I hv bought a sf brand jeans pant last month from pantaloons inorbit mall branch, wore it for two hours n few decorative items (Studds) came off from my pant. I hv returned the pant to inorbit mall, baroda branch. They have taken my complaint but no responce for 20 days. After 20 days they telling no to replace it or fix it. Why would i accept a product which is not sustainable?

    We brought a pair of pump shoes for one of our friend yesterday. But the shoes didn't fit her well. So we went there to exchange the shoes for another pair. Firstly the gate keeper was reluctant. Then the people of the counter began to act irritated. It was like we were asking them to give away something free.
    At the time of buying we were told that goods can be exchanged within a limited time period. We were there to exchange the next day itself. The person behind the counter was so rude in his behaviour. He refused to exchange the good. And said it's price is more today. He increased the price. The good we bought was 299. Today also there was sticker on the good and it said 299. The good day was on offer. But those people refused and said price was 699. It's not about price. But the behaviour of the employees with customers, which hurt me alot. I am student of gauhati university. I go to pantaloons for shopping with my friends on all occasions. But after what happened today, i won't ever go to that place ever again and will make sure even my friends don't go. I was really disappointed with those people who sat at the counter in pantaloons, adabari around 7 in the evening on 8th of august. I hope pantaloons take actions.

      Hi Myself Madhu, Purchased forever glam bags on[protected], cost INR: 1999/-. Brookefiled Mall Pantaloon stores, Bangalore
      Used it for one day and the bag clip came out.visited pantaloon store on[protected] for any possible way to repair the damaged bag.
      Store Manager replied as this cannot be done and cannot be exchanged and amount also will not be refunded.
      Called customer care [protected] got reply as they are not responsible for this and decision made by store manager will be the final decision.

      Paying INR: 1999/- for a bag and not using it even for a day.
      And a store like pantaloon cannot say we are not responsible

      Request you to kindly do the needful.

        Brand factory, lingampally, hyderabad have taken by old clothes and given coupons on 20th july, 2019. They (Bf staff) promised that these coupons can be redeemed at any time, staff words: there is no time limit, these coupons can be redeemed only on products which have below 40% off... And they did not given any further information. I have visited brand factory on 4th aug, 2019 to redeem my coupons but staff have denied to take the coupons and said that offer has expired, we cannot take the coupons now.
        I clearly said that your staff didn't told me about the offer timings/period to redeem the coupon and i informed the date and timings of my visit to bf store to check their cc footage, but their staff/manager is not ready to check the same and he said that there is no camera outside where clothes have exchanged. They cannot give wrong promises like this and loot the customers... Action has to be taken against them... They are wasting customers, time and hard earned money... I strongly recommend not to visit bf store for any purchase...

        Today I purchased some clothes from Pantaloons. The guy at billing counter took 699 extra in the bill. He billed an item twice. Now they are not picking call and customer care is also not responding.

          I want to return received order but due to incomplete status update i m not able to return it. Many times i contacted brand factory customer care but did not get satisfactory answer. They all told me the same statement evrytime. I ordered the product on 12th july now its 5th aug nobody came to pickup the order.
          Can anybody tell how to resolve this problem.

              On 27th July 2019, i purchase two Van Huesen t-shirts, and one of that i wear it on 30th July, in the afternoon when i return home, t Shirt got stretched out like more than 4-inch.

              We went to your outlet in Borivali but staff is so rude that they completely denies to replace and said you do whatever you want to, will not replace.

              I feel completely cheated by aditya birla group.
              Request you to kindly do the needful.

                I have given order 91260 in July 2019. The products delivered were incomplete (They cancelled one product by their own wish as same was purchased at good discount) and some had size issued. I requested for refund of 4 products. Even after almost 20 days of my complaint/request and everytime calling for 40 min, i was assured for 3 days and so on. there is no pick up from Brand Factory till now. They say that their system is slow or sometimes they just started and no assurance. My hard earned money is stuck them for last 20 days and they are lease bothered. On email also after sending 7 reminders, nobody replies. The Customer Care is pathetic. I am planning to throw my products to the Management of future group who have cheated me. Fixed IVR is played and no representative ever attends you. Is there any body so that I can launch my complete about this. They should learn from online shopping sites like Flipkart - Amazon, etc. I am a old customer of these sites. Pls help to recover my money.

                  I have purchased two pair of jeans from pantaloon when I went to the cashier for billing he asked me weather I need bag or not and said it will charge me ₹ 7 for the carry bag even after telling him about the case on bata for₹ 3 they have paid ₹9000 still say we don't know about that sir our company is taking money from the bag. Do not know why even knowing the case on bata carry bag some of the company are taking money for carry bag.
                  Hope to get a justice for it providing you the snapshot of the bill.

                    Today i went to pantaloons db mall, bhopal, i was being charged for carry bag, i have not seen any brand store charging for carry bags . On asking the billing counter they refused to give the bag in free...and was so rude to me . 95 percent brands are not charging anything for these carry bags.
                    This issue due be resolved in short duration of time .will be very happy to appreciate.

As per the rules no retailer can charge for their addvertised carrybag. Then he givee a plain paper bag and charged me 7 rupees. While they had their customised carrybags which is free as perbrules.                         Pantaloon store in mumbai charged me extra gst during sale period. Please check the receipt attached. An item of 799 with 50% discount was sold at 418.95. When i asked the cashier explaint to me that the gst is charged on the full price of the item and not the discounted price. So gst (5%) included in 799 is rs.38. They however show the gst on discounted price in the bill which is 19.95. To me it looks like they are charging the customer more gst but they are not giving this entire gst to the govt.in this example they are saving 38 - 19.95 = 18.05 on one product. This should be reported to the right authorities.

