My return pick up has been pending from more than a month. Inspite of multiple follow ups team is unable to give me any reason/ explanation.
Always giving same reply asking to wait for 48 hrs our team will contact you. But till now there is no update from team.
Worst online shopping app. Just fooling around customers.
Please close your online shopping app if you can't run it.

Inspite of follow up and emails your team has not yet been able to connect to me on explaining why order is not dispatched to me.

I have ordered the product form Pantallons and its more than 15 days, still they is no update about product, from day one the status of order is same "Order processing". I have called customer care twice, everytime whenever i will call they will tell "we will raise hig priority ticket and wait for 7 working days", again when i call they will tell same thing.
They are telling we cant cancelled the product. Currently no product and no Cancellation.

Pathetic behaviour of the Pantaloons, Bilaspur, C.G manager with me and my mother. First they switch off the ac and and escalator is also put off.
They waste an hour of ours there was no place for sitting also neither did they offer any place to sit after 1 hour also.
When my mother found a place to sit near the counter as she had pain in her legs so the manager comes and asks her to get up and says that this place is for the display and refuses to accept that ac is off.
Because of the lockdown the credit note got expired so they are taking one hour to get it redeemed also behaving badly with the customers.
Very bad experience with pantaloons will never buy again.

I get my refund on pantaloons credits but now at the time of payment there is no option for payment by pantaloons credits.

Will please tell me how can i use those credits?

I have placed an order on pantaloons website and the order is still not dispatched after 10 days of order placement. Despite calling them again and again they are not responding properly. I emailed them thrice all i get is auto generated response from there side. I also sent a dm in instagram but as expected there was no response and to my surprise when i visit there insta account there account was flooded with negative reviews. They are doing this with everyone and moreover, they are delivering defective items to their customers. Their return policy is even worse. You won’t get your money instead they add points in your account which you have to redeem within a month. This is what i can not expect from a brand like pantaloons!!!

Worst customer service, ate my 799 rs. Sent me wrong pair of shoes (1 shoe missing), since 6 months m complaining the same thing, they're now saying we can't refund you!! They don't have enough staff and so not arranging for pickup and now asking me to forget about my money.
Don't buy pals!!

Today i visited one of your showroom viz. Vidyut tower, near amartex building, opposite rajput sabha, kangra, himachal pradesh. View map. Phone.[protected]. And get attracted by amazing offer offered by your esteemed company to avail rs 500/- cashback on purchase of min 2500/- or more. So i shoped amounting to rs 3296/- and tried to avail this offer (Via mibikwik registered mobile no [protected]) but management at said store was unable to execute the same. At last made payment through credit card & decided not to get attracted to offers from your side and of course i will tell this story to my friends also.
Please verify my shopping details with mobile no [protected] if necessary.

3548735, orderded a kurti for rs.1680 on 19th july which was delivered on 2nd aug without any intimation for delayed delivery. Now to my surprise i received a too large product and for raising return they are puting the money in pantaloons credits, thougj it was cod order i paod using my card. But cod order is crime with this company they will only refund as credits. I cannot block my money as pantaloons credit. Need my moneyback. If they facing difficulty due to covid similarly we have financial crunches.

I am repeatedly calling and emailing pantaloons customer care for my order no 3513406 placed on 5th july 2020 has not yet been delivered to me. When i called customer care, its always on waiting and never reach to any executive.

It's been more than 25 days and still i did not receive any product nor did they bother to refund rs 2188.

On pantaloons website on my order page it is being displayed that order no 3513406 is under processing and no option to track product delivery status. This is very much unexpected of pantaloons.

I don't need this order any more. Kindly return my money back.

I have ordered 5 items from pantaloons online store on 17th june, 2020 through online payment by paying ₹1136 and so far, only one item had been delivered and there is no information given regarding the other 4 items. I had tried calling the customer care number so many times and there is no response from them. Also, i had mailed on their mail id regarding the same but there is of no use. How can they be so negligent carrying such a reputed name?

I wish to inform you that i have not received 2 items and 1 had returned i item as per details given below for order no 3486621 dated[protected]
1) boys strip navy-blue t shirt rs 449 (Returned)
2) pantaloons junior boys solid light grey melange track pants rs 399 (Not delivered)
3) chalk boys stripe blue t-shirt rs 229 (Not delivered)
Out of the above i have received refund for item no 1 and 2
But form item no 3 amounting to rs 229 i have not recd any refund
Kindly look into the matter

I am repeatedly emailing pantaloons customer care that 1 jeans worth Rs 480 of my order no 3470291 dated 16.06.2020 has not yet been delivered to me but they simply don't care about it. I just get automated responses.

Even I got a reply stating "This is to inform you that the query raised by you has been resolved by our Customer Support Team against the reference number INFO[protected]."

But the problem has not been resolved yet. I did not receive the jeans nor did they bother to refund Rs 480. They don't bother to do the needful regarding this. 1 pantaloons guy from Bangalore called me from phone number +[protected] to tell me about the discount offers going on in their company but when I said I have not received 1 shipment yet he just ended the call abruptly rather rudely.

On Pantaloons website in my order page it is being displayed that order no 3470291 has been partially delivered. There were 2 shipments and I am repeatedly saying I have received 1 shipment and I did not receive other 1 which included 1 jeans. This is very much unexpected of Pantaloons.

Further I request GOI to take necessary measures against the companies who cheat their customers who do online shopping from their websites.

I bought a trouser online from pantaloon store which was large in size so I returned it 1-2 weeks back but I didn’t get a refund although i tried contacting customer care tgey didn’t pick up my call. Highly disappointed

I placed an order online 10th of july, 2020. Today it os 24th and the status says order under processing. I tried contacting them via mail and phone. But no repsonse.

Today, I went to a pantaloons store right next to my society as I was in dire need to buy new clothes. I had recently read about the consumers' act about how retailers cannot charge the customer for carry bags. Still, they charged me and when I mentioned about the act, they refused to listen and said that they have been ordered to charge for them.

I have placed two orders with order no. 3506932 and 3494376. The order was not delivered to me for a long time and now it is showing the status as order rejected. May i know the reason why the order was not delivered to me? And also when will i get my refund? I'll not suggest anyone to buy from your site as the order is delayed too much and few items are retuned without even attempting the delivery.

I would like to escalate the issue wherein my query has not been addressed & no response from customer support team.

I have ordered 6 items through pantaloons online & below is the status as per website :-

4 pantaloons junior solid pink melange track pants, color pink size : 13, 14y yes not yet picked up created 2445443
5 pantaloons junior girls graphic printed peach t-shirt, color peach, size : 15-16 y not yet delivered but website says delivered n/a

Multiple times i have tried calling customer care on[protected] but there is no appropriate response, call disconnection while speaking, unable to connect & waiting on ivr for 45 minutes.

One of the product is not yet delivered but website says delivered. I have returned these products due to size issue, your website does not allow for exchange, it directly ask to return the product.

Kindly update me the status via responding to this email or call me.

Also i would like to know when will i get my refund.

My order id is: 3411284 and return id is: 2322993. My return pick up was made on 8th june 2020 by the courier partner shadow fax. Pantaloons received the product but yet they did not initiate the amount of rs.380.71. I called their customer care but there is no response from their side. I also wrote them mails regarding this issue but always they reply me saying that my issue has been resolved. I asked them to send me transaction id of the refund made but they don't respond to it. Some of my complaint numbers are comp[protected] and info[protected]. I also messaged them through their instagram handle but the response is the same. Please issue my refund as soon as possible.
