I had made a booking in OYO 22232 Hotel continental & Lodge in Kolkata with booking id LJZC9153, 8/6/19 1:30 am checkin and 9/6/19 12:00 pm checkout. I had reach at kolkata on 1:45 am and call 3 times for the hotel address but no one had received the call. Any way I had take help of the local people to find out the hotel at 2:32 am. If they will allow me to park the vehicle then they told me to checkout at 8 am positively instead of 12 pm otherwise take another hotel. The online booking price is Rs.800 for 2 adults but they told me that the amount is Rs.999 for 2 adults and force me to cancel the booking. They cannot give me any hotel bill against Rs.999 they told that it will charge 12% extra for GST. There is no towel in the room. The room was not clean well. There dealings with the customer are very rough and bad. So kindly take these issues seriously for smoothly running business in future.

    The company is a congregation o[censored]nprofessionals. My entire family was left stranded in middle of the night in mysore. The hotelier switched off his mobile and upon enquiry it was found that OYO had not paid them for past few months.They refused to take oyo calls and had blocked their number. Oyo gave us confirmation of booking despite no rooms available in the hotel.

      I booked a room at hotel shivaal's residency 3664 in Bangalore (rajaji nagar) on 8/06/2-19 for a night stay as the user rating was around 4.5. The room was as dirty as a 3rd grade stay that had dirty linen with hair and filth, toilet with broke handles and leaky taps with rust and filth. curtains that was a breeding place for insects, AC that doest work but gives sound and damp smell. i asked the room service to change the bead spread, which they did after making me wait for 2 hours.I had to wait in that room until my friend cam to help me as I was new to the place. The place is pathetic with the reception staff who looked down upon me like i was asking for some free stay. i checked out immediately and asked him to repay my money as the experience was so bad.

        It is very horrible relation with OYO. i will never go with OYOin future. I have booked a OYO home (OYOHome 40474 Gratifying Studio) for dates 06-June to 08-June. and already paid complete payment on 25th -may this booking and got booking confirmation from OYO. First of all, it was very difficult to reach hotel, because not any hotel with this name is exist in manali. I booked hotel OYO home gratifying studio but the same thing, not any hotel with this name is exist in manali, approximately after 2 hour struggle finally i reached the destination which was mention in booking confirmation and then i found that the hotel name is different as GANGRI HOMES on the same destination. I asked the owner of the property for my booking, but he denied and said that there is no any booking of your name. I show him confirmation message/booking message but he did not agree and said that I denied OYO home already I can't give my OYO room. I was shocked and helpless because We were 6 members with 3 little children, that time could not decided that where should we have to go. I continue call to OYO customer care but I did't get any solution for that situation and we were completely help less. Again and again I called up the OYO customer care, but they did't take my situation seriously. Then I started search a new accommodation but not found any hotel in manali from 12 PM to 6 PM. because the all hotels was packed due to high rush in manali. I was wandering on road with 2 families and 3 kids. I suffered with my kids and 2 other families. We suffered, we were mentally harassed by OYO. Now I have no any other option for compensation from OYO instead of court case on OYO. As well as we will share our terrible experience with OYO's Managing Director, Chairman, Non-Executive Directors and will ask them (on per hour basis by mail or on call) about this type of lousy services by your cheap officers.

          Hi,

          I'm writing this email with a lot of frustration on the poor management of customer complaints and response to customer distress.

          To start off I have been a loyal customer to OYO for the past few years and use your property 'town house' only for my stay as I expect a premium service and stay quality. I have of course faced some small challenged but I stick to OYO townhouse as it's lived up to my expectations most of the time. I even have the Wizard Subscribed as I intend to continue my relationship with OYO.

          Unfortunately I had the worst experience with OYO I have ever heard of last weekend. I stay in the OYO townhouse Jayanagar with the booking id DCHA2386.

          I went to the property as I usually would at 1.30. I have stayed at this property before and walked in as usual. I was denied a check-in and made to wait until 3.30pm and the reason was that some guest had over stayed and the cleaning was happening. I went out for lunch and came back at 3 but again it took 20 more minutes for the room. Not very ammused I want into my room finally to fine the room really forty. The bathroom was stinking with water seeping. Cockroaches all over the room. The bedsheet had blood stains on them. I had one towel which looked extremely dirty ( almost grey not white or brown anymore). The hand wash and body lotion was missing. The remorts had no batteries and the room was in general very very dirty. I immediately made my way down and spoke at the reception requesting my guest to wait in the terribly dirty room

          To my surprise these were the reasons give to me

          1. OYO has not give them new bedsheets or towels
          2. There was no other room for them to move me into
          3. I could not check out now and get a refund as it world need to be done on the app.

