I am banabasi panda from indravati odisha. I have not get my maturity amount till date from pacl which maturity dete already overed. My Registration number and date of commencement is U[protected]/03/2011). I am unable to file the online refund application because my old register mobile no is not active.. I have here attached the pacl orginal bond paper with my pancard. Plz help me to get my hard earned money back.

      My registration on sebipaclrefund.co.in is already registered by someone. Now while trying to login it requires password, but I have no password. When I clicked on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because I don't know who did registration.
      I want to know how I reset my mobile number so that I can get OTP and can change my password. Please solve my issue. What I have to do?

        Sir by mistake i wrongly uploaded the document of a poor lady. Now i am worried weather i will get the refund for her. Is there any option for correction so that she can get her money back. Please give me one chance to edit the already submitted the document. I had two documents i uploaded wrong documents. Now i want to cancel the registration or one chance to edit or send by and which i am not able to do

            Hi sir/madam,
            This is sangam rajeswari, i have already submitted the policy details at
            Pacl nellore, nellore district, andhra pradesh branch. I have only the
            Acknowledgment slip given by the pacl above mentioned office. I don't
            Have bond certificate and don't have even the xerox copy of that. My policy
            Applied at above branch are fully paid. How i can go through with this
            Acknowledgment?/ is there any possibility to get the duplicate bond
            Certificates for the following registration number.

            Please help me to get duplicate bond for appyling to. Recovery of my money from sebi

              I have two policies and i have uploaded the first policy document in second policy account (Policies number are differed in only last digit). Here i have uploaded the docs of this policy (U[protected] into policy number (U[protected]. Acknowledge number has been generated and now i want to change the uploaded document. I have applied for refund on 21/07/2019.

                Narpata devi. While submitting refund application it requires receipt no and receipt certificate no. Which is not available with me. As i have receipt bearing qrc no vide cz[protected] dated 18feb2016. Please provide me receipt no or certificate no. To fill the said form.

                            For claiming refund from PACL Ltd, it is mandatory to upload bank account details. As i am a non resident Indian, i am not holding any normal savings account in any banks in India.
                            I have only NRI and NRO bank account in SBI. NRI account is not allowed any local inward fund transfer. Actually my account was initially opened with SBT and later it has been taken over by SBI. Then my account automatically was changed in SBI. But my passbook is still of SBT and its address is in abroad in which country now i am working. Moreover there was no cheque book being issued on this bank account yet.
                            So, is it enough to transfer fund with my present passbook or Any option to transfer re-fund amount in post office savings account ?

                              I m filling refund form so reg. Id show already registered. Bt invaild user reg. Or password. So i m trying to change password bt again so invalid reg. Mob. No. And not come otp.
                              About this matter i called coustmer service so thay say that u can mail. I tried it bt not get any response than i call again coustmer service they are not giving response to call. And last date near to refund form

                                  Dear sir / madam
                                  I had 2fixed deposit bonds on a single person, while filling the pacl refund form i submitted 1bond as pacl certificate and other bond as pacl recipt and i filled claim amount by adding total amount of 2bonds and i had finally submitted the form. After some days i came to know that two bonds need to claim separately. Then i called to pacl costumer service they told me to claim the 2nd bond separately. Now the problem is how can i modify the 1st bond in which claim amount is filled wrong and documentes are also uploaded wrong. Will the bond get rejected? Please provide the edit option to the 1st bond.

                                      Rs 50000 to my area local pacl agent.
                                      The agent said my two policy are successfully paid to pacl and he didn’t give any documents to me.
                                      Now the problem is that agent said my policy documents were missing. And he said we can collect the documents details when the office will re-open.

                                      So please suggest me to claim my policy details. Please support me.
