Visited van heusen showroom in vr chennai mall on oct 22, 2019. Bought a blazer for rs.6999. As size 40 was unavailable at the store, the store was getting the blazer from another van heusen store in adyar. They took measurements for alteration and confirmed that the blazer will be ready for pickup on oct 24, 2019. Blazer body length had to be shortened to fit me.

Called the store on oct 24, 2019 to check if the blazer was available for pickup. They answered the call and told me that they will check and call back within an hour. However, they did not call back. Visited the store on oct 25, 2019 as they didn't respond in call. They said that alteration will take more days, it is very common that it will take more days and blazer will be ready on oct 26, 2019. I asked them why could not they inform this earlier and they did not have a proper answer for this. Car parking fee in the mall was high and i had to pay it unnecessarily just to check status on blazer readiness. I am not happy with paying car parking fee as they could have informed the correct date or could have informed over phone.

As the store confirmed the second time (On oct25, 2019), the blazer was ready on oct 26, 2019. Store called me to inform this in the evening. As it was already late in the evening, i went to the store the next day on oct 27, 2019. But the store was closed on oct 27, 2019 for diwali. I went again on oct 28, 2019 and requested the blazer. I gave them the receipt and the alteration slip. They showed me the blazer and i tried it on. Alteration were made on sleeve length as well as body length. I noticed that both the sleeve length and body length were too short. When i asked them why it is too short, the store manager measured the length of the altered blazer. Body length was shortened an inch by mistake and i did not notice the sleeve length clearly. Sleeve length measurement is not available in the alteration slip. Body length is mentioned in the alteration slip as 1.5 inches. But the blazer was shortened 2.5 inches. After measuring the length, store manager told me this blazer cannot be used and you can select any other blazer from the store. I checked other blazers in the store but nothing suited me. I asked them if the same blazer can be ordered but they replied size 40 isn’t available. So i asked them to refund my money. They said size 38 would fit me if they altered it. After 20 mins, they came back repositioning the blazer button on size 38. However, size 38 did not fit me. They said you can buy anything from the store for the money spent on the blazer. I did not require anything else (A pant or a shirt) and requested them to return the money. But they said its not in the store policy. I had to get back the money so i can buy the blazer elsewhere. The argument between store manager and me started. I speak tamil and english but the store manager is replying back in telugu. He spoke tamil while buying the blazer but now he doesn’t speak tamil and i don’t understand his english. He abuses me that i don’t understand business policies and comments that i am lethargic. He started speaking without respect and just ignores me by attending other customers. After standing in the store for couple of hours, they told me that they will talk to senior management and get back to me. I am writing this complaint on oct 28, 2019 around 11.30pm and they confirmed that they will call back on oct 29, 2019 10:30am.

While asking the receipt back, they gave me a new one as they couldn’t find the original receipt. I insisted on getting the original receipt and then they were able to find it. Similarly when asked for the alteration slip, they gave me a new one. New alteration slip had new measurements. They wrote a new slip with 2inches as body length and something on the sleeve length. I refused to take the new alteration slip and asked for the original one. They again searched for it for sometime and said it is in trash. They gave back the original alteration slip and they said they took it from trash. Please note that they still have the altered blazer. I am attaching the original invoice, new invoice and original alteration slip.

Store has done alteration incorrectly. They are cheating with new alteration slips. They are refusing to refund the money. I doubt if they will respond back on oct 29, 2019 (Tomorrow). Can you please help in getting the refund.

    I bought undergarments from pantaloons on[protected]. The cashier asked me if i want carry bags and to my wonder they charged rs 5 for the carry bag instead of the court directions for not charging any extra penny for paper bags from customers. On the paper bag there was logo of pantaloons and when i asked why are they charging for this paper bag their reply was its their rule, they're charging from each customer who needs the bag.

      I am associated with pantaloons products from a very long time, as in my city, having natural crises and heavy flood at our city (Vadodara, gujarat) in this monsoon. I couldn't use pantaloons e-code in the month of august, which i received after completing the milestone reward after spend rs.5 lakhs about heavy flood in vadodara, you can also google and verify.       I have been here in Pantaloons, Star Mall for 2 hours after purchasing Rs.11000 products, the luggage that I am given is locked. The staffs are unable to open it and want now 2 days of time which is not possible for me as I live out of Kolkata. I want my money back and cancel my bill which they are not allowing.

        Now i want to claim my pf, please help me.

          I bought couple of items from pantaloons located near by law garden ahmedabad. Billing desk ask me to pay charges for bag if you want bag. I wanted to know why they charge to customer who buying from their store... I am really disappointed with this kind of brands asking to pay charges for carry bags. This is related to customer service and i am eagerly to know fact about this type of charges.

            I was charged 7 rupees for paper carry bag on[protected] at pantaloons, shopprix mall meerut (Store id - p092).
            Receipt number p092006i19005582. Cashier name - anil.
            Cashier cashier id -348679
            I had bought five clothing items for which i required a carry bag. On demand, i was told i will be charged for it. I had no option as i did not have any bag with me and i had to travel on bike.
            The carry bag has pantaloons print on it.
            On enquiry, i was told it's a company policy and it can't be changed. I believe it is illegal to charge for a bag that too printed with company name as if i am paying them for their free publicity.