          I came back o my room unpleased and started making the complaint on your app. I wrote 4 complaints starting at 5 on Saturday until this morning with no response what so ever. I called at lease 50 times starting Saturday afternoon until this morning aswell.

          I was forced to check out from the hotel at 4.30 too a cab to another hotel (Fab hotels) that's was available paid a permium on the room and spent the night. The entire drama cost me 4 hours and also 3.5k for the additional expenses.

          Surprised by not getting a response for my written complaint and not even for the several calls I finally got in tought with a lady on Saturday night at 12.30pm (she told me peak hours was what was not connecting me to a consultant that I did not undsrstand?). She told me she could only raise a complaint on the property and noting else. I need to call again the next day. Since Sunday morning till this morning I have call several times. Every time some one picks and ask me a few questions that I have explained in my written complaint as well politely repeated to each and every one of your consultants and got a response that I need to hold on the call for them to verify. This has happened at lease 5 times this morning.

          I hope you can track this as one of your consultants made me wait for 20 minutes and then told me I need to repeat my complaints as she was doing some other work and not working on my request . Looked more like she wated me to listen to the music as she did her work having no care for my time of my problem.

          I have attached a screen shot just to give you an idea of my myseri with your call center. You will see how many time I called and how many time my call was cut off waiting for the consultant to gather information.

          I was promised call back by some of them of the call got cut as I kept pleeding your agents to plz not hang up on me but it just repeated again and again and again.

          I ask you as a loyal customer of OYO and especially the town house property what is the reason I'm treated like this. You sure can check my history to see I'm a regular to the town houses in Bangalore and also have a good record.

          OYO really put me in a very stick situation and I would like some professional and humane behaviour towerds it's customers when they are in distress.

          I would like to get a feedback why I'm not helped when I'm a customer for so long ?

          I would like a refund of my bill as I never stayed in the hotel and also see how OYO wants to compenciation me for the loss of money and importantly time. How you make sure I will not have such issues again and how I can start believeningOYO town house Beeing a premium option for me in the future.

          Request a response at lease to put me out of my frustration at the earliest and looking forward to have a better relationship.

            I had a hotel booking for Kodaikanal on 8th June which i had booked through OYO app on 3rd June.
            I got a text message on my mobile at 12 am morning from oyo that

            "Hi Jiteshwar Nishad, Due to unavoidable circumstances, we need to change* your booking OJZV9504 from OYO 10620 Kodai Mist to another hotel. Click on link https://www.oyorooms.com/upgrade-booking/78068008?utm_source=overbooking to select your new hotel. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
            Thanks for choosing OYO."

            Even they created case id But no confirmation Yet.

            "Hi Jiteshwar, Your request is logged under Case ID 16366343. Reach out to OYO Guestline [protected]"

            So When i tried calling hotel, i got to know that property is closed and not ready for use.

            And When i called customer care they said they will book another hotel for me but they didn't do it. i called them 5 times to explain the same thing again and again. they put a phone to hold then disconnect it.

            Because of all these i had to pay lot of money to another hotel which i found in my own in Kodaikanal itself.

            Today 10th June i called OYO customer care again about refund process initiative that they said it will take 7-14 business days but for that also i have not got any message or mail confirmation.

            I believed in OYO room and took my parents for vacation and it was horrible experience because of OYO room.

            I am waiting for refund all money.

              I booked a hotel for 25th may, 2019 night for one day but when we reached the hotel the gate was shut and nobody picked up the phone, My family and I waited for at least half an hour in front of the gate calling the hotel and honking the horn. We then called Oyo helpline but nobody picked up. The booking was prepaid and was done through their website. Frustrated and harrassed we canceled the booking. And all this happened at 3 in the morning we had nowhere to spend the night and were also very tired. All this happened in Palampur, Himachal Pradesh and the hotel's name was Osho hotel and restaurant. We have the proof of call records and pictures we clicked. After all this, we contacted the Oyo helpline as the website stated that cancelation was non-refundable, the Oyo person promised to give us our refund and we even received a message that our refund amount was initiated but till date i.e 10 June 2019 we have not received any refund. This is the height of harassment and inconvenience. We have proof and will be moving to the consumer court if my concerns are not met. We tried calling the Oyo helpline several times but to no avail. the details are as follows kindly see to it.

                I have booked OYO Hotel via OYO website on April 27, 4:03 pm. OYO booking number is HKMQ3298 in the name Akhila Ganapathy. Check in date was supposed to be may 15.
                But when we reached the hotel on 15th of may, the hotel receptionist informed us that we are not allowed to stay there because they have stopped accepting any booking from OYO for last one month.
                Then we called OYO customer care and told them the problem we faced, OYO arranged another hotel OYO 12017 Sai Swastick. They told us to pay in the current hotel, and amount we have already paid at the time of booking will be refunded in our a/c within 7 to 14 working days.

