मैंने इस वेबसाइट से पैन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन किया है। उन्होंने मुझसे 499 / - रुपये लिए। लेकिन मुझे पता चला कि मैं NSDL में और 10 रुपये में आवेदन कर सकता हूं। मैंने लगभग रु। 300 / - का भुगतान किया है। उन्होंने मुझसे अधिक शुल्क लिया इसलिए मैं अपना आवेदन रद्द करना चाहता हूं। और मुझे रिफंड चाहिए। मैंने भुगतान की पुष्टि की है। मैंने उन्हें ई-मेल भेजा है और रद्द करने और धन वापसी के बारे में पूछताछ की है और मुझे केवल एक स्वचालित प्रतिक्रिया मिली है जो मुझे प्रतीक्षा करने के लिए कह रही है। मुझे बस रद्द करने की आवश्यकता है और रद्द करने का कोई विकल्प नहीं है!

मैं सिर्फ अपना पैन कार्ड आवेदन रद्द करना चाहता हूं और मेरे द्वारा भुगतान की गई पूरी राशि का रिफंड चाहता हूं।

I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and I only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount I paid.

    I applied for name change, sign change and photo change in my pan card and applied online through panind. I paid online rs.499/- towards your service charges. The acknowledgement order id: be-[protected]cr and payment id: [protected]. Further i sent an attested application with id of the attesting official on 8.10.19. I tried to contact you but email id and contact phone number are not working. You did not give me the acknowledgement no. For tracking it in the nsdl portal. I want to know about the fate of my application

      My name is aparna srivastava, i have applied for pan card online on 3rd october and paid rs 499 for it. I hve posted my application forms to the manager pani'd vikaspuri but no any message or mail has come.
      I don't know my application number. When i have complained in customer care they are asking about application number which is not given to me by panind. Please send my pan card as soon as possible

          I have applied for pan card online through the panind.com site and paid rs.499/- by credit card on 17th october this year for which i received the acknowledgement on my email address. I downloaded the form and pasted two photos on it and sent it along with the photo id and proof of d. O. B. To the manager panind services unit, no.5, site 4, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018. But i have not received any acknowledgement for the application. If pan card is not prepared then refund my amount so i can prepare it from another source.

                  It was my mistake, i thought it's a government website but later i get to know it's not. I have paid rs.499 which is quite high as compared to government rs. 110. Then i mail them regularly from that day regarding refund. And they sent 2 3 auto reply mail that extra money is taken as a convenience charge. But i didn't receive my money back. So it's a kind request to you please ask them to refund my money as soon as possible.
                  And every day hundred of people are getting trapped in this money scam so do stop this website and take a strict action against them.

                    I have paid 500 rupees for name correction in my pan card. I have sent all the required documents too but did not get response from their side. I have sent many emails also but they auto replying with the text -

                    Dear applicant,
                    For any assistance you can contact us on this number [protected], mon to fri 11 am to 5 pm.

                    When i am dialing this number there is no response its getting disconnected. Its a fraud organisation govt should take a action against them. They are collecting money and documents from people. They may can use it for wrong purpose.

                    Please take a strict action.

                      I had filled up the online form and made payment of rs499 and then i had sent all my documents asked for verification, later i got a call from a unknown number which was from the panind i think but i couldn't receive it and later while checking the status for my order it said that call attemped call not received and mail sent to my registered email id but i didn't receive any email from them. I tried mailing them still no response and also i tried calling them which do not work. My order id is BI-[protected]N.

                          I have applied for a pan card. I have done payment. Money has been taken away from my account. But a mail came saying that transaction is not complete. I have applied pan card for [protected]@gmail.

                            I have applied pan card in the month of September and no update from PANIND, there is no phone number reach them and always automated reply will come from [protected]@panind.com your application is in process, i think PANIND do not have capability to process any applications.

                                  I had Applied for my PAN card on 23 October 2019 and i haven't recieved ant updates from the company. They Overcharge People . I paid Rs. 499 /- for my PAN card and later realized its almost 5 times the actual price.
                                  Whenever i try calling them, no one answers.
                                  Please look into this matter and some serious actions need to be taken against this company. I want my money back as soon as possible. Please help me!

                                    I applied for new pan card and paid 499/-, i did not receive any acknowledgement or email about the payment/application from pan ind.
                                    After sending numerous emails on refund, i got this response

                                    Dear applicant,

                                    For any assistance you can contact us on this number [protected], mon to fri 11 am to 5 pm.

                                    Customer care number does not work and get same recording playing all the time, no one answers and gets disconnected. Does not matter what time you call, its same recording.

                                    Its a fraud company and cheating the people and making money.

                                    Request to take strict action against such fraudsters.

                                    Its good that i noted down my application number otherwise i would not have any reference.

                                    Request authorities to reach out to them and process the refund them money of all the applications who does not want their pathetic service.

                                      PAN card application [protected]LO cancel it and refund my 499 rs asap.

                                      I have been following up on the panind customer care number but no one was responding since 1 month.

                                      so i have done my work of pan card from elsewhere and does not require it now.

                                      kindly requesting you to please refund my money asap in my bank account.

                                      Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                        I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. They charged me rs.499/-. I tried to enquire about this but they did not pick up my calls. I just need to cancel my application and refund the amount 499rs at the earliest
