2 times my amount is debited
on 25th of may(Saturday ) i purchase some items from brand factory centrum mall, asansol. The boy who was taking my bill had swipe my card and after that said his POS machine not working but at the same time my amount was deducted from my bank account nd received msg from bank. I tell him amt is deducted but he said, sir aapko firse try krna pdega ye transaction fail hua he, i was asking him but what about my amount which was allready debited, he said "Aapko 24hrs me credit ho jayega" . i wait till now but not getting return my money.really frustated about this incidence even i call customer care, and brand factory also but they didnt pick our phone

    Hi i have purchased 5 items from pantaloons greater noida and they asked me you need paper bag i said yes then they charged me for paper bag but according to new rule if shop name printed on bag then you can not charged for bag now what to do tell me.what a disgusting service and staff was not professional i think i need to switch any other store.i am only goes pantaloons first if i will get this type of service then i need to think twice.

      Hello,

      My name is Unnikrishnan V. I was out with my family yesterday to shop at Pantaloons store in 'Soul City Mall, Dwarka, New Delhi'.

      There was an ongoing offer that if you purchase worth Rs. 3, 000/- you get vouchers worth Rs. 1, 000/-. Now part of my family who were buying clothes for kids went ahead n billed it, while the others were still buying other stuff. In another 15-20 minutes we also went to the billing counter and were told about the offer we said "Yes, our total billing is more than Rs. 3, 000/- and part of it has already been billed few mins back". But to our surprise they pushed back saying the offer is not valid because you billed part already. Mind you, none o[censored]s even left the store and 5-6 family members were all scattered in the store doing their shopping.

      This is a clear case of invoicing issue where they couldn't club the 2 separate packets and so called it invalid instead of helping us with a way to avail the offer. So, inspite of technically shopping for over Rs 3000/- we got nothing.

      Now, we walked to the customer support desk in the store and were rejected by them too. Then came in a Supervisor (guy wearing specs and clearly oversmart) who again refused to understand the details we were sharing and instead said the only way to avail the offer now is "we will issue you a credit note (as an exchange), and then when you come back and shop for another Rs. 3000, you can avail the Rs 1000 discount. This in effect meant to get the Rs. 1000 which we were eligible for, the store supervisor suggests the customer to shop for another Rs. 3000 the next day.

      It is not just a matter of Rs 1000/- here, but it's about the way we got treated at the store and how nicely the folks stuck to just one thing "this is the process sir, ab bill ban gaya, nothing can be done". Followed by the oversmart supervisor who gave us an even bigger idea to shell out more money to get what we were supposed to, in the first place. A snapshot of the invoices is attached herewith.
      Is that what Pantaloons offers as a Customer's experience for Brand loyalty?

      Look forward to a more meaningful intervention from Pantaloons team to come up with a better solution to this issue.

        I visited brand factory located at acropolis mall, thaltej, ahmedabad on 20/05/2019. They are just fooling all the customers.in an ongoing unbranded to branded shopping festival, they are not providing the discount specified on vouchers as rs. 150 for some mentioned brands, which is otherwise 100 per voucher. It is only when i pointed out and they had to provide it.
        Secondly they are charging 5% gst over and above the product mrp.

          I have purchased 3478 rs thing and after that there is extra gst is included in my bill even though all taxes are already included in my products. Give me a proper reason for that? Or whatever extra gst is given on the bill should be returned. Bill also shows clearly that all the GST is included in the products I have taken and in the product rates also all the tax are clearly written to included all the tax. When I checked out the bill it shows me that with the products which have already included all type of taxes there total is a sub total and after that I have given CGST and SGST of 2.5 and 6 % for both respectively and that to for different amounts which charged me extra 267.78 rs.

          Hi Ragini, thank you for reaching out to us. We wish to inform you that the GST amount is included in the MRP of the product and there is no charge over and above that. GST bifurcation is mandatory on bills, thus it is displayed as the bifurcation under 'Sub Total'. The MRP total is equal to the Bill Total and there are no extra charges.

            I had purchase 3 shirts from brand factory today i. E. 17 may 2019, from agra outlet, l. They have charged me for carry bag which has their "brand factory" printed on it, as per rules they should not charge for it. When i said to them that you are not allowed to charge for the carry bag they said their is no notifications had came for this so they will charge for carry bag. I request you to take action towards this matter

              I purchased two cotton kurtis of 800 each last month 17/04/2019 and on first wear there are lot of lint balls on cloth even before a single wash. Two kurtis have same issue. I have really been disappointed with the quality of the product. Lot of other brands provide good quality for same price. Looking for some exchange or refund for the product. Please look into this matter. If the cloth needs to be shown at any pantaloons outlet i can do that. I have shopped 3 times at pantaloons last month. Hopefully other items don't give me this issue.. Looking forward for better service. Even at the store, sale guys unaware of offer and information. There needs to be serious training on this part as well.

                On 11 may, 2019 i bought a trousers and pantaloons charged me 5rs extra for the bag. When i said the cashier about the government guide lines he said me government has allowed us to charge until we get our new bags printed. He added saying we are printing new plain bags. Here i was shocked to know that government has given them permission to charge extra for bags where in i have been hearing of cases where government itself has penaltied companies for charging this extra amount.

