Paisabazaar support team does not support even after 24 hours. I have registered complaints many times against credit card offers but they did not response. Paisabazaar offers me Pre-Approved Credit Card but when I try to apply, It gets reject then what is the meaning of pre-approved?...

Subscription in error

Hi Paisa Bazaar

I would like report that my Paytm wallet account has been debited for Rs. 599. But, I did not subscribe any service. Please look into this matter and arrange my refund to same source of payment at your earliest.

Paisabazaar.com stop promotional sms/email

Dear Paisabazaar.com, I was Closed my Paisabazaar Account and Promotional Email & SMS are Receiving Continuously .I don't want my credit Card/Loan Offers. Please stop that..And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my Email. I am forced to do this because its very annoying.. Daily 2-5 messages received from your end..Otherwise i would have done it myself!...

Credit healthy

I have rupees 599 for credit health subscription which should last for 12 months, but I haven’t received any subscription and they are not replaying. I paid through UPI and the date for transaction was 1st of December....

Paisabazaar Credit Plus service fees not refunded

With reference to : Personal Loan Application with Ref no ([protected])
I have applied for Personal loan from PaisaBazaar. From Paisa Bazaar representative Raja-[protected] promised to send me a Rs-1000/- Amazon gift voucher.
Loan is approved and disbursed on 18th Oct 2021 but still waiting for gift voucher and now Raja is not even replying from last 2 days.

If Paisa bazaar is doing business like...

Post Loan Disbursement- As promised Amazon Voucher has not been issued

Unsolicited sms from company

I am receiving unsolicited sms from paisabazaar. I have asked BSNL to block them but stipp receives them from BP-PZOFFR, JD-PSBPLN, JM-PBZINT, BG-PBZINT, VK-PBZLON, BP-PBSORT, BP-PBERLY, JM-PBZOFR etc etc. I receive them multiple times a day to my mobile number [protected]. Kindly ask them to stop. Their helpline number dont have option to talk to service executive....

Complaint against your staff for sending a wrong mail and also hacking my account

Your employee named sunit tyagi has hacked my account and he is tweeting on my behalf and showing as if I had tweeted and another employee shivangi is sending stupid mails stating that as i had requested to delete the account, they will do the needful but i haven't tweeted anything like deleting the account, it's just that your app shows my cibil as 299 whereas on cibil website it's 773, so i had tweeted to rectify your mistake instead of...

Amount deducted from my account

I have applied for step up credit card..For Fixed deposit I paid 24000 rps through Googlpay ... transaction was successful..but in paisabazar app it's showing pending...I already paid.. money was from my account..I wrote so many mails to paisabazar..but no one responding..worst customer service..u people theft my money.. please take an action.give my money back...

Frequent SMS/Calls

I am getting more then 10 sms from them which is not even relevant for me.

Unnecessary calls

I just searched in paisa bazaar to compare best insurance policies. I left the website. The website cleverly asking information of your personal details and phone numbers. Just after 5 from that I am getting calls and never stops if blocked many aroung 30 numbers but I don't know how many line they got. They irritating a lot pls take necessary action against paisabazaar....
