Hi team,

I have made booking for hotel - oyo 26794 white lotus hotel on 31st may to 1st june 2019 and also done full payment.

I tried to reach hotel aroung 9pm @ 31st may, but unable to connet to hotel. So i have called oyo customer care and infromed them that guest will be reach hotel around 11 pm.

Guest reached hotel around 11 pm, we have heard shock news that white lotus hotel is not apart of oyo. We have called customer care again, they have waited for us almost 2 hours and unable to make check-in in that hotel.

Later we have a search in and around in later night (2:00 am @ 1st june 2019) and booked a different hotel for stay.

Need explanation why this happaned?

    Myself abhishek johri called in for the for the query against my booking with booking id i-aiqb9251.
    Firstly i had a word with the agent mosin yesterday and told that i will get a early check in if i book that property till 31
    He told me that currently you"can get a early check in" after confirming him thrice he told me that we will raise this concern and you will get a early check-in
    Today 31.05.2019 when i called agent joy picked up the call and was very bad over the call
    He simply denied and was not ready to listen me. He told me that contact hotrl and he provided me the no. Hr was not ready to listen me and he just want yo wrap up the call without giving any solution.
    After shouting at him then he told me complete details and after that he was ready to help me.
    Then i told him to transfer the call to the supervisor because oyo told me that i will get a early check-in but property owner is denying for the same
    While transferring the call he puts my call on hold for 50 minutes. I was waiting to talk to the supervisor but simply waiting..
    This is the kind of service you provide to the cx by putting call on a hold for 50 min..
    I need serious action to be taken against the agent and want oyo to give me the resolution against my issue
    Need a immediate resolution from oyo asap.

      I had 5 rooms booked for may 23-26 in memphis coming from wisconsin. Once arriving 2 rooms were paid by others and 3 rooms were placed on my card for $275 each and $100 deposit each. When we went to e rooms they were horrible and filthy, opened bottles, beds not made, lights not working, smelled like cheap perfume from the strip club and prositutes walking in and out of the hotel. We went down stairs for a refund and was on the phone for over an hour on thursday night and again friday. Ido realize that it takes time for a refund, but i feel like i'm being lied to about it. I called again on may 31 and the customer service said that it wasn't in the system, so he called the hotel and confirmed with the manager about the cancellation and they have it on file. How can one day they say yes for my refund but then they say it's not in the system. Confirmation #'s are [protected], [protected], [protected] and i have my receipts, but when i try to take a photo i keep losing this. I would like to know who is the corporate office for this place and my refund. It was easy to take my money now i have to jump through hoops to get it back. This is ridiculous, i hack never had an experience like this before.

        The hotel service is really worse! So let me begin! First and foremost room service is very bad, the behavior of staff is very bad. Washrooms are dirty and messy with bad smell all round. Room is dirty with unhygienic floors. Wifi service is almost negligible. One has to go to reception for small issues. Bedsheets, pillow covers and towels are dirty, seems not washed for months. No card swiping machine, if not does not have cash he's in mess! To sum up, the service here is worst. I had an an amazing oyo experience in hotel blue inn in bangalore and was looking forward for same here, but it's all messed up here. Really disappointed!!

          This complaint against oyo 26230 hotel nirvikalpa, thokottu, mangalore. I have booked room through online and its confirmed. But when i go to hotel reception they rejected it because me and my lady friend are different religion. The hotel receptionist told me they will not allow me and women from different religion. They rejection is only because of this. This is pure form of religious discrimination. We are rejected only because this religious racism.

            I am hemant bindra. I book 2 rooms at oyo 7547 hotel burans residency dhanualti on 16th may 2019 for check in 12th june check out 13th june 2019.
            By chance i called burans residency directly they says our tie up from oyo is cancelled now your booking is not valid i made full payment to oyo. I called oyo customer care they says before your check in we made our tie up with hotel burans residency dhanualti.
            What should i do please gave me full insurance that before i check your tie up from hotel is done or convert my 2 rooms to another property.

