Hi team,
Two months back i have applied for pan card through rigaro eworks but due to spelling mistake in application they rejected my appliaction and asked me to sent correct documents. So i have filled all the details carefully with proper documents and couriered to the mentioned address through speed post. Its been almost 15 days when i track the status of my application i can see "application withheld for processing. Documents awaited from applicant". Even i have mailed so many times to [protected]@panind.com but no use.

I am quite surprise to get my existing pan card (Duplicate) even after the paying the amount. Please help me on this, i am in need of my pan card.

I hv already sent mail..in [protected]@panindia.com still showing have patience... I hv already sent its urgent required the pan no as my salary is pending for this since 2 months... How many panindia will take to give the no...

    I applied for pan card but later i found my pan card. No one from the panind company is replying.
    I have sent across multiple emails but no one seems to be available for any reply.
    They have not given their customer care number as well so that its hard to reach out to them.

    This is too frustrating. I need my refund

    Kindly action asap. Attaching the required proof and ticket reference number.

      Hi i have sended my pancard application forms to the mentoned address at Vikas puri New delhi. Just for my Name change correction.

      They have charged me 500 Rs.
      I have spoken with there executive saying application has not been received yet as if i am having acknowledgement copy also attached herewith.

      i have not yet got the confirmation that my application has received at your end.

      so request you to kindly look into the matter urgently...!!

      Any update on this i am yet to receive Order no from them they are not responding on call or mail even it is getting disconnected.

      Please take legal action action against them as it is getting delayed to an extent it is almost a month time still i am not getting any update from them..?

        Update:

        It has been one month since i received their last e-mail after the initial complaint and still we have not received either the pan card or an
        Updated status.
        Their automatic status always comes as processing.

        I got couple of e-mails from them, the day after complaint was made. That was may 30th.

        Contacting the company executives and or disputing the fees paid seems like the only way left.
        Panind customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I had applied for pan of my son and despatched documents which was deliverwd in 05/05/19.I have not received either the Order Number or status number of e mails.

          I applied for my lost pan card with Order ID VA-[protected]LO, now I want to cancel because I found my lost pan card and refund amount to my bank. When I called to Panind customer care one of the executive told me sir if you want to cancel your application we will process for cancellation but we will not refund your amount according to our company policy. They charged Rs. 499 instead of Rs.107 after that when I called for cancellation they denied to refund my amount. Now I want to cancel order and full refund to my account.

            I have registered for correction to my PAN card and an amount of Rs. 499 got deducted whereas for changes only Rs.96 should have been charged. There is a bug in the system which unanimously charges Rs.499 irrespective of whatever is applied.
            Please refund back my amount in my bank details.

                I applied for correction in my mom pan card from panind.com. They deducted 499 rupees instead of 96. I want my money back in my account.in which i was paid. Plz send my money other wise my parents punished for this mistake. I am not well educated that why i done this. My friends tell me about fee charges.. Plz sent my money from my account application details is in this image.

                  I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 500 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I am complaining for money and their poor services. Please do needful action against them.

                  Not now. Let me give some time to the PANIND. I would like to complain after 10 days. After 10 days i didnt get any information then i will proceed with complaint.

                      This side muskan with order id: mu-[protected]n and payment id:[protected] and i have sent you the hard copy of my application on 18th of may and it has been delivered to you on 20th of may, as per dtdc tracking with consignment id: z89612532 and there is no update or response from your side that whether you have received the application or not.

                      Please check and respond me as soon as possible, otherwise i'll go to consumer cell and if no response by next week i'll definitely apply for refund, else i'll go to consumer court.

                            I had applied for a pan card on mar 5, and already 3 months have passed, haven't even received my acknowledgment number, the customer care no. Never gets picked up, my emails never get replied. They tool rs 500 for the application, i want a refund plus an additional penalty of rs 1000 for wasting my time.
                            This company is a fraud, please beware guys.

                              I had visited the website www.panind.com in order to get a pancard... I made the payments and submitted the required documents but now it's more than a month, i have not received any call from the company and the customer service cell guys do not answer the call... Till date my work has not been done and now i want my refund back but i dont know how to contact them.. Whenever i send them an email i receive a computer generated email back which says they will solve the queries within 3-4 days but there is no response from their side...

                                  Yesterday i fill an application form for pan but now i know that they were cahrging high for that the actual fees is just rupees 110 and they are charging 499 instead of 110 so i want to cancel my applicaton nd want my amount back which i already paid for the application fill up. I only wanted my money back and want to cancel my application from panind.
