I had brought a ruffle sleeve top of teal colour which has a tag of akkriti and liva. Article no.[protected]

I had brought it on 4th march 2019 from the asansol, west bengal store. I had paid a total of rupees 899 for the top without any discount yet its colour was fading on every wash.
Never expected such a bad quality after paying so much. Need an appropriate response.in hope of compensation.

They have exchanged the dress without any further problems
I went in brand Factory for shopping and when I asked for carry bag they said that it will be chargeable and on that Cary bag they have their Logo which was not acceptable, as I had purchased that bag and i don't want to do any branding for them .Bill and image of the bag is updated for references.

    I have purchased clothes from brand factory agra and they charged me rs.8 for carrybag as it should be free of cost with every purchase. Why there is an extra carrybag charges.
    On other hand, i have also make request for an alteration of a trouser, it is also chargeable for me as rs.15 charged to me but alteration should be free of cost, then why there should be alteration charge.

      Respected Sir,
      I purchased few clothes pricing around 5000 from pantaloons (Urban Oasis Mall), Hubli, Karnataka but they are charging for carry bags @Rs 7/-. When asked why you charge so then they answered its rule to charge customer for paper bags.
      If a customer buys goods worth Rs 5000 and in return how will he take that clothes without a packaging and they dont even give a packaging also.
      This injustice is going on for years and everyone is silent.
      Bata getting Penalised during the month of April for charging customers for paper bags has opened our eyes to raise voice against uneven loot of public money.

        I bought three t-shirts from pantaloons on[protected]. The cashier asked me if i want carry bags and to my wonder they charged rs 5 for the carry bag instead of the court directions for not charging any extra penny for paper bags from customers. On the paper bag there was logo of pantaloons and when i asked why are they charging for this paper bag their reply was its their rule, they're charging from each customer who needs the bag.

        I yesterday went to Pantaloons, Metro Mall, Patna. He charged me for the carry bag ₹7 . I said that you are not authorised to take the charge of it, you can be liable for the compensation, his answer was company has to pay the compensation, we haven't got any information of charging the money for the carry bag . So after all of this I wanted the compensation of ₹2000, as I was getting late and I had to get on time, on the airport.

          A refund amount of rs 1165.7664 was initiated against my refund vide sms dated 07.03.19. Copy of the sms is pasted here for your ready reference. "[club factory] a refund of inr 1165.7664 has been refunded to your account ([protected]@gmail.com) balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app. You will receive it in 1-3 days. Please pay attention to your balance account activities. Notice: we will never ask for privacy information like verification code from our customers in any way."
          The last telephonic conversation had with them assured me of a refund in my bank account but nothing received as on date. Please do the needful and arrange my refund immediately. Thank you.

            I am a regular customer holding registered phone no [protected]. On 7th april afternoon when i was exiting from baruipur pantaloon store (This time i have not purchased anything), suddenly checkbox noising. Immediately security person asked me the reason but i don't have any answer and i was also surprising.

            After one lady sales girl came and search my bag but she don't get any thing for which they can blame me.

            After some time, she saw my wallet was attached soft tag, which i was bought a couple of months back. The bag was also become old also. The check box making the noise only for this soft tag which is not at all my fault. The sales counter should check at the time of sell.

            Now i am surprised, i have received any sorry figure from pantaloons side though this is only their fault. They just behalf as i am the culprit.

            I want clear explanation from pantaloon why i am facing this type o[censored]nnecessary harassment. If i consider this is a fault, why the check box was not noising on that day when i was bought the wallet and exiting the gate.

            Baruipur pantaloons sales persons also don't have any etiquette to say sorry as this is fully their fault.

            This is not at all expectations from this renounced store like pantaloons.

              I purchase one kurti of rangmanch from pantaloons store Rudrapur on 14th march and first time I washed it and after wash the pink colour spread to all area,
              I went again the store and complained about it but they were not agreed that its happen and arguing with me that I'm laying but after long conversation they ready to keep it back and said first they check with quality person and then only they reply.

              its very painful 😖 If you buying something with a good brand and this type things happened and they were not helping you but trying to blaming on you that you are lying 🤥

                On 19th march i initiated a return for an item purchased online. Item was picked up on 22nd march. On 31st march i called customer care to inquire about the refund and was informed that the product had reached the warehouse and quality checking was done. After not receiving the refund amount in my account even after 3-4 days, i called customer care again on 4th april. I was subsequently informed that no refund was initiated from the company's end. Pantaloons fashion and retail has held up my refund for no discernible reason.

