My booking id is ZKCL8952 I witness very horrible service i booked room n paid in advance got booking confirmation with arrival time 3am to 6am mentioned from Oyo but when i reached hotel vinayak international patna . manager said he don't have vacant room n was clueless about Oyo as he was not having booking information. i called customer care n they kept me on hold first time 8min then again 7 mintues then again 5 minutes with no helping attitude. whole 1 hrs from 3.30am to 4.30am with family in winter i was roaming in city, Please refund my money immediately. worst service by you ...i will never recommend to any one

Same thing happened to us we were supposed to reach Tirupati in Midnight so we booked for one extra day but after reaching there hotel authority didn't allow us to check in horrible experience 1st time in our 25 yrs of journey this is their new technique I guess to cheat people. Oyo hotel is misusing their reputation by taking money from innocent people in wrong way... oneday they have to pay for it.

Not received OYO bill and Refund for my booking ID: OXNE4731

I have not received the OYO bill for my booking ID: OXNE4731. Where i stayed

in Hotel Esteem in Kolkata from 02.06.2016 to 04.06.2016(2 days)

Also i have paid the excess amount Rs.800 to OYO, Which is not refunded to

my card as on today. Kindly make the payment immediately.

oyo rooms are worst, i will not recommend oyo rooms to anyone. It seems as people who has started this venture are no longer able to handle it. I have also booked a room in dehradun, got confirmation but as we reached the hotel they denied that we don't have any booking. and money has also been deducted from my account and they said this will not be refunded to you. i am not liable if oyo rooms are going through any technical issue. I just want to say that think 200 times before making a booking on oyo roms.

You are right. Never book a oyo hotel until or unless they solve all the pending cases and refund them. MMT also in the same group with oyo. Their ccare even not attending the calls. Worst experience with OYO and MMT
We have booked two rooms on 28th June 2016, for 14th Aug 2016 check in and 15th Aug 2016 check out at Hotel Jazira, Daman. We were 5 people including my parents and brother & my husband. We had got a confirmation message from oyo rooms while booking itself. As it was booked under Premium section we were really very excited about this this and the hotel is bank on the beach & it was good even when we had stayed there earlier.
Our booking numbers were: BCMV0571 and JPIG2876
Despite getting a confirmation call from oyo rooms on 8th Aug 2016, after reaching the hotel, were were shown a very shabby cottage that was under the name of THE SUMMER PALACE and opposite to Jazira hotel. It was a pathetic place to be, very dirty, all smelly, full of mosquitos and one can not stay at that place. We had gone with my parents so it was another concern for the rooms to be neat. After having long arguments with the manager of Jazira Hotel, Mr. Neigi, he some how managed to give us one room in the same hotel but the other one was far below standards. The address on which the booking was done and what the hotel had showed were separate.

Despite calling to the helpline numbers at oyo rooms and with the hotel authorities they some how ruined our trip to the fullest.
Thet should be banned for making people suffer for such things and making false commitments and doing such frauds.
I would request to give refund for atleast one room as the pained and trouble caused by us cannot be changed now.

Same thing happened with me I had booked hotel from oyo on 6th Jun in dharmsala at hill station and there is no other property near there because it's camping site when I reached at 10 pm on property they denied to check in n said its no more link with oyo before 1 month it's really horrible service by oyo and make us trouble at night and also when contact to oyo they make call on hold almost 30 min and when get email to sent gst invoice from oyo after sent invoice not any reply executive name:Navdeep it's horrible service and west of money and fake service
i encountered the same issue when i booked an OYO room before. super agree to this!!!

Booking ID: COZE5128 four months back amount was fully paid for planned family vacation including senior citizens and kids but now OYO has been boycotted banned in Mount Abu by all hotels and property owner is denying the booking. I need OYO to provide resolution this is causing lot of inconvenience, trouble and Pain. Chasing call center since last 10 hrs but no resolution yet.

    My Booking Id is ICBP8453 in Hotel La Fontana from 25th Dec to 27th Dec Please find below the points - 1. Hotel La Fontana staff asking for Original Id proof to be submitted to them. Upon asking they said this is how in goa. This was never conveyed to me via OYO room customer care 2. No WIFI in Room as indicated while booking 3. No Parking facility as indicated while booking 4. AC not working 5. No mini Fidge in room as indicated while booking Paid Rs. 7698 for this pathetic service. Not sure if OYO will refund the money or what. first time used the service and will recommend evry one don't use it.

