Hi, My booking ID is TGCK6071. I booked through Oyo rooms on 29th Nov 2015 and cancelled the same day my booking. But I still did not get any money in my account. In the past 20 days, I have called more than 100 times and every time I get different reply. First They were saying that oyo will not refund the money. Then I talked to them about money then they said that it is being processed. Now oyo is saying that on 10th of December 2015, they have refunded the money, but I still didn't get any update on this. I contacted my bank and they are saying that they didn't get any request for the same. When I asked oyo to send me details where they are able to see that my money is refunded, they are refusing to send the same. I am really pissed off! I used to recommend my friends to choose oyo rooms, but now it seems that I should stop them! Please return my money asap. Regards, Niyati Shah

    BOOKING ID - HUCW5041 Below is the mail which I have sent to their ID - [protected]@oyorooms.com I have booked a room for 3 on Dec 14, 2015 afternoon and made a prepaid payment through OYO app. For which I have received the confirmation message that my booking has been confirmed. After that I planned my trip accordingly. Now after 2 days, I receive a message from your side stating "Your booking has been updated/changed to a different location. Why would I be interested in that when I have made booking at a different place and now you are shifting me to a location approx. 15 km away from the original booking. Upon calling your customer care representative, he refuses to refund my money saying that all properties (Oyo rooms) in Goa have No Cancellation Policy. Let me clear few things first:- 1 The booking was changed from your side NOT AT ALL ON MY CALL. Its completely your headache if hotel owner after 2 days refuses to provide the availability for the confirmed booking for whatever reasons they state. Its your lack of communication gap between the hotel and your representatives which atlast you are making the customer to face these inconveniences. 2 No cancellation policy in Goa- I am completely aware of that and I proceeded with my original booking only after reading the terms and policy for the booking. But how can you accept the customer to be fine with this when the booking has been changed on your terms. 3 Upon asking from your representative that not a single communication was done from OYO to customer before changing the booking, Mr. Shivam replied that the team tried to contact me but I didnt respond. Are You Kidding Me ???????. Not a single call was received from your side since today morning. When I tried to explain him the same then he changed his explanation and replied that your phone was not reachable upon time of your contact. And Just because my phone was not reachable it becomes my fault as I should have expected an "Surprise" call from you today. And furthermore your unability to contact me led to change of my booking. Ironically, your message of booking change was delivered immediately to my number. I have received a no. of calls from today morning itself and I have responded to each one. Your members are deliberately lying that 'Call rang on my phone but I choosed not to pick up'. That was the exact statement stated to me. INSANE !!! Today No Call Rang/Missed Call Received on My Number from Your Side. Approach the Airtel Customer care for the information and You will have my full support in retrieving the information on my call history for today till evening. I challenge you pull your IVR/ phone records to prove this. 4 Immediately after I got the message from your side regarding booking change, I contacted your customer care and have spoken with a professional Lady who provided me the complete information regarding the created issue from your side. She CONFIRMED that full refund will be given for this booking if I intend to cancel it. FYI- Pull your call records and check my conversation with your representative at 12:26 PM approx. 5 Then I again called your customer care at 20:20. He confirmed the same regarding the refund. But after further talking to Mr Shivam, I was completely disappointed the way he handled my queries. 6 Your representatives tell different story each time I called them. Completely Disappointed and devastated with your services!!. I am really surprised with your responses and Yes now I am reluctant to use your services in future and even I wont dare to recommend anyone for Oyo rooms upon such an experience. I really hope that I should have done my bookings from trusted and fair sites which are more reliable and more importantly respect their customers.       I reserved OYO Rooms cosmopolitan club with booking number SCHV2314 for 3 days (8th Dec till 9th Dec) 4 Rooms 12 Guests. Hotel Royal9 did not honour the booking and said they responded back to OYO regarding the cancellation but when called help desk they said they processed the refund of part payment of 9000 paid. I called help desk almost 9 times as I did not receive my refund. Finally today 18Dec2015 at 1 AM IST I patiently hear to the customer service he says that I did not cancel the booking on time and so he cannot do anything to help. Inspire of my explaining it to him that hotel9 cosmopolitan club did not honour the booking now OYO says I did not cancel in time. This is unethical and totally unfair. I ask for an escalation supervisor I was told to call back at a later time. I need OYO to look into this issue on priority and help.

