I have applied my pan card, the old pancard was lost. I paid rs.500 with relevant documents.They give application id & coupen number on 15/05/2019 till now i m not getting my pan card. I sent two mails there is no reply. My application id SU-[protected]LO. I have attached tracking status. When i get my pan card. It was really stressful. Send me my pan card r refund me the amount of rs. 500.

Till now i here the message that i have attached in my complaints... i want my pan card... do the needful... or let me know about the status of my pan card. When it will be delivered.. almost i waited for 2 months. When it will be despatched.. how many days will take to verify the documents... i already gave all address and id proofs. Then y this delay. I sent already 2 mails i received only the automatic reply. U people not answering to my mails... let me know when my pancard despatched.. i paid 500 rs for that.. otherwise give me refund the amount. Do the needful.

    Duplicate PAN card applied after 3 months till date not received and any executive called my mobile next what to do, iam also an income tax official, required documents sending from time to time about discrepancy found by the PANind, now everything is completed still they are not issuing my duplicate PAN card, what is the genuine reason for not sending, is this any fraud making business

        I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.550/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.440/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

        I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid...

          1month back till today there status will be APPLICATION IS UNDER PROCESSING. DOCUMENTS UNDER VERIFICATION, how many days it will be same status . when i am trying to their phone not at all lifting the call and no response for emails.i think this is fake company which they are cheating public i need my money return back.and my documents which i was submitted to them.please do the need full.thank you

            I have applied for the PAN Card on 29.03.2019 and they asked me to send the proof for that, the same I have sent to their address, but there is no acknowledgment and also sent an email, but no response from them.
            I tried to reach them on given phone number [protected], but all the time the line is busy. I am not sure they are the guanine people to issue the PAN card or not. please help.

              This is in reference to my duplicate pan card application submitted to PANIND.I have given the said amount, along with the corrected address proof, they asked.Since then i have received no communication from their end, and they have blocked my email address.I can email them from my new email account, but they have blocked my previous email account.The phone numbers are out of reach.

                  I had applied for my PAN card at PANIND.com after the payment of the money of amount Rs.499 the website crashed and it said session expired I did not recieve the order ID, which is understandable. But they haven't refunded the amount even after a week. I reached out to them by the only means to contact them, specified on their website and they refuse to give me a reasonable explanation. I have attached the Bank receipt of my payment. Please consider my case

                          I had applied for a pan card through your website. It’s been 2-3 months and i have still not received it. There has been no communication from your end regarding the same. The amount paid for the processing of a pan card is also more on your website as compared to the government norms. And also shared docs to delhi office with own expense of courier.. Such a pathetic service!!

                          I am requesting you guyz for letting us know the final status of pancard or else i will take legal actions against your firm.

                                Because of some personal issues my pan card is on hold, the company has not provided any customer care number and i am trying to contact you guys from a while.
                                Why is there no customer services provided.How are we supposed to communicate.

                                I am really frustrated. Your company has not provided any feedback.

                                    Please refund the amount of rs.499 which that i last transacted for applyied correction in pancard, now i dont have enough datas to proceed the hard copy of details.                                       Related to coupon no U-G[protected], I have applied for duplicate on Dec 2018, after i lost my PAN card. I have paid the amount approx 350 and courier the documents to the respective address.

                                      After, continuous follow-up PANIND requested for UID proof That also has been forwarded very early on March.