      Hi I had three bookings CNMO2498, FJUO6423 and EKFY6437 from 12 Dec 2015 to 15 Dec 2015. I went to see the room on 11 Dec 15 however the hotel manager refused to show me any rooms saying that my bookings have come through OYO so they are not going to entertain. I had confrontation with him on this and as a result I had to cancel all my bookings from 12 Dec 2015 to 15 Dec 2015 and look for another place instead of staying at such a place where staff doesn't know how to speak to their guests. I have received refund for 13 Dec and 14 Dec bookings, however entire amount has been deducted for booking on 12 Dec 2015. Could you please look into this and come back to me asap.

        I booked room in Oyo, ameerpet.I went there at 2 pm.they told they have no rooms .called Oyo.they allotted hotel tanisha.I went there at 2.30pm.same repeated there.they told to call Oyo as there is no room.again I called Oyo. They allotted athidi inn.because of traffic, because we dont know city it was almost 8 pm to find hotel athidi.there again they told that room is not available.again I called Oyo.then they sent email to athidi at 9 pm.then they allotted room.Oyo wasted 6 hr.so I checked out 2 hr late next day but charged 2000.in that case who will pay me for wasting my 8 hrs?

          I had booked oyo rooms for my visit to Agra. the room did not match the Oyo standards. In fact it was working like a night shelter. the third bed I was a piece was a piece of packing material. When I shouted and did not accept the piece then I was given a broken mattress which had lot of dirt on it. There was no wifi in the room. No mirror in the washroom the call center was of no help. even after many promises I was forced to stay there as I had already paid. My mobile number is [protected].

            I booked two rooms on 05/12/2015 with booking number FWEC5943 and FCSW6541. I have made the advance payment for the rooms via paytm of INR 2794. On reaching the hotel I came to know that they haven’t accept any booking for me and they can’t accommodate my guests. I cross checked with Oyo customer care, they assured me that I will get a room in same property. After few mins I received a email that says my hotel property have been changed and to my surprise I was offered a hotel room of lesser tariff value i.e 2400 INR and inferior quality. I called the Oyo customer care and try to my level best to make him understand that this is unethical business practise but he refused to listen to me. He replied this is best they can do for me and they will refund me 395 INR. To my surprise I haven’t received any refund till date, I called Oyo room customer care many times but they just give me excuses and fake commitments instead of giving resolution to my issue. This wrongful act is harassment for customer like me. Oyo Rooms cheap tactics not only cause mental agony but create a bad impression of mine in front of my guests. I never expect this from brand like Oyo rooms. 1. First oyo rooms should not take a booking if it is not available. 2. I[censored]nder extreme circumstance they did a mistake, they should notify this to customer which they failed to do so. 3. If there is difference in tariff of two rooms then they should return that money back. which again they failed to do so. 4. After tweeting this to Oyo CEO Ritesh agarwal they have return the money but reverse back 500 INR as discount they have offered to me for using Paytm payment. Woow this is best customer service I have ever received. They are nothing more then crook Amit [protected]

              Dear Team, This is with regard to my recent booking of Oyo Rooms from WWW.OYOROOMS.COM website. I booked a room in Shimla for 2 nights because the hotel mentioned on the website was good. To my surprise, when I received the booking confirmation mail after the full payment, hotel name which was mentioned in the email was a third class hotel (just a lodge infact). It is very disappointing to get such bad hotel rooms at such high cost and that too after doing a fraud of showing something else and then booking something else. I request a FULL REFUND of my money as this is cheating and not booking.                 Hotel Kens, Hyderabad — Theft at Hotel

                I stayed at OYO premium rooms at Hotel Kens, Sri Nagar colony, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad from 19-Dec-2015 to 21-Dec-2015. On 20th I ordered to clean my room post which I missed my imported Liquor bottle and a power adapter. I complained at OYO customer care as well as in Hotel but no update so far. Disappointed with the response they give. It's worst hotel I have experienced, right from staff to security at the hotel. They have a cctv cam which is not covering hotel at all. Please dont trust the hotel leaving the things at Hotel.

