Dear Oyo. You have cheated me. I was given Room-304 at Season Four residencies-Thiruvanmiyur-Chennai] on 17-Nov-2015 for the booking MTGC0427. It simply did NOT match the high standards claimed by you. The following were the list of problems I encountered. 1. There were ugly stains on the walls 2. Poor acoustics [ It was possible for me to hear every word spoken in the adjacent room. Corridor noise could also be heard inside the room] 3. No Wifi 4. No lift [I was given a room on the third floor and had to take the stairs several times] 5. Breakfast offered only after 8:30 AM [For a working professional like me, 8:30 AM is VERY late] 6. No attached restaurant 7. Broken door stopper 8. No trashcan in the bathroom to dispose of the tissue papers 9. Slippery bathroom flooring 10. Uncleared trash in the corridor [Food leftovers left outside the rooms had not been disposed of in a timely manner] I contacted you on 19/Nov and you agreed to revert back to me after your investigation. I have not heard back from you. I want nothing less than a full refund for this third rate experience. -Prakash

    Dear Concerned, With great excitement I booked Oyo Rooms for my Nainital Trip. I booked a Premium OYO room ( Channi Raja ) under Booking No. TLRJ6154. After i reached Nainital on 15th November '15, I was shocked to find out that Channi Raja has no contract with OYO. Imagine my state of mind to find this on a Chilly evening with my Wife. After speaking to the Call Centre, I was offered Hotel Ahuja which was a very standard Hotel. I had to accept it as i had no other choice in that cold evening and we were very tired after a full day journey. The Room was not upto the mark along with bathroom and also Channi Raja is far more superior Hotel than Hotel Ahuja. This is cheating as i was not informed about it before reaching Nainital.Because of this i demand refund Or compesation for this inconvenience and cheating. I have not receievd any reply to the number of email which i have forwarded to OYO.       Check in at Delhi - Radjeep Palace from 1st-7th Dec Confusion with bookings- not given form HQ, staff incompetent most of the time Room had to be changed 3 times due to dirt, no windows, broken locks. final room was ok but bathroom was dirty, worn and the bath was broken. it felt a little unsafe to shower in The staff, including the manageress were very unhelpful at all times and sometimes a little rude- walking away when they were talking to you, ignoring you, talking on their phones like you were unimportant and not dealing with some serious problem with customers. Noise level of other roos, hammering upstairs and even an experience of a rat in the room Each time you went to request help they would laugh at you and also not resolve the problem. One 'sir' actaully called another room to say i was complaining about their noise, telling them my room number (this is after i had asj=ked nicely 3 times) He seemed to find the whole thing hilarious. I found the attitude of the reception staff appalling and extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER stay at OYO again and am tempted to ask for a refund on my stay

      OYO rooms- please do not reply with eh standard message you have given everyone else...that you are appalled to hear this
      our staff are untrained and unprofessional and their level o[censored]nderstanding in english and their attitude is what is appaulling
      three rooms were booed myself and 2 colleges who also had similar experiences so I doubt you will get any further bookings from any o[censored]s

        Dear Sir, We have booked A Premium room By using Oyo App on DTD. 3rd Dec 15 for Check in date 3rd dec and check out date 4th dec 201 and booking ref no of the same was "SBOX4650". I was asked to make advance payment for the booking, then I made an advance payment of Rs. 2499/- from my SBI Debit card vide transaction no.[protected] DTD 3rd Dec itself to Oyo rooms Noida and the same was confirmed by Oyo App and Oyo Manager. While My uncle Mr Bhagchad Jain went there for check in he was informed by the Manager of Property in very rough manner that the room is not available and u may talk with Oyo. His way of talking was not pleasent at all. Then while we contact with Oyo personnel then they told us sorry we will arrange another premium property for you. But after waiting for almost 2 hours, and not getting any responce from Oyo team we finally booked another room for that night by using Oyo app only by booking no. JNIV0342 with a fare of Rs 3199/-. Now I request that the advanve payment made to be refunded to me in given below a/c no along with differencial fare and extra taxi charges which I have incurred due to mismanagement from Oyo team. A. Room booking advance- Rs 2499/-; B. Differencial fare- Rs. 700/-; C.           I did a booking using your app and got a confirmation at around 6 pm. then I got into flight and landed in Delhi around 11 pm. I saw a mail from you that the booking has been put on hold. when I called the call centre, I was told that it's now confirmed. on reaching the hotel the hotel manager told that there are no rooms available there and they have already informed oyo rooms about this long time back. when again I called, the rep said to transfer the call to the concerned department I wanted for more than 5 mins but no one lifted the phone. at that time around midnight I had no where to go and no booking. had to travel a long distance to another hotel pay double the amount and stay in a run down hotel just because u guys didn't do your job right. overall a pathetic experience and I will make sure I tell this to all my network and post this experience where ever possible in social media to let people know not to trust your company and get cheated and troubled like this Manish

