माझ्या पत्नीने रविवार दिनांक 14 जुलै रोजी ब्रँड फॅक्टरी नासिक येथे खरेदी केली. खरेदी केल्यानंतर बील झाल्यानंतर बिलिंग काउंटर कर्मचाऱ्याने 731 रुपये परत देणे होते त्यापैकी 231 रुपये परत केले आणि परंतु 500 रुपये परत दिलेले नसताना तेथील कर्मचाऱ्याने पैसे दिले असा द्यावा केला आहे सदर प्रकरणी आम्ही ग्राहक सेवाकडे दाद मागितली असता कुटल्याही प्रकारची मदत मिळाली नाही.
तरी आपण या प्रकारचा गांभीर्याने विचार करावा हीच विनंती.
आपल्या माहिती साठी मी बिल ची प्रत जोडत आहे.

    I purchased a cloth from pantaloon, elante mall chandigarh, for rs 2152/- including 7 rs door carry bag, while billing the cashier asked me whether i need a carry bag or not, accordingly i given my consent and inform that it's responsibility of the shop to give me carry bag for the item purchased from the shop. It's very unfortunate that he denied the same by telling that no, as per company rule the carry bag is chargeable @ rs.7 per bag. (Copy of receipt of bill and carry bag annexed).

      Hi last weekend on sunday i have bought clothes for around 6000 from pantaloons stores at maxus mall bhayander, which includes 6 kurtas, 4 leggings and three mens tshirt. Today i wore one of the leggings and it was defective. I have not realised and later the leggings torn completely. I have lost the bill. I am really disappointed with this. I want to exchange the product. I have to check all the clothes now. Urgently help me on this.

        I recently bought 3 jeans from pantaloons but the quality of the same turned out to be really poor. I even exchanged one of them yesterday for some other jeans but the quality of the other one is also really poor. I wore the exchanged jeans for not even just 2 hours and its material got rugged from the back. The same issue was with the earlier purchased jeans.
        I need a proper replacement of the items with good quality products.

          Respected sir,

          1. I santosh kumar mishra, on 23 jun 19 visited the aditya birla fashion and retail limited (Pantaloons division) shop in chennai, tambaram east (Aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) plot no. B & c, velachery road, camp road junction, selaiyur, chennai, tamil nadu, india pin - 600073), gstin no. 33aaecp2371c1zw and purchase a "various clothings" of rs. 5510.86/- vide bill receipt no. P305001i1900206 dated 23 jun 19.
          2. While billing the cashier asked me whether i need a carry bag or not, accordingly i given my consent and inform that it's responsibility of the shop to give me carry bag for the item purchased from the shop. It's very unfortunate that he denied the same by telling that no, as per company rule the carry bag is chargeable @ rs.4.72/- per bag. I once again insisted that it's the responsibility of the shop to give the carry bag free of cost to carry the items purchased from shop but he keep on denying the same. Finally i paid total amount of 5510.86/- including rs.4.72/- for carry bag (Copy of receipt of bill and carry bag annexed).
          3. It is pertinent to mention that the carry bag have the words written as – "pantaloons" which is clear that the company is advertising through carry bag at the cost of customer.in addition, the said shop is also charging gst on the total amount of purchase including carry bag (Rs.4.72/- (Copy of bill already annexed). Taking into consideration of the above fact it is requested to please direct the shop to refund the carry bag charge of rs.4.72/- +gst immediately through money order, cheque, dd or any other means as the same must be given free of charge.in addition, it is also requested to please pay compensation for physical strain, mental agony and harassment caused in the due course, suffered due to aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) negligence, in the sum of rs.1, 00, 000 /-.
          4. In case the amount will not be refunded and compensation not paid, i shall be constrained to initiate against aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

            They had an offer where unbranded dresses can be given and the company will give columns in exchange. You can buy dresses to redeem the coupons. They told we get a reduction of 300 rupees on jeans and when i bought the jeans they said the offer is only for gents jeans. Also when i bought a too they reduced 100 rupees which was then added to the bill in the form of gst. The coupons they are giving are a big scem. They are cheating all the customers who are buying dresses from them.

            I visited the store in cosmo mall, zirakpur, mohali on 22/06/19. I bought some clothes and during bill they asked me whether i want carry bag or not and i said yes and then they charged me Rs10 extra for carry bag.
            Kindly tale some actions against them.

