I had made payment on oyo of 555 using upi
Booking I'd G9W51409 hotel name dreams manor oyo 14365,
They won't allow me to stay, hotel owner saying that they won't accept oyo.
It's a night time. And near by no hotels are available there
So I booked room in the same hotel, and contacted oyo for refund, one person talk to me said refund process will be issues on next day after 11 am, I payed rs 700 there from my hand and stayed there. And next day hotel manager won't gave me the bill and telling this is small hotel there no bill. I trusted oyo and made payment. I got cheated

    I made 2 online hotel stay reservations via OYO app with check-in dates as 19th and 20th August each with the 20th and 21st as checkout dates respectively. I haven't received the GST invoice yet, and I have been following up via phone since then. Already tickets were raised but no follow-ups or solutions were made yet.

    They will either place on hold or drop the call. The payment was made online via the OYO app, and I have not received any invoices as of yet.
    The GST invoice has already been selected and details have been entered into their app as well.

    I am in need of GST invoice as I was on official purpose and the invoices have to be submitted to the employer. If I cant submit the invoice by end of the month, same will be deducted from my salary. Either provide me with the GST invoice by EOM or refund the booking amount.

      I had booked Oyo 8467 Shiv shakti hotel on 28 Aug from Oyo customer care. When I reached the property the receptionist said that there is no room available. I paid the amount to customer care but now booking is denied by hotel.

          I stayed at Capital O 86405 on 26 & 27 Aug 2022.

          Complaining about following
          1. Booked with online payment of 897 rs but I was asked for 600rs more while check in.
          I payed 600 extra and asked them the reason for this extra charge, they replied explaining that its a fault in oyo's system.
          2. Dirty stained towels, pillow, pillow covers provided.
          3. Exhaust fan of washroom was not fixed on request

            Hi,

            My booking on aug20 got cancelled by Oyo due to unavailability of rooms in the hotel, and I didn't receive any refund till now.

            I have called customer support more than 20 times till now, I am not getting any proper response from them. They are saying transferring the call to other one and is getting cancelled in sometime.

            I didn't checkin to the hotel, but some agent is saying that Oyo hotel kept my status as checkout even without I entered into the hotel for stay.

            I also got an email that I got cancelled booking from Oyo. On the same day when I called to customer support they told that current booking to cancelled and told do a booking for other hotel.

                Hi,

                This is with regards to booking ID: GFUB7582 which was made on 13th August, 2022.

                I booked a room at Jageer Palace, Oyo 105355 and made a prepayment of ₹935, attached the payment proof below. The payment was done successfully but once reaching the hotel, they asked us for extra payment which was not informed to me via the app. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the booking. As a result, I was promised by Oyo that I will be receiving a refund of ₹600 (₹300 as my oyo money + ₹300 should have been credited to my original source of payment that was GooglePay). Attached are the proof for your reference.

                However, it has been 16 days and I have received no update and refund from Oyo’s end & it is very disheartening for me as I have earlier been a loyal customer to Oyo and have never faced any such issue but this is really unacceptable as this is clear fraud.

                Kindly look into this matter on urgent basis. If this issue is not resolved, I would further file the same in the consumer court.

                      I have booked a hotel on 29 july 2022 for which i have already paid but the property had charged an extra amount of rs 1000.
                      I have provided the bill to the company for which the refund have been initiated on 4th August but i have not yet received any amount in my bank account.

                        I book hotel in OYO App with Pre payment with booking details N6FX2957 but in hotel they are demanding too much cost by adding printing etc charges. What's the benefit of OYO App payment and booking amount. Completely wrong charges. They are also charging amount which are not showing in OYO app. Making fool to people.

                        Hotel staff said do not pay via OYO app otherwise we will add more charges and your booking never done.

                        I paid 2 times due to this reason. 675 and then still app showing pending charges and then 200 via google app.

                        Why OYO hotel doing this thing people to make them fool. Return my money 675 + 200 = 875.

                          I have still not received my refund amount of Rs. 2052 it's been more than 12 days and the status shows refund failed. There is no proper response or customer support from oyo. Attached screenshot for reference. Kindly check and refund the amount. And do the needful.

                            I have booked hotel through OYO customer care …. When I reached to hotel they refused to take us and asked for extra money…. I immediately log a complaint to OYO as booking is done for 2 girls… but no action taken by the OYO customer care … it is been a long time and they have not refunded my money yet… I got mental harassment with the OYO services… they are cheating and misguiding customers…

                              My name is Sreeraj Venugopal M P. On 12th April 2014, I have booked rooms using oyo. I have booked the room by splitting it like 7 and 8 nights for availing their offer price twice. Booking id: HINF0631 & I9JH4773.

                              I have given an advance payment of one of the booking. The moment after completing the advance payment transaction, I got a call from a man who said he's oyo room representative. He said all my personal and booking details and send WhatsApp messages exactly like oyo room official message which includes my Name, Date of Booking, Booking ID, Number of guest, Details of property and advance payment informations. I believed that person because he had all the details that are only known to me and oyo. Everyone in this world is like that we will verify a company calls with the details they have about our booking.

                              He said that if I'm completing the full payment I will get a discount. He also send me a upi adress "[protected]@upi" . I lost Rupees 12434. When I posted a tweet regarding this oyo said they don't have anything to do with this and will try to prevent anything like this in future. I want my money and compensation from oyo. They leaked my data to someone and with that data only I lost money. Oyo do have the responsibility to take care of my personal and booking data. I will attach the screenshots of WhatsApp chat and I have also filed a FIR on this issue. I would like to request you to kindly solve the issue and take action against oyo. I want money and compensation for whatever have happened to me.

                                My booking id is GN080950 on 5th July 2022 I booked a hotel where local ids were not accepted so I called OYO customer care and they said that I'll get a refund of the whole amount if I rebook a hotel so I rebooked and initiated the refund but still my amount of Rs 680 is not initiated.

                                      Hi this is Surjit Singh my mobile number is [protected] and you can contact me on what's up through this number my complaint is about refund for my booking I made on 18-aug of this month via Oyo app.i paid through online rs.681 and confirm my booking on Oyo. I try to call hotel for booking confirmation to hotel but they not attend my call. So I believe my booking is confirmed I visit Delhi hotel pubg residency at mayur vihar phase 1. When I reach there hotel person told me that there is no booking of my name. I show them my booking confirmation on Oyo app but they said they have no booking.so I was in situation where I have to check-in because I was reached at hotel with my luggage so I ask for solution for my paid amount to Oyo and ask for room also. Hotel person said we charge 1000 for room rent and if you have paid on Oyo app talk with Oyo customer care. I paid to hotel 1000 for room and call customer care also many time but it was difficult to get any solution from customer service of oyo.i call more than 10 time to oyo helpline but after listening my concern executive cut my call or put me on hold for the solution.i was so unhappy with service of Oyo. At the end one of lady take my complaint and she said you will get refund with in 48 hours but today is 26-aug and i not get any refund yet. I really don't know it's Oyo fault or that hotel people cheat the passenger because I seen its hotel reviews at the end this happens with lots of people hotel charge online booking also and take cash also.there should be some strict action need to be taken.

                                        Hi I am trying to claim a refund through app and phone no one is responding and I tried to call the 100 times to claim a refund but no use it’s been 1 month no claim status but OYO app says this every time open, can you any one help me what I have to do