            Hi, I had made 2 booking and below are the booking reference nos: XKNR5619 WBFI7362 While making the booking and also while making the payment the T&C clearly stated that I can cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the check-in time. However when I called yesterday to cancel the booking, the OYO team in not ready to refund the money stating some Goa policy which doesn't allow them to refund any money. It is very strange and absolutely absurd that these guys cannot refund my money when the email sent by them clearly states that I can cancel for a full refund, 24 hours prior to check in time. No one made me aware of any special Goa policy that they have brought in place. Hence I do not think that I care for their internal policies and request them to refund my money for both the bookings immediately with no further delay. Regards, Sangita

              I booked a room on the 2nd of December at 10AM at hotel siddhartha bandra mumbai and got a confirmation by email and SMS. Then I got a message that I am being expected. When the guest went to the hotel the hotel did not honour the booking.The customer was left stranded on the streets of Mumbai and spent a night in some lousy hotel. The customer service team did not even have the courtesy to arrange an alternate room. Instead they blankly apologised and said we cant do anything. They have no value system and it seems they are multiple selling the rooms at higher rates and cheating the people. After confirmation no room. How is it possible? This means they have given the room to someone else who probably paid on the app or paid more. Such companies can not be relied upon and I strongly recommend to all not to trust this app and company. Especially, professionals who are travelling on work should never use this app for themselves or their vip guests as they will end up losing their job or client. Like · Reply · 4 hrs

                Hotel does not exists / No booking at hotel

                I have used the OYO app first time, we have shifted to Mumbai on 28th and booked a hotel using OYO app for 3 nights in khar west . I didn't face any issue with that . On 1st we wanted to extend our stay, but we couldn't bcs rooms were not available in the same hotel . I again used the same app to book another hotel in andheri east ( Booking ID WUQP2619), I reached there but could not any decent hotel with the same name there . I searched...

                I had booked a room via oyo rooms. I was required to prepay the booking amount. My booking id with oyo is CPVL4901.

                After reaching the hotel (Hotel Krishna at Athwa in Surat) booked via oyo, I was shocked to have been informed that the Hotel had no tie-up with oyo rooms.

                Therefore, standing at the reception counter, I contacted oyo (at [protected]) to get my problem resolved. However, I was made to 'hold the line' for more than 30-35 minutes by the oyo customer-care. So I had to cut the ongoing call, and again call them up. Every time, I was required to hold the line for a long time, after which I gave up.

                Further, the hotel seemed to have only a receptionist standing at the counter, and no other staff. The hotel also did not have any restaurant/other amenities as promised on the website. Instead, there was a small dirty reception-counter and a dark passage where about 3-4 rooms had their opening. The hotel did not even seem secure enough to leave your luggage with them.

                Finally, I cancelled the booking via the oyo app; and pursued the cause by writing number of emails and making dozens of calls. I was ultimately promised a refund by one Mr. Rajan Mishra (oyo guest support), which I have still not received. It has been more than 10 days since oyo rooms promised a refund.

                  Cancellation made on 22nd Nov, mailing them on 23rd Nov regards bank details.
                  My transaction was made by Allahabad bank debit card and i had share the bank details of HDFC for refund.

