Staff working over there are very indecent.. Even don't know how to behave with a customer.. Irresponsible n irrespective staff.. Mainly in the billing chamber they not stall giving respect and they are string n speaking.. Plss look over them if not u may loose ur frquent and many valuable customers.. Hello sir plss take as serious as possible as it not the first time happening in tirupathi branch.. I have seen these kind if behaviour many even my friends and relatives have are very much unsatisfied by this kind of things that's why i'm complaining you.. Hope u understand.. Thank you sir.. Plss take some action on it.

The current advertisement of Pantaloons shows a non-social script. It shows a girl attract with his brothers friend. In India we call them brothers and sisters. Stop all this nonsense here.

    Pantaloons has confirmed they have received the product i have returned, but till date they have not refunded rs. 559.08/- for same.
    Done several mails but not received a single reply against any of them.
    Their customer care no is always busy pantaloons ahmedabad stores are not helping saying that they...

    According to your promotional advertisement during this durga puja i am eligible to get a borosil dinner set as a gift as i did shopping for more than rs 5000. That time chandannagar pantaloons branch told that dinner set is out of stock. They will call me when it available. But on 5th november they call and told that they couldn't provide dinner set instead they would provide a bed sheet. This kind of consumer cheating business is not expected from an aditya birla group of company. Now it's my request to solve the problem. Please give a possible way out as early as possible.

      I am really sorry to say about your service.. During this durga puja i bought of rs 7500 apprx. From barasat pantaloons, suncity mall. And there was offer that i[censored] shop of rs. 5000 then u will get a dinner set... At time of getting the gift executive said that gift was not available and they will call me, then you will collect your gift before 4 th november but they didn't call me when i reached there on 4 th nov, they told me dinner set is not available.. You will get a bed sheet instead of dinner set.. N they gave me unable to sell, old and coloured faded bed sheet.. Its not happened with only me.. There were many customers facing same problem... We don't expect this type service from pantaloons as a greencard customer.

        I have purchased an amount of Rs 5600.00 at the time of durgapuja sale at your branch of Junction Mall, Durgapur, West Bengal.
        The offer was, above the purchase of Rs 5000.00 a dinner set would be offered to the customers, but still it is not given after my repeated request, I have gone so meany times to receive the materials as assured, but everytime they failed to hand over, and nobody from the managerial side wish to attain me for taking complain.
        I have been a regular customer of your products so far but this particular incident cant be expected from a brand like Pantaloons.

          I, juneli das (Ph: [protected]) went to collect my gift against the bill of around rs.14, 000 on 2nd november, 2018. I somehow misplaced the receipt of the gift while shopping on that day. While leaving as i was unable to produce yje receipt, the security at the gate did not allow me to take my gift and thus i was forced to leave it behind. I am interacting with pantaloons since 2001, it is highly disappointing experience. Will not henceforth go for shopping to pantaloons.

            A year back in an offer, we got a set of borosil dinner set. Finally i got the opportunity to open the box after a year. To my surprise the set is incomplete, the set of full plate has one missing plate. I can share the pictures as proof. I trusted the pantaloons staff and took the box without checking. Now i m feeling cheated. Expecting a solution.

              I had purhase garments worth rs.7699.00 from your asansol counter and eligible for grand gift. That day the gift was not available so they assured that they will inform when the gift will be available with them, but sorry to say till date the same has not received. I have call several times. Last two days they are not respond the phone call. You are requested kindly look into the matter and arrange to send the gift so that we can get the same.

                We bought some clothes in pantaloons (Kanchipuram branch) but they are missed some cloth and gave the bill receipt after they realise and put the cloth in separate bill. We ask the offer gift for the bill amount but they refused and said the bills are separated so we can't offer the gift. It was one of the worst experience i ever have in my shopping experience. They dissapointed us by refusing to give the offer gift and our purchase amount is ₹7300. We spend a lot of time and money for this diwali shopping but they give a bad experience that we never forget about that. You loose your valuable customers if you follow your stupid rules. You guys are giving more importance to your policy and rules and regulations instead of your valuable customers then why are you collecting the customer's opinion.

                  I have ordered a product for which the delivery date was showing as 18th oct and i haven’t received the product yet. When i travked the order 2st time it showed that the consignee requested for future deliver nd second time they mentioned custumer rejected the delivery. But i havent received any call from any agent and no one came for delivery as well. I will be glad if someone resolves this. I have called cust care almost 4 times, they everytime tells that it will be delivered by tomorrow and i havent received it till date.

                    I along with two of my frns went n did shoping for an amount of rs.7762/- at tirupati, store id : p315, receipt no: p315003i18006525 on 24/10/2018. There was an offer displayed at the store if we purchase for rs.6999/- we can get a scratch card which in turns gives assured gifts. But at the time of billing the person at the counter forgot to add the amount for scratch card n bill was paid. So we dint get any scratch card. He tried to rebill the products by returning all the products in the bill n ended up saying due to technical error he is unable to add the amount for scratch card and rebill. So what is the use in displaying offers and failing to provide them. I need a solution in this issue.