                But till date the amount has not been refunded. When I called the OYO customer care they told me that they are not having the a/c details. They were supposed to send a link in my email so that I can fill my a/c details for refund. I have been calling them for the last 6 days, they are repeating the same, but i have never received any mail for the link.

                Now, whenever I call the OYO customer care, after attending my call they keep it on hold and after 20 to 25 minutes they are disconnecting the call.

                And on 1st of June I complaint on Consumer Complaints website, after that OYO teams had sent the link to fill the account details. After submitting the account details, on 4th of June I got a mail from OYO teams that the refund corresponding to the Booking id HKMQ3298 had failed due to incorrect bank details. Along with that there was another link to fill the account details. But when I click on that link it shows “your account details is already present with us”. I have already submitted my bank details which are correct as per my records. Again I have tried to contact OYO teams, but my call are getting disconnected.

                  I booked a Hotel today for my stay in Varanasi early morning at Hotel Lotus International but they denied checkin stating that they are not accepting the bookings made by Oyo. I called the customer support and they told they will be refunding the amount to my account.
                  I booked another hotel near that area as Hotel Chaitanya Inn and they again denied the checkin stating that they have cut the ties from Oyo.
                  The customer support is not reponding and I don't know when I will be receiving the refund. Moreover being a gold membership holder they don't have a dedicated customer support for the queries of customers.
                  This time Oyo sucks.

                    While i was on vaction i booked 2 Nos. Rooms in the hotel Diamond Vaishali at Kullu on 07th June 2019, i booked the hotel online by doing the full payment transaction of Rs. 1878/- after that when i reached the hotel i was told that there has been overbooking and no rooms were available.
                    After a word with the oyo representative he said they have initiated the refund. Till date 10/6/2019 no refunds are credited in my account, when tried to contact the oyo their executives are fooling me by saying that the matter has been discussed with their higher associate team and they will be contacting me. I have the call records which can claim about this.

                      I booked a room on[protected] comfort residency noida sec 71 noida .when I reached hotel they told me why you make by Oyo you can come directly and pay cash so I say I have already paid so provide hotel but they say room will be available after 12 PM but those people come directly they provided the room even 3 to 4 person check in before time and hotel staff behaviour is not they always react very roodly behaviour and also say that you can complain anywhere, oyo customer care not pickup the call from yesterday morning so I book another Oyo also situated in noida sec 71 address is RP-28 noida please wave off my amount it's a kindly request and please take this matter very seriously

                        One double bed room booked online through OYO rooms (Booking ID YSGE6987) for 8/6/19 at Fab Hotel Aundh Pune and got confirmation after part payment. On reaching hotel at 12.30 night it was told by the property owner that room is under maintenance . According to them information Email was provided to OYO in the morning itself regarding non availability of the room. Upon contacting to Customer care OYO it was communicated that OYO team will contact within 15 minutes but nobody contacted .
                        I was forced to sleep on the floor at the reception and use watchman, s toilet.
                        The amount of inconvenience, pain and agony i had to face due to unprofessional approach of the OYO team and hotel owner can not be compensated by merely a refund.

                          I booked a hotel ( Hotel Tashi Norling ) room in Gangtok Sikkim, my booking was prepaid. I tried to contact hotel, the line was not reachable or connecting. Then I directly went to the hotel.

                          When I reached there the hotel manager told me that they are not having any tieup with Oyo since last couple of months. So I was not allowed to stay there.

                          My questions is :
                          1) why Oyo is cheating their customer
                          2) why they are harassing in refunding my money when I didn't checked in the hotel.

                          Their app is stating I checkout out. What the hell. It's your app you can update in any way. If I checked in pls provide me hotel register proofs. Their non sense customer support team is useless. I want resolution ASAP.

                            Hi I have installed Oyo app to book hotels however I received a call from Oyo team motheseeb Khatoon who has explained me all the wrong info and she booked 3 hotels where she asked to make 25% payment and later she asked me do payment as per hotel requirements and then I received 3 different mails which was Oyo rooms after that she asked me not to make the payment, later she sent me a mail by adding other expenses for a kid which she didn't included in guests list, later she asked me to make the part payment as I denied she arranged a call from saikrishna who convinced me that you need to make the payment, later I made the payment for 2 hotels. Once I reach the hotel shiv shanthi grand in Ooty we want deluxe rooms but we booked for classic rooms so hotel MGT suggested to call cmcare I called cm care they confirmed that earlier booking cancelled and rebooked new one and he confirmed that cancellation refund will be given 7 to 14 days, post confirmation rebooked new one later again when I contacted the cm care a lady answered my call she also confirmed the same, again hotel asked to check with call centre as the earlier booking was not cancelled when third time I contacted they confirmed that earlier booking was not cancelled wrong info was given. I tried to escalate the issue but no one connected. Atlast I called saikrishna who booked hotel earlier he confirmed that the booking cancellation will be done and refund will be provided and the same was confirmed in mail. Booking was cancelled but I didn't get any mail confirmation till date when I'm calling him he is giving all false promises. Today when I contacted call centre to connect the call to manager mr Raj not ready to connect my call and he transferred blind call to some number I have holded on call for 15 min and disconnected the call. This was my worst experience by booking a hotel to Oyo I need my refund of the money as your team miscommunication was done.

