On the day we were supposed to reach mahabaleshwar, oyo calls and says there is a problem at the property so they are upgrading us and sending us to another property near the original property - we agreed. They told us that your room is not available now and is updated to some other premium hotel having tariff of more than 4000 in a call conversation whose recording they might be having. But then they gave us a room of 1800 and that too it was not a premium room.
