I booked a room at OYO 78107 Diamond Plaza
Sector E, 225, Chakrabarty Para Road, Ruby Park East, Kasbah North, Kolkata, West Bengal, Kolkata for September 8 to September 9, 2022. But I canceled it within 5 hours of booking. I did not receive any refund, and now it's showing refund failed.
I tried calling the customer care helpline. It is giving me no updates, it asks to press 1 for refund status. Upon pressing 1, it says Press 1 to go back to previous menu, press 2 to go back to main menu.
It's been 5 days and no update regarding refund is given. This is really not expected.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Kasturi Sanyal I got a call on 31st August saying that my money will be credited shortly. Its been 1 week and the money is still not credited. I have cancelled the booking within Cancellation period. This is the worst experience I am having with Oyo.
