Refund not received from OYO after rooms were denied in the last moment.

I booked two rooms with OYO from the 6th of August to the 8th of August for which I paid 1306 as advance. Booking was done by me Debasish Ranjan Saikia, booking ID Q44P4834. When I reached the property on the 6th they denied to give us rooms saying they are already fully booked. When we already had bookings how can a hotel get fully booked. What's the use of booking then ? After that we had to book offline hotel which was way out of our budget....

Prepayment denied by hotel

I booked room using booking.com for 13-14 Aug 2022 at Wayanad Keral. At the time of check out hotel denied for the prepayment which I made and asked for full payment. I called the number which is shared in my booking that is Oyo customer care number and they also denied they didn’t receive payment from booking.com. I followed multiple time call I didn’t get any help. I paid full amount to hotel. Oyo and Booking.com cheating and looting...

I'm complaining about my refund still not received even after 20 days from oyorooms.

HI, Myself jagan Kumar sahoo and my booking I'd with Oyo is FNBD5755 .I booked a hotel on 24/07/2022 which is of 710 rupees through Oyo. But when I reached to hotel . hotel staff said for this room you have to pay extra 300 rupees, so i called Oyo customer care and the customer care executive said paid the extra 300 rupees and we will refund you the same extra amount you paid.so i paid .then now after 17 days i still not received my refund...

I didn't get any bill from OYO rooms after I checked out from the hotel

I stayed in Hotel sidharth elite, on 19th July to 21st July 2022 in Vijayawada using OYO rooms app. I didn't get any bill receipt from OYO rooms after i checked out from the hotel. I waited some days and called to customer care and almost spend a half day time to talk with the agents. almost i had conversations with 10+ agents and explaining the same but the agents are not responding well and made me wait in the call minutes of time. It's been 16days Refund is not initiated.

My booking id BR5F6111. I booked room after talking to oyo excecutives on call. And she said u will not be charged extra from property manager. And I paid all the amounts online. Then i was denied at check-in. I was told to pay 400rs extra for check in. I called ur customer care and they told me that refund will be given to u within 7-14 days. It's been 16days i yet to get remaining 400rs for my booking. I didn't get room and i was charged...

Still not received any refund from oyo hotel

Address:OYO 1230 Zen Zeng Budget Hotel, Johor Bahru, Malaysia

I made a booking on Zen Zeng Budget Hotel on 20th July 2022 and cancelled it by 21th July 2022 due to some reason. But it have deducted the certain amount through my bank card eventhough i've cancelled it within time and it was free cancellation. I've issued the refund through Expedia and they replied by sending me an email and the initiated the refund by 21th July 2022 and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. Not been provided with gst invoices & not replying

I am writing my complaint again because my last complaint was not resolved. Oyo stopped replying my messages.

My booking IDs are CQ8J8989, W7BW9826, QSRQ2194 & MIRG3741. I want gst invoices on all these bookings but I was denied by the hotel directly. Hotel said that oyo will provide me the gst invoices. When I contacted oyo and it was a very tedious task because there customer care is below acceptable level. Nobody connnected...

Money deducted, no booking done , need refund

I applied for booking for a hotel green hills on 13th august till 15th august
The app asked for an amount of 2390 rs which i paid but no booking id was generated
Noone is ready to talk at oyo as they keep asking for booking id
Noone should book from this app since there is noone to listen to ypur grievances
No phone number no email nothing...

I had booked a room for the 13th August through OYO customer care but the hotel denied me room informing they were not partnered with OYO anymore. When I cancelled the booking to get my money back I was denied refund too....

Complaint about Oyo booking QQ1S5125

There was no such hotel named little star at the location and number provided was switched off and after so much struggle had to find other hotel to stay and cancel the existing booking, but no refund amount was given, there was no customer support as we ll for cancelled booking...

PVXU1668 is my booking id. I booked my room on 12th August in OYO Town House 149 siri residency and my booking was confirmed so I even did the complete payment for my 3 nights 4 days stay in the hotel. But after I reached to the hotel to do my check in I was told that the hotel doesn't have any room vacant for us and we should go back. I booked a Oyo 67602 Hotel Cladis, On 20th June 2022. I booked this hotel via Oyo app on prepaid of Rs. 1606.
But at the time of checked In, Hotel Cladis Manager refused to give hotel room and demanding Rs. 1400 more from me.
At the same time I called to Oyo customer service regarding same issue. They told me pay the extra amount demanded by Hotel manager and we will refund the Rs.1400 after check out from this...

Unable to provide payment invoice

I made a booking last month on 9th of July with oyo after checking out I've been asking them for the payment invoice but till date I've not received any payment invoice. I've called their customer service multiple times and talked to almost 8-10 executives and they either forward my call to some department that never picks up the call or ask me to stay on line and at the end hang up.
I even tried there online real-time bot but even...