                    I'm On a visit to Delhi for 3 nights.i had booked a room through oyo a week in advance and received confirmation for the same.1 day before check in I received a message from oyo asking me to call back and reconfirmed.i was in Bangkok that time and I called from there to confirm.i also received final confirmation from oyo.after reaching delhi I booked a cab and reached the hotel where I was promised a room.on contacting the reception I came to know that my booking wasn't confirmed.i called oyo and they shifted me to another hotel which doesnt meet the standards of the promised hotel in any ways.im highly disappointed

                      I had booked hotel from oyo rooms for hyderabad name.the quality inn fidalgo 3 rooms 18-19 nov 1 room & 19-20Nov 2 rooms.& i paid full amount...i called oyo on17 nov for my room confirmation at that time they told ur room is confirm & when i reachef hotel at 3.00pm with all my luggage the hotel representive said we had no tied up since 1 month so we are sorry at that time i wasted 2 hr calling oyo and then they given me another hotel called gateway which was very low category compare to fidalgo but i want to know why they did not contact us before reaching hotel & again my next visit was banglore same thing happend i called oyo they said ur rooms are confrm & i call to hotel they said we had already told oyo that all rooms are full dont send any booking...so why all time we should call oyo n hotel for confrming then what is need of booking online so plz take strict action on oyo or stop them.

                        I booked room from OYO for 28th nov near airport but wen i reached at the hotel it told me there is no booking. OYO had changed my booking some 8 km away from airport & even there i reached, this hotel also refused any booking. After calling there customer care no proper response was there. At 9 pm dey gave me a low budget hotel. Very poor service

                          They told us that your room is not available now and is updated to some other premium hotel having tariff of more than 4000 in a call conversation whose recording they might be having. But then they gave us a room of 1800 and that too it was not a premium room. They even told us that if commitment has been made they'll change the room but afterwards told us that no premium rooms are available.

                            Hello, I had a lot of good reviews of your oyo rooms from my friends & family. So, I myself tried to use your website for hotel booking in delhi(as I am frequent flyer to delhi & raipur for business trips). I shortlisted two hotels for my trip one was Hotel Alpine Tree, Mahipalpur Delhi & other was Aerocity Hotel, Aerocity Delhi. But Aerocity booking was cancelled and my only valid booking was Hotel Alpine Tree, in your website I mentioned my checkin time as 11 PM - 12 PM, 26/11/2015. But my flight got delayed by 2 hrs, so I called up your customer care to inform Hotel Alpine Tree that my checkin can be delayed by 2 hrs(I did not have the number of hotel as I received no message or mail mentioning hotel contact details), but I am coming for sure. Finally, I managed to reach Hotel Alpine Tree, Mahipalpur Delhi by 1:15 AM 27/11/15, only to know that my room was allocated to someone else and they asked me to sleep on sofa present in the lobby area. And they asked me to wait till 3:30 AM probably then they can arrange some room. Then I tried calling your helpline no. There the operator took call after 10-15 mins of waiting only to say that he cannot do anything now and was asking me to move to some other property which was nearly 1-1.5 km away. I told him since I am having lot of luggage and I was feeling unwell and that time at 2 AM night, I left my taxi as well, so I cannot move to anyother property so far. Oyo Rooms were thoroughly unprofessional and irresponsible during this entire thing. Finally, I got some relief when I saw a oyo property manager named Vipin, I told my plight to him and then he arranged me a room for the right at Hotel Paradise just 3 buildings away. He took my booking id and told that he will update my new Hotel in your portal. Although the room was sub standard, bed linen & towel were untidy, wifi was not working & room light was too dim, but hotel management promised me better quality room next morning. I decided to stay there as I had no other option left. To my shock, morning at around 10:00 AM 27/11/15 I got mail from oyo rooms mentioning showing booking for 3 days .i.e. 25/11/15 to 28/11/15 instead 26/11/15 to 28/11/15 and Hotel stay mentioning Hotel Alpine Tree. I called up customer care several times to address this issue, every time my call was put on hold citing they are transferring my call to senior manager which actually never happened. Finally at around 11:00 PM 27/11/15, I got the mailing mentioning Hotel Paradise with correct checkin and checkout date. To sum up everything. I would liketo say my total experience with oyo rooms was very poor & irresponsible. I would like the management team to check this kind to problem does not happens any with anyone and your customer should not face such harrasment I had gone through after I expect value for money. -- Regards, GOURAV BANTHIA [protected] Kolkata

