Extra Money charged without any reason

I booked an OYO room when i reached at the property for checkin they asked me for money and denied check-in as i was in a urgent need for a room i had to pay the extra charges kindly do something about this, their customer service never picks any calls and all the hostels have same reviews in their apps comment section they all asl for extra money when anyone reach at the property....

GST invoice not received even after a week

I made 2 online hotel stay reservations via OYO app with check-in dates as 19th and 20th August each with the 20th and 21st as checkout dates respectively. I haven't received the GST invoice yet, and I have been following up via phone since then. Already tickets were raised but no follow-ups or solutions were made yet.

I had booked Oyo 8467 Shiv shakti hotel on 28 Aug from Oyo customer care. When I reached the property the receptionist said that there is no room available. I paid the amount to customer care but now booking is denied by hotel....

I stayed at Capital O 86405 on 26 & 27 Aug 2022.

1. Booked with online payment of 897 rs but I was asked for 600rs more while check in.

Hi,

My booking on aug20 got cancelled by Oyo due to unavailability of rooms in the hotel, and I didn't receive any refund till now.

I have called customer support more than 20 times till now, I am not getting any proper response from them. They are saying transferring the call to other one and is getting cancelled in sometime.

I didn't checkin to the hotel, but some agent is saying that Oyo hotel...

I book hotel in OYO App with Pre payment with booking details N6FX2957 but in hotel they are demanding too much cost by adding printing etc charges. I have still not received my refund amount of Rs. 2052 it's been more than 12 days and the status shows refund failed. There is no proper response or customer support from oyo. Attached screenshot for reference. Kindly check and refund the amount. And do the needful.

Fraud / Cheating

I have booked hotel through OYO customer care …. When I reached to hotel they refused to take us and asked for extra money…. I immediately log a complaint to OYO as booking is done for 2 girls… but no action taken by the OYO customer care … it is been a long time and they have not refunded my money yet… I got mental harassment with the OYO services… they are cheating and misguiding customers…

Unprofessional behaviour

I had booked hotel from 26/08/22 to 27/08/22 with oyorooms "TOWNHOUSE OAK HOTEL PAL PALACE" in nagpur (m.h.).

I had booked a stay through OYO application from 20th Aug - 25th Aug 2022 but after checkout I haven’t received the Payment invoice which I need to submit at my company for reimbursement. The payment receipt which is getting downloaded is of RS 400 /-