              I am a regular customer of pantaloons and yesterday i did a shopping for 16000 on which i had to pay 8200. After going home i saw that one of the pant had threads coming out. So obviously i came for an exchange as i can’t gift someone pants with thread coming out. Now here in karol bagh pantaloon they told me i can’t exchange for any product from the same house brand unless i have a similar discount. I told them i shopped for more than 10000 yesterday and hence got 50 percent discount on in house brands. But mr sajid manager was not listening and he told me i would have to pay the current price on a new in house brand item and won’t get any 50 percent of discount as it is considered as a new product and not exachange. I tried to make both magnets understand but they were adamant. I even told i will pay extra if the product after 50 percent discount is higher cost. I finally got a pant for 1299, earlier one was 1499 which i had to exchange. Now during billing for the 1299 pants i had to pay extra 167 whereas it was of lower value. During sale i always make sure to come and ship from pantaloons but after this incident i have decided never to come back to pantaloons as the customer service is pathetic in karol bagh branch. What offer is this that i have to do the exchange without a discount for the item in the bill which had discount. This is customer torture and never expected from pantaloons.

                Yesterday I shopped from your Senapati Bapat Road Showroom, in Pune for ₹ 4869.48/-
                I was told that an extra 5 per cent GST will be charged over and above the discounted price as the sale price did not include GST.
                However, my bill (attached) already showed me a GST of 12 percent. So why is pantaloons charging an overall GST of 12 + 5 percent?
                The calculation of the bill was as follows:-
                MRP ( which already includes 12 percent GST) - 20 percent discount + 5 percent GST.
                The same can be verified from the bill attached.
                So my query is why is GST being charged twice. Either claim upfront that the discount is only 15 percent or atleast show the calculation in the bill as to why the extra 5 percent GST is being charged.

                    I am doing intership in exibition road Patna pantaloons where staff miss behave when we complain to department manager and store manager than they treat very badly to all intern and say that if we complain then we won't get certificate. What I am very disappointed by store manager. If staff misbehave we have right to complain POSH .I never suggest anyone to do internship in pantaloons. They only use intern they won't get training and all.

                      We went to pantaloons, janak puri we had coupons to redeem and we went to the head salesmen Mr sanjeev Kumar and he was very rude, we were not able to understand the scene so asked him twice or thrice.. that person got so irritated and pissed.. denied to help us and said he has other more important things to do. They behave so nicely when we buy stuff and when it comes to redeem these points they behave so rudely.

                        Me and my made a purchase at Brand Factory cuttack as it opened newly on 14/06/19 after I saw the bill they charged me 5% gst on mrp. I discussed with them and asked to remove the gst as its mentioned on tag the mrp (inclusive all tax) they disagreed and suggested to pay what ever the bill is or leave the line for other customers, how ever after waiting so long in line how could I leave the issue so I purchased it and with the valid bill I went to their customer care counter even there they said me the tax is 18% but we are only charging 5% as its on discount. I said you are completely giving wrong data as per consumer act you can't charge gst on discounted mrp still they disagreed I even showed them by calculating on calculator how they charged me extra still they didn't agree and said this is our system if you wish you purchase orelse don't purchase at our store

                          I bought catwalk slipper from pantaloons store at logix mail noida city centre on 8th June, 2019 and due to comfort issues I want to get exchange the product from same store. But they denied to do on the basis that there is no policy of exchange on shoes in pantaloons. First of all I was amazed to know that there is such rubbish policy also made by such big brand. They just concerned about their sale not with their customers satisfaction. I want to raise some points before the pantaloons concerned depth that -
                          1. Why no1 told me at the time of billing that it is not exchangeable.
                          2.when I went to get it exchanged I get a pass on entry telling him that I want exchange of this he also didn't tell me. Why?? I wasted my 2 hours in such waste store in finding another footwear for return
                          3. Give some powers to managers of stores to understand customers problem rather than unnecessary rights of making allegations on customer that I have used it earlier. I am a working woman I dnt have so much spare time that I will visit again nd again to just get exchange in pantaloons.
                          4. There is a policy on online shopping of pantaloons to get exchange on any product except undergarments but in store you did a blunder by visiting store and get pathetic response from staff.

