I am jasmin raju. I lost my pacl certificate. I have the receipt and other documents except pacl certificate.in order to get refund, i need to upload the pacl certificate. Is there any option for me to get refund or is there any chance to get a duplicate pacl certificate?

I have reciepts, but my pacl certificate was taken by the agent and he gave me back pacl acknowledgement reciept and now when i am uploading all document but not pacl certificate it is not getting submitted and i am struggline to get my refund. Sir am already registered and upload all the receipts and documents almost at the end of the level whenever am log in with my pacl number it shows please register the pacl number. even if i registered again it shows this pacl number not registered with our records.

I am the member of PACL and my registered number;' U[protected] dated on 13/08/2012 and paid the amount of Rs.480 to 11 months and went to browsing center update the registration number and received the response as No record found. So please taken the necessary action for this register number

My grandma created policy on all grand daughters name on 14/03/2008 with single payment and she has passed away now. I am one of grand daughter puja khot and during policy creation i was of 14year old. We do have receipt of payment and the registration number mention over it is not accepted by website saying that it do not existing. Kindly assist me to get register on website and get my refund.

Certificate No 143068 in the name of B KAVITHA was surrendered to PACL office at Ayanavaram, Chennai 23 on 8.10.2014. Acknowledgement with customer. Money not repaid by PACL. Several times customer visited PACL office. Some false promises given. Now PACL OFFICE is closed much to the agony of depositor - B KAVITHA. Please help. The certificate holder of PACL is marginalised person belongs to Scheduled Caste and was exploited monetarily by the PACL depriving her money repayment.

When we tried to register for the refund through the portal http://sebipaclrefund.co.in/, it is showing an error that is -."this pacl number does not exists as per our records". We are unable to register our-self in the mentioned portal.

If there is a gliche in the website kindly rectify the same.