                  Hi Team, I had booked room for my parents near Hazarat Nizamuddin station in hotel City Center inn from your customer care and they said that rooms were very nice with good ambience but I faced several issues and highly unsatisfied with your service the following issues which I had faced are: The contact details which was given in message which OYO room send to us was wrong . After calling 10 times to customer care and getting assurance that we will be getting new numbers of hotel via a sms, the numbers were not received ( from your end it may be not send). The hotel was in so much interior that it was very difficult to track . On going to Hotel we find out that there was construction going on in Hotel premises for renovation if this was the case you should have intimated us before hand itself. Overall my family faced lots of problem and haven't even stayed in that hotel . Kindly take some serious action so that your further customers doesn't get into such types of trouble.                     I am yet to get the refund for my booking Number “NZLI 2409”, which I had to cancel due to wrong date of checking given in my booking confirmation. I had requested for date of check in as 10/12/2015, whereas the same was wrongly put as 15/12/2015, may be due to connectivity issue., which was immediately communicated to customer service team of OYO. This led to lot of inconvenience to me and I had to book fresh again thru OYO, which costed me more and then payment was made directly at hotel. I had requested to "OYO Customer Service" to change the date of check in as 10/12/2015, however they expressed their inability. Since, they could not change the date of check in, i requested them to cancel the booking, They confirmed cancellation of booking & informed that the payment will be refunded to my credit card account. However, the refund is yet to be received by me. I am sorry to say that their customer service is horrible. Please arrange to refund the amount of the above referred booking no. “NZLI 2409”, without any further delay & confirm immediately.

                      I booked a room with booking id TLQD4739 on 21st Dec 2015 using the code OYOLA and paid the charges of the hotel via ola money option before checking out on 22nd Dec 2015. It has been more than 24 hours, as I write this complain but I still haven't received the cashback worse there is no communication in this regard from OYO rooms to pacify the concern

                        My booking Id is-[protected].Booked oyo room from clear trip.They have taken my booking for Maya international but when reached there booking was not confirmed. They shifted me to other hotel with lower tariff. Paid for one day but hotel people asked extra charge of 500/- for early check in. When called oyo executive were very rude. Disappointed.

                          Oyo website was reflecting the availability of rooms in the hotel Stay By the way n in actual none rooms were available. I had done the bookings, the amount of 2298 was transacted by me, later I came to know there weren't any rooms available when I called the property manager. I was forced to make a cancellation of the stay where in actual oyo website had done a fraud by reflecting the availability of rooms n haven't yet refunded my amount even after multiple follow up n instead saying they will consider the case as cancellation n only refund 1149Rs..

                            Tried to book premium room through app 2 days in advance and kept getting mesaage - there is something wrong and transaction can't be processed this time. However in 10 mins got a call from bank whether I used my debit card and subsequently card was charged for the room rate, yet havent seen any booking in 'my booking' in the app. Called customer care and guy said room is booked for today's date!!! I requested to change the date, which he couldent and ask me to cancel original booking and rebook through app again and mentioned me of full refund. Eventually i can see the booking in 'my booking' and canelled it, yet disnt get any confirmation of refund or anything. Called customer care again and another guy mentioned they have mot received any payment from me and booking is unprocessed. When i mentioned of my previous call and asked him to check again, he twlls me there are 2 unprocessed booking and 1 cancelled booking.. God knows how all these booking got created, i guess thats where i was getting error message while using app, on the back it was creating bookings. I asked about refund status and he said there are no refund as per policy and he can only help me procees the payment for inprocessed ones. I asked to transfer me to his supervisor, as he may not have authority to resolve my issue.. He refused to transfer.. When i asked repeatedly he put me on hold for few minuts and asked me if he was audible about 6-8 times to which i kept saying yes and he pretended as he didnt hear anything amd finally cust the call.. I called customer care again, talked to another guy, Vipin (this time i was careful to ask name) and asked to talk to hos supervisor about rude behavior from one of his colleague.. Again after hold for 10 mins, he said supervisor is busy and they will call me back.. Never heard from anyone from oyo again.. Bad app, worse customer service..

