    I am getting unnecessary calls and messages multiple times (7 to 8 times) in a day, also getting some automated calls to take a subscription.

    Please stop these types o[censored]nwanted calls I am getting fed up with this.

      I am getting frequent phone calles andsms from paisabazar daily. Daily i am getting more than 20 messages and phone calls regarding insurance mediclam. Please stop sending messages to my mobile. I am very much disappointed with you. For every 10 mins i am getting messages from your side. Even my network could not identify and block the messages. I beg you please stop the promotional messages. If i need any credit cards or loans i will definitely contact paisa bazar only. My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly please help me.

          Paisabazaar.com is calling me everyday at least 5-6 times, all irrelevant since normlly these offers gets rejected.

            On daily basis I receive lots of sms about availing personal loans and etc.

            Without my consent and without asking me, how can they spread my contact details and contact on daily basis about the service which is not needed by me.

            This leads to mental harassment and violation of personal rights.

              I, Rakesh Kumar, have applied for a personal loan through Paisabazaar.com. The loan application with all relevant documents was submitted to HDFC on 07-12-20, as recommended by Paisabazaar.com with a commitment of loan disbursement in maximum 48 hrs. time. But till date the issue is lying pending. I haven't got any communication whatsoever for the reason of pendency.

                I took mutual funds from paisabazaar and I withdraw my amount so I received message from AMC and PB that I will get my money wih 7 working days whici is Rs 43000/- but it has passed more than 2 months and regulary I am sending them an email but they always send me standard reply below "This is with reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that we are getting this checked and coordinating with respective AMC for the same. Request you to please allow us 2 to 3 working days to get back to you."
                But they never get back to me so I always ask for update, I have sent 45 emails till now within last 70 days.

                I called on their support number "[protected]" but they say they will get back to me within 24hrs but no response at all..what should I do.

                    I applied redemption on 18Nov, 20 for "Franklin India Ultra short fund" but haven't received amount.As per Paisabazaar policy it's 5 working days and they haven't come upto expectations on several emails and calls.
                    Can this be looked and resolved .Need compensation too for wrong commitment as I needed that money urgently. Loosing confidence.

                        I got some calls from your company asking me whether I need credit cards. I said I don't need it.
                        A few days later, I am getting calls from SBI that I have opted for their credit cards. This is pathetic ways to make revenue.
                        I regret using your stupid site to check credit score. Now, this has damaged my credit score because of so many applications for credit cards.
                        And please stop calling me with your stupid robotic spam calls. I'm really annoyed that you call everyday even after I deactivated my account. Worst experience ever.

                          Paisabazaar calls me everyday. They use robot calls. I deactivated their account. Still, I am getting calls daily. If I block their number, they call me with another number. There is no way to stop these calls.

                            I made a payment to credit plus service to paisabazaar to resolve my negative account. As mentioned in their website, they promised that will cordinate with the bank and get the negative accounts closed but instead the representative from Paisabazaar told me that they use to have this service before and now they dont have this service available now. As if this is the case I have the right to get a refund from them. I am attaching the voice reocrding of the conversation with the paisabazzar representative,

                                I have visited paisabazar website for credit card where i was asked to enter mobile number and email i'd, after entering that daily i am receiving too many calls and message from financial sector, it's to annoying.

                                  I have received three times otp without accessing the paisabazaar website and its mobile phone android application. When i intimate this incidence to paisabazaar vide complaint dated 04.07.2020, 08.07.2020 and 09.07.2020
                                  Apart from various customer care calls complaint incidence number 87502. However no any single response has been taken towards my complaint even after many reminders and calls. This is serious security issue with the customer invested funds and proved that they dont have sufficient security control over customer crucial data. Moreover, this company is not concern about customer's invested funds security.

                                    Credit score improvement service

                                    Paisa bazaar assured me clearance of an hdfc card payment of rs 1210, alongwith a fee payment of ₹1800 to them.

                                    Neither paisa bazaars toll free number works, nor do they give actionable reply on email and they have allowed hdfc to. Inflate payable amount to more than 20 times the initial value by not helping me out. Now the amount stands at 21k+.