                              I have stayed in oyo 12663, Hyderabad, Telangana. for 3 nights. After I have made the payment for the 4th night. The property owner behaved very rudely and asked me to checkout without any proper reason. Haven't expected this from oyo.
                              I have had a visitor for 2, minutes and the owner started shouting on us for no reason and asked us to get out after she got her payment.
                              For that 2 minutes visitor she made us pay 2000/- extra.

                                My Booking Id YNEI2984

                                Please escalate this matter to highest authority, and its being a month and I have called OYO customer service center atleast 10 times but still no proper solution is provided.

                                Your kind attention is drawn towards my booking no YNEI2984 of 11th may 2019 dated which I have booked two nos. of rooms in OYO26822 Golden Sea Queen Beach for one day i.e dated 11th may 2019 amounting to Rs . 3389/- However, on 11th may 2019, when we reached the said hotel, the receptionist told that no such booking has been confirmed by the OYO in favor of our booking. They have told that if we want then they can book directly. We have tried to do complaints to customer care, OYO many times but they have disconnected our calls by keeping the calls in hold for a long time. Ultimately we have booked two deluxe rooms @ rs 1600/= each i. e rs 3200+ 2% cess as we have no other best possible alternatives.
                                It is therefore, requested to return my earlier booking money ie.Rs 3389/-. An early action in the matter is solicited.

                                  On 22nd may 2019, i booked two rooms in Manali, Hotel River View, booking ID is OYO23522 from 24th may to 27th may.
                                  I paid room reservation amount of Rs 3860/- via credit card, and opted rest amount to be paid during check in i.e Rs 9007/-.
                                  When i reached the hotel on due date, receptionist denied that they have any booking confirmation from OYO. He also told me that his contract with OYO was already expired on 31th March 2019.
                                  Immediately i looked for another hotel, this caused me huge inconvenience as we were two families with 3 children's.
                                  when i talked to OYO customer, they advised me to opted there another property but i refuses there offer and demanded for refund of my reservation amount i.e. Rs 3860/-, representative of OYO agreed for that.
                                  After two days i call again for the status, this time another representative listen my full incident and put the hotel receptionist on conference call, hotel admin repeated the same words whatever he said to me, than oyo person said that he will talked to his senior and call me back, but no call come.
                                  When i reached to my town, i again call the OYO, this time they said that their system showing the status that i have checked in on due that submittted the rest amount and checked out as per the booking.
                                  This put in deep shock that how it could be possible.
                                  i decided to register a complaint against OYO.

                                    While booking, I asked Oyo agent through call that am booking three different rooms for three different persons and need three different bills. The agent said that's not a problem and has asked details of all the three including their full name and company name. Since this being a corporate booking and I need to submit the invoice to my company, I again pinged the customer care through chat to mention this as a gentle reminder. So that while getting invoice I will not face any problem. This guy Nitesh who's your agent comes up saying you will only get one invoice. If this is the case, I will be claimed only 12000 by my company and the remaining amount of 24600 remains unclaimed. This loss would be because of wrong commitment made by your agent on day one of the booking.
                                    I also have checked out of the hotel two days before and still got only a payment receipt only on my that too without the GSTIN details. I have mentioned GSTIN details to the agent while booking through phone. None of what promised was done.

                                      I booked a room at OYO 16821(Hotel Senapati Palace, Address-A/6, Lords Tailor Lane, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha) on[protected] for one night(check-in: 8th Jun 2019, Check-out: 9th June 2019). The booking was confirmed with ID- NWJL 4327. I also reconfirmed to the call received from OYO. But, when I reached to the Hotel for check-in, they denied saying that they have not received any booking. Since, it was night and I am with my family, I suffer a mental harassment and took pain in searching for another hotel.

                                        Please provide the GSTN invoice...bill attachment is missing on mail..I already raised this problem with oyo, but it's getting delay.

                                        I had raised this problem about 4 times with OYO.Every time I got the same reply that "I have raised an escalation regarding your concern to our relevant team, they will get back to you very soon and provide you the best resolution possible."

                                        Do the necessary action.
