    I am really surprise how the indian government allowing such fraud website in name of panind i was applied pan online and paid 500 rs but after i paid the amount i have not get any confirmation or any track details of my online application. This is such bullshet of whoever trying to online application, i was enquiry in local shop they ask me only 350 for pan card application. I was paid extra after that i spent 150 rs agian for coriuer to panind office which they have mentioned address in online, no response from them.

      I can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

      I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

        I have wrongly applied pan card on 07th sep, 2019 and as per your protocol within 3 days should applied for refund. (Details :- 07-sep-2019 21:30:30 gmt+05:30 transaction id: 32y634644r318650h and assistance for lost in pan-he-[protected]lo item number). I have already on 09th sep, 2019 for refund and on the same day i have called on your given phone number 4 time from my mobile number [protected] nobody received my calls. From 09th sept, 19 i'm mailing to given mail id that is [protected]@panind.com from my mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I have not couriered any documents on you given address because as i said i have already applied. Kindly revert back and let me know when you will refund my money. Awaiting for your reply.

        Over a call, a lady talked with me on 16/09/2019 she told me i will receive my refund within a week.
        I confirmed with her that if refund doesn't come ill call back you, she told me no need to call, refund will directly credited to you.Now its been a week, i still didn't received any refund.
        From two mentioned phone number, one on which i called is not allowing me call, it say server error try again later(did you blocked me??) and the another number always come busy.
        Kindly let know how much more time you need for transferring just Rs.499/-???

            On 27th august 2019 i applied for change in my pan card related to my father's name. I was charged rs 499 for this, today i came to know that the charge in nsdl website is rs 107-110. They are charging a lot without telling the applicant the real amount, neither their customer care is responding nor the status is showing document received as i have already sent my documents a long time ago. I want my application cancelled and my money be refunded back to my account.

                I was applying for the pan online since i get the link to apply for pan from panind i go further then took all the detail and asked me to pay 499 and i didn't know that pan card charges are just 101 and i don't want to apply from their site as so many complain regarding this issue has been initiated so kindly help me to get my refund back as i am the victim of search engine optimization and company trying to take benefits from client

                  Panind is an agent charging extra money from comsumers.
                  While applying pan card from panindia it has charges extra amount of rs.500 and taking more time to process. Till now it did not get processed neither i did not get any reply from them in mail. Please consider my issue and process my refund as soon as possible. I want my refund immediately of rs.500.

                        I tried to apply for my lost/duplicate pan card through https://www.panind.com/ and they charged me rs.499/- whereas nsdl website is charging rs.110/- approximately. Mail id used is: [protected]@gmail.com

                        I have paid rs.389/- extra and that is why i want to request for a cancel of this application with order id: up-[protected]lo and want to request for the complete refund.

                        The payment id for my application is: [protected]

                        I do not have any invoice as they did not provide me the same but i am attaching screenshot of the payment id in here.

                        Pfa the same.

                        Kindly look into this as soon as possible.

                            Previously i also say that i want to cancel my application but i can't get any option for this and i also want to refund my money. Please do focus on it i need it urgently. Please cancel my application and refund my money immediately it's urgent. When i applied for pan card panind charged rs/-499.
                            I want total refund in my account.

                                I applied for duplicate pan card on 10th august, application number — su-[protected]lo.
                                I have not received any update since then about my application.
                                Everytime i drop email to panind, i receive an automated reply, i have already made online payment of 500 inr for the application and couriered the hard copy of the required documents.
                                I feel like i have been cheated by panind.
                                I want to take legal action against panind and want their services to be blocked so that no one else can be cheated like this.

                                  I have applied for name change process for my wife pancard in panind.com i have send the documents in panind office also in the month of march but no details or status is given till now. I have send lot many email & also trying to call on service desk number lot many times no one pickup the call & also on update on progress.
                                  I will surely put a case file on this company because we are youngsters and we are much mad i[censored] will behave not good to ur customer then we can behave worse than u because i have call ur customer service and mail several time...

                                      I have applied for pancard in panind.com I have send the documents in panind office also but no details or status is given till now my name is Ajit Jha andy reference AJ-[protected]N then i[censored] will behave not good to ur customer then we can behave worse than u because I have call ur customer service and mail several time or refund my money I will apply pancard on nsdl.com because is much better than us single response ur not giving to ur customer

                                        I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.
