Pacl India — regarding pacl registration number issue

When i am trying to fill my registration no u[protected] for registration in sebipaclrefund.co.in than it gives a message that the registration number does not exist as per our record.
So please provide me my correct registration no at my email [protected]@gmail.com.
My certificate receipt no is f1423605 because the last date for applying is 30april 2019

Hi,

I dont have a PACL certificate bond, i submitted that to PACL agent and he gave me one acknowledgement and that has only PACL registration number and I do not have the receipts. is it fine to upload only that acknowledgement letter while submitting the claim application.
