    Today I visited in bhagalpur outlet. But very poor customer service at phantloon shop.
    Then don't accept my credit card nor give me bill
    But after all I purchased at shop but behavior of staff not very good

        My order ID is 4049854. I placed my order on 15th December 2020 and got delivered on 17th December 2020. I ordered pair of shoes for which I wanted size change. But when I called the customer care for replacement they said we do not have replacement policy whereas they will provide me refund and I can place new order.

        But I used coupon for Rs 500 in this order and if I will place new order I will not be able to use the coupon as its validity is over.

        So I want a new discount coupon for Rs 500 so that I can place a new order for smaller size.

          Hi bought some palazzos at Pantaloons Baner, but I was not given the discount. The online price for same items was almost 50% of what I was charged. Usually the online discounts are also given for same products at store too. This is what I have experienced with most of the stores. But here its not the case. Its pathetic and kind of cheating your customers to sell same item at 2 different prices(online and offline). I want to have refund of the products. Would never buy from Pantaloons hence forth.

            Staff named Miss. Pooja at Bareilly phoniex Mall..did not replied properly.
            She gave false information that one cannot buy 1 article.. instead of being helpful..she misbehaved and was least bothered.
            When complaint about this to manager..he was also least bothered..and did not took any action.

              On 16th November I bought two Products from Pantaloons website. They products didn't fit me well so I opted for their return policy. Till date no one came to pick up the Products. Everytime I call Pantaloons they give me dates and weeks to wait. Mr. Rohit from customer care Pantaloons promised the pick will happen surely on 4dec which is today. But today also no pick up happened. I called Pantaloons again and again today Mr. Adil told me to wait and wait. What happened to 5-7days pick up policy??

              Also they claim to have tried sending pickup agents twice and both the times they claim to not reach me. While the ''successfully found my address to deliver these products which I am trying to return''. What is the logic ?

                  I bought clothes from Pantaloons at Vasant Kunj Ambience Mall and they charged GST above MRP. I have the tags that states “inclusive of all taxes”, however, I paid Rs800 above MRP which is not a bifurcation of the tax. It is added above the MRP. They did not give the paper bill, so I couldn’t check it then and there. They sent the bill via sms. So when I reached home, I got to know I was duped. Please solve this issue ASAP.

                      /YESTERDAY i.e;29/11/20 I went to a retail store of pantaloons near me, I came home and checked the rates online and it was half of what you charged in store, is this really fair?, Ive lost my invoice, because ive thrown it thinking you actually charged for what we bought yesterday!, i also removed the tags of everrything, But I can get an invoice because we registered our mobile number while the time of paying the bill...please look into my problem i want my refund, and for your information I also asked if there are any sale options present at the store, but they've replied they were over..when the festival season is off, ...ALL I WANT IS HOW CAN YOU CHARGE DIFFERENTLY THROUGH ONLINE AND RETAIL STORE ITS NOT EVEN DIFFERENT IT IS DOUBLE THE RATE😤😤😤, i can even tag the prices of online pictures and send links of my invoice which is im going to collect tommoroww!

                        A simple query is taking over 45 days. What is the point of lengthy responses on emails without an resolution. Each time I contact you say you will resolve in 4 business days, this is repeated over three times now.

                        I wrote to you in the month of October 2020:
                        Dear Team,

                        I made purchase of INR 7400 on 14 Oct 2020 and was assured that I will receive a voucher of INR 1000 in 24 hours to my email address. It is about 10 days and have not received any gift voucher so far.

                        Could you please confirm the same?

                          Hi Team,

                          I have placed an order#3860084 on 25/10/20 and the estimated delivery date was 29/10/20. But till today the product has not been delivered to me. I have raised a complaint#COMP[protected] on 06th November by calling Pantaloon customer care but I am not getting any resolution for this.

                          I have called several times and mailed them also but each time they are avoiding my query by saying to wait for few more days. They are not ready to refund my money also. When I insist to cancel the order and provide me refund, the customer care team is promising me to give me a call back with a resolution but I have never received a call back or any resolution.

                          Worst part is I am really annoyed and frustrated as the neither I am getting my product nor the customer care team is ready to provide any solution. They are emerging as a big time fraud and forcing us to wait till infinite time with out providing resolution after so many follow ups.
                          So I request you to please help me from this cheaters.

                                On the occasion of festive season only single cash counter is working, none of the staff is ready to listen moreover the staff is speaking in village language and complaining to the customer dat nobody is listening to them. Waiting here from past an hour but nobody is bothered to bill my stuff .

                                  I bought track pants from Pantaloons Chhindwara.And i hardly wore them 4 5 times and noticed small holes at the back side.Quality is very poor.It has been washed twice or thrice only.

                                    I bought Some stuff of Wrong Brand from Pantaloons Deepkamal Mall Varachha, And I specially Bought That Stuff For Promo Item Provided By Wrong Brand, And I got That Promo Item Defective Twice, And Last time I'm Clearly Said To That Promoter Of That Brand, if i havn't receive that promo soon than i'll replace that stuff and he says ok if cloths are washed than also he do replace, today i go there and they denied me for do that and also behavior of Store manager also verry Rude, He don't Seems like he is a manager of the store, plz clear This issue becoz they wrongly commite, now i want to exchange that stuff. plzz do some needfull

                                      Order no 3780988,
                                      order placed on 30.9.20, total 8 items,
                                      delivery made for only 6 items,
                                      shipment missing 2 items
                                      raising complaints with consumer care at [protected],
                                      emails to [protected]@afbri.adityabirla.com since Oct 4, 20, standard reply that its being looked into,
                                      the portal shows delivered whereas the items were missing in shipment. A second order no 3767186 also had 1 item still undeliverd.
                                      on speaking to customer care they insist that all items have been delivered and accepted by me in person.
                                      i want a formal apology, a total refund for items not recieved and compensation for harrasment and time lost in chasing my orders.

                                        I have returned one of the purchased product on16th of September 2020.
                                        But till date my refund is not processed .

                                        I have inquired the same with pantaloons customer care over phone and email but response is to wait another 3-5 working days.
                                        I am very much unhappy with the customer support. Could you please initiate the refunds for my product returned with Refund ID: 2709142.
