Dear sir/madam,
Good morning. What my experience is showing about panind.
Panind is fraud company. First this company charge is very high. No problem charges should be good services, but this is not with this fraud company. Once you pay 499 for pan card application they did not pick your phone, not reply your email even not send the pan acknowledgement number. Please do not put your hard earn money in garbage to apply pan card through panind. I have applied the pan card on 18th august 2019, order id: ha-[protected]cr, but still no status, no picking phone, no reply of my email. Only receiving stupid message as auto reply email as well as phone. If they are not able to work on my pan card, they should return my money.

I request the authority to ban this type of company.

Please send the pan quickly as possible because it's important to get the job. Please send the pan card as soon as possible and update the status of my pan card.       I feel over the days this site (Panind.com) is fraud and their customer care no. S are no response. I have applied pan card for damaged one and paid unknowingly rs.499/- via online on 22nd aug'2019 which is 4times of normal charge. Later, i came to know that nsdl is charging only rs.110/-. When we search in google for pan card correction, shown this site and applied accordingly.

      Request indian consumer forum to take necessary action to restrict the site to avoid further cheating and refund the entire amount or corrected pan card and balance amount to my cc a/c.

          This is to certify that in 21st august2019, i had applied my pan in online and also, i had paid the amount of rs.499 in online through uti and as per instruction from panind office, i had filled my application form with that, i had attached 2 copies photograph and 2 copies of adhar card and in that day, i had send my documents with application form to panind office through speed post india but now also, i don't had received any type of mail from panind office neither, i had received my pan card.

            PanINd team not reveat me on emails and not on calls I need my amount back but they are just pathic and not answering the emails as well.. I wrote 25 emails bit they dumb people are busy to manipulate the customers. Once I received the call from PANIND side and I clearly suggest him that please refund my amount but I am not received my amount ..
            I am escalating this issue on. Higher level. Is not just 499 inr /- is just about how you ### people manipulate the customers.

                I think panind is one of a fraud. Should not trust in these online money payments schemes that are produced by these frauds!
                It has been 3 months since i had applied for a pancard and still i hav no idea what happened to my money or the card.

                Since i'm guessing these people's are # frauds... Should take action against these kind of criminal activitys that is going on these smart generations.

                I'm requesting for people of india to not to believe in these fake and fraud company's who are making easy money by making people believe in them.

                Curse u panind have some respect and responsibility to create a greater nation or # quit (Refers to people of panind)

                Still no secene of any pan card or else
                These will be the reason for further problems to arise in Indian in form of a fraud strectures(panind)

                        I have filled online form through panind services and made payment rs 499 online. Later sent the relevant documents to the manager, panind services unit, no. 5, site 4, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018, india on aug 30, 2019.

                        I got confirmation from courier service that the courier delivered to panind services on aug 31, 2019 but so far i have not received any coupon/ack number from you panind services.

                        It seems something wrong with panind services. I suggest not to go with panind services.

                            I had send a application for making pan card (New) and was send on 14th of august and received a confirmation call from panind office delhi by 19th of august as said that your application is received to us and where you want to get this either office address or house address and i had confirmed that kindly arrange to send at our house address and after that call was disconnected.

                              Hi, i applied for a pan card on panind, however i realized later that the company was overcharging for the services. The usual charges of 110 rs are nearly tripled up for a very similar service. I emailed the company, seeking my refund of rs. 499 but there was no response. I tried calling to but all the calls went unanswered. If my issue isn't resolved asap, i might be exploring the option of a stern legal action. This isn't about how big the amount is but the unscrupulous ways in which the organization is operating.

                                I have done multiple followup but still no response from Panind.
                                I want to cancel my new pan card application form and also want to refund my Rs499.
                                Becoz I have applied for pan card 20 days ago. Due to postage problem I didn't receive. Tomorrow it will be at my home.
                                So pz cancell my form and refund my amount.

                                  Sir i am submitted online application from rs 500/- pay. And speed post to hard copy my document. Allready one month complete. But not respond my mail and not send my coupon no and not posted my pan card. Why sir. Agen and agen reply 3/4 working days copy past mail why. Not propar rision. So pls mail my coupon no & post my pan card. Request to you.

                                    I yogesh chintamanrao dhote have applied for new pan card as my earlier pan card was lost as per the order id: yo-[protected]cr and also paid the fees for that through online money transfer as per payment id: [protected].

                                    I have downloaded the form sent on my mail and also dispatched through dtdc courier services (Consignment no. P[protected] to the 'panind services unit, #5, site iv, vikaspuri, new delhi-110018 along with the required attachment. The parcel was received by your office as per the status shown on dtdc website.

                                    Sir/madam, yet i didn't received my new pan card. Now i am worry about it. You are requested to look after and let me know the status of my new pan card and when will i get it?

                                    I have tried several times on your customer care id but not attended.

                                    Please look after and reply.

                                    Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

                                      I have applied for lost pan with panind on online payment of rs.499/- dated 8/8/2019. I have attached the screen shot of the payment acknowledgement email.
                                      However after payment i noticed that i had wrongly mentioned my email id.
                                      It is pertinent to note that my correct email id is 'dhyan. [protected]@gmail.com'.
                                      I requested the company to kindly send the application form to my correct email id as mentioned above.
                                      In spite to several follow up emails sent over to '[protected]@panind.com' and telephone calls to '[protected]' i have not received any response.

                                      Please look into the issue.

                                        I applied for issue of duplicate pan card in lieu of lost one and paid a fee for rs.499/- through rigaro eworks on 23.08.2019. I sent the required documents through speed post on 27.08.2019 costing rs.41.00 again. My reference no. Is md-[protected]lo. While checking status of my reference no. Online shows 'document wanting' and 'call attempted on 03.09.2019, not picked up' and 'intimated through email'. But no email is received till date to my given email id.
                                        I become worried about my paid amount as well as my pan no. And aadhaar no.

                                        Kindly take necessary steps to resolve my issue at an early date.