        I did two bookings (HLRD0167 & KYMU7862) using the code OYOPAYTM, Ideally I should have received 40% cashback in my paytm account after checking out. But, I didn't received anything. On inquiring, telecaller of oyo said, I should have paid through paytm wallet. However, I booked the rooms after confirmation from the telecallers that I can pay at hotel while using the said coupon code. Both the telecallers said yes, none of them said that, In that case I won't get my cashback. Adding to that, Even the hotel staff didn't warned me about loosing the cashback, while paying through cash. This is a clear case of intentional fraud by Oyo Rooms. I have lost Rs 1000 due to your gameplay and I need my money back in my bank account.

        I won paytm cashbacks from oyo shake and win contest but they didn't transferred any amount to my paytm account! I wrote 20-25 complain about it to oyo service but no one resolved my issue sometimes i get reply that my issue will be resolved within 24 hours but still i got no money! They are so unprofessional !

            Hi, My name is Kartik Abbi, on 8th of December had made 2 booking's for my upcoming trip one for my parents to Amritsar & mine to Bangalore. I had made the booking and selected pay at hotel. Amritsar is from 23rd to 25th - THGB5723 Bangalore is from 24th to 27th - LXGP8031 Today on 16th December, I received a SMS stating, that i need to make the payment against the booking id: THGB5723 in next 24 hours else it would be cancelled. On calling the call center they informed that from 15th of December onward the dates which are from 24th of Dec to 4th of Jan needs to be paid upfront. Its really upsetting as no information was prior provided by OYO, I can still book a new hotel again from oyo and select pay at hotel. Its my first experience and really upset, as I have read that previous customer have made payment, and faced many issues and there was no refund as well.

              Hi, I stayed with oyo rooms in Hotel Royal Inn city center Gwalior and Hotel Shurbi Naya Bazar Gwalior for 2 days in each of these mention properties. Hotel receptionists refused to provide the Invoice for stay, they suggested me to ask oyo to send Invoice and OYO will send the Invoice directly to you on mail. I applied the same process and OYO sent a Pdf file on the name of Invoice which has only my staying details and amount i paid...

              Hotel Deccan Royaale, JM road, Shivaji Nagar Pune. Booking no. TUIY5186, 10- 13 Dec 2015. While amount was paid, but suddenly the hotel staff announced that OYO had cancelled booking. It was a really traumatic experience. After a lot of negotiation, the matter was set right. I learnt afterwards that OYO routinely harasses genuine customers. Wonder whether there is some collusion between hotel staff and OYO to dupe people. To me OYO seems a fraud and cheat.                 My Company booked the Hotel 7 flag international (Oyo rooms) But hotel was very dirty, staff was not supporting at all, they have specific timing for breakfast & i have asked them to give me before 10 mins & they don't allow me for that, when i said this is not the way to talk to guest then the guy was in reception said do whatever you want will not give you.                   I tried making a booking on 21st Nov for 2 rooms in Ahemdabad and the transaction got declined, however the payment got processed from my account. Speaking to the customer care I confirmed that they did not get the money and booking was not made. I made another booking and the transaction was accepted. Now i am charged for 2 bookings where as i utilized only 1. I spoke to the customer care guys, after investigation i was promised on the 7th December that a refund will be processed in 4 business days. Not having received the refund I called up the Customer Care (twice as one of the executive hung up on me) again and was told that they will have to investigate the issue. I do not understand why after investigation they need more investigation and why after commitment the payment is not refunded. My Booking IDs are MZAK1784 and SROK4901 and my email id is jimit.[protected]@gmail.com

