I placed an order of backpack on 30/12/2019 which costs me ₹80 (96% off on mrp) while placing the order. I placed the order, ₹179 got deducted (80+99 shipping), i got the confirmation also. But, the same day in the evening, i received a message from them saying my order has been cancelled and the refund of ₹179 has been processed. When i called them to confirm the same, their response was like, there was a technical glitch on the site due to which the price of the bag seemed as ₹80. And now, they cannot process my order and no any further considerations would be entertained in this regard.

My question in this regard is that, if their site has any technical glitch, why the hell a customer has to suffer. Further, if there was something like that, atleast they should have contacted me or notified regarding the issue. But, they cancelled my order themselves and did not even bother to inform me about the same.

How is this justified, how a customer can believe them and show the trust. According to this and thier terms, they can deny any service saying they have issues in ther site. Disgusting!

    Hi friends today i share my personal pathetic experience with the brand factory online.
    I strongly suggest don't even try to think to buy the products from online or at their retail outlet.
    They all are cheaters seating there. Just try to make money by fooling customers.
    I have purchased spyker jeans online on 28-october-2019. But the product is not fit so i request to
    Exchange/return it. The customer care person told me that our executive will come to your shipping address to pick
    The product. After 2 months when not getting any response when i mailed him about this then service executives
    Of brand factory give me some irrelevant and fake reasons like my mobile is not reachable or i am absence in my shipping address.
    No one called him or visit my shipping address as of now.

    After writing mails since 2 months to the band factory i really fed up of these guys, and forced me to write about them
    So that no other persons get fooled by these persons.

      I have requested for exchange my product and they picked it up on 10th december 2019, but they didn't upadate in my accoumt. So i called them at their customer care but still didn't get any solution.

      Everytime the told that u ll get ur product by next week, its been 20 days over still didn't get any update.

      Even they didn't reply my mail too.

        The staff at outlet in Karol Bagh, delhi are so unprofessional. They do not know how to behave with customers. They will create a huddle to discuss about a particular customer using abusive language. This is the standard of Pantaloons staff support. They treat others like they are the owners of the outlet. Unprofessional, illiterate and ### staff 😒

          Hello,
          Today i did shopping at pantaloons store located in indore, cashier asked me for bag, i said yes. Than she charged for a single bag is 5rs of paper bag. Is it true that when we are trying to making india plastic free where our citizens have to give money of paper bag.
          My concern is that when we can buy stuff from your store of 1000rs then why they can not provide us a paper bag free.
          Please take an action against this brand, they are making people fool.

            The sales people of pantaloons in brookfield s coimbatore are not aware of what all offers are there in store. As in for what happened today, i went to the pepe jeans section and selected from it's "buy 2 get get 2 free"offer and selected 4 jeans spending 2 hours that too with a sales girl helping me out. Subsequently when i went to pay, the cash counter person said this is not on offer. Wasted my time and effort for nothing

              Sir,

              I had bought Van Huesen top and trouser from Pantaloons, Patia, Bhubaneswar of Rs. 999 and Rs. 1699 respectively. As according to the offer, it was mentioned in the store that on buying two garments of Van Huesen, there will be a flat Rs. 750 off.

              But the counter person said if both the garments are above Rs. 1000 then only the offer is applicable. But nothing such was mentioned in the offer board. Also, the other garment I bought was only one rupee less than 1000.

              I kindly request you to look into the matter. And I expect to return Rs. 750 to me according to the offer.

                I bought items of rs 4000 from pantaloons. The cashier asked me if i want carry bags and said that they will charge rs9 for the carry bag instead of the court directions for not charging any extra penny for paper bags from customers. I refused to take the bag because it was illegal... And when i asked why are they charging for this paper bag their reply was that every showroom charges some amount for the carry bag. I bought all the items in my hand.

                  I had visited pantaloons today at borivaki west branch. As after a long time i got to get inside the changing room to try my clothes. I had just been inside 5 mins, and the saleswoman named "sushma" working at global desi. Standing outside to hurry up. It's totally unfair, she was acquainted with the customer and telling us to hurry. What about us standing there for good long time.

                    We went to pantaloons store near dahisar check naka at 09:45 pm on 12/12/2019 and the bag counter person did not allow us to enter the store, the store closes at 10:00 pm which is mentioned on thier website. Since we are 15 minutes before the store closing time we have the right to shop, we are disappointed with pantaloons because they have wasted our time

                      I want to return part of my purchase done on 23 nov 2019 from pantaloon store. The reason being the defect in one jacket of ajile brand that i bought. I want full refund of the defected apparels or change piece after returning them. But i have lost the invoice... Can i get a copy of the invoice or if the return is possible without the invoice... Please help!!!

                        I'm totally disappointed with your service for providing gift card.. I'm frequent buyer for the gift card your online store.. This time by mistakenly selected egift card against physical gift card... I'm raising the concern to your woohoo team... They said not possible to transfer the money to physical against e-gift card.. Finally they told that again you pay 18000 for e gift card.. Then we refund the your amount.. Is they way to treated the customer... How i belive to the place the order again... I'm totally disappointed way your service to the customer. I agreed my mistake.. But never i'm get the resolution. Very cheated call centre and website woohoo.

                          I placed an order in branfactory online and i received wrong size and it's like old clothes so i want to return those, but they are not changing the status to 'delivered' still my order status is 'ordered'. Due to this i am not able to return the products and i contacted their support team more than 20 times till now and they didn't even responding properly.

