And till date i am waiting for my pan card.

It seems they are cheaters as they are not at all responding any mails either.

Need to take action against them and if they are unable to provide services should refund the remitted payment.

    I Have applied online for the changes in my Pancard ... I have paid online fees of amount Rs.499/- and also send the hard copies for the application through courier ... It was almost 15 days has been passed but there is no response from there side & The Contact detail mention in the website is not picking up i was tried so many times also there is no revert in the mails.

    Kindly help on this .

      I had applied to pancard of my wife before 3 months . I paid Rs. 499 online payment. All documents are submitted by me through post.         I have applied for correction of address in existing pan card awwpg9618a. I have already paid the required fees and sent the signed form via courier.

        But till date i have not received any confirmation mail on my e-mail [protected]@gmail.com.in or received the updated pan card.
        You are requested to send the amended pan card at the earliest.

            I have applied for online correction of pancard, first suggestion was panind.com, i thought its a government portal, so i applied and they charged me rs.499 only for correction, but now i came to know that govt. Site is charging around rs.110.
            So, please please take some action... I don't want to apply, i want my refund from panind for the application as soon as possible...
            Please, consider it urgent...

              I submitted my application 3 weeks back. Paid the 499 twice because there was no clear instruction on name change process and that they will print the name on the form to download. I thought they will ask for the new name change on the next page. So redid the application and paid the 499 again! Got an automated email after they received the documents. Then got a call and email that they need annnexure a and my application is on hold. I sent the annexure a promptly in 2 days. Got a confirmation from courier service that it has been delivered but no communication from panind still. It’s been 1 weeks since it was delivered. I sent several emails checking and i keep getting the same automated response that your application is in process please wait for sometime. I have asked for a confirmation of receipt of the annexure a and also that my application is not on hold anymore and also how long will it take to process, and i keep getting a one line response every time. It has been 4 weeks since my application. It is very sad. Please help.

                I applied for correction of my pan card (Correction of father name) after downloading prescribed proforma from the website of panind and sent it with aadhar card through speed post on 28/8/2019 and also paid rs. 499/- through sbi internet banking on 27/8/2019 to regaro eworks llp [protected] gagwlxsvo. I enquired about status of my pan card through e-mails to panind but my emails are not being attended to. Please expedite it or refund my money.

                    Dear Sir/Mam,

                    I have applied for PAN card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 499 INR but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. They did not send me any confirmation mail or message and did not send me the order id as well. I have all the proofs of the transaction made and the proof of the form sent to them through india post that shows delivered to the destination. I need updates on my pan appliccation urgently.

                    I'll be very thankful to you for this.

                          I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                            2 days ago i applied for pan card in name of bhushan sopan rathod and also done the payment. But seems this process is too lengthy as i live in mumbai and not able to courier in delhi because don't know the procedure.
                            It will take too much time for proceed and i want pan card within 3-4 days for some educational work. I could not wait for this long to come, so please refund my amount.

                              Hi panind,

                              I would have received my pan card last week if i had done it through government portal. I expected yours would be faster as you're charging extra.
                              I applied around 2 months back. I have not received the pan card nor any updates from your end.

                              I have attached the receipt of the online transaction. I'm unable to track my pan card status online as it is asking for order id and i don't have it. Is pan india fraudulent?

                                    Not getting confermation mail and higer fee charged, as official charge is 105 with gst and i paid 499 that is very high, so i do not want it to be continue please make sure i will get my refund and it is look like as a spam site, may be i got lotted by Panind and do not show false notice, what you doing is not acceptable i want my money back so please refund it, I think this company is fraud, making People fool charging higer money, not making pan card, still no reply from panind about confirmation, I don't trust in panind, so hear my voice and give me justice

                                      I have applied for reprint of pan card on panind.com and they are charging rs 499 for that.
                                      After applying, the amount was deducted from my account, the order id was also generated but now when i track with that order id, it says the order id is not valid. Its been more than a week, i have reported this issue but these guys (Panind.com) haven't given any proper reply yet, even their customer care is not reachable. As per my bank record payment transfer to ibibo private limited.

                                      I want my money refunded as its too late for me and also they are charging way too higher than the normal rates (Approx 9x). Nsdl charges only 50 rs for this...

And at the time of payment you didn't mention it will cost me 499. I don't even get email for that i transaction has been done and 499 debited from my account. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.380/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

                                        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid as soon as possible.