                    I booked a hotel through OYO rooms and paid all in advance. Now they are not refunding the money. See my last email Dear Sakti We are your esteemed customer and OYO rooms is quite popular in my corporate office and friend circles. This was my personal booking and I paid you advance. While booking the hotel through you, we checked your booking policy which was 100% refund. I am attaching the guest policy and printout of booking window of website. We have asked to cancel your hotel 15 days before the check in at hotel while the policy sent by you in trailing email clearly says that the booking can be cancelled 24 hours prior to check in. We have taken booking in another hotel through OYO rooms. Now we cannot stay at two places. Please note that we have to cancelled this booking this booking but we trusted you for other bookings. Now I trust you can understand our problem. So kindly refund the amount for cancellation.                       I booked a room in jaisalmer for 27th december. However the plan cancelled. Before cancellation I called the support asking if there will be any cancellation charges or not. one of the executives told me to cancel and assured me that the money will be refunded. after cancellation to check when they will refund my money I called again and another one told me it will not get refunded due to property known issue. While booking I did not get any notification that this is non refundable property while. They said when you booked the room you might have got the email saying this but when I booked nothing was there. I have a proper email from OYO in which nothing is written about non refundable. Kindly look into this matter . I can show the email if required

                        It is very upsetting and frustrating the way OYO room has reacted. I had to cancel a booking due to some reason, 20 days in advance. The administration confirmed that the refund would be processed. We have exchanged over 20 mails all of which seem to be written by a pre-recorded system. Have called them around 5-8 times. Everytime they take my account details and I patiently hope that I'll get my money back. Yet nothing happens. Please OYO rooms take the action as soon as possible.                           I have booked two rooms using OYO app. The booking was for 12th Dec, 2015 which was done on 7th Dec, 2015. Booking no. was VHAN0149 and the booking was made in Hotel Rockland, Jaipur. According to the terms of OYO rooms, we had the booking till 11 am of next day but at the time of check in, the hotel staff asked us to vacate the room at 8 am as they have already taken the early booking on the following day. Even after agreeing on that note, the hotel staff started disturbing us at 6 am on the next morning asking us to leave. Upon our request they allowed us to shift in one room at the early hours disturbing our whole day schedule. Now, as per OYO room conditions, if someone do an early check in "30% charges payable as per room rates of the previous day or INR 500, whichever is higher." has to be paid by the customer. In my case, I was forced for early checkout so, I have full right to ask for the same amount of concession on both rooms keeping my discomfort in notice, keeping aside the rude behavior of the hotel staff. Me and my team are travelers and everyone is very disappointed with this incident, especially when you are new to the city and completely rely on the service provider. I am asking you to repair it at the very earliest.

                              I had booked a room in Pai Vista on KR Road in Banashankari 2nd Stage in Bangalore for Dec 6 & 7, 2015 via OYO Rooms. The room was confirmed while booking. Oyo also called me multiple times to confirm the booking including the day of check-in which is Dec 6. When I showed up at the hotel at the time of check-in at noon, the hotel manager told that all the rooms are booked for that day and none are available. He also mentioned that they have informed Oyo of the non-availability well in advance and they could do nothing to provide any accommodation. He also called Oyo Customer Service to inquire about the booking. The representative mentioned that Oyo would call me within 5 minutes and provide alternate arrangement. I waited for half-an-hour in front of the hotel with all my luggage and received no such call. When I tried to call back, I was put in the queue for more than an hour. I had a meeting to attend at 3 o'clock which prevented me from waiting any further. Without any other option, I had to find another hotel on my own in a new city where I did not speak the local language. I also had to shell out 5 times the original price of the room since it was a last minute booking. When I tried to call back customer care later that night, they were so rude and mentioned that I should have stayed on the road and tried to connect with one of their representative to find an alternate room and that it was my mistake to have left the hotel. I have never seen such bad service for any other online portal and an even worse customer service. I request a refund of the charges I had to pay for the room from Oyo Will never ever book via Oyo.                                 First time i booked Room through OYO. The Hotel Manager sayes that we have no tieup with Oyo. I surprized because i allready paid amount through OYO. AT 10:30 PM night i Feel Cheated From OYO. My BOOKING ID: MPRQ7083. Me with my 2 years old daughter and wife @ 11 pm night walked away from hotel for searching a New room in other Hotel. I am very much depressed. Do not book hotel through OYO i don't want any other family suffer like my Family suffered Badly. I Want Compensation