                      Yesterday i had a warst experience of my life at pantaloons shawroom wich is situated shop no 113/b, pavilion mall, nikol, ahmedabad. I bought 4 shirts of peter england and try in trailroom, unfortunately one shirt which i tried inshirt in pant and removing directly from balt at that time shirt is damage and tag on shirt is disturb. When i handover shirt to gaurd for checking it was check by guard he inform other member of shop n store manager and they are blaming on me that i was stealing that shirt.
                      It is very hurting me and last night i can't sleep well due to thinking of whol incident and i feel defamation on my self. I decid that i will never go through any pantaloon shawroom for shoping.

                        On dated 30.09.2018 i along with my wife visited your outlet at unity one mall rohini west metro station delhi-110085. There we purchased one peter england casual shirt (6205 mfp..) for a rs. 1699/- only. At the cash counter we chose to pay via debit card. We gave debit card of "bank of india" which is in the name of my wife (Ms. Aparna karati) to your executive present at the cash counter for swapping the same. Your executive swapped the said card in the pos machine and amount of rs. 1699/- debited form the account of my wife and my wife received massage from the bank regarding debit of said amount immediately around 07.09 pm, but your executive told us that he did not received the same as the said amount went into escrew account of your compnay which will be credited back to account from which it is debited within 3 to 4 days. Then on the assurance of your executive we paid cash to your executive present at the cash counter. We received a payment receipt in my name (Shankar [protected]) from your executive bearing cash receipt no. B183002i18009931 dated 30.09.2018.

                        More than 25 days have passed since the said transaction but till date the aforesaid amount of rs.1699/- which was debited from the account of ms. Aparna karati my wife has not been credited back when we already have paid cash to your executive at cash counter.

                        Please look into the same and do the needful as early as possible by returning the amount of rs. 1699/- debited form the account of ms. Aparna karati on dated 30.09.2018 at around 07.09 pm failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action for recovery of the same.

                          Clifford, the store manager took my complaint. Shoes purchased by me are not fitting and i believe i was given wrong size 42. But i selected 43. I wore for sometime and realised that shoes are not fitting after seeing size 42. When i asked for an exchange, the manager declined.

                          And manager told that shoes cannot be accepted though it is intact.

                          FYI, most of the shoes which I saw are in same condition also some shoes are having cut beneath. When I showed same similarity to store manager, he could not confront the fact. Manager did not help me to exchange or refund.

                          Manager did not help with any alternative solution and irresponsibly told to lodge a complaint and he himself eventually would reject it. Such a tone and attitude on a customer is not expected. When a customer tries to explain and reason for the loss, one should listen. If not, then you just lost a customer permanently.

                              I had ordered 1 kurti from ranmanch by pantaloons. It was a mix of white and blue colour. However after the first wash itself the colour from the blue part was all over the white part. I'm afraid to even wash it again as it would not be wearable at all. I love the kurti and the design but i'm absolutely disappointed by the quality provided by the pantaloons....

It was confirmed by your salesman that a borosil dinner set (7 pcs) worth rs.1150.00 will be gifted on shopping of rs.5000.00, but after that, several times i have contacted with pantaloons over phone (Mob. No:[protected]) but, very sorry to say that the mobile is never picked up. When i visited pantaloons i was told that the gift could not be given due to out of stock. It will be given shortly, when the materials (Borosil dinner set) will be available. But till date, the borosil dinner set is not received.

                                Yesterday on the eve of "ashtami puja" i. E on 17th of october, 2018 i happen to visit my local pantaloons mall on the rajapul crossing, boring canal road, patna-800001. I required a denim jeans for myself so i started browsing through the aisles of different brands and as i am bit specific about my choice of apparels it was difficult for me to find something but i was carrying on myself a few pair of jeans to try and maybe this irked the staff who as present there as he very rudely and in an unproffesional tone questioned me "whats taking you so long, and what are you looking for, can't you find one good jeans" i don't know what was his problem but when i counteracted and asked him to be polite his attitude didn't changed. I never had such a humiliating experience in my life, is it a crime to be particular about one's dressing sense. I was so mentally derranged that i couldn't shop anymore and left at the moment. The staff's name is "jitendra kumar" he looks after the spykar section of the men's floor.

                                I hope you all take the necessary action to avoid such future experiences.

Because i am a regular customer of pantaloons and this has never happened earlier. Please look into the matter at your earliest convenience.

                                  Promo messages that are being sent by pantaloons are false. Looks like false lures. This is not right. I dont want to say much about it. I have sent a chronological order of txt msgs sent by pantaloons. I am not looking for apology. I am just concerned about u considering customers as real people who can read and understand things.

                                    Sir, I have bought a jegging of Annabelle from pantaloons patiala, punjab on 3 Oct 2018. But, I used it two days before. After one use I found that it's material is not good enough. It is first time when I disappoiont from pantaloons . I bought a number of products from pantaloons but it is first time when I have a problem with the company. I buy this product only due to my belief of pantaloons as the name is brand in itself. Kindly resolve my problem.
