    my self booked one room via oyo, id no: J7RT1683, RR HOTEL(22-23RD AUG/22)
    rooms looks like cattle shed, bath room not cleaned at least for last one year.
    look very bad, i know oyo not only need money other than customer satisfaction
    please find the attached photo for your ref.
    any way i know you will not going take any action still im just waiting my time to sending this email

      I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 29th july 2022 with transaction amount of 2693/- from icici bank debit card I cancelled the booking on the same date (29th july 2022) due to some reason and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. It has been more than 15 days and yet I haven't received the refund. And customer support is not at all helpful every time I call them they are keeping me on hold for so long and in the end they are disconnecting the call without resolving my issue. I need solution for this

        I booked Oyo Townhouse HaHa Stays, Perungudi from August21 to 27 from booking.com. I paid the half payment two days before my stay.
        Someone from Oyo called me on 21st August morning to pay ther remaining amount of Rs.5994 to confirm the booking against my booking. I paid the amount to the bank account he shared. He asked me to send it again as the amount for struck. I paid Rs.5994 again. He said the amount got struck and it will be refunded and again asked me to pay Rs.11987 after entering booking id in the remarks. I paid the amount as per his direction. He once again said the amount got struck. When he asked to pay again I got suspicious and by that time I reached reception and paid the balance Rs.5994 in the reception itself. When I enquired the reception, they denied the call and told Oyo might have called. This person didnt refund my money and not answering my calls. I'm attaching the whatsapp screenshots and the bank transactions screenshots here. How did my booking details get to that person? I need a strong explanation and the refund.

        Any instances where a collection of payment is attempted from any unauthorized payment gateways other than the ones mentioned above are acts of suspicious payment collection. Encountering and acting on the same is solely on your own accord and discretion . Oyo will not be responsible for any loss liability arising out of such an event.           Booked Hotel with OYO for 6 nights, 4692 was amount showed in the OYO app, but the hotel people asked for 9384. i called the customer support and asked for a cancellation, because they didn't do anything for this. The cancelation was done on AUG 1 waited for 14 days for refund, didn't get it till now. On 18th i called the customer support, they said they have initiated the refund, and will be credited in 2 hours which didn't happen. Today on 23rd i again called but no response from the team, they don't connect us to the service department. booking id is BP9P5495, its been 25 days since cancelation the amount is not credited yet. please do look into this

            I booked a room by mistakenly at oyo on same day and I cancelled immediately. Now they are saying that I can't get refund Because I booked room after 9am on same day, that's why I can't get refund. They are saying that it's against policy to return money. If someone is booked by mistakenly on same date and then he cancelled immediately then why he will not get refund. When I talked before they said if I cancelled booking in 30 minutes I will get refund. Now they are saying that I can't get refund. Plz help me. My Booking id is BQCH3740

                    I have booked an hotel through OYO for my stay in Bangalore from 20 Aug 2022 to 23 Aug 2022 with a booking ID L5LY4399
                    But when i reached at the property they didn't accept the oyo booking and transferred to another hotel 5 KM away from there.
                    But there also same issue, when i called the property they mentioned they also not accepting OYo. So i called customer care and they informed that, they will do complete refund amount of 1983Rs. But after 2 days i got a message stating that 565 Rs has refunded.
                    I tried calling them to get remaining amount but no one has provided a complete answer..
                    How can I proceed with this?

                      It's been 24 days already and I still haven't received my refund on my the booking id WA6M8740.
                      I have tried reaching out multiple times but to no avail. Each time I was connected to the service department it ends there and nobody even picks up the phone in the service department and this is not the 1st time.
                      I would like to have my refund back as soon as possible.

                        My booking id FVU13379..hotel denied my checkin due to tariff issues..they never accept Oyo bookings...i had to cancel my booking a day prior and it was showing 100%refund as per policy ..but it's been almost a month despite contacting them so many times they only give copy paste reply..i paid 456 and only 36rs was given in Paytm as refund..i had raised query with Paytm also and Paytm is saying Oyo has given services for the same which is not true..this is fraud please help

                        Whenever I call or message they reply as parrots that refund has been initiated and will get within 7-14days..it's almost a month now no signs of refund..worst customer care they reply copy paste..

                          I booked hotel name airport view guest house in airport road, Guwahati through the YOYO application and there i made payment online at 7 am..then at 8pm i came for check in in the hotel but hotel owner was saying that i have to make more payment for my staying or you can look for another hotel.
                          This is purely doing scam with the people because once we made payment through online that is not refundable...so looking new hotel is completely loss for me.
                          If I don't get refund my money i will go for next level if I don't get any response

                            My booking id is AQ8L2656, i made a booking on 22 August and when we reached the hotel they were charging extra money to us for Staying in the rooms, so we made a call to the oyo helpling number and they cancelled the booking and promised us full refund but now when i am calling on their helpine number, they either put me on hold or say we can not help you,

                              I have once canceled a booking on the 15th Aug with the booking ID LWV00218. I have not received any refund.
                              If I check the same in Oyo customer chat it says "Sorry no refund request found for LWV00218 booking."

                                I had a booking for my stay at 79382 Anu Grand, Visakhapatnam on[protected]. The tariff was mentioned in booking site was Rs. 726/-. I confirmed the booking by paying 50% payment. But when I reached hotel they said the room tariff is of 1, 500/- (who will provide for 726/-) you can talk to the call center, we can’t give you the accommodation.
                                After the argument, they have agreed to provide the room by paying the extra amount of 1, 000/-. This was paid from my side through gPay. I have shared to the OYO team as well and promised me to refund the amount as well.