            Oyo Trying to make foul to customers. If you're tie up From hotel burans Residency Dhanualti is cancelled on 15 th may 2019.
            Why take full payment on 16th may 2019

                Booking id rgje 1408
                I requested a modification in booking however i was charged for cancellation.
                Moreover, i already had done a fresh booking for 5 may and requested the change in the booking id rgje 1408. Interestingly the hotel did not confirm or accept any bookings from oyo. The rooms were not ready at the hotel. How can oyo collect payment for the bookings unconfirmed by the hotel and also charge for cancellation despite the fact that the guest had made full payment and also reported at the hotel on the day of the booking?

                  I have booked oyo hotel via oyo web site on may 13, 3:18 pm ist. Oyo booking number is ygct6743. Check in date was supposed to be may 17 12:00 pm"

                  While booking, we site showed"free cancellation till 14 may, 2019 12:00 pm". I have a screen shot of this. Email received shows"for cancellation done till thu, 16 may 19, 12 pm - 100% refundable"

                  I cancelled on may 14th, 8:24 am, well before cancellation date/time and booked another oyo hotel. My cancellation amount of 13, 892 is still not processed.

                  I have emailed you all required proofs to"[protected]@oyorooms.com". Can please process the refund as soon as possible.

                  My contact information is there with booking id shown above.

                    I had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with oyo rooms for barkot. Without confirmation from the property hotel riya residency, oyo accepted the payment and confirmed the hotel reservation. I requested modification on booking with preponement of booking for two days. Instead, oyo cancelled my booking and charged one-day room rent for all three rooms. I had also booked the same hotel for a day prior to my earlier booking. When i checked in at the hotel on 5th may, i was refused a reservation and informed by the hotel that they have stopped accepting any booking from oyo for last one month and still, oyo keeps booking room without the consent of the hotel. Moreover, the hotel was not ready and no rooms were available. This is highly unprofessional as oyo confirmed the booking and kept on sending the confirmation without consent of the property. How can oyo charge cancellation or take payment for the booking which is not confirmed by the concerned hotel/property?

                        My booking id wmpq7813.

                        Sequence of the events.

                        1) i booked 1 day (27th feb to 28th feb) hotel in allahabad hotel (Oyo 12244 hotel jk palace).

                        2) i got the call from oyo customer services & due to some reasons my booking is updated (Oyo 8178 hotel saket) which i need to cancel due to some personal reason, i have also cancelled my booking through oyo app 30 hours prior to check in.

                        3) i have waited for 10-12 days but no refund is initiated.

                        4) now when i contacted oyo customer care regarding my refund, they replied they have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days.

                        5) from that i keep chasing your pathetic customer service team, whenever i call them they put my call on hold, tell me that they will call you back after 2 hours and no call from their side. I have all the recordings with me.

                        6) they put my call on hold and then they disconnect i've tried contacting them 20–30 times.

                        7) 3 months have been passed away, but i haven’t received any update on my refund, so i kept calling your customer support call center for asking about the status of my refund., they keep saying due to some technical issue refund got declined so we have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days attaching the mails for the same.

                          This is to bring in the notice about the poor customer care service from oyo and b2b and offset staff for making delay in refund for pathetic service and poor facilities provide. Have already lodged a complain ticket number is 15985667 to b2b but still there has been no response from oyo. Moreover the staff is blaming and putting things on each other and delaying the process.
                          Kindly look into this matter and solve this asap.

                            My self shijilal.ss residing in Cochin, recently i traveled to Calicut for a business
                            trip and i checked in OYO 26138 Varcity Bay on May 20th 2019 and checked out on 24th May 2019. from next day am calling customer care for GST invoice. from the hotel they charged 4224 Rs including GST and till date ' i didn't received GST invoce. More than 50 times i called customer care and still i didn't received any positive result. am asking for TAX invoice and OYO sending me the payment receipt with wrong GST number and wrong address.
                            seems like OYO team purposefully not providing the GST invoice to me. As am continuously behind OYO because this amount will be refunded by my company only after the submission of original GST invoice.

                              I had booked at htel lalji at dalhousie for 15th may check in and 16th may check out.
                              Amount was paid through net banking. However the check in was denied due to some issues between oyo and hotel lalji.

                              I was told that refund will be processed in 2 days time. Till today no refund has come inspite of repeated reminders, every time they generate a new complaint id and nothing happens.

