We visited pantaloons store at rajarampuri kolhapur yesterday. From the staff to counter person, no one told us that they aren't allowing exchanges. I asked the staff if i can try clothes, she said trial rooms aren't open.
So we thought okay, we will try after going home. I tried and i want the tops one size bigger. We went to store and they said that they tell every customer about it.
In fact there's no board as to 'no exchange' kept at counter (At least not there till today). They were very rude. Both me and my husband went there from 8 kms far just to exchange my clothes during our office time today so we don't do late.
But the awful experience is what we got.
Get us the exchange now, because it's store's mistake. No one told us. Check the camera footage and then talk to us.

I purchased products from pantaloons online store through cash on delivery on 2/6/2020 and delivers on 6/6/2020 and 15/6/2020 in two shipment. I returned these products and waited for the pantaloons credits to be received according to their policy but it's been more than 2 weeks they are not taking any actions nor they respond to calls or email.

Unfortunately i have ordered from pantaloons online website and returned the product as it wasn't good quality.

Returned the product and keep following up with them yet no response. No got my refund even after a month. Worst customer care and worst website have shopped ever

I have ordered some apparels from pantaloons online store. Some of them are not up to the mark so i returned them. But it is one month now, pantaloons is not refunding my money nor replying to complaint mails and not receiving calls on [protected].
This ridiculous behaviour is not expected from such brand.
They are cheaters and fraudsters.
Never buy anything from them.

I purchased 1 jeans, 2 shirts nd 2 t shirts from pantaloons bhilwara. The cashier asked me to pay ₹7 for carry bag. When i told him that charging for carry bag us illegal he said that it is company's rule nd he cant help. So i ws forced to pay ₹7 for carry bag. So many times it is told that charging for carry bag is penalised bt the company has still nt changed its rule fr charging. The court shud give strict penalty to the company so that in future no customer is harrassed fr carry bag.

I had purchased a pair of sports shoes, from hubli pantaloon retial, the pair of shoes lost its design and started looking completely different within a month of my purchase. The shoes had a texture on it, which was lost on one shoe and both started lookig so odd. When purchased it was with guarantee as said by them, and when i complained, they told me that the shoes is not covered in the warranty and even cant be replaced. The cheater company. We need to boycott such fraud and cheating companies...

Dear all, this is in reference to the shirt which i had bought from pantaloons store located at civil line nagpur. Shirt is pretty much dirty and cloths also looks older one since initially when i bought it looks good in light but totally opposite when i see at home.. Kindly consider the concern and refund the money as i do not wish to buy or exchange new one. Attaching image for your reference..

22nd february, 2020, I bought two Turtle Pant from Pantaloon, patia, Bhubaneswar. After alter, I received the two pant. When I wore one Pant the Pant stitch opened suddenly due poor stitching quality.
when came for return, they did not return the item.only stitched the affected area. The official are not cooperative and they are not ready to listen the problem. I lost the faith on pantaloons.

Staff is very unprofessional specialy a boy in pantloons store. He did not show any products to me even after asking thrice. He was rude. I want a warning to be issued against him... All what staff there does is gossiping.
Anathor issue with this boy was that he told that a product cant be exchanged as you tried that product again at pantloon fitting room even when you want to exchange it. When i came to store taking it for exchange i thought to confirm ince again if i want to exchange it so tried that jeans there but he told me that since you wore it so we cant exchange.. I wore it at pantllons fitting room only

I left pantaloon in the year of 2012 and did not withdraw my pf amount. Pantaloon acquired by aditya birla now and i dont have any idea on how to withdraw my pf. The establishment id status shows as closed. Please help me in this regard. ;

Purchased an ajile sock, the product has weaving defect and a hole in the other pair and all the packing in store was hand torn!! Complaint the store keeper Hemant Kr, but did not helped!

This something very awkward to buy a sock from pantaloons and then open it instantly to check and then bill. If so, then I don’t find any diff between footside stores and pantaloons!!

Hello.. Yesterday i received my order and i'm not happy with product quality and received old product. So i wanted to return those products and requesting to transfer that amount to bank account. But here it don't find that option to refund to my bank account. I'm totally disappointed with this. Please resolve it for me. I don't want to shop here again. Help me through this. I'm asking my own money to transfer to my account but they are denying to transfer it.

I just want to submit a complaint regarding charging of double tax on the products. I recently purchased a jeans from brand factory and the product price was already inclusive of all taxes then why they charge an extra 5% tax on the same. There are many other brands that don’t charge double tax but brand factory does. It is a very serious issue as customers are being cheated openly without any fear. Also, customers are also not aware of this fraud they are going through. Please take some serious actions against it as recently govt took action on bata for charging price for paper bags. It is is much more serious than that.

I bought leather belt as gift to my dad and did not noticed the size after reaching home my dad said it's too small we need bigger size belt i went to exchange but staff was not ready to exchange stating system won't allow.

I want same belt with xl size now since the price tag and the condition of belt is very good they should exchange with same brand bigger size

I got a jacket that was on sale and lost the receipt. I now want to change the size from Medium to Small, please suggest if I can change the size at any Pantaloon store.
I also want to know if the exchange or refund can be done at any store and within how many days.
As I got the jacket out of India and size doesn’t fit properly.

I placed an order of backpack on 30/12/2019 which costs me ₹80 (96% off on mrp) while placing the order. I placed the order, ₹179 got deducted (80+99 shipping), i got the confirmation also. But, the same day in the evening, i received a message from them saying my order has been cancelled and the refund of ₹179 has been processed. When i called them to confirm the same, their response was like, there was a technical glitch on the site due to which the price of the bag seemed as ₹80. And now, they cannot process my order and no any further considerations would be entertained in this regard.

My question in this regard is that, if their site has any technical glitch, why the hell a customer has to suffer. Further, if there was something like that, atleast they should have contacted me or notified regarding the issue. But, they cancelled my order themselves and did not even bother to inform me about the same.

How is this justified, how a customer can believe them and show the trust. According to this and thier terms, they can deny any service saying they have issues in ther site. Disgusting!

Hi friends today i share my personal pathetic experience with the brand factory online.
I strongly suggest don't even try to think to buy the products from online or at their retail outlet.
They all are cheaters seating there. Just try to make money by fooling customers.
I have purchased spyker jeans online on 28-october-2019. But the product is not fit so i request to
Exchange/return it. The customer care person told me that our executive will come to your shipping address to pick
The product. After 2 months when not getting any response when i mailed him about this then service executives
Of brand factory give me some irrelevant and fake reasons like my mobile is not reachable or i am absence in my shipping address.
No one called him or visit my shipping address as of now.

After writing mails since 2 months to the band factory i really fed up of these guys, and forced me to write about them
So that no other persons get fooled by these persons.

I have requested for exchange my product and they picked it up on 10th december 2019, but they didn't upadate in my accoumt. So i called them at their customer care but still didn't get any solution.

Everytime the told that u ll get ur product by next week, its been 20 days over still didn't get any update.

Even they didn't reply my mail too.
