It was my mistake, i thought it's a government website but later i get to know it's not. I have paid rs.499 which is quite high as compared to government rs. 110. Then i mail them regularly from that day regarding refund. And they sent 2 3 auto reply mail that extra money is taken as a convenience charge. But i didn't receive my money back. I had Applied for my PAN card on 23 October 2019 and i haven't recieved ant updates from the company. They Overcharge People . I paid Rs. 499 /- for my PAN card and later realized its almost 5 times the actual price.
Whenever i try calling them, no one answers.