                                My self debanjan ghatak. I booked one hotel named whispering woods at manali, from my oyo aap, with booking id - qltz9520, for two days i. E. 17th & 18th may, 2019. I confirmed my booking once again on 'check in' date that is on 17th may over phone. After reaching to hotel i came to know that the hotel does not has a tie-up with oyo. I called oyo's customer care... It was almost an hour conversation with call centre guys. Finally the refund process got initiated. The conversations with case id[protected], 15586180. I want to claim compensation for the inconvenience and bank interest of the whole amount. As i booked the hotel on 1st january (100℅ advance) and the booking became useless due to oyo's fault, so i want bank interest of rs 9768 (Booking value) in my personal bank account. Secondly, we book hotel by paying money in advance, to avoid rush, to avoid trouble of searching hotel at the time of tour. After booking 5 months prior, i faced same difficulty. Not only that, i along with my 4 years old daughter, my aged parents and other family members just got harrased in the cats and dogs rain due to oyo's fault (I was not intimated earlier from oyo's side), we all were waiting outside the hotel. I want rs 5000 as compensation amount in my personal bank account, not in oyo wallet; because i do not have any immediate plan for hotel booking. Earlier i asked for compensation of rs 500 only, i emailed oyo ([protected]@oyorooms.com) requesting the amount. I not even received any reply on that email. Now due to the disturbance and harassment, i want a compensation amount of rs 5000 along with interest amount mentioned above. I am not interested to hear apologies from oyo rather want compensation in amount.
                                I am sharing this email as per the direction received from consumer forum.

                                  I have booked oyo 37176 n k comforts, booking no. Ofay6254 on[protected]. I have received confirmation that booking is confirmed. On arrival at hotel at 1:30 pm the hotel rejected my admission station there was power failure. I asked him this could have been informed me earlier so that i could save my time. He said he had already informed oyo and it is the duty of oyo to inform the customer not the hotel. On verification i found there was not power failure, they do not want to work with oyo. Later i requested the receptionist to get another hotel to which he sent me to oyo 38566 mk hotel and lodge, booking no. Bzcp7503. I have booked the hotel from my mobile app. On arrival at the hotel the hotel denied my stay stating they have stopped working with oyo. The i argued, why did they take my booking online to which he replied it is the problem of oyo and me and the hotel is not responsible.
                                  Later i had to stay at mk hotel and lodge at a higher price and as a direct customer.

                                  Oyo does not have any telephone contact. The whats apps some one (Pooja) chated but they do not understand the customer dilemma and is doing some copy paste job from a template.
                                  The hotels said that oyo would refund me my money paid online.
                                  Oyo is sending messages that you had a pleasant stay and asking me to rate my stay.

                                  I do not understand how do i help myself.

                                    Booking done via oyo app
                                    Payment made with the payment link sent by oyo email.
                                    Received a call from hotel manager, 2 days before check-in date, mentioning the booking was canceled without giving a reasonable justification.
                                    Calledoyo then, to get the issue resolved.
                                    No proper solution provided, calls being forwarded from one to another dept.
                                    No call back received from the customer care. Wasted time and efforts! Useless..
                                    Need compensation and my paid booking back in the same hotel. Before the day ends.
                                    I have all the recordings and confirmations over email and phone.

                                    I have booked room in OYO 15738 HOTEL AG STAR for one night ...
                                    I was served unsealed water bottle which is very down class and the water taste salty... Tv was not recharged even though I asked them to recharge it still they didn't show any interest ...

                                      I have booked room in Gangtok vide Booking id- HBIU9608 and paid full amount but booking email received before amount paid with due amount payable mention on it. But till date no final booking confirmation email received showing full payment as made by me.

                                        I have booked 4 rooms for 2 days at karol bagh delhi.
                                        We reached at night 2 am hotel denied check in saying no room. We called oyo but there was no proper resolution. Hotel has shifted us to near by hotel which was just like dhramshala... The worst ever hotel i have seen.
                                        Called oyo many times but they just kept me hold for over 20 mins. 3 times. Rooms were booked with complimentary breakfast but hotel denied for the same.
                                        Worst ever customer support from oyo. They just kept on hold finally it got disconnect without any solution.