                  Brandfactoryind is one the fake things ever.1stly they given a offer additional 30% off which means whatever you are buying you will get additional 30% off. But when i asked them they said either 50% or 30% i can get. Ok 2nd thing 50% off then 5% gst. Because whatever we are buying it is clearly mentioned that including all taxes. So when we r having 50% off that means we are having 50% off. But they add 5% as a name with gst. That's mean we are paying double gst. Whatever i am buying if it is mentioned that it is inclusive all taxes then none can charge extra 5% as a gst. I didn't get any meaning why they are charging this gst after discount. So i request to brandfactoryind please elaborate the billing procedure. If they want they can give 45% off. But they are making us fool. 50% off and then 5% gst.

                      Hsn 6205 ptch chalk shir of amount 599 alongwith three more items, from your pantaloons vasundhra metro mall, plot no 165 (P) east boring canal road, alongwith other items. Went to customer service desk for getting items packed. But could not find one above reffered items. When asked customer help desk for help, there response was pathetic. They made us wait for nearly an hour without any positive response.
                      2. Really regretable.
                      3. Hope it gets solved otherwise one thing i can assure you, that i will desist from visiting any pantaloon store in future.

                        This is very disgusting to say we have returned a product on 1st march 2019

                        As per the policy refund should be credit within 3-5 business days. Where as even after so many follow ups one of your representative on sat 16th mar 2019 informed us it will take credited in 2 working days. I. E. On or before 20th mar 2019.

                        Again today that is 20th march ‘19 when we called your representative again said it will take 48 hours.

                        Kindly let us know are you guys interested to return the refund or not.

                          About a couple of months back I had bought NAUTICA Blue (EDT spray vaporisateur) from Pantaloon Shillong, located at Fire Brigade area. All these time it was running good with the type of fragrance that I like. But now after using half the bottle, I realised suddenly that there is no fragrance at all. It looks like plain water or whatever it is which is fragrance-less. After all these time, I have even disposed the receipt not knowing that the very product will turn out to be fake.
                          I had never ever expected such, from a reputed company like Pantaloon.
                          I only hope that the concernd will act promptly and help other innocents like me from getting duped in the future.

                          I did shopping vide attached cash memo for 4092.40 rupees. It mentioned that on shopping for rupees 4000 and more additional 20% discount is offered. However I was not given additional 20% discount. Only 50 % discount given.

                            Today i purchased clothes from pantaloons (Inorbit mall). While i was purchasing, one of the staff asked me to try a particular dress. It was good but i didn't knew that it costed 4k. And without checking the price i bought that dress with my other tops. Now i wanted to exchange that dress for 2 or 3 dresses.                             I have purchased a kurta on 10 mar.19 of rangmanch from pantaloons of exhibition road. But when i wore that in the next day, i found the fabric of kurta tampered. When i visited the store on 14mar.19 they denied the return saying that this is not their fault. Practically the fabric quality is not good. I have paid 999 for the kurta, is it ethical to not return the dress? Kindly look into the matter as i m feeling deceived after shopping at ur store despite being regular shopper or ur store

I buy a formal trouser and after billing i saw that it need stiche after gave the product to the tailor i was two times said what time it will be take after that the tailor of this retail he shouted and use a slang from inside the room. This is customer desk behaviour to the customer. I request do go there also some sales man are male jokes of the situation. I request to all customers don't go there.

                                    I bought a jeans from pantaloons online and i was not satisfied with the quality of the product. I returned it the next day through their personnel and being eligible for refund, it has been 23 days since then but i have not been refunded yet. I have emailed them many times but all they are saying is that we are trying to solve your problem. They just tell me to wait for next 48 hrs or something. I got cheated.

                                      With the the return i'd 1347890 and the reg mob no. [protected] of the online pantaloons shopping portal... I m dissatisfied with the item of 2 product and is returned from my side on 10 jan 2019 by india post (Cs[protected]in), and is delivered to 5 feb2019 at the warehouse of pantaloons, bhiwandi... Bt i call many a times no complete update regarding the item stillrefund amount is not credited