                          I am contacting them from past 4 months and they are not even responding and they are saying only one answer from 4 months that we are working and will let you know.
                          It's been almost 5 months and still they didn't refunded my amount.

                          still my issue not yet resolved and brand factory online customer care people not even responding to my emails and phone calls.

                          Since from 7 months brand factory people are saying they will resolve my issue but not done yet.

                          I contacted them more than 50 times till now.

                            I bought three apparels o[censored]cb branch on 20th nov' 2019 from pantaloons store located at phoenix market city mall in pune (Maharashtra). On 21st nov'2019, went back to same brand outlet to return one of the item and as i had explore same brand apparels a day before so was sure will not have much to see and get it exchanged. Hence, asked ucb brand staff that can i get credit note against one of the item or may be i can buy same price product of some other brand?

                            Brand staff said that i cannot return the item as it was bought under discounted price offer and said that i can get it exchanged against some other item and pushed me to buy two apparels to get current offer benefits. I went to return one of the item but had no option as said by brand staff so started exploring option to get it exchanged, after investing 1 hour i finally decided to buy two apparels to get ongoing offer benefits and went to billing counter to process it further.

                            Cashier asked me to pay balance amount for buying two apparels against exchange of one and i was about to pay him the balance value but as i was not interested to buy as my intend was to take credit note and buy later so with the same intend i asked to cashier again that will it not be possible to return one of the item and get credit note?

                            Cashier replied that yes, you can return one of the item and get credit note to shop later within 30 days. Listening to this information, i asked him to wait for 5 minutes and not to generate bill for balance value of exchange. Till the time i think and provide my final decision, dispute started between cashier and brand staff for credit note vs. Exchange items.

                            To resolve their issue, manager came and said cannot issue credit note as per policy and then, a guy came claiming he is store manager (Whereas he was not) and said you cannot exchange one item and buy two against it as per policy.

                            I was like do hell with your internal communication gaps and returned back rest of the items bought day before and asked for refund. Now, items are with them at their store and i am still struggling to get my refund.

                            Received call from another guy clifford alvares, he also claimed on call that he is the store manager and said as per policy we can't initiate refund into bank account, can issue a credit note. He was also unable to understand that a customer who is highly frustrated with your staff behavior, why would he come back to buy anything form the same store.

                            Calling customer care is also of no use as they are just coordinators and have no decision making authority. Have never seen such a hopeless staff and management.

                              Shopping done from pantaloons retail shop at ahmedabad one, vastrapur, ahmedabad on 17.11.2019. Got the message to avail discount of rs. 250/- on purchase of 1000/-. Total shopping worth reading 7426/- done, but no discount given even after confirming at the billing counter. Receipt no: p090004i 19012266. Look forward for a quick solution for the discount that had to be availed.

                                I purchased around 8 items today and 2 of them were in offer i. E. Buy 2 get one free.
                                But the staff never mentioned which one is free
                                I even asked them on the cash counter he mentioned nothing is on offer. We'll after spending around one hour in the store i thought ihv mistaken by that offer and hence couldn't say anything further to the cashier.
                                The bill worth 6900 was done.
                                Later when i again chked at the place i picked those 2 items i saw that the same offer was mentioned.
                                Now after talking to everyone including the manager i was told that i had to pick the 3rd item which had the similar offer and that could be free

                                1. Shouldn't this been known to cashier?

                                After arguing i was given a gate pass and told that i can pick the free one.
                                While picking i again asked if seriously it will be free and i was told yes.
                                I picked a jeans worth rs1600.
                                Again at the counter i was asked to pay 700 extra.

                                Why? Coz that was the highest of all 3.

                                2. Shouldn't this also been told to me? I was told it will be absolutely free.

                                Now it was like 2 hrs in the store. Waste of money and waste of time.

                                What is expected for a customer to just stay cool?
                                Why is the system not having the relevant checks as when 2 r scanned it shud promt that the customer should pick the 3rd one?

                                Finally i could not take the benefit of the offer.
                                What is the use of such offer when the customer is bullied in this manner?
                                The entire offer is to be explained when you make some noise?
                                I lost the benefit
                                I lost the trust
                                I wasted my time... Rubbish pantaloons

                                  I purchased 3 pair of sixcks on 13.11.19 receipt no. P385004i i9006536when at home i take it out from polythene i found length is very short today on14.11.19 i went to exchange it with van huesen socks. I had purchased that too on 13 th that i found good. But they refused. Saying we don't exchange socks. Though it was not even opened. It was not mentioned on the box they kept nor verbally while billing. I wish to change it because of size but couldn't saying its not our policy we don't change after billing. Isn't it wrong it was not mentioned, the manager at store said small shopkeepers write such things. I asked but how people will come to know when you will not tell. At customer care also he said sorry for your loss but it is our policy. But isn't it cheating. Shopping for so long from pantaloons but very disappointed that such a brand can also do like this with their customers. Really shameful.

                                    Hi Pantaloon,

                                    I am really very pissed off, i am a regular customer and always shop from pantaloon shalimar bagh. But now, i am very much disappointed as your staff always ask to pay for carry bags which is absolutely illegal as per the law.
                                    They ask 5 INR for small paper bag and i know i have paid more than 5 for big paper bags also.

                                    I have seen people fighting and leaving at the counter all their cart and then after all drama your guys waive the carry bags charge as no business would want to lose customer on the basis of carry bags.

                                    But, I dont want to be a part of such mess and pay it nicely but that is not acceptable to me anymore. I don't understand, when pantaloon has already been fined in chandigarh for such trade practice then why your store in shalimar bagh is still charging for carry bags.