                            I spent 3145 /- for my cloths in pantalloons showroom in dwarka, when i went in billing counter cashier gave me a bag which was chargable and i refused to give the charge of that bag, cashier told me that you should pay for this bag, even i told them that it was banned by the government instruction and why you are not follow the rules, he did misbehave with me he told me that this rule was made for only bata not for other... And now it totally compell me to write this complaint and i thing you should take strict step for your customer satisfaction dont try to manuplating by these thing which i never expected to your prestigious showroom.

                              माझ्या पत्नीने रविवार दिनांक 14 जुलै रोजी ब्रँड फॅक्टरी नासिक येथे खरेदी केली. खरेदी केल्यानंतर बील झाल्यानंतर बिलिंग काउंटर कर्मचाऱ्याने 731 रुपये परत देणे होते त्यापैकी 231 रुपये परत केले आणि परंतु 500 रुपये परत दिलेले नसताना तेथील कर्मचाऱ्याने पैसे दिले असा द्यावा केला आहे सदर प्रकरणी आम्ही ग्राहक सेवाकडे दाद मागितली असता कुटल्याही प्रकारची मदत मिळाली नाही.
                              तरी आपण या प्रकारचा गांभीर्याने विचार करावा हीच विनंती.
                              आपल्या माहिती साठी मी बिल ची प्रत जोडत आहे.

                                I purchased a cloth from pantaloon, elante mall chandigarh, for rs 2152/- including 7 rs door carry bag, while billing the cashier asked me whether i need a carry bag or not, accordingly i given my consent and inform that it's responsibility of the shop to give me carry bag for the item purchased from the shop. It's very unfortunate that he denied the same by telling that no, as per company rule the carry bag is chargeable @ rs.7 per bag. (Copy of receipt of bill and carry bag annexed).

                                  Hi last weekend on sunday i have bought clothes for around 6000 from pantaloons stores at maxus mall bhayander, which includes 6 kurtas, 4 leggings and three mens tshirt. Today i wore one of the leggings and it was defective. I have not realised and later the leggings torn completely. I have lost the bill. I am really disappointed with this. I want to exchange the product. I have to check all the clothes now. Urgently help me on this.

                                    I recently bought 3 jeans from pantaloons but the quality of the same turned out to be really poor. I even exchanged one of them yesterday for some other jeans but the quality of the other one is also really poor. I wore the exchanged jeans for not even just 2 hours and its material got rugged from the back. The same issue was with the earlier purchased jeans.
                                    I need a proper replacement of the items with good quality products.

                                      Respected sir,

                                      1. I santosh kumar mishra, on 23 jun 19 visited the aditya birla fashion and retail limited (Pantaloons division) shop in chennai, tambaram east (Aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) plot no. B & c, velachery road, camp road junction, selaiyur, chennai, tamil nadu, india pin - 600073), gstin no. 33aaecp2371c1zw and purchase a "various clothings" of rs. 5510.86/- vide bill receipt no. P305001i1900206 dated 23 jun 19.
                                      2. While billing the cashier asked me whether i need a carry bag or not, accordingly i given my consent and inform that it's responsibility of the shop to give me carry bag for the item purchased from the shop. It's very unfortunate that he denied the same by telling that no, as per company rule the carry bag is chargeable @ rs.4.72/- per bag. I once again insisted that it's the responsibility of the shop to give the carry bag free of cost to carry the items purchased from shop but he keep on denying the same. Finally i paid total amount of 5510.86/- including rs.4.72/- for carry bag (Copy of receipt of bill and carry bag annexed).
                                      3. It is pertinent to mention that the carry bag have the words written as – "pantaloons" which is clear that the company is advertising through carry bag at the cost of customer.in addition, the said shop is also charging gst on the total amount of purchase including carry bag (Rs.4.72/- (Copy of bill already annexed). Taking into consideration of the above fact it is requested to please direct the shop to refund the carry bag charge of rs.4.72/- +gst immediately through money order, cheque, dd or any other means as the same must be given free of charge.in addition, it is also requested to please pay compensation for physical strain, mental agony and harassment caused in the due course, suffered due to aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) negligence, in the sum of rs.1, 00, 000 /-.
                                      4. In case the amount will not be refunded and compensation not paid, i shall be constrained to initiate against aditya birla fashion and retail limited, (Pantaloons division) for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery of the aforesaid amount such proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions of the consumer protection act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost, responsibility and consequences which please note.

Customer care(Aditya birla fashion and retail limited) replied on 27 Jun 19 Reference No. -COMP[protected]. Reply is Attached and not given satisfactory answer. Not resolve the issue till date.

                                        They had an offer where unbranded dresses can be given and the company will give columns in exchange. You can buy dresses to redeem the coupons. They told we get a reduction of 300 rupees on jeans and when i bought the jeans they said the offer is only for gents jeans. Also when i bought a too they reduced 100 rupees which was then added to the bill in the form of gst. The coupons they are giving are a big scem. They are cheating all the customers who are buying dresses from them.

                                        I visited the store in cosmo mall, zirakpur, mohali on 22/06/19. I bought some clothes and during bill they asked me whether i want carry bag or not and i said yes and then they charged me Rs10 extra for carry bag.
                                        Kindly tale some actions against them.
