    Booking id : B9JF6433
    I booked on oyo app and travelled to pune and found out on arrival that oyo property is closed since 1 month. The entire payment was done online before arrival. My 10 days stays was abrupted due to find another hotel in same area with higher price and very discomforting hotel. Now comes another issue which is oyo refunded my amount but by applying cancellation charges of 940 rs. I called them they told they will manually process my refund amount and asked for bank details i gave them over mail. Refund process started. It's been more then month and refund is not processed yet. I mailed them multiple time even called customer care and everyone is ignoring this.

      I booked a room at OYO 78107 Diamond Plaza
      Sector E, 225, Chakrabarty Para Road, Ruby Park East, Kasbah North, Kolkata, West Bengal, Kolkata for September 8 to September 9, 2022. But I canceled it within 5 hours of booking.

      Then I made a complaint and got a call from a OYO representative saying that my money will be credited withing 2-3 days. But its been 7 days and there's no update !

        I book hotel in OYO App with Pre payment with booking details N6FX2957 but in hotel they are demanding too much cost by adding printing etc charges. What's the benefit of OYO App payment and booking amount. Completely wrong charges. They are also charging amount which are not showing in OYO app. Making fool to people.

        Hotel staff said do not pay via OYO app otherwise we will add more charges and your booking never done.

        I paid 2 times due to this reason. 675 and then still app showing pending charges and then 200 via google app.

        I got 675₹ of refund. Thanks for this. But what about 199₹ which you associated hotel taken from me. I am attaching more screenshot. Please check and refund my 199₹ also.

          I had booked Collection O 88862 Hotel Farmaish Garden for 2 days from 04-06 September 2022 with full amount paid in advance. When I reached the hotel, they said no room is available and denied check in. I tried to get alternate accommodation but my reference number was not getting recognized by Oyo servers and I had to cancel the booking. On cancellation I am only returned Rs. 319! I came from outstation for meetings for 2 days and neither did I get a room on pre-payment and I am charged penalty for what? Request you to refund me full amount as I find no fault with me in what happened.

          I see that I am refunded Rs. 1100 which is 50% of the pre-paid amount. However, I cannot accept this as I do not see any fault from my side on what has happened. I am enclosing the booking details and the cancellation invoice.

            I've booked a room via OYO having booking id KTGM6271 for 12 August 22. I was charged extra INR 500 at the time of check-in which Oyo customer care told me to refund and my refund request was taken on 13 Aug 22 with Ticket ID: [protected] but till now my refund was not processed. I tried calling Oyo customer care several times and mailed them but there's no response from there side.

              The person this hotel was booked for left to fend for himself when the fully paid for hotel booking through oyo denied entry. We are asked to fend for ourself with a complete non care attitude. We faced extremely rude behavior from the staff at the hotel and they told us we can go wherever we want they don't care and no respite even though we paid full amount.

                I booked oyo on[protected] and i pay online to OYO and then when i check in hotel they said your payment is not done yet so pay again to hotel and inform about this to oyo customer service they said you get refund but still i don't recived refund and they not give me that booking id .

                  Hi oyo team,
                  I made a booking through your platform but I was not allowed entry due to power outage. I was told that I will receive full refund but I didn't get it. I raised a complaint through customer care he said it will be refunded in 14 days but still haven't received it. Tried contacting customer care multiple times but still they are just confusing and transferring my calls or waiting for the call to just get disconnected.

                    I personally Recommend Don't book hotal on oyo app. I Am booking A hotal on oyo with online peyment mode ₹1168 And for some reason i cancel immediate. with bookin ID No Y9AU7030. According to oyo policy i am eligible to fully refund ofter cancel refund status show successful refund but i am not got any peyment. i try to customers support but he not listen anythin

                      On 17th July 2022, I booked a room In Collection O 82587 Safe Hotel(Booking ID-H62Z3406) through oyo app. I already paid full amount ₹522 before reaching hotel. When I came in for check-in hotel ask me extra money by showing as room upgrade, which I never asked for. So I contacted oyo customer care executive and he fail to resolve the issue. Then he told me booking can be cancelled without any cancellation charges and full money will be refunded within 14days. So I told to cancel the booking and they instantly cancelled it and approved me full refund but till now I didn't received any money. Please resolve this issue.                             I booked a oyo hotel for Omprakash on 12-13 at jaipur with booking id v1xd0365
                            The same was cancelled by oyo staff due to check in deny
                            Oyo agent told me for full refund
                            But I got only 92 out of 461
                            I have called oyo care multiple times but they r unable to process my refund till
                            I have also raised the issue on mail but no reply I got ever
                            So it’s requested that my refund amount inr 369 to be refunded

                                I made a transaction for booking a room in DMS service apartments, BLR via oyo rooms(booking.com) for 28th july 2022 with payment amount of 896/-. I cancelled the booking on the same date (28th july 2022) as the facility said they do not accept oyo bookings and had to make direct payment to the hotel. I called oyo support for the refund of 896/- and they created a ticket and it has 30 days since oyo initiated the refund. They keep telling me i will receive the amount within 14 working days.                                   I recently booked a property in dehradun for a trip with my friend and had to inconveniently ask for a refund since the hotel owner said theyre going under renovation.

                                  The booking id is : I8VR2170

                                  I have already asked for a refund and the app and website both show it has been processed and successfully transferred. The refund never reflected to my account.
                                  Im in need of the refund to make another booking for the dates ASAP and this isnt helping me.

                                  Attaching proof that the booking was cancelled and what the oyo refund status shows.

                                  I need a bank reference number for the same so i can talk to my bank and see if it has been processed. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
                                  If things take too long and it doesnt help me out and crash my plans and flight tickets because i cant book an oyo, I'll take this to the consumer court for further action.

                                    I booked a Oyo property in Pondicherry and the property was pathetic
                                    Locks were broken and fans were not in the room. Someone has poured liquor in our room entrance.

                                    Manager was very rude and unprofessional .
                                    The first room given to me was without fan and I struggled a lot .

                                      1. The payment made was for the meals included as confirmed by the oyo customer executive via the mail. I have the emails.

                                      2. When I go for dinner, the hotel manager simply denies.

                                      3. Now, when I call OYO, they are also simply denying the addition of meal and confirmation by mail.

                                      4. I asked them many times for the confirmation.
