-6th booking.

                            5. He also checked us in and then out at the same time for our previous booking i.e 4th-5th, which was denied to us.

                            I lodged the complaint with oyo they said they will surely refund the amount and il get a call regarding the same. which i dint get till now. and on application my issued was tagged resolved.

                            i have all the call details (screen shot is also attached) regardig the same. you are requested to kindly process my refund and take action against property manager for playing over smart, - denied us the check-in, charged for early check-in and oyo charged us for previous day also based on hotel manager chekin details.

                              I booked hotel on the oyo app BOOKING ID: HTIM9437.
                              Problem 1
                              Hotel gets changed along with the money paid but retains the booking ID.
                              No message, no mail about the price difference or anything relevant(only advertisements).
                              Problem 2
                              I booked that hotel for my family (Shivani international). The new hotel to which they were sent to (krish residency) was far below oyo norms which include dishonesty (writing different room number), dirty bathrooms and asking for ratings before the stay.
                              Problem 3
                              The ticket generation for complaints on oyo website shows Captcha verification failed.

                                I booked OYO room, booking ID SRIY8463, although Due to room quality I didn't avail hotel service However I have maid full payment for 2 days amounting RS 4, 099/-.

                                After multiple follow up OYO executive agreed for refund and confirm over mail, however from last 3 weeks neither refund amount received and nobody responding from OYO company inspite of multiple follow up.

                                Request you to kindly resolve this issue immediately otherwise I have to use social media platforms as well as File complaint against OYO in consumer forum portal.

                                  I have tried hotel booking at Jamshedpur through Trivago on 7th Jun 2019, I have found some good offers from OYO hotels and got redirected to OYO site, They asked me to get registered in their portal. I got registered with my mobile number and went through a series of the questioner in this process. Finally, I got registered and they provided Rs 500 promotional cash in the OYO wallet.
                                  I started the booking and got a reasonably good hotel at Jamshedpur outskirt. Name of the hotel is OYO 15240, The City Inn. They also offered for the inclusion of breakfast with additional Rs. 140, I had accepted that Finally after all calculation the booking amount was 1500+, which was paid 900 through credit card and balance amount through discount and from OYO wallet.
                                  I received confirmation from the site through SMS as well as through PDF as shown below.
                                  Surprisingly while checking in the hotel said that my booking is rejected by them. Instantly I had called helpdesk (number [protected]) and they said that it is still valid, I have arranged them to call with the hotel reception through my mobile phone, they talked for 5 minutes but no solution provided. Every time I call in that helpline, the new person used to pick up after 10 to 15 minute then same things happened repeatedly they talked to reception then keep my hold and disconnected the call after 4 to 5 minute, In one instance they kept me hold for 25 minutes with a piece of background music. I had tried 52 times in three hours, but no resolution happened. Hotel reception had provided me with a local number of OYO coordinator Mr Ranjeet ([protected]). I called him, he asked the message the I was received from OYO, He assured that he will resolve the issue within 10 minutes, after a long wait of 25 minutes, I called back, he said that somebody from OYO will call back within 10 minutes, That 10 minute never completed. The person repeatedly disconnected my call once with a message that he will reach the place shortly. Even after half an hour he called back said, he is arranging some other better hotel. Thereafter I called back again after 15 minutes, there was some hot exchange as I was in harassed for 4 hours in a hotel reception with the temperature outside is more than 42. Mr Ranjeet said that he would not help us, OYO is a fraud company, he threatened me to do whatever I want to do, he doesn’t have any botheration.
                                  Surprising I found that 8 to 10 groups surrounding me was listening to me while talking, all of them reported that same problem happened to them. All of them was trying to call OYO helpdesk.
                                  I left the place with harassment of 4 to 5 hours and expenditure of Rs.500 toward conveyance and booked another hotel, still after lapses of 24 hours, I have not received any call or SMS from OYO neither refund of money.

                                    I book a room through oyo yesterday.my booking id is- DMAK2105 and my phone number is [protected].

                                    First of all I faced a lot of problem while reaching there, the route towards that property is quite dangerous and somehow I reached there around 11pm.

                                    Then the property manager gave me completely different room from the actual room that was shown in the pictures in OYO app.
                                    The property manager told me that all that rooms are occupied, we only have this room available.

                                    So somehow I decided to stay for few hours because I can’t go anywhere at 11 30 pm and the road was quite dangerous.

                                    Today i left the property at 5 30 am when the sunlight came.

                                    This is not expected from OYO.this was worst experience and quite dangerous for my life .

                                    I planned my whole trip because of that room.
                                    I went there 70 km away from delhi for that room only .
                                    Seriously not expected from OYO .

                                      I have booked a room in Jai Balaji inn restaurant tirupathi on 7th June with a special coupon and that booking was cancelled by Oyo at night of June 8th interrupting my whole plan and I have contacted to customer care and now they're saying that due to some technical issues they have cancelled it but I asked them to book room again at that price they refused and disconnected my call.why are you posting all the coupon codes in internet and trying to attract them if you can't fulfill them.I want to book at the same price or book for me at the same price I have all proofs even call recordings also and my order id is PYME2659

                                        I booked hotel on 5th June the booking I'd was PSUZ4057 When I reached the hotel with my family I was told that hotel is sold out no room was available. I booked hotel in Dalhousie but it was 12 km from the destination
                                        When I talked to customer care and requested them to book the hotel in Dalhousie itself they booked the another hotel even far from Dalhousie 20 km.
                                        This was totally unprofessional.
                                        The amount is still not refund
                                        Why would not i complaint a file in consumer court.
                                        You people are making fool of innocent people . Pay my money or I will file a complaint against you
