I have applied for PAN Card correction. I have office address as a proof.now I dont have enough datas to proceed the hard copy of details. So please refund the amount, and please cancel the application for pan. I tried many time to contact the office through mails and calls but there is no responds from anyone for long time. So now I want to cancel this application .Please help me on get the refund.

    I have applied for reprint of pan card on panind.com and they are charging rs 499 for that.
    After applying, the amount was deducted from my account, the order id was also generated but now when i track with that order id, it says the order id is not valid. Its been more than a week, i have reported this issue but these guys (Panind.com) haven't given any proper reply yet, even their customer care is not reachable.

    I want my money refunded as its too late for me and also they are charging way too higher than the normal rates (Approx 9x). Nsdl charges only 50 rs for this.

      Respected sir,
      Am vishnu raj. S, applied online for new pan card on 29th aug 2019, and sent hard copies of the documents via speed post on 3rd september. Recieved email saying that, you received my hard copy documents, and you asked for 2 more documents to support full form of initials in my name and in my father's name. I sent scanned copies of those documents on 20th september. Since then i've been waiting for uodates. I have sent n number of emails to know that status of my application. I have been using pan ind track to track my application. But it just says that 'application processing, documents under verification.' kindly inform me the status as soon as possible, as my salary bus getting delayed just because of this.

        I have applied for new pan card and panind.com charged me rs499. The amount was not mentioned anywhere at the time of payment method. I got to know after the amount debited from my account. I have raised this issue to panind.com through mail but there is no response from there side. I want my refund. If panind.com can’t be able to resolve my issue then i need to accelerate this issue legally and may be with the help of media. So that all people get to know about this kind of fraud.

          I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. And at the time of payment you didn't mention it will cost me 499. I don't even get email for that i transaction has been done and 499 debited from my account. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.380/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

          I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid as soon as possible.

            I had applied for my pan card on 20th of july 2019, i even posted the documents to the given address i haven't received any confirmation or details about the same please help me out and let me know the details as soon as possible.
            The customer care also isn't responding about this issue! A payment of 450 odd rupees was made online for the same please check and update the status at the earliest

              Sir, i have for the pan card correction in your site and i have made the payment thorugh netbanking but i want to cancel the application for some reason.                   My self miss qureshi rameeza. I tried to make pancard from panind, they charged me 499 bucks for single pan card. Which is not worth for it. On the other side it takes only 110 bucks to make ka pancard by government. Please refund my money. And i want to cancel my pancard application. They are fooling people and even their customer service number are either not working or unanswered.
                  Hope you'll do the needful as soon as possible.

                    application is not yet attached to any batch. please generate batch for physical transit of applicants.

                    I applied for the PAN Card online on 17th September and then sent the supporting documents and original form to the office of PANIND on 18th September. Today it is 9th October, and when I checked my status today it said “Application not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications.”
                    I was supposed to receive my PAN Card within 21 days, and now after 21 days I understood there is a problem...

                    I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                      I have submitted my pan request 15 days back and they came back saying aadhar card having initial and requested to send any other document. I have submitted voter ID. But still they have not processed the request even after receiving the voter ID and they are idle for 10 days with my voter ID copy.

                      When I search it with my tracking id [protected]N

                      It shows their team is verifying my documents, I am not sure why they are verifying my voter ID for 10 days. I paid them 500 rupees by they are providing sub standard service

                        But right now i want to cancel my application because of my immigration.
                        I would not be available on given address.
                        So, please look into this matter as soon as possible and please refund my payment.

                        you people are only taking complaints but neither doing any action nor any response..
                        @Panind see this would be my last request cum warning,
                        else i'm gonna complain about you in police, the very next morning @Panind.

                                I have applied online dated on 14th september 2019 and make payment for that. My order id is di-[protected]cr. I have also sent the hard copy documents dated on 21st september 2019 through speed post which already delivered at your address dated on 24th sept.

                                Today while checking status, the status, it shows, "application is not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications". The coupon no is g[protected].

                                I have also called to utiitsl customer care and as per them though the application made on 27th september 2019 but the documents not yet processed for the same.

                                Can you please let me know when i can get my pan card details corrected for which i have applied for?

                                  I was applying pan card for my wife online on panind.com website. I filled all the details and done the payment of 499.00 on 09 sept 2019.
                                  My money got deducted but it displayed as transaction got failed message. No reference number was generated on panind.com website.
                                  I send email to [protected]@panind.com and i received a auto reply saying they will respond within 2 to 4 days. Waited for a week and again sent the mail, but no response. Now more that 20 days passed no response. Today i contacted my bank and they say without confirmation from panind website that they have not received my money, they cannot do any thing. Now panind is also not responding. Transaction ref num:[protected]
                                  Please help to get my money back.

                                  If PANIND is not authorized to issue PAN card then PAN IND is a fraud. They just take money then never reply. Even HDFC bank support them. I Tried to contact HDFC bank but they say they are helpless even i explained all this conditions still they support panind.
                                  This is the reason why such companies and people get encouraged to do fraud business.

                                    I have applied for my father's pan card which he got lost and unfortunately when i saw this website pops up first in google for pan card application, accidently i applied also thinking its as govt site by paying 500rs and sent the documents also via registered post to their delhi address.

                                    I applied on 3rd sept, on 9th oct i got a call stating additional documents needed, which i forwarded them the soft copy, but till date i am neither getting any update on the status of my application, nor no one is available in call centre to answer the query,

                                    Please get me the refund immediately, i dont want any of their services, who are not professionals.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am writing this mail to inform you that it's been more than 2 months that i have applied for a duplicate pan card with name and address change. I have paid the required amount too.

                                      But since then there is no response from panind service, nor they are responding to my phone calls and emails.

                                      I require documents for further studies but because of them, i am unable to reach them in any way.
                                      Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I lost my original pan. am applied for duplicate pan card 3 months ago
                                      but still am not revived my duplicate pan ...payment done online