                              Made a booking in oyo rooms oyo premium iskcon vrindavan four months ago and made a payment through oyo wallet talked with hotelier that booking is confrimed today recieved a call from oyo rooms that they recieved a mail from hotel saying that payment made from oyo wallet cannot b entertained.and booking will be cancelled, at the same time i talked with the hotel reception they are saying that we didnt sent any mail to oyo rooms like this kindly resolved this issue please

                                My name is James Joseph. My booking id is FOZQ2098. I booked for a room at hotel Sol Beso mandrem from 19-22 December 2015. I personally called and enquired about the room to the property directly and the management of the property answered to my question that the rooms for the dates which I booked was already full. Due to inconvenience caused from Oyo rooms I was forced to cancel the room. The refund of rupees 44992 was not credited to my account till. Kindly make necessary arrangements for the refundable amount.

                                  I've booked one room for 2 persons check in date 28 Nov- check out date 29 Nov 2015 at Kalubha Road, Bhavnagar. Paid Rs. 999 through mobikwik wallet.

                                  Then I cancelled the same booking on dated 26 November 2015, but still today I didn't get any refund amount from their side.

                                  Tried many calls, but no positive result.

                                      Hi OYO, I had blocked a room at Rock Regency Ahmadabad on 19th and got a conformation that the rooms are blocked, but on arrival at the hotel we were denied the rooms stating the reason that we don't have rooms available. But when asked if we want to book rooms directly and not the one that we have blocked through OYO, the hotel staff was more than happy to give us the rooms but the charge would be twice that we were assured through OYO. We had to look for other hotel and get our self the required stay as we were in the city for the first time and had already had a drive of 500kms the added task of looking for another hotel due to denial of the blocked room was not at all pleasant Please look into the issue as so much of news about OYO and then finally using it was completely different and would make me hesitant to use it or suggest it to any one

                                        I, had booked a room in Bangalore on OYO (Booking no: HOYD4078, Hotel Park Inn) for me and my wife on 15th Dec 2015 for a check-in date of 20th Dec 2015. I would like to put forth the following harrowing experience I had: After reaching the hotel at around 2:30pm, the receptionist told me to wait for sometime and called someone from OYO and told them that all the rooms are filled and no rooms are available. She failed to inform me the same and I waited like a fool for half an hour. It is only when I asked her that she informed me that the rooms are full and that I will be transferred to another hotel. No message/call from OYO was received by me in this sudden change of plan. It is only after I called OYO that I was told that the booking has been transferred to another hotel(HOYD4078 Hotel Apollo Green). My request for a cab booking by OYO since I did not know the place and lots of luggage was turned down by OYO. The other hotel was 1 km away and address given by OYO was not proper. No landmarks nearby was given. So I decided to call the other hotel(Hotel Apollo Green) for the address. To my shock the receptionist responded by saying that my room booking is cancelled and I have been transferred to another hotel which he did not know and I have to call OYO. The person refused to be identified. I called OYO for a clarification regarding the same and I was asked to be on hold until I get a clarification from the hotel. I waited for around 15mins on hold and had to cut the call since I was low on balance. All this while I am waiting on the road with my luggage for a callback from OYO which I did not get, nor did I receive any email confirmation regarding the same. I had no choice but to leave to Kempegowda bus station with all my luggage as my wife had a return ticket at 10:15pm, with no clarity on status of my booking, I had to wait in the bus stand. At around 7:00pm I receive a call from hotel Apollo Green asking me when is my check-in time for a room that was supposed to be cancelled. From the previous experience I had with Hotel Apollo Green receptionist, I feared that when I reach the hotel with all my luggage, I will again be told that my room had been cancelled and I will have to look for another hotel. Me and my wife had to sit in the bus stand till 10:30pm despite booking a room from OYO. Today morning I called OYO at 7:37am accounting the harrowing experience I had and I was told that the matter is being escalated and I will get a callback in half-an hour. The time is now 9:00am and I have not received any call-back from OYO. You have 15 days time to respond to this mail as to why I had to go through all of this despite having booked and confirmed accommodation, after which legal proceeding will be initiated against you. PS: I have recorded all mobile conversations with OYO/ Hotel Apollo Green in this matter.
