I have ordered a 13 items from Pantaloons website. Where as I have received only 11 items in 7 shipments. One was cancelled by Pantaloons itself due unavailability of item and the other item is missing in shipment 2. In shipment 2 they have to deliver 5 items but I have received only 4 items and when I raised a complaint about this. They are saying that they have delivered the missing item along with the items on that day itself.

    I Had purchased 10 items online costing INR 10, 007 on 13-OCT-2020 from Pantaloons Website.

    1)As there were issues with the THREE products, I returned the same on 17th and 18th Oct 2020.As per the policy written in the website, I should have been refunded within 5-7 business days. It is more than 7 business days and I still haven't received any refund. I have received an email stating that the return takes 13 days which is NOT MENTIONED IN THE WEBSITE!!

    2) One Item shows that it should have been delivered on 18-OCT-2020.TILL DATE, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION regarding the product.(EITHER FROM PANTALOONS OR FROM EKART LOGISTICS THROUGH WHICH PANTALOONS DEALS WITH).

    PANTALOONS HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVING ANY OF MY ISSUES EVEN AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS!!!

    I Have shared the entire details as an attachment.
    I request the highest officials of CONSUMER FORUM to help me out in receiving my REFUND and THE FINAL PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

        I have online purchased three clothes on 2nd October 2020 and till today ie 26.10.2020, I have not recieved the items. After various mails and telephones they somehow provided me shipment number but upon checking the same it shows the items have not moved an inch from their sorting centre.

          Purchased one trouser while wearing the same it is found one leg is shorter than another and thus made it unfit for use

            I have ordered my shirts on 29 sep from pantaloons they have shipped my Oder to Ekart but Ekart is delaying my Oder today is 22nd Oct still my Oder is pending somewhere Ekart I request pls deliver my oder as soon as possible otherwise i have take strict action against Ekart logistics services !!
            I m attecheing screenshot with my complaint I hope this will resolve as soon as possible!

              I placed an order on Pantaloons online site on 11 September ( 6 items) out of which they have only delivered 3 Items.
              I have been mailing and calling continuely at customer support but no help has been provided yet.

              Today it's been more than a month and i have not received my order or refund. Pantaloons is running a scam and very ignorant towards their customers and orders.
              Strict actions should be taken against them.

                  I am writing to express my STRONG grievance towards PANTALOONS UNPROFESSIONAL business conduct, I CONDEMN IT.

                  The executives are not wellaware, well trained, well informed of the pantaloon ecommerce system, if at all there's an ecommerce system in place????

                  I want my concern to be resolved IMMEDIATELY!!!
                  I insist on a higher grade executive to call back and explain the case to me.
                  You guys owe me an apology and compensation.

                    This is with regards to order no. 3703738 on 10 september which contains 2products, one of the product is delivered and the other product is yet to be delivered. I have called the customer care but everytime they ask for 7-8 days and say they have escalated the issue but still the issue remain unresolved. I have written mutiple mails but they close the complain after 2 days stating it is resolved.

                      I had placed Order No 3656381 on date[protected].
                      Rs 399 deducted but the order was not successful.
                      Refund of Rs 399 is pending for more than 40 Days. All complaints created were closed without issuing refund.
                      Appreciate if Rs 399 refund is credited to original mode of payment in 1-2 days as already it is pending for more than 40 days.

                        So many times i have called to customer care regarding the order no 3583201 dated 29.07.2020 for product not deliverying issue and every time i am assured by them that it will be solved within 7 days and every time they say they are really feel sorry as per their training.
                        After one month waiting i am trying to contact to the senior executives who may solve this problem.
                        And during last month i was assured four times by four different senior personnel.
                        Name and approx date of communication mentioned below.

                        1. Kevin (14.09.2020) refund initiated mail came after conversation.
                        2. Rahul (21.09.2020) assured me about solvent within 48 hours.
                        3. Kevin (24.09.2020) (not the 1st one but he told me that he is senior of 1st and 2nd person and promised me that he will call me back at evening on the same day. )
                        4. Adin (30.09.2020) (who was really thankful to my patience for this long period and promised me that he will scrutiny all the matter throughly and solve the matter at earliest.

                        Today 02.10.2020 being really frustrated and disappointed with this type of service i am at your door step.

                        Surprising to me that not a single call came from pantaloons till now where every time i am listening that the problem has escalated to the concern team.

                          I had made online transaction on[protected] using my gift card and credit card, the amount is debit from account order is not not conformed. I called your custormer care first person is saying that with 3 days money will be refund to my account, second person is saying that 5 to 7 days and third time your executive told i will forward to back end time and it will take 3 day but till now it did get my money back. What worst services if it is not solved i will goto the consumer court against.

                            I tried purchasing through pantaloons online 4 times. All 4 orders nos are unsuccessful on their website however my credit card account has been debited twice. I have been requesting them to refund the money as i have not received the product and their own website reflects order unsuccessful - however they have ignored my complaint.                               I had placed above mentioned online order on 20.09.2020

                              Though order amount was immediately debited from my credit card.

                              To my utter surprise i didn't receive any order confirmation on email or phone

                              If at all due to any technical issues my order was not confirmed how the customer is supposed to know that his/her order is not confirmed.

                              It is only that after 36 hours of order submission i called up pantaloon customer care and was shocked to know my order processing was unsuccessful. Check my call records 8.45 pm.

                              Such a big brand nàme called pantaloon and such pathetic service.

                              If at all my order amount is refunded and again i reorder than what is the guarantee that due to this time elapsed if at all the product gets stock than who is to be blamed? Iam sure soft target is technical or network issues.

                              History is witness many big big companies have shattered as they knew how to sell but when it comes to after sales service they go berserk.

                              Customer service staff are trained in such a way that they repeat only 2 words sorry /apologise or technical issues.

                              Trust its not a question of my order. It's pantaloons good will at stake.

                              Stop giving baseless excuses and try to save blemishing/tarnishing image of such a wonderful brand

                              Knock knock management of pantaloon open your ears and eyes before it gets too late. Buck up good services or shatter.

                                I have made a purchase on Aug 3rd and I tried to pay the amount through PayTM. The amount 259 was paid from PayTM account and due to a delay from Pantaloon side, the order got failed. The failed order number is 3600662 and the transaction id from PayTM is [protected]. I confirmed from PayTM side that the payment was successful. I made so many calls and email to get the amount refunded but till now, there is no use. The worst experience in my life for a refund. My complaint number is COMP[protected]. Now, it is more than 40 days and I hope, they will refund the amount.

                                  Despite of putting many mails I have neither received the refund nor any response from your end.Its been almost 2 months since I handed over the return at my doorstep.
                                  I had put a return request for my order no 3505592, the return of which was picked up and the RETURN ID is 2404711.I haven't received any confirmation on SMS after the return was picked up neither have I received my refund.Please look into it and respond at the earliest.

                                      I placed an order with pantaloons online store with

                                      Date of order placed - 27, june, 2020

                                      I haven't received 2 of my order till now, it has been more than 3 months.

                                      The cost of these products - rs. 840/-

                                      I have registered my complaint four times with pantaloons, they are as following:

                                      But to no avail, please do look into this matter.

                                        Even after calling several times & sending multiple emails regarding my order 3650981 one of the items (Honey graphic printed pink t-shirt) is still not delivered.

                                        I also inquired for size exchange from l to m, no response there too.

                                        What is the status of my order? Will i really receive the t-shirt or in case not available, please refund the amount or atleast update the status.