                          1895 is the cost of my slippers that is not much for me nor I believe for you but what matters is customer satisfaction. I am sure that I will never visit pantaloon in my life ever nor I will tell everyone what kind of SERVICES you are providing.

                          And also I want to mention that just after that I contacted customer care and as expected after 4-5 attempts no1 picked the phone up.

                          Pantaloon staff is least bothered for customer once sale is done.

                          I always shop from the store like shopperstop, stanmax, Zara, h&m etc but worst experience I had with pantaloons.

                            On 3rd June I placed an order (Order no[protected].Today I got the delivery.I found 1product smaller size & 1 slight defective

                              I purchased w brand tops with buy two get one offer at pantaloons Tirunelveli.Among the three one has the size problem and also small defect is there..I want to exchange it.while exchange I faced a big problem..during payment I have used my points 588 as directed by the cashier .so my total amount was (1599*2) 3198 and paid extra 5 for carry bag.I paid 2615 from my debit card and 588 from points .For exchage they are considering only 2615,...

                              I bought a top from pantaloons from ambience mall, gurgaon in late April 2019. Once the top was washed, it got withered and that too in one wash. It is clearly mentioned on the top that it is cold machine wash which is what i did. The top was worth 1500. I bought one more top that day, which also when seen closely can be seen that it is also withered a little.

                              Highly disappointed! Zero value for money.

                              Also, they ask for customers to pay for the carry bags which as per the consumer court they should not be doing.

                                I bought a shorts of brand "sweet dreams" for my daughter from pantaloons zirakpur on 13th april 2019. It got teared in 2 washes only. I visited the store yesterday to complain about it but the floor manager mr. Kaur pal denied to replace it. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange the replacement for it as i don't expect such poor quality product from such a big reputed brand like yours.

                                  Today (31st may 19) i entered pantaloons citi centre at around 4.15 pm. After completing my shopping i stood in the queue at the payment counter. After standing for 15 minutes in the queue the cashier who completed the billing of the customer ahead me decided to move to his right side accepting a customer who came after me. When i asked him why he did that he said i am accepting payments from the right of the pos machine and not left. I told him that all this while he was doing the billing from the aisle on to the left of the pos machine so all customers were standing to the left. If it was the right he had to be courteous enough to redirect me to the right. Instead he chose to ignore me and accept a customer who cut the line and stood in the front. He was unapologetic and kept defending himself shamelessly and i left the shop leaving all my purchases at the counter without buying it. I am resident of one of the finest shopping destination in the world, dubai. This behaviour goes on to show that your sales staff are not only untrained but dont care for loss of your business. None of your staff were courteous enough to correct the situation but instead just saw me leaving unhappy. I hope you rectify the situation otherwise our alternate choices will certainly be instrumental in closing your glorified and unprofessional setup.

                                  Sir I am Pramod. I had purchased a pair of woodland shoe of price 2622.40 from Brand Factory shop at Rajouri garden, New Delhi on 2 June 2019. But after reaching at home I found only one shoe(not pair, only left side shoe) in packet.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I am having two numbers of the gift voucher worth 500/- each.

                                    These where been issued on the previous purchases. It is been conveyed by the manager at baramati stores that the redeem of above vouchers will be only on the purchase of 1000/-and above bill for each voucher.
                                    This is been today communicated verbally at the stores, but there is no any such condition mentioned on the both the vouchers.
                                    As the validity of the voucher is till 31st may 2019. Request you to allow to redeem each voucher for purchase of more than the voucher amounts instead of the unwritten condition of purchase of 1000/-and above at your baramati store.

                                    This type of misleading of customer is not expected from the brand pantaloon.

                                    Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Hi Yuvaraj, thank you for reaching out to us. We wish to inform you that the terms and conditions are mentioned on the back side of the voucher which says that the voucher can only be redeemed on the purchase of Rs 1000/- and above.
                                    I bought a trouser of byford from pantaloons. I usually wear it third time. But the trouser has toren. Poor quality.
                                    Can it replaced or returned??

                                      I have purchased dresses worth 8000. While billing they charged extra 10 for carry bag. We demanded a explanation since its shop owners responsibility to provide bag. But they refused to answer and not responded well. They hesitated and said i[censored] want bag pay or else take the clothes. It’s company rules like they answered. Many of our co consumers also raised. But they not hearing. Please
