Myself l b thirumurthy i paid rs 499 for applying pan card first time in panind, without knowing my father had already applied. I tried calling to the customer care number also but they are not responding. The cost is also not reasonable. Compared to other websites its cost is too high. They are ignoring the calls i think. So kindly refund my money as soon as possible

    Dear team,

    I have lost my pan card and applied for reissue of my pan, it 2 weeks but others is no progress, no revert for my mail or nine of the contact numbers are reachable either l's provide exact tat for delivering the pan or cancel the application i will try with some other local agencies those who are faster and cheaper than you... Without knowing the reviews and complaints i paid 499 rs.. But that is not a problem now, i need pan immediately...

      I applied for new pan card 17th aug, but still was not able to get any status for same. Also send couple of mails to info. Panind. But no response from their side. I called customer care also, no one picking phone.

        I lost my pan card and applied for a replacement at panind on 17th august.
        Order id: si-[protected]lo
        During the application process i couldn't find the 'name you would like printed on card' option and thought i could fill that on the application form but i found that was filled by default. I wanted the name to be the same as on my aadhar card with initials. I wanted to ask them whether i could scratch the default name and write over it the name i want but despite my repeated attempts to contact them except for an automated message saying they are busy i got no reply on the mail. Also their contact number is temporarily out of service. And while searching for a solution i came across one of the other complaints regarding the higher cost.
        This combined with no contact forces me to opt for cancellation.
        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

            I had applied for my pan card more than 2 weeks ago and am in dire need of my pan number as soon as possible. Even the contact number is not working and the contact email id that has been provided on the website gives the same auto-reply mail again and again. Because of this, i have applied elsewhere and would like my refund of 499 as soon as possible.

              I have submitted form at 29th july 19 for new pan card application reference no is: ko-[protected]n. But not received any information and status or acknowledge. It seems nothing going ok with panind.

              I am unable to contact over phone and no response from mails.
              Please help on this.

              I have contact to pan customer care but they don't have any information on this.

              Below information found while tracking the application and after that all the forms sent over mail.

              Application withheld for processing. Documents awaited from applicant.

                  As, you are talking a long time to process with my pan card, i have decided to take my pan card in some other websites. So u please stop the procedure and refund my amount rs. 499 as soon as possible. I am in need of the pan card immediately and you are taking more than a month to proceed with it, still i haven't received my acknowledgement number too.

                    First time i applied for the pan card i was charged Rs.349 but did not send any hard copies its my side mistake but later i again applied and posted hard copies required for a pan card but didn't get any response where as they took 499 Rs. from me and even don't have customer care number active and mail is been answered by auto generated reply which is pointless and not promising.

                      I have submitted form at 18th august 19 for correction in pan card application reference no is: ha-[protected]cr. But not received any information and status or acknowledge. It seems nothing going ok with panind.

                      Wrong message is appearing when i am checking the status. I have submitted the hard copy form via speed post and same have received, i have inquired from post office as well.

                        I applied for pancard 3 weeks before i paid 499 rs and later sent all document bthrough courier. Now i checked status that courier reached the same pan ind address, but no response from company and thinking that the company is fake. No phone is attending and no mail from pan ind,
                        I want to refund my money asap. Later checking order id it shown that initail expansion document required. But i sent a mail that please provide pan card with only initial. Like me so many people's hard earned money they are stealing. Govt should take some action

It is very high i made my pan card approximately a year ago i have made it offline in just 150 rs. And this company is charging 500 rs. It is very high.                             I applied for a pan card reissue, for address change, signature change, name alignment.

                            On 9th july 2019, i received a call and was asked to send my passport scan copies, i sent the same on 10th july 2019.

                            I had sent a reminder on 19th august 2019, when i saw the tracker showing that my application is on hold as they did not receive the passport scan copies!

                            I have again sent my passport copies today (05th september 2019), please ensure to process my pan card!

                                I have applied for pan card through pan ind services. I have paid 499 for the same. After which i have send documents and not received pan card for last 08 months. Later i registered on nsdl site paid rs107 online and recieved pancard within a weeks time.

                                Pl strictly avoid going to pan ind who are charging huge amount for no guarantee of receiving pan card nor do they refund money.

                                  I had registered for a new pan card, completing the online payment process. Post completion of the procedure i'm yet to receive the application form. Which need to be mailed. Inspire of writing to the customer support. Im yet to receive a response from them and it is more then a week.                                       I paid rs 500 for normal correction in pan card usually which takes only rs150 on any pan faciliate centre i got to know from someone else a. Now i am calling customer care but they are not receving any call. These guys are fraud not their no s are reachable even i didn't received any mail. Pls i want my refund.