                  I bought a trousers from pantaloons and the cashier asked me if i need bag and then charged me 5rs for it... When i asked him the reason he says government has given us permission till we get new bags.. Where in i did read if bags has logo of it is not to be charged, when i said this he repeatedly said me it's paper bag and so government has given us permission to charge.

                    I bought one trouser one month back and just wear that 3-4 times only and now i am seeing holes in back side.
                    I paid 800 and i used just 3-4 times
                    I asked store guy he is not ready to replace that trouser. Cloth quality was very bad.
                    This was worst experience i had with pantaloon
                    This is total waste of money.
                    I will never go for pantaloon again.
                    Can you please help me on this.

                      I bought 2 jeans in pantaloons on 1st may 2019.
                      On 1st may there is an offer on purchase of 2 kraus brand jeans. So, i purchased 2 kraus jeans. Now i felt one of the jeans is not right size. So, i went to shop to get the right size jeans. For exchanging of size they are charging extra money of 297.

                      Resolution of the problem is either refund or exchange of the jeans.

                        Brand factory chennai, charges 10 rs for carry bags even after supreme court's order. I had an argument with them, still they charged me saying they will not follow the rules of supreme court..
                        That was ridiculous, being in india these guys are not following the orders of supreme court.. And the mistake if from public side as well, no body is questioning them.. As they are advertising themselves they shouldn't charge for the bags

                          I purchased 2 tops from brand factory in begumpet branch of hyderabad. At the time of billing, they asked me if i want a carry bag. I agreed and to my surprise they charged rs.10/- for a paper carry bag with their brand name. I argued with them saying that they should provide carry bags for free since it has their brand name over it. They refused to provide free carry bag. Since i cannot hold the apparel with hands till my place, i had to pay for the carry bag with great depression.
                          Please compensate for my mental agony.

                            I shopped from pantaloon store at ahluwalia mall, kota, rajasthan. Top is teared from front, tear is not completely visible because of thread design on net. I waited a long time for the response, i ask the storekeeper to check the cctv footage but he didn’t show us the footage of billing counter. He said we cant give defective peace to the costumer and i didn’t check the top, it was my blunder. I want complete exchange

                            Today I already visited the store around 12 pm . They didn’t give the satisfactory answer and refuse to exchange the piece, than after I complained here( consumercomplaints.in). Now what i have to do next please tell and ask the store manager to call me for exchange. Pantaloon is a very big brand and I didn’t expect this from here, its very disappointing.

                              I had purchased clothes from brand factory at kukatpally branch in hyderabad on saturday 27thapril 2019 at rhe cash counter i was asked to pay for carry bag so o said that there is a ruling of court to provide free carry bags to customer but they strongly denied me n hence i was embarrased deeply n had to carry my merchandise on bare hands till parking they even said i can go ahead n complain im the consumer complaint cell they r not bothered i felt deeply insulted im front of all public there i want compensation amount of rs 10000 for the same kinfly help me asap

                                I had visited pantaloon outlets in avani mall on 26.04.2019, i had purchased clothes worth rs 4800. When i had asked for an offer or discount on it, i was explained that i would get rs 500 discount if i was going to purchase of rs 3500 product but they didn't explained me the offer that if i was going to purchase rs 5000 product then i would get rs 1000 discount. Such an offer i come to know from other plantaloon outlets that offer is going on in every plantaloons outlet in kolkata. By such poor service of staff i have paid extra. If i was come to know about rs 5000 offer, i could purchase some more clothes at less cost.

                                It was really a bad experience for me, u need to take an action on it so that it will never be repeated with any customer.

                                  On 27 april 2019 i went to brand factory which is part of future group. There i purchased 1 t shirt and 2 shirt. I went to billing counter for billing they done billing and asked extra 10 for carry bag which is mentioned in bill. When i objected then they told me that we dont have any notification and also told that this future group nothing will happen to complain.

                                    I bought 2 kurtis, 1 trouser and 1 leggings from pantaloons in logix city centre mall but when i wore it, it got torned horizontally below shoulder that happened when i was in my new company to join there. That was so embarrassing moment for me. I have been buying products from pantaloons from 5 years but never such incident happened so i did not kept my invoice with me. But i hope i can get some help on it.

                                      Today i bought some cloths from pantaloons near sdf bus stand sector five kolkata. I'm completely speechless that one of your member insulting a lot to me. She was a lady who bacially taking care of cash counter and this is not only first time that she has behave like this, previously also i have received the same behaviour from her!! I'm a regular customer of pantaloons i'm not sure whether this feedback is take it seriously or not, but for sure from next time i'll surely not choose pantaloons for shopping...!!!

                                        Today i went to brand factory in Aurangabad Akashwani chowk .n i had done shopping for my daughter as i went for billing they ask me for carrybag i told them tht u hav to give carrybag for free as u r doing ur advertisimemt they refuse to do so i they charge me 8 rs for tht so i want to file complaint againt them so plzz help me for tht.

                                        Nothing from there side i told to manager tht this in illigal he told me tht this is company policy he cant help me for tht.he dint gave me any number to followup
