I have once canceled a booking on the 15th Aug with the booking ID LWV00218. I have not received any refund.
If I check the same in Oyo customer chat it says "Sorry no refund request found for LWV00218 booking."

    I had a booking for my stay at 79382 Anu Grand, Visakhapatnam on[protected]. The tariff was mentioned in booking site was Rs. 726/-. I confirmed the booking by paying 50% payment. But when I reached hotel they said the room tariff is of 1, 500/- (who will provide for 726/-) you can talk to the call center, we can’t give you the accommodation.
    After the argument, they have agreed to provide the room by paying the extra amount of 1, 000/-. This was paid from my side through gPay. I have shared to the OYO team as well and promised me to refund the amount as well.

    But after several reminders I. The payment, they are asking for the proper bill for the same. It was mentioned in my earlier communication that they have refused to provide the bill.

    I have an evidence mail from your end that you will pay the extra amount, but till now not action.

    This is the way you are cheating me. At the same time the hotel Manager has mentioned that how do you expect the AC room for 700/-, we never provide this tariff till now. You talk to the OYO booking team only, we can’t help.

    As far as the hote is concerned, the room is very small, no door latch for the bathroom, no hangers in the room and bathroom as well, no dust bins and you have to climb the steps to reach the receiption. The lift will not stop in that floor. Very poor supporting staff.

      I made a booking for 5 days from 16th July to 21st July and pre-paid via Google pay to avoid any hassles. On 16th July after confirming multiple times with the hotel about availability, OYO could not give me the room because they overbooked it. As I was not happy with the alternative options they provided I asked for a refund. I then had to scramble to find a different place to stay on my own while I was traveling to Bangalore. On 16th July they said that I will receive the full refund in 7-14 days, but it has been 38 days now and I still haven't received the refund(attaching screenshot of the mail). OYO customer service keeps using internal jargons like complaint was raised, but not initiated even though the mail said so.

      Last week they asked for bank details and I gave them details of the account from which payment was done but I still haven't received the amount.

      OYO customer care hasn't been any help either. They keep me on hold for 10 minutes and end the call, or they end the call immediately. I have recordings.

        I prebooked and paid the entire money through Oyo app with booking I'd : ZDAU3650. But on the booked day, hotel manger made fake check in from my name and checked out the same day. As I saw the change in status in Oyo app I inquired the hotel manger he felt no remorse and told me to ask refund on Oyo. I didn't received my refund from oyo

          Grevence against OYO hotel 78904 Esplanade Kolkata (bad staff behaviour) need to remove from oyo also hotel World with complaint against oyo customer support executive for misguided me after the incident...

          I would like to know the answer to what happened to me tomorrow.
          Even though there was an express of him first in my life which I still can't accept to say.

          The biggest thing is that I didn't know that I had to face so many problems after booking from the OYO.

          I am oyo hotel 78904 Esplanade Kolkata this hotel yesterday when i go there their behavior was very bad.

          Their statement is that they will have to pay more money for those who will not take the booking, if necessary they say that they will not talk to customer care, now you understand.

          Then when I called customer care someone answered the phone I will mention his time yesterday's. I have been misguided enough with this.

          When I told him all my problems he listened and guided me saying don't you want to go to another place of course I have to face such problems now that I am standing on the road.

          I don't know if you have to book from here and have to go through the hassle of standing on the road and have to mention that my guest has had various difficulties.

          Then I told him ok then you block then book me a hotel next door even sent his payment request online then when I told him that this way taking your payment online where will it be fraud when then.

          Then he booked me a hotel which was Rs. 574 rupees online upi payment taken as oyo Hotel 83258 Shabnam kolkata.

          That oyo customer representative is so crazy his head condition is so troubling that even after hearing so many problems from me even after giving my old booking id ( Booking Id: VL8D1486) which is having problem he found that I have two gass there and still booked it as one guest (new Booking Id: LCA96296).

          This Booking Id - LCA96296, You can see from the system that the booking has been made, it has been booked tomorrow, bike call, even after the call was disconnected, he called me again, I am sharing my registered number.

          I have not received any payment till now even 574 I want to protest what they have illegally booked with me.

          I don't know what is wrong with your ear I have proper call record with full details that I clearly told him that I have two guest even in the first comment I made two are shown in the order id still why did he do this to me despite seeing my state of mind of the position.

          I am strongly condemning the incident that no proper steps have been taken till now even uguest has booked wrongly even though I have been there they have not allowed me to enter the hotel.

          What I currently want is a Rs. 642 and Rs.574 as charged from me I would like a proper refund and what are these hotels that have left an impression on our mind.

