Placed order on your online site still not recieved every time i track it the website says order processing. Called customer care number of times nobody is receiving the call and if they recieve they are so rude.

It’s been 20 days i have returned the product but till now i have not received any refund. The customer service keeps lying and also disconnects the phone. The service is pathetic.
I want my refund other wise i will drag u to consumer court

i have never seen such pathetic service from any online shoppimg site and specially a brand name like pantaloons is making people fool is never expected and not only me their are number of customers who are facing same problem i have mailed several times they are making fool by reverting that your porblem will be solved after 48 hours and then even worst without even doing any thing they mail that your query has been solved also called many times no receives.

I am ankit from delhi mob [protected] i purchased item in 2 orders on online pantaloons site on the date of 28th june 2020 and till now i not getting my delivery of full items why they delivered only few item and when then deliver my rest item and already 13 days gone and their expected delivery time is 10 days. My 1st order no is 349709 with 11 items and they delivered only 4 items and 2nd order contains 3 items and they delivered only 2 items so where my rest items even i called in customer care number but no response from there side. Even send mail too but same no response. Their customer care service is not responding and they are not replying my mail too. How will i get my order if there is some problem regarding delivery

I had created a return for a top with return id 2319723 which was successfully picked up on 6th june, 2020. Its been mote than a month but the money is still not credited back in my account, plus their customer care wont answer calls or reply to emails. Its been a horrible experience.

I ordered product on 7 jun 2020 (My biggest mistake) since then i have been calling, writing mails to customer care and they have been just ignoring my request. No reply from mails.
Customer care are liars... We have escalated they are saying since one month now but nothing has been done. When i ask them to let me speakl to supervisor they say they dont have any supervisor but todaty when i shouted at them all their supervisors came.
Custpomer care people disconnects phones on your face. Biggest cheats, company is a fraud.

Since 1.5 montsh i have had hell of time.

I want my money back and dont want ant any product from them.

I ordered 2 cloths from Pantaloons online store 1 item I received and other one still not received I have paid full amount also tried reaching customer care through toll free and mail but no respond

I have placed an order on pantaloons.com on june 9 for 3 items.
Dupatta and 2 pants.

I accepted the dupatta though it was different from my order to avoid the hassle of return pick up and all.
But he other items were not matching the size mentioned and hence returned.

The return pick up happened on june 18th.
And even almost after a month and several emails to the customer care i still did not get my money back or even to use it on pantaloons itself.
No one contacted me till now.

I raised a return request since product was nt upto the mark and product was picked up almost 3 weeks back but no sign of refund. Disappointing part is i don’t hv any option to talk to any pantaloons representative.. i tried customer care but never got a chance to speak to anyone. And us usual no reply on emails.. can someone pls help.. thanks in advance!

This is Sarita here.I have done an online order on 2nd of july and done online payment too.But till now no confirmation regarding the tracking ID. when will i receive my order.My order ID is 3508355.Even i called in customer care number but no response from there side.Even send mail too but same no response.Their customer care service is not responding and they are not replying my mail too.How will i get my order if there is some problem regarding delivery then how could i get a refund.

This is to inform you that i have ordered 3 items online on 03-07-20. I have received only 2 t-shirts on 06th - pantaloons junior boy graphic printed yellow t-shirt
Color : yellow, size :13-14y & 07th july - pantaloons junior boy graphic printed yellow t-shirt color : yellow, size :13-14y.
But i have not received the blue shorts - pantaloons junior boys solid blue shorts color : blue, size :13-14y

My return id for pantaloons online purchase is 2323658 against order no 3440289. I purchased using paytm. It's been more than a month and i haven't received refund where as their refund policy says about 15 days. No one takes call in customer care, nor responds to mails/messages. Please ensite that i get refund of my money

The customer service is awful.. The guy aadil i spoke to did not help me at all he hung up the call on me.. I want my refund

I returned an order last week sunday. It’s been more than 7 days but i have not received refund along with that the customer care does not respond the hold time is too high.

I order jeans 1 month ago I received damage jeans so I returned the product but still 1month over pantaloons didn't back my refund amount... I have send mail 3 time but still no response.

I ordered a bulk (4000/-) of clothes from pantaloons online i usually shop from their regular store in rajouri garden new delhi
No refund, no exchange, no reply, pathetic customer service, never picks the call
1. The size chart on the online store is useless

The size of the items and the color our extremely different. The l size i ordered is tremendously huge on the contrary of the size chart which was provided to us.
2. Items were delivered differently

Each te shirt was delivered to our door on different intervals of time. We had to pay 200/- or 300/- two to three times a day. It was extremely annoying to look for cash and pay the man during this pandemic situation.

3. We ordered on 22june 2020 and till today (8 july 2020) we have not received 8 te shirts from them.
4. The return policy is so unreasonable
There is only return policy and no exchange policy offered on the top of it they charge 200/- on every return and each tee we ordered is worth 200/- so we don’t see the point of returning in it.
I feel that it is the duty of the company to provide the satisfaction to the customers instead you our exploiting us.
The size chart was wrong and it should be your duty to pay the shipping chargers as you were not able to satisfy us.
5. The refund policy is very unjust
I[censored] have selected cod then your money will be sent in pantaloons account and not the bank account. I have been doing online shopping since a long time but i have never been in such a situation.

I feel that my hard earned money is wasted, the other online stores like nykaa, flipkart, amazon and myntra have excellent customer service. All of them refund the money in the bank accounts of the customers even if they select cod.

6. I have not even received the refund in the pantaloons account and its been 15 days since they took the item from my house
7. They don’t reply to your emails they just send a auto generated mail every time saying that they will call in 48hours which they never do
8. Also so many of their items (Shorts and te shirt) has gotten misshaped.

Also i m not able to return a item to them i feel so helpless as they don’t pick up my calls or reply to my mails

I feel awful that my hard earned money is wasted