                                  Hi,

                                  Just back from my vacation in Goa. Thanks to poor service at Oyo Rooms, it was a great disappointment. I made a severe mistake by choosing OYO over other rooms.

                                  I stayed in Orchid De Goa Luxury Rooms in Calangute, Goa. I booked the room for three days and following are the issues I faced in these three days.

                                  1) Problem: No Geyser in rooms.
                                  Response from Manager: You may not get Hot water in wash rooms before 9 AM.
                                  My Views:
                                  Thanks for the info. I dont know in which tourist place, the local tours start after 10/11 AM. Every hotel I have stayed provide hot water, even worst case - I will be served in a bucket to ensure that we dont face the difficulty with cold water in the morning.


                                  2) Problem: Breakfast
                                  Day 1: Good
                                  Day 2: Had to wait for breakfast for one hour till 8:45 AM, when it was supposed to be ready by 7:30 AM and we were following up from 7:45 AM. We left the room without having the breakfast on that day and we missed our breakfast as well as the tour bus just to catch it in a local taxi in the next stop.
                                  Response: There were some issues in Kitchen.
                                  Day 3: Puri served without side dish. (+ some sweet upma kind of)
                                  Response: The menu has only Puri and they dont serve any side dish with that.

                                  My views:
                                  Even in railway stations, when we order Puri, we get some bhaji with it. Cant Oyo rooms give this basic stuff?


                                  3) Problem: Hot Water for Drinking.
                                  I was suffering with cold and I was served hot water in a plastic bottle. To my rude shock, the bottle was all smelling of Petrol. This bottle was used to transfer petrol it seems and the same bottle was used to deliver drinking water to me (and I need not tell you the downsides of serving something hot in plastics)
                                  Response: Even Manager was shocked. He said he would talk to his team.

                                  My views:
                                  No comments. This is the heights of your customer care.

                                  4) Room Housekeeping
                                  Out of three days, I had to remind the manager on 2 days to clean the room. This is after our long day outside, coming back to see the rooms in the same shape as we left.
                                  My views:
                                  I need not tell you how much this is important when you talk of "Hygeinic washrooms" and "Spotless Linen"

                                  5) AC and Wifi in Rooms
                                  AC once ON - you need to call someone from the housekeeping to switch it off. The customer doesnt have the remote or the option to switch it off.
                                  Wifi - Login Ids and passwords are provided. But customer has to use a new login id and password every three hours

                                  My Views:
                                  Do you expect the customer to wake up at 2 AM just becoz the room has become too cold and he has to call the reception to come and switch off the AC?

                                  I have shared all these concerns with the Manager- Clayton too. I am completely disappointed with the service. Compared to this, I could have very well booked some local rooms at a cheaper cost, after reaching Goa.

                                    Yesterday i have confirmed about my buking frm chennai and OYO people confIRMED by buking...i reached by flight to delhi and when i reached hotel they declined my check in stating rooms are not availabe i showed my buking they asked me to go out and check oyo...i called oyo they sumhow arranged sum odr hotel which was 10 km frm that place i went there...they have told me that they stopped business wid oyo... I was helpless...furstated...agitated...finally decided to search hotel on my own and i buked... Wasted money...tym...i wont leave u people

                                      I booked a hotel through oyo rooms in advance 2 months. On dated 12-12-15when i going to check in the hotel they told me you booking has been cancelled. That day was my marriage anniversary day, very important day for me. Actually the day was very bad day. Me & my wife was very upset. Without my information they cancelled the booking.