          I will not let go of this problem at all I will take those days now I am like my guest as well as miss guide who wandered around the street like I am in trouble I don't want me or any of my acquaintances to book that hotel in the future even I strongly condemn it and I will continue to pay for that mistake.

          Please find the all attachments and revert back to me with refund Rs.642, Rs.574 (online).

            I had booked OYO rooms for 4 nights, from 21/09/22 to 25/09/22 to Jaipur. Booking was done on 20th August 2022 with booking ID MB8P1325 and I have Paid them Rs. 2592 through Credit Card. But when I called to the hotel the hotel for confirmation, the hotel guy/owner told I will not accept the booking we have closed working/associated with OYO. I had to cancel the booking within 10minutes of booking. When I tried to call OYO Customer Care for my all refund through there booking number every time they told me this is booking department not service department and connect my call to there IVR system and they will let me know the status of refund. Now the application shows refund has been successfully processed but money has not yet reflected to my Credit Card. I am facing lots of problem through OYO. I have attached Screenshot of my booking and transaction ID and Hotel name/ID. I am the only person working for my family and booked a hotel at Jaipur due to my brother admission. I know this amount is very less but it matters a lot for me. Credit Card Transaction ID[protected]

              When I reached at the hotel so horrific experience I had.
              1. Toilet commod seat was broken.
              2.washroom was so dirty.
              3. No Drinking water provided.
              4. No bedsheet/blanket was provided.
              5. No TV, No AC nothing was there in that room.
              6. Because of all above reasons I forced to left that hotel and shifted to another hotel.

              I reached out to receptionist 10times asking to change my room since 3pm 19th Aug and they were telling me that they will make the changes..but at 11:30pm they denied of changing the room.

              I also contacted oyo customer support but they didn't respond.

              It was a very disgusting and horrific incident happened with me and to my bad luck i book for 2days.

              Also they are asking for more money for shift to a ac room.
              On 20th Aug, morning I was forced to checkout from the hotel. And the behaviour of the staffs are very rude and it was not acceptable. Hotel staff misbehaved us.

              Now their customer service is humiliating me and insulting me. They are not providing me the solution.

              For all of this I need my Refund.

                I booked a oyo The hotel The origin in rajeev gandhi nagar kota raj and i booked online qnd payment was done but when i reached at hotel staff denied to checkin and say rooms are sold out oyo does not provide any support or my booking amount was not refund till now so plz refund my money

                  Hey today i book the hotel from oyo app when i go to the hotel receptionist told me to wait and after that he told me all the rooms are full sorry so I want my full refund back and take action against the property also and i have try many times customer support of oyo for this help but a female executive hold me for 2 hours and just make fun of me on the call not taking proper concerns just put the customer on hold very rude behaviour booking id - TYDO6699

                      We booked room for three members (Gents).in oyo there were two option has given to us one is pay at hotel whose charges rs1219 and second one is pay online rs 976, then we chose to pay at hotel. After coming to hotel we asked hotel manager for room then they said us oyo pay only 30% of money to us that's the reason we will take amount as per our requirement. Even they said us we are taking taxes which is never mentioned earlier. So as we were tired of our travelling we took that room by paying money through google pay o rs 1365 to kumara g k ([protected]@ybl) after entering into the room (A307) we saw a. C is not working, t. V is not there in the room we asked them for drinking water they haven't provided they asked us to fill yourself, we asked for pillow as we were three members in the room but they didn't provided and room is not so clean that's the reason we asked manager to please change our room or refund our money back we will vacate this room right now as per the norms we entered in the room after 12 pm then after 30-40 mins of thinking we asked manager to change the room later he has given us another room in which we entered and as usual manager said before entering the room a. C is not working but t. V is available in that room. So we took our bags and shifted to another room (A305). We were shocked after entering into the room there is a condom available under the table inside the room then we complaint to hotel member after 15 mins they came and took it out but they behaved rudely for extra pillows.
                      With all due respect i'm complaining with hope that may be i get justice from here. I want amount of rs 1365 back and strict action towards hotel irresponsibility.

                        I booked oyo rooms for my family on 15th February, 2022 for staying few days in Delhi...but on the same day i cancelled the booking due to some personal issue. On oyo website it showed like refund has been initiated, wait for 7 to 14 working days...after few days i realized it's not gonna happen so went on to call oyo customer care repeatedly...they were like wait for few days ... i got tired calling them again n again...on one fine day i spoke to them harshly ...they were like your refund is successful i felt so happy...but once i tried to confirm it...i received poor results...i checked my bank balance...it showed no difference...i tried contacting them again ... they were like your refund amount of 3175 rupees has been paid back through the original souce that is phonepe...i started checking phone pe it was nill ..that day i realized I'm not gonna receive my refund back !!! I just posted this to make aware of people regarding oyo refund policy...i will be happy if my problem gets solved