                                But after several reminders I. The payment, they are asking for the proper bill for the same. It was mentioned in my earlier communication that they have refused to provide the bill.

                                I have an evidence mail from your end that you will pay the extra amount, but till now not action.

                                This is the way you are cheating me. At the same time the hotel Manager has mentioned that how do you expect the AC room for 700/-, we never provide this tariff till now. You talk to the OYO booking team only, we can’t help.

                                As far as the hote is concerned, the room is very small, no door latch for the bathroom, no hangers in the room and bathroom as well, no dust bins and you have to climb the steps to reach the receiption. The lift will not stop in that floor. Very poor supporting staff.

                                  I made a booking for 5 days from 16th July to 21st July and pre-paid via Google pay to avoid any hassles. On 16th July after confirming multiple times with the hotel about availability, OYO could not give me the room because they overbooked it. As I was not happy with the alternative options they provided I asked for a refund. I then had to scramble to find a different place to stay on my own while I was traveling to Bangalore. On 16th July they said that I will receive the full refund in 7-14 days, but it has been 38 days now and I still haven't received the refund(attaching screenshot of the mail). OYO customer service keeps using internal jargons like complaint was raised, but not initiated even though the mail said so.

                                  Last week they asked for bank details and I gave them details of the account from which payment was done but I still haven't received the amount.

                                  OYO customer care hasn't been any help either. They keep me on hold for 10 minutes and end the call, or they end the call immediately. I have recordings.

                                    I prebooked and paid the entire money through Oyo app with booking I'd : ZDAU3650. But on the booked day, hotel manger made fake check in from my name and checked out the same day. As I saw the change in status in Oyo app I inquired the hotel manger he felt no remorse and told me to ask refund on Oyo. I didn't received my refund from oyo

                                      Grevence against OYO hotel 78904 Esplanade Kolkata (bad staff behaviour) need to remove from oyo also hotel World with complaint against oyo customer support executive for misguided me after the incident...

                                      I would like to know the answer to what happened to me tomorrow.
                                      Even though there was an express of him first in my life which I still can't accept to say.

                                      The biggest thing is that I didn't know that I had to face so many problems after booking from the OYO.

                                      I am oyo hotel 78904 Esplanade Kolkata this hotel yesterday when i go there their behavior was very bad.

                                      Their statement is that they will have to pay more money for those who will not take the booking, if necessary they say that they will not talk to customer care, now you understand.

                                      Then when I called customer care someone answered the phone I will mention his time yesterday's. I have been misguided enough with this.

                                      When I told him all my problems he listened and guided me saying don't you want to go to another place of course I have to face such problems now that I am standing on the road.

                                      I don't know if you have to book from here and have to go through the hassle of standing on the road and have to mention that my guest has had various difficulties.

                                      Then I told him ok then you block then book me a hotel next door even sent his payment request online then when I told him that this way taking your payment online where will it be fraud when then.

                                      Then he booked me a hotel which was Rs. 574 rupees online upi payment taken as oyo Hotel 83258 Shabnam kolkata.

                                      That oyo customer representative is so crazy his head condition is so troubling that even after hearing so many problems from me even after giving my old booking id ( Booking Id: VL8D1486) which is having problem he found that I have two gass there and still booked it as one guest (new Booking Id: LCA96296).

                                      This Booking Id - LCA96296, You can see from the system that the booking has been made, it has been booked tomorrow, bike call, even after the call was disconnected, he called me again, I am sharing my registered number.

                                      I have not received any payment till now even 574 I want to protest what they have illegally booked with me.

                                      I don't know what is wrong with your ear I have proper call record with full details that I clearly told him that I have two guest even in the first comment I made two are shown in the order id still why did he do this to me despite seeing my state of mind of the position.

                                      I am strongly condemning the incident that no proper steps have been taken till now even uguest has booked wrongly even though I have been there they have not allowed me to enter the hotel.

                                      What I currently want is a Rs. 642 and Rs.574 as charged from me I would like a proper refund and what are these hotels that have left an impression on our mind.

                                      I will not let go of this problem at all I will take those days now I am like my guest as well as miss guide who wandered around the street like I am in trouble I don't want me or any of my acquaintances to book that hotel in the future even I strongly condemn it and I will continue to pay for that mistake.

                                        I had booked OYO rooms for 4 nights, from 21/09/22 to 25/09/22 to Jaipur. Booking was done on 20th August 2022 with booking ID MB8P1325 and I have Paid them Rs. 2592 through Credit Card. But when I called to the hotel the hotel for confirmation, the hotel guy/owner told I will not accept the booking we have closed working/associated with OYO. I had to cancel the booking within 10minutes of booking. When I tried to call OYO Customer Care for my all refund through there booking number every time they told me this is booking department not service department and connect my call to there IVR system and they will let me know the status of refund. Now the application shows refund has been successfully processed but money has not yet reflected to my Credit Card. I am facing lots of problem through OYO. I have attached Screenshot of my booking and transaction ID and Hotel name/ID. I am the only person working for my family and booked a hotel at Jaipur due to my brother admission. I know this amount is very less but it matters a lot for me. Credit Card Transaction ID[protected]
