I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

Not reacting for my complaint I will complaint to consumers officer.
Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

    I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me Rs.499/-. But I found out that I can apply in NSDL and at Rs.110. I have paid around Rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so I want to cancel my application. And I need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation.         My complaints are neglected and my money has been taken and no service has been rendered. I have sent 3-4 mails regarding the enquiry of my pan card but none of the emails have been answered properly and there is no platform of proper contact with the panind representative. First they take 3 times the charge of making a pan card then defrauding the consumer by not responding to their complaints is a serious offence and i am coming to the consumer complaint platform with much hopes to get a proper solution.

          I amd Vrushali Dongre. My order ID is VR-[protected]CR. I am not receiving any reply from PANIND. I have sent mails twice regarding application for pan card. Also while tracking my application online, the message is shown as "Incorrect/Incomplete document". kindly look into it.
          I have submitted the documents as I have received the mail. And from there it's been a month I did not get any response.

I do not bother about 499 rs but i am very much concern about documents which are submitted. If this is fraud company then should i approach cyber crime cell. what is procedure to check that whether any process is started or not.
          I have been charged 379 for applying pan card online.. But the charges are 101..i want to know why i am charged around 200 more...please help me.

            The owner of the site absorbs money from the customers through fraudulent and ficticious site for attracting poor customers for applying pan card whereas no acknowledgment nor any response is given for the amount extracted from me through this fraud site. This site seems almost fraud and ficticious and deserve to be blocked and the payments made to the panind must be refunded forthwith

              I applied for pan card but charge is too high, one of my friend told me about the pan card charge then i got to know about this, this website is charging too much charges 499. Same day i have mail but no reply yet, i want my refund at any-cost otherwise i will post it on social media and twit as well. My order id is also got expired because pan india people are sleeping they are getting salary for their sleep not for their work. My order id is - [protected]lo. I have the screenshot of payment received by panindia and order id as well, and also the mail which i have send to pan india for refund with attachment of payment received by pan india on that mail no reply yet.

                I thought that panind is govt. Because it comes first when somebody searches for pan application portal. As such i filled the first segment of form as it replicates the original site. Thereafter it convey me to the payment gate way for payment of at least five times of original rs.100/-. After i did the payment for rs.500/-the website did not respond and there was no way to track your application. It is just fraud. Government should banish such companies which pimp on public money.

                  Toaday i apply for pan card but you apply extra charges more than the general charges. Kindly refund my extra charges. Generally pan card charges is rs 110 but you charge very high.                           I have filled my order form for correction in date of birth and updating my new address in my pan card agzpk6865e on 04 august 2019. Ihva paid through sbi bank rs 499/- but unfortunately i skipped download form step. Same day i requested to mail the form on my e mail address ([protected]@gmail.com).
                          Since then i tried to contact by sending mail.
                          Perhaps i could not get the form as i did not give order no.
                          So i request you to please send me form so that i can complete documentation.

                                I go to work early in the morning and come late at night. I don't have time to send the hard copy through courier and this company has charged extra. I had lost my pan card recently and wanted to apply for a new one. If i would apply through an agent, i would be charged only 200rs. Hence i want to cancel my application and please refund my money back.

                                    We have submit the online pan card application and made the payment online. But still i have not received the pan card. The status always showing "application is under process. Documents under verification" last 12 days. Hower it show us that the panind/regaro eworks is a fraudulent company which is existence only for cheating.
                                    It is not a matter of small money but is a matter of cheating.

                                    Please do the needful.

                                      Sir I applied for a pancard, there was some network problem.
                                      So the money has been deducted from my account and there was a mail in me that the transaction has not been completed as per the network problem.

                                      So please check and get out the solution of my transaction and help me to get my money back if possible.
                                      And I hope that it will be resolved quickly

                                        I had applied for lost pan card in your site last month 23rd on behalf of my sister who lost her pan. But now i want to cancel my lost pan card request order (Ke[protected]lo) and refund my money (499rs paid via paypal) back to my bank. I have been mailing your support mail i'd for these many days from august 23rd, 2019 and no response yet except an auto mailer saying we will connect with you in 3 to 4 working days. Please ask your representative to get back to my mobile number as early as possible. Please find attached the email trail i have added for your reference.

UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