                          I am social worker Ajit Chauhan, contact [protected], address Dahisar, a resident of Mumbai.
                          I had gone to Nashik Panchavati with my wife for darshan on 19th August 2022.
                          I had already booked Capital O 41327 Hotel Rama Palace in Nashik Panchavati through OYO Apps for One Night Stay for date[protected] and paid its full payment Rs 784 online.
                          Booking Detail ID : DMMD8671

                          When I went to check-in at Hotel Rama Palace, I was not being given a room and a demand of Rs 1600 started, I called OYO Customer Care and told that I have paid the full amount for the hotel room, even after that. Room is not being given and double money is being demanded, but my problem is not solved.
                          I was charged Rs 870 extra by Hotel Rama Palace, whose statement I am giving you.
                          I have been wrongly charged more than double rupees.
                          Despite OYO giving the entire hotel room Rs 784, I was wrongly charged extra Rs 870 and a total of Rs 1654 was taken.
                          I am complaining please do the work to get me my extra money.
                          These hotels keep robbing the travelers coming from outside like this,
                          I have added the transaction copy of both the hotel booking and payment in the attachment, see that also and take action.

                            Till now my amount was not refunded for booking ID P57R5715 and ID I55Y024 which I made booking in OYO.
                            I got a mail stating that with in 7 to 14 working days you amount will be credited.But more than 20 days happened, till now amount was not credited.This is very bad experience with OYO, really frustrating.

                              Check in they simply denied my booking confirmed that booking ID is not generated yet at hotel.I have already made payment of 1276/- amt kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. This type of incident is the first time that is happened to me and I am really unhappy and frustrated with this situation because it already happened prestigious issue with my family.

                                so i visited this hotel on 15th aug firstly i have paid all the booking amount prior then i entered in oyo. so receptionist said that sir you have to pay room upgrade charges because we do not let you in because booking amount was 532 something after apply discount coupons so she added 600 room upgrade charges after half an hour argument then i called oyo you cam check the call recording from [protected] this number, where i didn't get any resolution
                                after that i agree to add these charges after that receptionist said sir you have to pau early check in charges which is 300 at 11.00 clock u can see the cctv footage, as per oyo policy early checkin is complimentary as per my timing. although i got refund of these extra charges from social media escalation but i want a strict action towards that receptionist and owner who was using abusive words and threaten me
                                i want a immediate action towards that receptionist and owner who was around 25, 26 years old who insulted me in front of my friend.

                                  I have booked a room for two on 6th august (saturday) at hotel church view but as i reached there they were full and no rooms were available there, so i called oyo's customer care number +91 [protected] the customer care executive first talked to the hotel manager to confirm about the rooms and then they tried to shift me to different place but no rooms were available at anyother places so they told me they cancelled the booking and they'll refund my money within 14 days i've contacted them after a week and after 10 days as well but they told me that i will get my refund within 14 days if i don't get it on the 14th day i should contact them on the 15th day they instructed me so did but they are so irresponsible that they are not connecting me to any customer care executive so that i tell them about my problem and as i tried to get in touch with an executive through new booking option they told me that they are transferring my call to a complain office but every single time as i put the last four digits of my registered phone number and booking id the call gets disconnected and as always there's disappointment. I just don't know why ther are not refunding my money which should be done by 14th day but still not done.

                                  A customercare executive contacted me and verified about the my issue then initiated the refund and within half an hour i got my refund.

                                    I stayed 3 days in different hotels after 1st day asked for the invoice they said trying to share but dur to some issue not able to mail it and after that day i tried many times and call disconnect get connected also they said they will arrange a call on 15 minutes but didn't recieved any call and i am not able to get any invoices

                                    I am very much sure that I am asking for invoices, i am not even able to connect to your toll free number after my first call and on my first call they said they are not able to send the invoice and I asked them to arrange a call back i neither received any call nor any invoices email.

                                    Don't counter it by saying it's not doesn't sounds better

                                    Improve your system if you have added the option of invoice in your chat then you are not sharing it, whenever someone download the invoice he/she may get only 20 rupees invoice, last was the last day i preferred Oyo...

                                    Just Clear my issue,

                                      I had booked two rooms for 4 persons. I had done full online payment for the same. At checkin I was told they do not have two rooms and had only one family room. They asked me to cancel the booking. When I cancelled the booking I did not get any refund.

                                        My Booking RX4T3080 is confirmed.
                                        After confirmation from oyo hotel management not allowed to check with reason booking amount is less.
                                        I talked 2 customer care executives but they not able to help me out.

                                        I wated their more than 2 hrs after that oyo said you check in your personally oyo cannot help.

                                        I wat compensation from oyo.
                                        And big fine to oyo for mis management