                              I had made a booking at Oyo Rooms with ID FEIC 6241 dated[protected] for stay at Pondicherry for one day ( November 21 to 22).Due to urgent domestic reasons I had to cancel my trip and consequently my above booking was cancelled on[protected], well before 24 hrs of my scheduled stay at Oyo Rooms.I had sent two mails and both were responded promptly stating concerned department is looking into the refund.I believe the replies were auto replies as both letters were worded similarly. I then called up their helpline on[protected] and I was told that I had to share my bank details. Why bank details when my booking was done through net banking and why the bank details were not asked in the first instance or in the second instance when I had sent a mail. Nonetheless I sent them my bank details . A few hours later I receive a mail from their escalations department stating that my query must have been resolved and asking for my feedback. I immediately sent them a reply that my issue was far from resolved and that I was dissapointed with their response. Later today I receive yet another mail again from the same department hoping that the issue is resolved.. How insensitive and deplorable is this attitude . I request a speedy resolution to my issue.                                 Booked a property /hotel (smriti star bhopal) via oyo rooms app, when I arrived at the hotel, hotel manager asked me for what purpose I have to stay, I briefed him. After that he started asking me to produce documents to prove that I came here for the same reason as I mentioned to him.This was disgusting. Very soon they started talking rudly, it was embarrassing, derogatory.

                                  I have booked an oyo room for mahabaleshwar for 1 day and cancelled it on 1st of October 2015. From that day i am following up with oyo for refunding the amount but till today have not received the amount and even they are not proactive to respond to the email...My booking number was NQHA5980. Request you to please help on these thing

                                  Still i have not received my refund amount...I don't know how much time i will have to follow up for just Rs. 4098/-.. It is more than 2 months now...Will i get my money back or not? . I am sorry for asking this question but i am really feed up now

                                    We have done a booking in Kolkata Oyo Rooms from booking.com. Booking ID[protected] Gust Name- Elizabeth Francis We had made 5000/- (ie. 25% of total) advance and made it confirmed . But when guest arrived at property, the property owner informed that booking has been canceled from their side and same has been informed to Oyo. Oyo did not felt the importance to inform that to us or to arrange alternative staying options. When guest arrived and property people did not allow them to in, that time also Oyo did not show any responsibility to arrange some other options quickly. At the end guest made their own arrangements at around evening 7. After taking money from customer don't you think Oyo have little responsibility to serve customer as well? I want the Financial settlement, proper justification for the harassment, and apology from them for the same.

                                      I have booked a room in oyo premium MMM Hospital at chennai from 24th to 27 of this month with booking id HIMW0921.. i have booked this hotel one week back and they confirmed booking and paid amount full in advance...today morning i..e i got confirmation message of booking of that hotel.. after some time i got one more message saying that hotel booking has changed to some other oyo room which is approximately 5 km from the previous hotel booking ..i called twice to oyo helpline they said they cant give that hotel... i[censored] want to stay or you cancel the hotel they said they cant give the same hotel the which i earlier booked.. they forced me to cancel the booking.. booking a hotel is my choice and i book based on my needs.. u people decide where i have to stay... this is one of the worst experience of my life for booking hotel.. i[censored] would have confirmed before.. i would have booked same hotel through other bookings.. they promise one thing and they do one thing.. totally its a fraud company.. cheating people.. please people of india.. dont trust and dont book oyo rooms... The reason for complaining is that.. what i faced today.. tomorrow somebody else will face same problem.. these oyo people will take it granted.. they play with people sentiments.. appropriate action should be taken.. and indian government stringent rules to avoid such fraud ... still they need to refund my money.. if i they dont refund.. then i need to take further steps...
