Its mahamad basu mulla son of late-basu amin mulla i have lost my pacl bond certificate so it creats difficulty to refund claim so pls. Provide me pacl certificate scan copy otherwise send it duplicate. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com. Pacl policy no. U[protected]. Your company agent told we dont have another copy of certificate.

When i m trying to register for PACL refund "this pacl number does not exists as per our records" this message only always getting as the response. and also i wrote the email to the "[protected]@sebi.gov.in" but no response from them for last one and half month. i don't know how can i proceed further. kindly any one can suggest me to get the refund amount.

Hi sir.... I am guruprasath s from tamilnadu. My mom register number u[protected]. Weehave not registered yet to pacl number... But when i went to register my pacl it is showing already registered message. I called customer care also but they are saying that is error message and they told meto send mail to nodal officer & i have sent mail to nodal officer with attached scan copy of pacl bond but i have not received any reply. I have missplaced my pacl amount receipt which i have paid, and im not able to claim the amount, please help me, how i can claim the amount, i have only the pacl certificate with one receipt, but still im not able to upload the document, its asking me around ten receipts, im in need of my all receipts if possible please send me my receipt on my email [rlc.98. I am Ramesh Kumar from Coimbatore, joined in pacl 2009 and payed RS 5840 3 months once for 5years and completed full payment. I am Dudhnath and would like to address the error in uploading the pacl certificate and receipt. When i upload the certificate and receipt in the system
After entering the receipt number and receipt date, the date is automatically changes 1 day before what has been entered. For example, my first receipt date is 9th jan 2012 and and when it finishes to upload the date changes to 8th jan 2012.

I have been trying to upload my documents for over 2 months now and the website is not working. The tab where I have to upload the certificate and receipt details does not seem to be functioning and I have not been able to upload the documents. I am not able to find any information on the website for help or customer care. I had sent an email to [protected]@sebi.gov.in but it was never answered. I just want to upload the documents and be done with it.

My pacl agent (Kishan lal, agency code: [protected]) took my pacl certificate on the pretext of submitting the document for claim. However, he went absconding after a few days and i don't have my certificate now.

I do have a number of pacl receipts to confirm my ownership of the policy. The online portal (Sebi pacl refund) is not allowing me to submit my claim without my pacl certificate. Please advise what to do?
