I’m nandini kaur, had applied for online new pan card in february 2019 & paid online fees too but did not received any confirmation email yet. I have received token number and order i’d by emails on dated 26 february 2019. My token number: [protected] and order i’d: na-[protected]n. I had sent my all required documents on your email address at [protected]@panind.com. Please send me a acknowledgment confirmation at [protected]@gmail.com. I request you to do the needful as im waiting for a long time as soon as possible.

later realized it is a agency
I dont want any agency to do my work

i feel the pricing is very high
even for sake of correction of my pan card

    The is regarding sr-[protected]cr.

    On 14th may 2019 - i applied for pan correction - for which i paid pan ind services an amount of rs 499/- favouring rigaro eworks llp through (Net banking - sbi - [protected]igagdiosr2).

    However for the same set of services - where i could complete all activities online incuding esigned / ekycd documents online - through nsdl. The charges for this was only rs 107/-.

    I have therefore decided to proceed with my request for pan correction through nsdl. Therefore cancel my request with you (Pan ind servcies) and kindly arrange to refund the amount.

      I was charged 499 rs for new pan card whereas.. The govt fees from nsdl is rs 100.00 no fees has been mentioned by panind in there website also there is no option for cancellation. I want to cancel my pan card from pan ind website and apply from nsdl also i want my refund back the panind are charging hiddencharges.. Please cancel my pan card and get memy refund... And please confirm the rejection because i want to apply new pan card in mp online

      I paid RS 499, 2 months ago, filled online application form to correct the PAN name, they asked to resend the documents, I send hard copies again, they again asked to send scanned copies again, but I have not received any pan card .worst service I have ever seen .
      I want my money to be refunded.

        I had applied for pan card on march 8, 2019 with the required documents and
        An application fees of rs.500/- it is may 17, 2019 today.
        Tried to contact panind for updates but all in vain. The contact number given on their website ([protected]) is never answered and never reachable. Also, the email-id given on the website panind.com ([protected]@panind.com) sends auto-generated emails which ultimately is unable to resolve the issue. The website is probably fake, please don't use it. I'm trying to take up the matter further. It is disappointing to see such services which cost the public so much.

          I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

          I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid.

                I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra.                   PANIND service provider is very much fraudulent. They given me no refund up to now.

                  Let my money to go. I Suggest no one should opt PANIND to apply for PAN

                    Hello si/madam
                    I am vinay one of the responsible citizens of india. My relative sailaxmi has applied for pan card before a month... Till now not even a coupon generated.. She just got that the documents are verified. She has to join in a job.
                    She cannot join the job if the pan card is not there. Please at least allot her a coupon number which can be submitted as proof.

                      Its been 2 months since i had sent my details over to you for the pan card correction. Neither i got my pan card nor i get any response to the e-mails that i send.

                      My name is deepika suresh and upon sending the docs i received an e-mail stating there is discrepancy in the address. The supporting docs have been provided immediately. However no response.

                        It's been 20 days since i applied for pan and i've been writing mails constantly. I'm doing this because it's really really urgent. I want my pan card as soon as possible. Even the customer service is disconnecting the call. Highly disappointed. I have also paid. I'm in a state of losing my job. Please please. It's urgent. Tell me when i will get my card.

                          I applied PAN card through this website before a few days and there is no update about my PAN card. I wasn't aware of the amount I had to pay to get a new PAN card. I paid Rs 499 after which I got to know the actual amount for PAM card is 110 Rs at maximum. I would like to initiate my PAN card here at my home town at a reasonable price . Kindly do refund my amount

                            I have applied for a duplicate pan card on 2nd april by courier with required documents to panind by paying rs.499... They told to resend all documents again.. So i again applied to panind again by paying rs 499 with necessary documents.. Though twice applied for duplicate issue of pancard till now no messages were confirmed through mail nor they have called me.. Their toll free number doesn't work... I need a solution for this... If not kindly refund my money of rs.499+499..

                              I had applied on 25/04/2019 for a duplicate pan card since original was misplaced.

                              I rec'd a mail confirming receipt of all the documents on 7th May, 2019.

                              Since then I am unable to contact the customer care of the company by phone but unable to get through. Also the mail ID [protected]@panindia.com is not in use.

                              Since I want the pan card urgently, I can't wait any longer.

                              Kindly refund the amount of Rs 499/- instantly.

                                Applied for change of name on my pan card (Application no: jo[protected]cr) and got the confirmation email on 22 april, 2019 stating you have received the documents. After that my process is stuck on "descrepancy in application" on 23 april — which i have replied and till now the process and verification is still pending.
                                Tried to reach you over email - [protected]@panind.com but only received the auto email response stating you guys will reach me in 2 - 3 working days. And its been almost a month you have not contacted me. I have received only a computer generated message..

                                  Applied for duplicate pan card and got the confirmation email on 18th april, 2019 stating you have received the documents. After that my process is stuck on "application is under processing. Documents under verification" and till now the process and verification is still pending.
                                  Tried to reach you over email - [protected]@panind.com but only received the auto email response stating you guys will reach me in 2 - 3 working days. And its been a month you have not contacted me.
                                  You guys have pushed me to conclude that you will reach me in 2 - 3 working days but i guess you do not work for a single day that is why in a month you didn't had 2 or 3 worked days.
                                  It would be very kind either get my pan card printed and shipped to my address or # refund my money. This is now getting on my nerve and if you do not respond, i will surely take action.

                                      I have requested for the name change on the pan card, order id: mh-[protected]cr but by mistake, i have entered the wrong name in the application so i don't want panind to process this application.