              This is in reference to the merchandise which i brought from thane, pantaloons store, viviana mall on 13oct 2019
              Ibrought a green dress from and brand to gift it tosome which costed me around 5000inr
              Due to some problem in product or system that i don't know their system couldn't scan barcode of that dress so staff there names varsha exchanged the label of that dress with another dress manually
              That time only i felt something fishy i asked her there should not be any problem in exchange she said no problem will be there u can exchange till 3 months
              Then within 3 days i brought that dress for color exchange they behavved very rudely to me and said they won't exchange now stating that the dress has been used.
              I have not even touched that manually altered labels or barcode which they did during billing without that how can someone use that
              And if it comes to altered merchandise then this merchandise had already lost its originality while billing-as they did exchange label or barcode of another dress to it so how can i keep this altered merchandise to gift

                I brought a green dress from and brand costing 5000inr from viviana mall thane for one of our friend day before yesterday. While billing due to some problem system of pantaloons couldn't scan that dress so sales manager varsha changed the label of other red dress from and brand only and put that on green dress and scanned and gave it to me. But to whom i gifted felt some fishy about label and didn't liked color of that dress so i went again for exchange. They said there are stains on the dress and we can't exchange. These people sell there damaged oralready stained product to the customer which could not be scanned in there system also and when u go for exchange they say they just deny it.
                At the time of buying we were told that goods can be exchanged within a limited time period. We were there to exchange the next day itself. The person behind the counter was so rude in his behaviour. Pleaseneverbuy any stuff from pantaloons. These people are very disgusting

                    Falsely blamed me for damaging the product and blamed us to be robbers without any proof. Store people do not have manner how to treat their customers. Talked very rudely. Noone is confident if the product was already damaged or not and they blamed me got damaging it just after i came out from the trial room. And took the whole amount of product from us.

                            Respected sir/ma’am,
                            On 23/09/19 i purchased some clothes worth rs 600 from pantaloons in adabari guwahati. They asked me whether i need carry bag. I said yes.. And they charged me 5rs. At first i thought it would be a plastic bag, but then they gave me a paper bag. I asked them why did they charge for the paper bag, it is against the rule. They said the bag was chargeable. This is not the first time. Pantaloons branches at other locations in guwahati did the same thing, charging rs5 for paper bags. I am raising the complaint with a hope that these unlawful acts will stop. Please oblige.

                            Store manager is Ashish over there who didn't listened the customer, and imposing his fake services on customer and charging for carry bag.

                              We went to vizag dabagardens pantaloons and have been told that for purchasing above 8000, scratch card will be given, gift guarantee. One sales person is behind us to complete the 8k. Against some dresses there was 30%off board and a board shows 299 for 499 rupees shoes, which we have taken, that sales person only calculating and telling us to complete 8k. Because of that we had spent so much time extra, finally when we saw bill of 10000+ we shocked. At billing counter they told no 30% off at all. We felt cheated. There was feedback machine at counter, that billing person himself selecting options without asking the customer. I asked to remove two tops and asked to bill again. I purchased for a value of 8997 without the 30% off on the dress and shoes with value of 499. Really get disappointed with pantaloons

                                We placed an order in brandfactory online shopping (Order number - 95722) on 20 july 2019.

                                Ordered 3 pants and 5 shirts men's, r's 1972.00/- paid online.

                                We received a wrong consignment 6 no's of ladies items on the same day we processed the return request informed to the customer care, put a mail along with photos.

                                On 12th august 2019 we got the refund for 6 items and they refused to pay for the balance 2 items, when asking they told that they delivered.

                                We received a wrong consignment we returned a ladies garments but they put we returned only 6, after that i raised complaint so many times but no action taken.

                                Not Getting the Dinner Set committed Last year on purchaging from Avani Rever Side. That time they told we are out of stock, so please collect after some time. After that several times contacted them and got the same answer from them, . Few day ago when i vised they told you will not get anything from us any more.

                                  Hi Team - This response is really unexpected. Despite providing all the information along with bills, being representative of Pantaools, you should have taken this up with appropriate authority rather suggesting customer to write again . Moreover with having all such evident information, you should have ensured that all Pantaloons Store stop cheating its customer by giving clear direction to all your branches.

                                  Nevertheless I'll approach with hope that appropriate action will be taken . Can you please give me correct email to write to Adityabirla as provided Email is protected . Its appearing as " [protected]@abfrl.adityabirla.com "

                                    I purchased a "6203 PTBD bare denim of cost 899/- on 18.08.2019 from Pantaloons outlet in Logix mall Noida". My Invoice receipt no is P116027I19002860. During making invoice retailer asked to me for a carry bag, I confirm to him same and took carry bag. The cost of this carry bag Rs 5/- bucks, which is "Pantaloons" print on carry bag not bared. I told to him about this that this is free of cost because this is named and you are using this for your advertising, so he denied to give without print carry bag and give same the "Pantaloons named print" carry bag with charges instead of free of cost as per government rules. So I need compensate my cost and make him understand for future.

                                    I have purchased the clothes above 5000/-, and they have charged a money for carry bag.. how ever i don't know should i have to pay for the carry bag or not.. i have asked the cashier guy same but he said we are charging for the carry bag since the brand is established..

                                      I had bought four tshirts from pantaloons near mysuru bus stand, mysuru on 1 september, 2019. At the time of biling i pointed that one of them doesnt have the tag, the cashier assured that it is fine. Later i noticed that the tshurt without tag is defected. I want to return that i have the invoice but the tshirt doesn't have the tag. Kindly guide me with this.

                                        I order light washed jeans of pink and blue brand from brand factory's online website. They complusory ask to prepaid the amount online. So i paid the amount of 224 from my debit card on july 24 2019. And didn't receive the delivery and later when i called them on 03/08/2019 to ask my delivery status for that jeans they informed me that the jeans is out of stock they will refund the amount with 2 4 working days, later i had to call them 4 more day till 26/08/19 to know my refund status. I haven't receive my refund.
