Hi I am Sunil Savalsang
i have been contacted several time from anil.[protected]@paisabazar.com

during my working hours he called many times
i have given all required docs and did video call kyc also
now there is no response from him...to do all this things he wasted my 4-5 days of time

now he is not responding to my mail and calls

this should not happen to any other customers, please take corrective actions

      Paisabazaar support team does not support even after 24 hours. I have registered complaints many times against credit card offers but they did not response. Paisabazaar offers me Pre-Approved Credit Card but when I try to apply, It gets reject then what is the meaning of pre-approved?

            Dear Paisabazaar.com, I was Closed my Paisabazaar Account and Promotional Email & SMS are Receiving Continuously .I don't want my credit Card/Loan Offers. Please stop that..And please confirm the deactivation! I want the process to be completed very soon. And confirm me via my Email. I am forced to do this because its very annoying.. Daily 2-5 messages received from your end..Otherwise i would have done it myself!

              I have rupees 599 for credit health subscription which should last for 12 months, but I haven’t received any subscription and they are not replaying. I paid through UPI and the date for transaction was 1st of December.

                  Hi Team,
                  With reference to : Personal Loan Application with Ref no ([protected])
                  I have applied for Personal loan from PaisaBazaar. From Paisa Bazaar representative Raja-[protected] promised to send me a Rs-1000/- Amazon gift voucher.
                  Loan is approved and disbursed on 18th Oct 2021 but still waiting for gift voucher and now Raja is not even replying from last 2 days.

                  If Paisa bazaar is doing business like false promise then I am going to raise a complaint in the consumer forum.

                  I need a proper reply from paisa bazaar.

                      I am receiving unsolicited sms from paisabazaar. I have asked BSNL to block them but stipp receives them from BP-PZOFFR, JD-PSBPLN, JM-PBZINT, BG-PBZINT, VK-PBZLON, BP-PBSORT, BP-PBERLY, JM-PBZOFR etc etc. I receive them multiple times a day to my mobile number [protected]. Kindly ask them to stop. Their helpline number dont have option to talk to service executive.

                        Your employee named sunit tyagi has hacked my account and he is tweeting on my behalf and showing as if I had tweeted and another employee shivangi is sending stupid mails stating that as i had requested to delete the account, they will do the needful but i haven't tweeted anything like deleting the account, it's just that your app shows my cibil as 299 whereas on cibil website it's 773, so i had tweeted to rectify your mistake instead of that i am getting stupid mails

                          Axis Long Term Equity Fund - Direct Plan [protected] which is long term fund. When I have taken this MF on September 2018 the executive has informed me that this MF is in 3 years lock-in period and after completion of 3 years i can redeem this fund. Now, when 3 years were about to complete one fine day i called on their customer care number regarding redemption procedure so that i can take action well in advance but now a new term came into light i.e. ELSS funds each instalment is in 3 years lock in period that means you pay for 3 years then weight for another 3 years means after completing 6 years you can finally withdraw your whole money. And to add on this they won't even provide you the telephonic communication held with their executive stating that its beyond their policy. But they forget that if 2 persons come into an agreement its their whole responsibility to provide the verbal communication agreement to the 2nd party also.

                          And would like to mention that their executives don't share full information with their customers they only try to make people fool as once you have invested you won't go anywhere as you are not aware about their fraud.

                          And they are making it practice and I should say that it is the fault of the company as they are not providing proper training to their Executive and they only know to cheat their customers. So, I have already started communicating to my friend circle and friends that don't invest through Paisabazar or Policy Bazaar they both are frauds

                          You had invested in Mutual Funds with Paisabazaar and in September, 2018. We would like to inform you that Paisabazaar is an execution only platform for investment in mutual fund schemes. Further upon any transaction on the platform, AMC in usual circumstances share the required information about the scheme with the customers along with a purchase report in the folio. Generally the purchase report also contains locked units in the context of ELSS schemes.

                          Given the concern is about the basic feature of an ELSS (or for that matter any tax saving schemes under section 80c of the Income tax act) which have a lock in as per the provisions of Income tax, we regret we cannot help much in this regard for incomplete understanding of the product feature.

                          The customers are advised to go through the details of the schemes prior to investing, which we reiterate through the terms and conditions on the platform. Point 14 of our terms and conditions also advise you to seek appropriate professional advice before dealing with any realized or unrealized gain/ loss reflecting in the investments, portfolio and statement.

                              I have applied for step up credit card..For Fixed deposit I paid 24000 rps through Googlpay ... transaction was successful..but in paisabazar app it's showing pending...I already paid.. money was from my account..I wrote so many mails to paisabazar..but no one responding..worst customer service..u people theft my money.. please take an action.give my money back
