Dear sir / madam
I had 2fixed deposit bonds on a single person, while filling the pacl refund form i submitted 1bond as pacl certificate and other bond as pacl recipt and i filled claim amount by adding total amount of 2bonds and i had finally submitted the form. After some days i came to know that two bonds need to claim separately. Then i called to pacl costumer service they told me to claim the 2nd bond separately. Now the problem is how can i modify the 1st bond in which claim amount is filled wrong and documentes are also uploaded wrong. Will the bond get rejected? Please provide the edit option to the 1st bond.

When i click on forgot password, it requires mobile number used at the time of registration which is also missing because i don't know who did registration.
I want to know how i reset my mobile number so that i can get otp and can change my password & mobile number. Please solve my issue? What i have to do?

I’m from cuddalore district (Tamil nadu)
I have two policy and i paid each one
Rs 50000 to my area local pacl agent.
The agent said my two policy are successfully paid to pacl and he didn’t give any documents to me.
Now the problem is that agent said my policy documents were missing. And he said we can collect the documents details when the office will re-open.

So please suggest me to claim my policy details. Please support me.

Its mahamad basu mulla son of late-basu amin mulla i have lost my pacl bond certificate so it creats difficulty to refund claim so pls. Provide me pacl certificate scan copy otherwise send it duplicate. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Pacl policy no. U[protected]. Your company agent told we dont have another copy of certificate.

When i m trying to register for PACL refund "this pacl number does not exists as per our records" this message only always getting as the response. and also i wrote the email to the "[protected]@sebi.gov.in" but no response from them for last one and half month. i don't know how can i proceed further. kindly any one can suggest me to get the refund amount.

Hi sir.... I am guruprasath s from tamilnadu. My mom register number u[protected]. Weehave not registered yet to pacl number... But when i went to register my pacl it is showing already registered message. I called customer care also but they are saying that is error message and they told meto send mail to nodal officer & i have sent mail to nodal officer with attached scan copy of pacl bond but i have not received any reply. I am Ramesh Kumar from Coimbatore, joined in pacl 2009 and payed RS 5840 3 months once for 5years and completed full payment. I have lost only 2payslips and uploaded balance all other documents(Receipts, PAN No and Bank details). Received Acknowledge no also but still now no information about my refund.

I am Dudhnath and would like to address the error in uploading the pacl certificate and receipt. When i upload the certificate and receipt in the system
After entering the receipt number and receipt date, the date is automatically changes 1 day before what has been entered. For example, my first receipt date is 9th jan 2012 and and when it finishes to upload the date changes to 8th jan 2012.
